Vital Image: Videography- Free Drone Coverage

The whole experience was amazing and everyone is so impressed by our montage video whenever we show them! We couldn't be happier.

Our video exceeded my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and I appreciate they were willing to change the songs after the fact because we did not like one of them. I have probably watched it 100 times!

Mark was awesome! He was super easy to get along with, had great ideas for videos, did amazing on flying the drone and was always by our side capturing every moment but never in the way. He did fantastic.

Adam was an awesome videographer. We barley notice him at our wedding and he was able to get all of the shots we wanted. He is truly the crocodile hunter of weddings. Catching all of the prefect moments on video.

Mark was a fantastic addition to our wedding day. We already have our social media trailer back and he captured some awesome footage - we’re so pumped to get our full wedding video in a few months! Great human with great talent. The only room for improvement was on communication for some of the more complicated shots (e.g. groomsmen throwing the groom up in the air) - the ideas were super cool and are hopefully going to make for a really fun wedding video, but some of the group didn’t fully get what they were supposed to do (e.g. they almost dropped the groom).

We had Adam as our videographer. He was very professional the entire day and was everywhere he needed to be when there was something important to shoot. We can’t wait to see the finished product. So glad he got to use the drone!

Adam seemed to be everywhere with his videography and I can’t wait to see the final product. He was awesome and very chill to work with. Slightly sad we couldn’t do drone footage due to the weather. Overall I highly recommend!

Mark was wonderful! He kept everyone on track with the timeline, had great communication and worked well with the other vendors. Not only did he have great ideas for video shots, but was helpful with other aspects of the event. Did everything we asked for and beyond.

Vital Image is absolutely incredible! We met with Kevin to go over the process and get a feel for what we wanted, and then Sam was our videographer the day of. He was so much fun to work with, and captured everything so beautifully well. I'm absolutely blown away from what he was able to capture and create. We got the montage video, and the full coverage of our ceremony, reception speeches, and dances. I really can't recommend them enough!!

We hired Vital Image for our videographer for our wedding, as it has always been my DREAM to have one. So needless to say I was VERY picky and looked at over 15 videographers before choosing Vital Image. Sam and Kevin were absolutely amazing from the first video meeting when they captured our ideas and wants and from the second they arrived throughout the whole night. We could not have asked for more patient, helpful, talented guys to shoot our video. And this is all from just working with them, we haven't even seen any of our video footage yet. They worked so hard and captured so many amazing moments and had great recommendations. We cannot wait to see our videos. Sam and Kevin, you guys were worth every penny. Thank you for everything!

If I could rate this company more stars I would. We used all of their services (wedding planner, day of coordinator, two photographers, DJ, and videographer). We had to move to California part way through the process and they were able to adjust and accommodate all of our needs! Sam was our videographer and did astounding work! He blended right in with all of us and was able to joke with us through the entire day while still doing his job fabulously. During downtimes, he went above and beyond to build rapport and assist the bridal party. He got some amazingly creative shots and made it a night to forever remember.

I worked with Kevin at Vital Image, and he was so great! He worked so well with our photographer and I literally forgot he was there. Excellent fly on the wall. I can’t wait to see the footage!

Adam was amazing! Sometimes I forgot he was filming us which made for a more natural experience! Adam made sure we were all focused and quick so we could enjoy our time. I cannot say enough good things about our entire experience with Vital Image and are looking forward to the final product!

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fun to be with on our wedding day! He worked extremely well with our photographer as far as the certain angles of shot placement. He gladly shared the certain clips with us throughout the day and how excited he was be able to put the video together. We used Vital Image for videography for our wedding. We were on the fence about getting a videographer initially, but decided it was worth it. After now receiving our video, we were so right!! Vital image was great with communication prior to the day. We had a video chat with Kevin, our videographer, so he could understand our vision. He did such a great job capturing all the important moments of the day. I have already watched the video numerous times, and it won’t get old. We sent the video to family who couldn’t be at the wedding, and they said they felt like they were there. We are so glad we chose Vital Image!

