We met with a few wedding planners and no one compared to Viva Bella. They are true professionals that really care about making it the perfect day.
Why Viva Bella? 1. Execution. They have serious talent in making everything come together. We had an outdoor ceremony in practically a field midsummer and had no stress that the day wouldn’t be perfect (there were 3 rain plans). If you are hiring a wedding planner you want design AND execution. Something that’s hard to tell by in photos is the behind the scenes of how they put it all together. I legit think any issue that could have come up they would have figured out exactly how to handle it and still make the day perfect. This is why you want a wedding planner! 2. They make your vision come to life in every way. You explain your vision, and they not only can execute it, but know the perfect vendors for you. I would have never of found the photographer, band, and florist we used without them. I wish someone would have stressed the importance of this when initially planning a wedding. Use planners with experience, they know the best references for YOU. 3. They let you and your family 100% enjoy the wedding weekend.
My advice would be to come to Viva Bella with a vision and overshare with what you want. They’ll make everything come together.

If you have no idea how to plan a wedding, are unorganized, not into planning, lazy, busy, or just want your mother to enjoy the week leading up to your wedding…. Look no further.
I knew that I would need a planner to plan my August 2017 wedding and took to the internet in search. All roads led to led to Viva Bella. My mother and I met with their team around March of 2017 and decided we DEFINITELY could not achieve the vision that we had in mind without them. Honestly, I could have walked into their office that day and told them that I wanted an outer space themed wedding and I am convinced that they would have personally strapped themselves into Ares I and gone to the Moon to bring me back real space rocks.
From there on out, and through the whirlwind of the 5 month countdown, Monica, Cheri and Diana were by my side morning, noon and night. These ladies have incredible experience and vision. They know and work seamlessly with all of the vendors in the area and I consistently got the impression that they were extremely well liked and respected among the industry. The girls recommended key vendors (DJ Toad and Laura Leppert among many others) who ended up being absolutely integral to so many parts of our wedding day. We would not have found them without Viva Bella!
I received multiple wedding updates each week which helped me and my mom stay on track and let us know that we were always being taken care of, even behind the scenes. I never once felt that I had to make a decision regarding a design element merely from looking at a photo. Monica and Cheri were always right there to give me the full story, including how each decision would affect our budget. Even when I was having a hard time making a decision, the girls were careful not to offer their influence or opinion unless I begged—they truly and genuinely wanted the day to be mine.
Finally, the day came...and honestly, I am still speechless when I think about how much Viva Bella did for me and my family. Not only did they take care of the tiniest issues—they practically anticipated them before I could even begin to worry. Most importantly, their final product was AMAZING. One of our guests snapped a photo of me as I walked into the tent for the first time and my mouth was literally on the floor. I would have needed ten times the time and ten times the manpower to organize and execute what these ladies did and even then, I am not sure I could have come close to pulling it off.
It is worth noting again how absolutely genuine each member of the Viva Bella staff is. Once you’ve been engaged/planning a wedding for a while and gotten some exposure to the wedding industry, you begin to notice that some companies can seem kind of… tired. The Viva Bella girls never once caused me feel like a ‘number’ or an obligation. They shared my excitement and adopted it as their own. I felt protected from all of the negative aspects that are sometimes associated with planning a wedding. I was—and always will be—eternally thankful for them.

Ordinarily, a written review can suffice for describing the quality of product a vendor will produce. Here, however, I am unsure if this written review can justly demonstrate what our experience with Viva Bella entailed. The long and the short of it is this:
The short: Viva Bella would not, could not, and did not disappoint. Without hesitation, the staff (specifically Monica and Cheri) took a chaotic mess of a wedding and turned it into a masterpiece.
