Vision and Veils

Thank goodness we hired Jenny. Holly bananas, we could not have done it without her. She is highly organized, has great vision, really listened to what we wanted and heard our concerns. She made the day go off without an issue. A wedding planner is something I recommend for all brides.

Am I allowed to leave a review higher than 5 stars?? I don't even know where to begin because Jenni is just that amazing. We went back and forth about getting a coordinator but I am so glad we did. We had 3-4 zoom calls with Jenni to give her the details about the wedding and then to follow up about how things were coming along. There were several times I felt very overwhelmed and during the planning process and Jenni made sure to get us in for a zoom call and talk things out. She really made the process a lot smoother. She went above and beyond in a lot of ways. She came to the area early to get a look at our venues and made sure she was comfortable with them. She came to the rehearsal and while she was there made sure to get all of the items for the wedding and clarified where everything was supposed to be set up, as well as ran the rehearsal which was no easy task considering we had 8 children in our wedding. Then we had a very last minute table issue at our reception which Jenni was able to fix within minutes. She made the actual wedding day go smoothly as well. Jenni and her team set up both venues, checked in with us, handled last minute changes, checked in with vendors, and I am sure they did a lot more of behind the scenes things we didn't see. At the end of the night everything was packed up and put into cars and I didn't even realize it had been done already. It is worth noting she had 2 other people on her team there with her who I know where working just as hard as she was. I know I am forgetting other amazing things she did but I really cannot say enough great things about Jenni and her team and would without a doubt recommend her to others!

Jenni made my day so simple. She is so organized, thoughtful, and kind. I did not stress the entire day and can’t think of anything I saw go wrong. Jenni was there for every detail and I can not thank her enough. A person of great detail is who you want helping you every step of the way, Jenni from Vision and Veils is the best choice for your special day!

I decided to get a planner/coordinator after attending a friend's wedding. Talking to her, she said her day was really stressful and when issues popped up she had to send her family or part of the bridal party to handle it which took away from the day. I looked around and eventually found the vision and veils website. It looked professionally done and she seemed to have years of experience with weddings. I was so lucky! She saved the day! My florist had a power outage and their alarm clock didn't go off, but jenni had called them first thing to confirm details and so I luckily got everything on time. She had a timeline all set for us based on OUR wants and coordinated with our vendors to make it happen. We were free to just enjoy the day with each other and our loved ones. I would one hundred percent recommend their services.

Jenni was hands down the best choice I could have made when planning my daughters wedding. Before the wedding she listened to our ideas and helped reassure me and my daughter that we were already on the right path. She really helped to settle our nerves so that when the rehearsal came, we were confident that we didn't need to worry. The wedding was beautiful and Jenni was wonderful to work with.

Let me start by saying that Jenni is a life saver. Due to Covid this year, my original planner canceled on me two weeks prior to my wedding, and I was left with no one. A friend of mine told me about Jenni and I called her. She immediately asked me what was planned already and basically took what I had done and went with it. My wedding day went flawless and she was there making sure everything was on schedule. I owe my wedding day to her. Book her!!! She is so worth the cost.

So this is an odd review because I didn't hire Jenni for my wedding. You know what- so much went wrong. The flowers never got picked up from the garage, the cake was put out too early and melted, the venue overcharged me and I didn't catch it in time and the party bus was over an hour late picking us up. These are things that I shouldn't have had to deal with and would have avoided had I hired the wedding planned I wanted! My friend is getting married next year and the first trip we made was to the State Street Bridal Suites to book Visions and Veils! Jenni has already helped her so much and taken so much of the stress away. Please do yourself a favor and don't try to take on the planning of your wedding alone like I did! Hire Visions and Veils.

Miss Jenni made our day a dream. We leaned on her for months leading up to my step-daughters wedding day and she took care of everything. She also knows the best vendors in the state and made sure we secured them all and helped us with all of our contracts and payments for other services, things we would have overlooked. Simply flawless!