Our videographer was AMAZING and our video turned out phenomenal. Vital Image also live streamed our ceremony and made it so easy for our family and friends to attend our ceremony at their comfort. We hired Vital Image for our DJ and videography. Craig was our DJ and he did an incredible job! We had a unique request to play all Brazilian Bossa Nova during dinner (bride is Brazilian!). He fulfilled this request flawlessly. The vibe at dinner was exactly what we wanted. The maid of honor requested a song to play during her speech - he nailed it! Most importantly, he kept the dance floor going all night. He had the dance floor hopping by the 3rd song of the dance! Tayler was our videographer. We hired a photographer who was not from Vital Image. Tayler worked together very well with our photography team. She was very sweet and did her job discreetly and tactfully. Can't wait to see the final video!

I seriously can’t say enough about vital image! They were just absolutely amazing on our wedding day! We used DJ services and videographer services. Shamonte was our DJ! He knows how to keep a crowd going! Our dance floor was PACKED the entire night!!!! There was not one bad song choice. He was funny and engaged the audience! And to top it all off, he was a really cool guy! Kevin was our videographer. He was so easy to work with. He was down to earth and catered to every request for shots. Kevin worked great with our photographers that we already booked. No one was in each others way and everyone was so respectful.

I worked with Trish and Hardy and our photos turned out amazing! They were very professional and made sure we got all the photos we wanted even when things were feeling rushed before the ceremony. We got our gallery of photos back within just a few weeks and we are very pleased with the end product! Great memories of our special day. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Vital Image was completely unbelievable! They were everything I was looking for in a group of photographers and videographer. Even though we live in AZ and had our wedding in WI, Vital Image always made it easy to keep in touch. Like every bride on their wedding day I was so nervous about all the things that could go wrong. But with the help of Vital Image everything went very smooth and wonderful. I would recommend them over and over again!

We had Karl as our DJ and we couldn’t have asked for any better service. He was extremely personable, easy to communicate with and kept our guests out on the floor all night (which was very important to us). We video chatted with Emma who was able to suggest a DJ (Karl) to be a good fit for us and what we were looking for.

Neither my husband nor I is particularly outgoing or into dancing, so we were slightly unsure about how that part of our wedding celebration would go. However, from the time we signed up to use Vital Image’s DJ services, our DJ, Shamonte, ensured that he had all of the information to make our wedding reception as fun and true-to-us as possible. From calling and emailing to follow up several times leading up to our wedding day, to making sure that all of our must-have songs were played, to making sure that songs we didn’t want played were not played (even when guests requested them), Shamonte not only made us feel comfortable but also made our reception amazing and perfectly suited to our personalities. He played the music that we specifically requested, and he did a comparably great job picking similar music that we did not specifically request. And he was great at reading the crowd and mixing up the music accordingly. All in all, my husband and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to go through Vital Image for our DJ, and we couldn’t have gotten a better DJ than Shamonte.

Vital Image was a lifesaver on our wedding day. We a large wedding party and limited amount of time for photos, vital image took charge like we needed. From the initial meetings to the email communication it was clear vital image has a lot of experience with weddings. Tasha was phenomenal at answering all of our questions in a timely manner and also seemed to reduce our stress. Rich, Leo, Terry, and Jordan were a huge asset to our wedding day. We were able to discuss beforehand the types of images and styles we liked and we were not disappointed with our final product. The day flew by for us and there are many parts that we would not have remembered if it weren't for our amazing photos. We can't wait to look at our video footage!

We were very pleased with Vital Image from the moment we walked through the doors to meet with Emma to see what they were all about. We were offered a beer and wine to sit and chat about the services they offered. We were first just interested in photography, but when they shared about their DJ and photo booth, we decided to do a package deal. Best decision ever! Not only was it discounted for every service you bundle together, but it’s all through one company.. we knocked out three things in one. I have nothing but great things to say about Trish and her team (Leo, our second photographer, and Bri, Trish’s assistant). She took control of our rather rambunctious wedding party and had the day planned out perfectly. She had so many different ideas for pictures and I can’t wait to see them all! We hiked through muck and mud just to get those wow shots and Trish made sure my dress never touched any of it. Rick was our DJ and he was so great! He called us on the Tuesday before the wedding, to make sure he was saying our names correctly, going through our timeline, and getting to know us. During dinner he went around to each of our tables and introduced himself, asked anyone if they had any requests for the dance floor, and I loved that! Not only did it give people the option to request a song (without having to go up to the DJ table) but they could also meet our awesome DJ. He kept track of when it was time for speeches and brought everyone their microphone when it was time. Valery was our photo booth assistant and we have heard such great things from our guests about what fun they had! If you’re thinking about booking with Vital Image, 100% do it! From the moment they arrived to the time they left, they were amazing and felt like we had known them for years. We can’t thank them enough for being part of our special day!