The long: Viva Bella was not something we were referred to, nor was it a company we knew about. However, the reviews generated much interest on our behalf and we felt it was best that we meet with them and discuss what they had to offer. Admittedly, my wife did the majority of the planning and prep work, but I was always apprised of the situation and what we were setting out to do. In the midwest, lavish weddings are hard to come by - the vendors do not have adequate supplies, the caterers are relatively run-of-the-mill, and the weather is guaranteed to be unpredictable. Yet, amidst all the potential for chaos, we were taken by the hand and led down a step-wise path of how our wedding would work. Not only would the girls go out of their way to contact vendors with whom they had no familiarity, but they came out to the venue multiple times (months in advance) to get a glimpse into our minds. They wanted, just as bad as we did, to envision what was ahead.
Progressively, their summer wedding schedule filled up, yet they never "put us on the back-burner" so to speak. We were regularly sent emails and had meetings scheduled well in advance. Each move was calculated and recorded. Be that as it may, we also gave the girls a decent amount of autonomy to make certain decisions on their own. This move is a move I would recommend to all: not only will Viva Bella lighten the load on your pocket book, but they will exceed your expectation by producing something far better than you had envisioned. The ability to read a person is generally something few people can do well - at Viva Bella, that is their specialty. At no point was anything "off the table." At no point was our voice drowned out by extenuating circumstances. Before we asked for something the girls had already researched it and found a way we could do it under budget. This is the centerpiece of their capabilities.
From a specificity standpoint - the girls provided us with easy to use products for generating a budget, guest list, seating chart, and day of instructions. They provided an itinerary for the day of, the day before, the day after and the day before the day before. There was an entire staff of employees ready and capable to do what was called upon each of them, and when it comes to improvisation - there was no sense that they were confused, bewildered, or frustrated .... by ANYTHING. Each situation, from the first day of our relationship to the last was met with a well thought-out, well executed plan.
Viva Bella is not just a wedding planning institution - it is a miracle making factory. Coming from the groom, that is high praise. With elegance, grace, and sophistication - Viva Bella will go down as the critical cog in an otherwise beautifully chaotic experience.

Monica and her fabulous team were an absolute dream to work with. They were able to work with our vision and truly bring our "Bohemian Preppy" wedding to life. It was completely unique and completely us! They were truly by our sides since day 1 throughout the process. On our actual wedding day, they helped us with absolutely everything. The Viva Bella team is incredible. We chose Viva Bella because they had planned several destination weddings and my daughters wedding was in another country! They helped us plan, design, create the most perfect wedding! They were able to listen to my daughters idea's and bring them to fruition. There attention to detail is amazing! And we had a lot of fun with them as well!!

We searched for a wedding planner for months and interviewed several before selecting Viva Bella. They were great! We were so happy with how our special day turned out and so much can be credited to them. Every detail was considered and I went into my wedding day confident that everything would go as we planned it.

Dora & Marianne from Viva Bella were absolutely amazing! They were everything I could have wanted in a wedding planner and so much more. The team was incredibly organized with a meticulous eye on the details, but they were also creative and imaginative with their suggestions for the wedding day. I absolutely loved their design process! They really listened to what we wanted and turned a few initial ideas into such a gorgeous wedding day. And most importantly, they made the whole process fun! They were creative, upbeat, responsive and so much fun to work with. We actually looked forward to our planning meetings with them. My daughter and I knew as soon as we met the team at Viva Bella that we would be in good hands as we planned her wedding. From the budget to the vendor lists to the timeline to the decor, Monica and Cheri made us feel secure and excited about every last detail. The day of the wedding, I could just enjoy being the Mother of The Bride because they looked after everything else. Truly a spectacular group to work with!!
Viva Bella Events has been an absolute dream come true, especially since I ended up only having 2 months to plan my wedding. Im what they call a "non- bride" bride and I was terrified to even start the process of planning a wedding, But Dora and her crew took care of EVERY SINGLE detail big and small, down to the details I didn't even know existed! My wedding was in Santa Barbara, California and Dora went out of her way, making the trip across the country, to be on location multiple times (even a few times without me) meeting with vendors, make up artists, and salons to make sure everything would be perfect for the big day. Dora is the sweetest person Ive met and she is also the most badass person Ive ever met, she GETS IT DONE and she will go to any length imaginable to make your wedding day perfect and exactly how you want it. :) With that being said don't let the "non-bride" title fool you, I am the pickiest person you'll EVER met. Dora and her team were reachable 24/7 and always took the time to really listen. They understood and caught on to my vision right away and went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT, STRESS FREE and everything I ever dreamed of. No matter how difficult some of my ideas were they made it happen, no questions asked. There wasn't one thing my husband or I would have changed about our rehearsal dinner or wedding day, everything was magical, unforgettable, intimate and perfect. I couldn't imagine anyone else but Viva Bella Events planning my wedding, the whole crew will always have a special place in my heart. I recommend them to EVERY BRIDE OUT THERE, I promise you will be absolutely blown away.
