I am passionate about creating memorable events with high quality food. I majored in Food Studies and I've been in the food & beverage industry since I was 16. I often spend my free time cooking for friends and loved ones. Inizio has been my favorite pizza since I moved to Charlotte in 2019. So it makes sense that now I get to help people have the best Neapolitan pizza at their Weddings! If I'm not working, you can find me at a local wine bar, doing hot yoga, or watching an A24 film.

Service and food exceeded our expectations! 10/10 would recommend! Ashley was the primary contact and she answered every question we had in a timely manner. The staff was phenomenal. The food was amazing. If you’re looking for a good pizza truck for your wedding or any event definitely check these guys out!

We had a wonderful experience with Vita Da Pizza food truck, they served up the most delicious pizza, apps and salads, and even put up a pop up tent to keep people out of the rain while they were waiting. Our guests loved being able to order what they wanted and all raved about how delicious it was, they came in little boxes if they wanted to take some for later, and they cooked up any “extra” pizzas at the end of the night which got snatched up so quick. Highly recommend using them for your wedding/event!

Vita Da Pizza was on time, Staff was super professional and friendly. Pizza tasted AMAZING! However the Cannoli were a dream come true!! I can 100% recommend Vita Da Pizza

Best Pizza Ever! We hired Vita for our April wedding and cannot be any more happy. Ashley was amazing to work with and their on-site team is top notch! They are quick, clean and professional. I did not have to worry about a thing with them on site! Highly recommend!

Vita Da Pizza catered our wedding and it was such a unique experience! Our guests loved the pizza and it was so fun having pizza at our Wedding. The buffet service was fast and the appetizers during cocktail hour were soooo delicious. Obsessed with the caprese skewers! We can't recommend them enough!!!