If you're debating about whether or not to get a videographer...DO IT! We used Vital Image for photography, videography and for our photo booth. We were so happy we went with Vital Image for all of those needs! Jack, our videographer, did a great job for our wedding video! He was there the entire day, and got excellent footage of all of the important events. Our video came back to us in a timely manner and was of excellent quality. Jack captured all of the right moments to be put into the video. It will be a wonderful memory that will last us a lifetime. Our day would not have been the same without Vital Image and now we have a video of our special day that we can watch forever.

We worked with Trish on our wedding day and she was not only a great photographer, but a great coordinator as well! She was extremely detail-oriented and helped us manage our time, communicate with our other vendors, and kept our entire day running smoothly! She was well prepared and knew exactly how to organize our wedding party and family to make our photos turn out excellent! Trish was not afraid to take risks and take requests along the way. Donna was our second photographer and she was also great to work with! She was very flexible and responsive. Her and Trish worked together very well! We love the way they captured our day and can't wait to share our photos with our family and friends!

Photographers: Bonnie & Leo were AMAZING!!! the photos came out spectacular, and they did everything they could to get their shots (including laying on the ground) DJ: Shamonte: 100% recommend. He had our dance floor packed the entire wedding, and played beautiful music during the dinner portion. I have received many compliments for my guest about how wonderful the music was.

We had such a good experience working with our videographer, Mark on our wedding day. Definitely exceeded our expectations with how accommodating and thoughtful he was with everything! We originally weren't going to get a videographer for our big day, but I highly recommend it with Vital Image. They organized everything and even went above and beyond and helped answer questions I had about different vendors and timelines on our wedding day.

Paul Marx for the win!!! Vital Image DJ was the absolute best! We met with several Milwaukee area DJs before we got married and Vital Image was definitely the right one for us. Their online system is super easy and they are great at communicating. Our day of DJ was Paul Marx and if I could nominate him for a Grammy I would. Everyone at our wedding commented on what an awesome DJ he was. He just got us and the vibe of our wedding! He was so fun, so lively and really made the party! Cannot recommend enough!

Rich was amazing. Both my fiancé and I are bad picture takers and he was able to turn each engagement picture into something amazing. I cannot wait to see what our wedding photos will be like. 5/5 stars for sure!

We chose this DJ based on the good reviews and the initial interview with the company. We asked for a DJ that didn’t need step by step instructions on what to play. 2 weeks before the wedding, he contacted us saying he needed a more detailed list and didn’t understand what type of music we wanted. It was pretty obvious the genre we liked and already knew it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience. During the reception it was obvious it was this guys first year doing it, or maybe he was just that bad... He wasn’t paying attention to us at all while we were giving our speeches and kept cutting us off. Then there was the music, I don’t think he played anything we hand on the list, nor did he read the crowd. We had multiple comments on how amazing and perfect everything about the wedding was, except for the DJ. It’s quite devastating that this was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect wedding. Something I will never forget. Please do your research and choose a DJ you can actually meet.

Vital Image was the PERFECT choice for our wedding photography. First of all, they offered photography and a DJ service which made our lives much easier. We only had to sign one contract and work with one vendor for all of our needs. We often spoke or e-mailed with Emma and she was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed (for months!) Our wedding DJ was Diego and he was wonderful! We spoke prior to the wedding so all of the songs and information was prepared before going into wedding week. Everything went perfectly. He didn't mind when I asked him to make announcements, he ran fun games with excitement, and he did a great job playing songs based on what the crowd was into. Everyone had great things to say!

First time we have had a professional photographer take pictures so we were both a bit nervous about awkwardness and not really knowing what to do. Rich off the bat was very good about setting a positive mood and was able to make the session comfortable and a lot of fun! We can't wait for him to take our pictures next summer at the wedding, he did a great job at the engagement session!