PS Dora's Husband, Steven, was the pastor who married my husband and I and I would also recommend him! There wasn't a dry eye (tears of happiness of course) after the ceremony he gave, I had chills the whole time it was so personalized and intimate. It was perfection.

We really enjoyed having VBE as our wedding planner. They helped my fiancee plan the perfect day. I was a little bit involved too and they helped make our day really reflect the two of us. We had so much fun and any small issues were taken care of immediately. There were no big ones.
The team at Viva Bella Events was truly a pleasure to work with! As a very busy (and stressed) graduate student, I had very little time to focus on the details of my wedding. I created an inspiration board on Pinterest and was able to trust that the team at Viva Bella would bring my vision for an elegant equestrian-themed wedding to life. They truly did a fantastic job transforming the simple venue I chose into something spectacular! No detail was overlooked! My actual wedding day could not have been any more perfect. VBE helped my dream wedding become a reality. Anything that went wrong (which was barely anything thanks to their meticulous planning) was fixed immediately. They went to my house to get my "something old" that I forgot, they bought my groom new shoes when he lost them (they were in his suitcase- nerves!), they got me a new limo when ours didn't have AC and they even changed the color of our monogram because I didn't like it when I saw our reception room. In addition to all that they planned a beautiful wedding that encompassed everything in my head and brought it to life. My only complaint it that the cost is a little expensive compared to others in the area, but it is so worth it! I felt like I got so much more than those other companies would provide. My wedding planner, Monica (and team), became of one mind with me during the process and knew everything I would like even before I said so. She knew my vision better than I did! Amazing! Superior planners!

Viva Bella is the BEST. I live in San Francisco and planning a large wedding from across the country is not easy! Monica is EVERYTHING. I absolutely loved working with her. She was responsive, fun, upbeat and professional. I cannot imagine how stressed out I would have been without her and the Viva Bella team on the day of the wedding. My dad was skeptical about hiring a planner and afterwards said they earned every penny and did a great job. I couldn't agree more. I was really involved in the process, but felt at ease knowing that Monica's attention to detail would result in a flawless execution. Monica was great to bounce ideas off of and always had trade offs in mind - if I splurged in one area, where could I save? A lot of hard work went into every detail and the wedding was perfection. From the very beginning I had the best service possible and so much help planning my wedding. Dora and everyone else made the process so fun and so much less stressful- I couldn't imagine planning a wedding without them. On my wedding day I was so glad not to have to worry about any details or be nervous about anything- they catered to my every wish and gave me a wedding I couldn't even have dreamed of! We worked with Viva Bella for our wedding, and I absolutely cannot say enough great things about these ladies! For the entire year leading up to the wedding, Dora, Monica, and Marianne were so on top of things. They responded to every ridiculous email I sent (even at crazy hours of the night), answered every question, thought of every detail, and created the most incredible celebration for us. They were so wonderful throughout the whole process, but the work they did the day of the wedding made all the difference. There were a few small hiccups along the way, but I never even knew about them, because the Viva Bella ladies handled it immediately and made sure everything was perfect. I worked with viva bella to plan an October wedding. Their vendor list was so helpful, especially considering I live out of town. They never missed a step in the planning process and kept me on schedule. They were perfect the day of! We had to move the ceremony inside at the last minute and they made the ceremony beautiful and intimate and noone was troubled at all. They were the perfect guides through the whole process and helped me create a wedding that was prettier and more fun that I imagined. Especially considering I had a slightly non-traditional reception - it felt more like a party, which I loved. I strongly recommend them!