Seriously--go with Vital Image, you will be so happy you did. Tasha was my coordinator, and I can't tell you how many times I came to her with even the smallest, pickiest problem, and she took care of it so quickly and seamlessly. She was amazing at helping me decide on vendors, hotels, decor, etc. And on the day-of--OH MY. I had the windiest outdoor wedding, I'm sure things were knocking over and breaking throughout the night, but Tasha took care of everything. Every worry I could have possibly had on that day was taken care of. And instead of coming to me if things weren't going perfectly, she took it upon herself to smooth everything out so that I could relax and enjoy the day, because it goes so fast!! We also hired Mark to be our videographer. We were on the fence about hiring one, but after Tasha helped me make a pro/con list, we knew we truly wanted our day captured on video. Mark was nothing short of amazing. He was so easy to talk to and made the whole bridal party feel super comfortable. He was all over the wedding, and he even had a handful of our guests leave personal messages to be included in the final video. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Vital Image for my wedding coordinator and videography every time.

Vital Image is top notch when it comes to....EVERYTHING. Not only do Rich and his experienced team have an amazing eye for photography and produce some of the best photos I've ever seen, but they do it in a fun, fast and professional way that takes all the pressure off the bride, groom and wedding party! They are so much more than just photographers. They are professionals in every sense of the word and go above and beyond to make the couple's special day the BEST it can be. Their attention to detail is amazing, from adjusting the bride's dress and veil so she looks her best at all times, to making sure that every photo has the best light and angle. Rich went as far as already knowing how to bustle the bride's dress, fixing and adjusting her hair and helping to style her, teaching the wedding party how to pose to look their best, showing us ladies how to hide our tissue in our flowers in case we cry, communicating with all vendors and planners of the event to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was awesome. I've never experienced anything like it! I'm so disappointed that I had my wedding first and didn't get the chance to work with this amazing team. I would recommend this company to ALL Brides and Grooms. If you don't use them, you are doing yourself a disservice. They are truly the BEST!

Craig handled our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! He was absolutely phenomenal to work with-from great communication prior to the wedding, to his accommodating our requests the day of. He really understood our personalities and those of our guests and that certainly came through in the music he played. During the most stressful year of wedding planning, Emma was the best thing that could have happened during this time. She was so organized and eager to help. She was so knowledgeable. She helped me plan my wedding from another state! She really brought my image to life and I couldn't have done it without her. She worked hours even after my wedding was over and was still in communication with me regarding my decorations, details, centerpieces, everything. Emma really listens when you need/want something and honestly finds a way to make it happen. My wedding day was the best day of my life.

Paul was the DJ at our wedding form Vital image and did an amazing job! He did everything we asked of him and was so flexible and helped us through making decisions we were unsure about and made us feel so at ease when it came to all of the announcements and the ceremony music etc. I would 100% recommend them!

Rich, bj and Craig were awesome. Our photographer literally pulled Bobby pins out of nowhere and when no one could figure out the bustle Rich had it bustled in a minute. He was quick and efficient and you could see how much passion he had for photography. He helped make memories and so did our dj. He was professional and when our daughters asked for something on the no play list he came to me and got it approved before playing. I'm so grateful I hired both the DJ and photographer at vital image. These two pieces are the most important parts of your wedding as they are what helps to create the memories and capture the special moments. Strongly recommend them.

Dave and Eric were amazing DJ's for our wedding! They made our evening perfect and had our guests dancing all night long. We continue to get compliments on how much everyone liked our music. Definitely would recommend!

I have previously written a review, but feel the need to write another one because of my experience since. After all of the struggles trying to get the high resolution photos (and being told I was wrong), I was told that all I had to do was order through their website and they would come out high resolution because they use a professional printer. DISCLAIMER: They do NOT use a professional printer, and thankfully I found that out before I ordered. Though it's a ripoff anyways. I finally got my high resolution photos back after bugging them a few more times, but the customer service employees are rude, and it honestly felt like they only cared about themselves and getting their money rather than helping the customers. Once I received my photos I noticed a few missing (the photos that were part of my sneak peeks, and some of my favorite ones that I was waiting for when we took photos at night by the fire). Come to find out they only gave me about half of my photos, not sure where the other ones are, but I guess I'll never see those. I really caution anyone looking to go with Vital Image, they may do a nice job day of, but customer services before and after is horrible. There are better options out there.

We had Karl as our DJ, and we were beyond impressed with his service and communication. He was well informed on our music choices, and gave us help direction right up until the end of our reception. My husband kept wavering on the idea of having a dance with his mother at our wedding, and Karl noticed that we did not have a song listed. He asked my husband during dinner to chose a song if he wanted, and my mother-in-law said that their dance was one of the best moments of her life. Without him prompting us during dinner, we would have skipped that dance. The song choices were fun, creative, and easy to dance to. Karl definitely kept the crowd going, and we would highly recommend him!

Trish at Vital Image was so great to work with for my first Boudoir photo shoot ever! I have always been really self conscious and was extremely nervous about doing one and went back and forth on scheduling one... but I finally did it and I am SO GLAD I did! Trish was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She brought out the confidence in me that I didn't know I had, calmed all my nerves and helped guide me through some poses to do that would highlight the most flattering areas :) She also gave me encouraging feedback throughout the shoot which made me feel more and more relaxed. Trish is extremely talented and would highly recommend her! I can't wait to see my soon to be husbands reaction when he sees the album!!

We had a great experience with Vital Image. The staff at the office were very helpful and the online DJ planner is extremely user friendly. Our DJ, Craig, was fantastic, he contacted us several times before our day and introduced himself before the reception. I would highly recommend this his vendor.

Vital Image did a great job pairing us with DJ Brandon for our wedding reception. He was great to work with - detail-oriented and easy to communicate with, and kept people on the dance floor all night! He even found a hard-to-find song for us at the last minute for a special dance between my husband and grandma. We really appreciated that!

We were so lucky to have our photographers, DJ, Videographer, and photo booth with Vital Image. Everything was absolutely perfect. Trish was our lead photographer and Hardy was our second photographer. Trish, was a leader who got things done in a professional way. Hardy was the second photographer who was friendly and very helpful. Sam, our videographer was fabulous, really easy to get along with and made everything so comfortable. Bridgette was the assistant and our photo booth attendant. She was friendly to all of our guests and kept the photo booth hoppin'! Lastly, Paul was our DJ. The dance floor was packed the whole night. He was so wonderful to my husband and I, really listening to what kind of music we wanted to hear. We received so many compliments from our guests on each other them individually saying how friendly and professional they each were. We are SO excited to see our photos and watch the video.

Orlando was the DJ for our wedding, and we were so, so impressed! He was fantastic with all of the pre-wedding planning and getting all the details right. There were some "special" songs that we picked out, and others that we left up to him - and he did not disappoint! My husband is Mexican and Orlando did an amazing job throwing in some Spanish songs that kept everyone happy. We were so pleased with all of the music played the evening of our wedding!

This was my first time doing a photo shoot like this, and I was really nervous going into it. The moment I walked into the studio, I immediately felt better. Rich was professional and courteous. He didn't make me feel like we had to hurry up and get the photo shoot done. He understood the importance of the kind of shots I wanted and took the extra time and effort to make them happen. The photos are beautiful! This was exciting, and fun, and I can't wait to surprise my future husband with these. I would absolutely do this again!