Every little girl dreams about the perfect wedding and every mother and father saves and plans for years to create that singularly wonderful day when their daughter walks down the isle. So you can imagine our suprise when our daughter requested that she and her fiance "get hiched" in a farm in Blanchester Ohio. We had our doubts about the choice of venues but after talking to Dora at Viva Bella Events she quickly calmed our fears and assured us that we could indeed create something unforgettable. It was a glorius occation and it was more stunning than anyone could have possibly envisioned. Every detail was meticulously planned and the event will live in our memories for the rest of our lives. Our daughter was so happy and the guests were simply blown away. Dora truly is a miracle worker. I reached out to Viva Bella less than four months before my wedding. Originally I was looking for design services, since I had decided to completely overhaul most design elements for our wedding (yikes!). After speaking with Monica and hearing how much VB could take off my plate, we moved forward with their full service create option. My only regret is not calling them sooner! Dora, Monica and team were not only critical in bringing my vision to life (both design and execution), but were also effective in managing my own stress levels as the day approached. I was able to find comfort in knowing that no detail would be overlooked, which allowed me to actually enjoy such a special time in our lives.
Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more. It went off without a hitch, and if there was a hitch, I never knew about it! I promise you this is every bride's dream... and I know we couldn't have done it without VB!
Viva bella events planned my wedding last fall, and it was truly outstanding. I've received compliments over and over from people that our wedding was the nicest they had been to in years or how creative and beautiful the wedding was. Their staff knows the vendors and venues in Cincinnati extremely well and made it seamless to work with them.
I can't imagine that our day would have gone as smoothly without them. Even more than the day of coordination, I was very impressed by their creativity. I came to them with a couple of colors and a vague theme, and with their help, planned a very unique fall wedding that was exactly what I dreamed. Viva Bella really stepped up to the plate when they took us on as a client. Both the groom and I were living in separate states planning a wedding in our hometown. Viva Bella events made every effort to make communication easy. They bent over backwards to meet with us when we were in town and they never missed an opportunity to meet face to face, even if it was on the weekend or a holiday! They not only had to deal with my bridezilla tendencies but they also had to deal with my groom (who was unusually opinionated and demanding during the planning process). They handled all crazy requests, suggested amazing vendors, and flawlessly executed the most memorable night of our life. I still have guests complimenting the event and the staff at Viva Bella. They not only made sure we (the bridal party) were continuously catered to but they also made sure each of my (376 guests) had their needs met as well. If there was a problem that day, I had NO idea about it... and still don't!
I cannot say enough about this team. We were not the easiest of clients and they really went above and beyond any expectation I had set. If I had to do it all over again... I'd still hire them!

Viva Bella were our wedding planners for our wedding on 9/13/2014. The day was perfect and we did not have to worry about anything.
We even joked that this team is like the secret service because they are always in contact making sure that no detail is left undone.
The day would not have been fun and relaxing without them!
I really cannot say enough about Viva Bella. I have to admit, at first I was skeptical. Yes, it was a little pricey, and I thought to myself "I can do this by myself, how hard can it be?" Well, after about one hour of sitting down with my Mom to try and start planning, we had given up. I needed Viva Bella's creative services and inspiration to get me started. They were GREAT to bounce ideas back and forth, and as we got closer and closer to the date I knew that I was in great hands. I felt confident that there wasn't anything small that I had forgotten.
I don't know how I would have gotten through the day of the wedding without them. When I forgot my veil in the hotel room, they ran back to the hotel to get it. When I needed a cocktail, they made sure I ordered something clear (in case I got any on my dress.. ha!) When I asked someone to get other shoes from my room so I could dance, they did. Again, there would have been no way I could have made it without them. Truly a great group to work with, and you'll feel so confident and relaxed the day of. Worth every penny!