We used Vital Image for photography, videography, DJ/lighting, and our photo booth and we are so happy we did! Throughout the entire planning process our Day Of Coordinator, Emma, was on top of all of our details and was in constant contact with us about any questions we had. Rich, David, and Jack helped to keep our wedding party and guests laughing throughout the evening as they took photos and video of our special day. We know our photos and video will be incredible and that those three are absolute geniuses with a camera (and drone!). Chris and Dave, our DJs, were absolutely outstanding and so many of our guests came up to us to tell us how awesome they were. Our photo booth attendants were amazing as well; we love the photo book they put together for us! The days following our wedding my husband and I could not stop raving about how much we not only loved our team, but how thankful we were to work with them. We were in awe of their professionalism and positivity throughout planning and during our wedding day. As my husband kept saying, "They were just incredible!" We will never be able to thank them enough for all that they did for us and for making our day what it was: perfect! It says one thing if the bride and groom love their wedding vendors, but it says something so much more if their guests loved them all as well. We received so many messages and comments during the wedding and after from our guests telling us how much they loved the Vital Image team, how they kept them laughing, and how excited they were to see our photos and video. We hired Vital Image for photography and dj for our wedding. We were absolutely amazed at the professionalism and knowledge. Rich clearly knew what he was doing and we were super impressed with what he was doing. Our DJ Carl had great taste in music and was able to keep our attention until we left. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Vital Image. Trish went above and beyond to make our day amazing. Not only is she an amazing photographer, but she made the day fun and easy for us. We knew we needed her as our photographer the minute we met her. Rich at Vital Image is PHENOMONAL! His photography skills are top notch and he helped us out on our big day when things were going a little askew with the weather and if it wasn't for him, I think our wedding would have turned out way differently. Tom, Melody, Mark, and Anthony were amazing! We cannot say enough about the wonderful staff that we had. We used Vital Image for photography, videography, and a photo booth. I had full intentions of writing a bad review of Vital Image after I was told my Officiant + DJ were no longer with the company TWO WEEKS before my wedding. Rest assured, Rich Henry, owner of Vital Image, reached out to me and more than made up for it. He spent the time to go over all my correspondences with my previous Officiant and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. He even made it a point to be there for the Rehearsal when I originally wasn’t going to have my Officiant there. I was so impressed with him and his knowledge and ability to delegate and coordinate with my wedding party, wedding coordinator, photographer and DJ. He also made an effort to make sure I felt I was getting my money’s worth regardless of all the chaos. Though I don’t wish what happened to me on any Bride, I am happy to leave this 5 star review to Rich and the Vital Image team for making sure I was taken care of. My big day went perfectly thanks to their help!

The videographer did an amazing job coordinating fun things and capturing great moments while not getting in the way. The guest go pros were also a super fun touch!

We decided to choose Vital Image because they had competitive pricing and they were family owned, which is something that was important to us. We chose the Lace Engagement Package and Rich was our photographer. He provided us with phone and email contact before the session, giving us advice on what to wear, where to have the session based on our vision, etc. I was very nervous since I had not met him prior, but he arrived on time and made the session a lot of fun and not awkward like I thought it would be (my fiance and I are not big picture people!) I cannot wait for Vital Image to be at my wedding for videography, photography, photo booth and DJ. They are wonderful and we are lucky we found them!

We had Seth as our photographer and he was absolutely amazing! He got so many good shots and was constantly on the go to make sure he captured everything that was important to us! He also helped to keep us on schedule throughout the night to ensure everything flowed smoothly. Seth was extremely patient with guests who also wanted to capture pictures that may have gotten in his way a little. Our pictures came out awesome and we're so glad we chose Seth as our photographer!

They are awesome and were so helpful with everything. They had so many suggestions for locations, were very flexible, and prompt with replies to emails and calls. Trish did an amazing job with our engagement photos!

Trish and the rest of the Vital Image team are amazing! We have only had our engagement shoot thus far, but Vital Image has been a great vendor to work with. Neither myself or my fiance enjoy having our pictures taken, but Trish made our engagement shoot fun and our pictures turned out better then we could have ever imagined. We couldn't have been happier with Vital Image! The entire team is warm, helpful and easy to work with. They take the time to really get to know you and learn about your vision for the day and photos. Nicholas Hoffman is so personable and talented. He immediately made us (and our kids) feel at ease. He captured the most incredible shots-- we are so grateful! We wanted to have more playful/fun and natural shots with our kids, and he took photos that completely capture our personality. In addition to his talent, he is a really genuine person who felt like a friend by the end of the night.

Our photographer was Trish and she was great! Our videographer was Kevin and he was also good to work with (although we got married in end of September and are still waiting to see the finished product) The DJ we had was Erik. He was not the . greatest to work with. For starters I had trouble contacting him to touch base with what I wanted prior to the wedding. When we finally talked over the phone I requested three or four polka songs since this was a predominantly polish wedding. He said he didn’t have any and he would have to find them if that’s what I wanted. I said it was important and he said he would find some. When it came to the day of the wedding he played one polka which got the dance floor hopping, so I requested another a bit later and he said that was all he had. I was extremely disappointed.