Viva Bella provides first rate excellent service. Dora and her team are outstanding. Their attention to detail and professionalism combined with high energy and upbeat attitude made our wedding beautiful and a total blast. Everything went off without a hitch. Bad weather was threatening and they were ready for anything mother-nature had to throw at us. We also used Dora for design services and the vision she executed for our tent was breathtaking. Easy to work with and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
I have no idea how we could have pulled off this wedding without Dora and her viva bella team. They juggled moving pieces seamlessly and gracefully. One of my groomsmen's father asked him, "is this going to be one of those weddings with a bunch of people with earpieces in running around?" The answer was yes, but in truth it was not. It was not because Dora's team faded into the background and moved things along without being conspicuous. They wrangled my groomsmen (no easy task), stopped me from accidentally running into my bride before it was the right moment, and actually kept everything on schedule (a rarity with my family). My highest recommendation.
My husband and I both chose one thing we couldn't be without for our wedding day. He chose the band and I chose Viva Bella as my day of planner. At first he didn't get it and thought it was a waste of our money..but the days nearing our wedding my now husband told me he thought this was the best investment we made and it showed the day of. It was the most magical day of my entire life. If they weren't there it would've been a huge fiasco for us all. You never realize how bad things could have gone.. until you find out the next day. Dora and her assistance saved the day! We were planning an outdoor barn wedding, but there ended up being a huge storm the day of. Her team was already on it with a backup plan. Making sure the chairs were set up under the tent, that our photobooth photographer and our carnival games had a place to go inside the barn. When our caterer failed to show up on time and when they did, didn't bring water or ice..her team was on it. When our caterer was refusing to set up on the covered back deck and wanted to have our guest go out in the rain to their grill for the food...she handled it and made sure they set up the food under the tented deck in chaffing dishes like the caterer was contracted to. When the caterer ran out of beer even though we had a contract stating unlimited beer until 11pm...Dora and her team took care of it. My only regret is that we didn't go with a Viva Bella approved caterer for the evening. Our guest, my husband, and I had no idea this had even happened until the next day. My guest had the time of their lives and so did we. It's still talked about as one of the best weddings they've ever been to. I can't tell you how priceless it is to have Viva Bella on your side the day of. It makes a huge difference. Dora asked me that morning what my dream wedding looked like and I didn't have an answer...but when i look back at my wedding, it was my dream wedding and it's because they made everything perfect and dealt with all the stress so my family, friends, and husband and I could really enjoy ourselves.
My wife and I hired viva bella because we were planning our wedding from out of town and needed a local presence to coordinate with vendors and catch any details we overlooked. Hanna and Monica could not have been more helpful or easier to work with. When necessary, they pressed our vendors to make sure our needs and wishes were met. When asked, they respectfully let us know when our ideas could use refining. They kept us focused, on schedule, and worry-free. The ceremony itself was flawless thanks to their advocacy, persistence, and experience.
Viva Bella was great, our wedding was not the easiest project to take on, but Viva Bella did a fantastic job and the wedding day was perfect and would not have been if it wasn't for them.
Viva Bella Events did a SUPERB job on our wedding. Everything was perfect and the day was more beautiful then I could have ever asked for. We worked with Monica, and she was patient as could be on the day of the wedding with my crazy wedding party! Viva Bella helped make our special day the best day of our lives. :)
We hired Viva Bella for their "day of" package, and it was one of the best decisions we made! We met with them months before the wedding, corresponded through many emails leading up to the big day and had their expertise the day of the wedding. Monica was my contact throughout the planning process, and she was prompt, helpful and supportive. I was doing all of my planning from Boston, but I knew Monica and the rest of the team would follow through with my plans once I arrived in Cincinnati.
Overall, everyone was able to enjoy the wedding, because the Viva Bella ladies had everything under control! It was a wonderful experience!
We knew early on that our wedding was going to be a big one with a large guest list, and I also knew that I was not going to have the time (or energy!) to deal with all the little details that go into planning an amazing wedding day. I looked on The Knot for wedding coordinators in the area, and immediately knew I would choose viva bella events. All of their reviews were wonderful, and when I walked into the office for our first meeting I was really impressed by how interested they all were in what my vision was for our wedding day. I knew I wanted people there to run interference between me and all of the vendors, because the last thing any bride wants is to be worrying about stuff like that on your actual day! It was so wonderful to be able to allow the ladies of viva bella to handle all of that for me. They even organized our escort cards, and placed our table names on the tables for us. Little things like that made a huge impression. While there was some confusion the day of, all 3 of the viva bella staff that were there with us managed to get everything under control. They worked incredibly well with the Hilton staff to make sure things flowed as smoothly as possible. Trust me, if you don't want to be worrying about whether your best friend delivered your overnight bag to your room or putting together your itinerary or panicking over whether your remembered to pack extra bobby pins (or even trying to keep track of your cell phone - thanks monica!)you should hire viva bella to handle it all for you. i could not have imagined our day without them there to help.
My husband and I chose the service package that entailed day-of coordination and light pre-wedding planning assistance. We were planning our Cincy wedding from out of town and knew we'd be able to choose and hire vendors but that we'd want someone on the ground in Ohio to help us out. VB was invaluable the day of our wedding. They confirmed and coordinated all our vendors, established a detailed timeline and, most important, made sure everyone stuck to it. They also stepped in when I was having trouble with vendors: not hearing from them, asking questions, etc. It was a relief to have planners who were willing to play the heavy and pressure vendors in ways my husband and I didn't have time to do.
I highly recommend Viva Bella for anyone getting married in Cincinnati or nearby. We would've been so stressed during our wedding without them, but because of their professionalism and experience, we have nothing but good, fun memories of our big day.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Viva Bella. All of the people we worked with were extremely professional and really knew their stuff. I was able to send emails with questions before my wedding day and found an amazing videographer through their recommendations. Then when it came to the wedding day itself, everything was taken care of. The hotel had a mixup with the room I was supposed to get ready in, Viva Bella was on it way before I knew anything about it. They then fixed the timing with the limos since we were slightly delayed. My husband-to-be didn't have buttons in his pants for his suspenders to go on... no problem, Viva Bella sewed on buttons. And when I told them that my feet were hurting before the first dance, I found my little slippers on my seat when I first went to sit down. There was absolutely no detail missed. I can't thank them enough for making it such a wonderful and memorable night!
I was a bridesmaid for a viva bella wedding in May and could not have been more impressed with the organization, glamour and all-around creativity of the event! Dora and her team are truly amazing at making the exact vision of what the bride has in mind come to life. Her team created a seamless event that made for a very enjoyable day for the bride, the wedding party, the family and the guests. I called Viva Bella two days after I got engaged, that phone call connected me with Dora, who would turn out to be the most amazing person in my life for the next year! Working with the Viva Bella staff was a fantastic experience – from pre-planning through execution. One expects a wedding planner/consultant to be organized and knowledgeable – and these ladies certainly were. But their contribution to my daughter’s wedding far exceeded the role we anticipated. These darling ladies have iron fists inside their velvet gloves! They kept everyone “on schedule” in such a kind way that we had no sense that we were being “handled.” They were always there when we needed them and were invisible when we did not. The event was glorious – thanks in no small part to their competence and professionalism. Thank you Sara, Hanna and Dora. You are all THE BEST!
As Father of the Bride, I thought my role was to keep quiet and pay the bills. But not so with Viva Bella Events. I have to admit that prior to the hiring of an event planner, I thought all they would do is coordinate a few of the wedding day activities and keep things organized. Of course they did all of that, but they did so much more. We worked principally with Monica and Dora. They first spent time gaining a firm understanding of the wishes of our daughter, but they did it in a way that brought our whole family into the planning process. More importantly, they truly wanted the wedding to be a reflection of our family. The wedding was so beautiful and memorable and came off without a hitch. Monica's help on the day of the event was immeasurable. At the conclusion of the wedding, I commented to my wife that having Monica and Dora (and the entire Viva Bella staff) as our event planner was one of the best decisions we made. We would hire Viva Bella again in a heartbeat.
I was married on September 1, 2012 and worked with Viva Bella for the six months leading up to the wedding. They helped to bring my vision for the big day to life, made sure that everything was organized, and was completed on time. All of the women on their amazing team contributed in different ways, and it made me feel like everyone had a role to play which really inspired confidence. On the actual wedding day, everyone came together and pitched in wherever they were needed. They were really on top of making sure the day went smoothly. As with any event there were some curve balls, but they were handled, and everything was seamless and just breathtakingly beautiful.
In short, Viva Bella is incredibly creative. They have impeccable taste, run a tight ship, and they were just a pleasure to work with.
I worked with Hanna throughout the wedding process and she was absolutely fabulous. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. She did so much behind the scenes planning leading up to the wedding making the process so much less stressful. She had great ideas and offered thoughtful suggestions in areas where I didn't have a clue. During the rehearsal and wedding she was instrumental in guiding everyone in the wedding party and all the vendors on what to do and where to be so I did not have to worry about it. My family absolutely loved her! She just has a way about her that is commanding but never pushy. I truly appreciate everything her and her team did for mine and Josh's big day! I would recommend Viva Bella in a second.
Viva Bella made my wedding day enjoyable for everyone because we didn't have to worry about a thing. They were very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and offered amazing design ideas. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch (at least to my knowledge!). Peace of mind was worth every penny.
The Viva Bella Events team is amazing. They were all fun to work with and helped make sure my wedding was amazing. I would recommend them to everyone, as while it can be hard to find the money in the budget for a full service wedding coordinator the outcome is totally worth it!
I am still in awe of our entire wedding weekend. The viva bella team was AMAZING! Even though I'm an overly organized person, I realized early on that I couldn't do this alone. Dora and her team were able to create a timeline that put everyone's mind at ease and helped keep 12-person wedding party in line (not an easy task). viva bella did so much work leading up to the big day, but when the big day was here, they REALLY got to work! I was shocked. The ladies were with us all day and kept the entire day "moving." Honestly, I can't imagine NOT having them there...they were that important. My one wish was to be stress-free (those who know me know letting go and not being stressed doesn't come easy to me) and I was completely at ease all day. I keep calling this wedding the "perfect wedding" because I can't think of one thing I would've changed. It was awesome!

Dora made the planning process easy, with her incredible in house team, vendor connections, and incredible "bride-side" manor. With my family in California, my Fiance in Afghanistan, and bridesmaids scattered across the U.S., she put ALL of our nerves at ease.
The Viva Bella team always went the extra mile to make sure every single detail (from florals to bridal party line up) went as I had hoped. I praise the entire team for their enthusiasm, accuracy, and creativity. We could never have dreamed that our wedding day be so magical. Planning a wedding is enough of a daunting task, but add to that parents of the bride that live 2000 miles away in San Diego, the bride-to-be working full time in Cincinnati, and the groom deployed in Afghanistan and you have the makings of a potential nightmare! When our daughter Tasha walked into her initial meeting at Viva Bella Events with magazine clippings and samples of ideas that she had been collecting since she was a pre-adolescent, and add to that her parents with very strong ideas and a lesser person than Dora would have run for the hills! Instead, it was the beginning of what would become a unique and special collaboration! Team Sandler was born and Viva Bella took on the challenge with a great sense of style and a remarkable sense of humor.
Hundreds of emails and phone calls later, our daughter's dream wedding weekend at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati began to take shape. Dora was amazing throughout the entire process. Our visits to Cincinnati were packed tight with vendor visits and fun lunches with Dora at numerous local eateries. Her recommendations for local (and some not so local) vendors turned out to be the most essential ingredient in making our planning process seamless and the actual wedding weekend worry-free!
Probably the most impressive part of the planning was when Dora brought all of the vendors together at one meeting (that was an interesting mix of personalities!) so that everyone would be on the same page and the end result that would be in keeping with Tasha's vision for her wedding weekend.
And the end result was spectacular!!! From Ileana's (Sugar Realm) magnificent Art Deco wedding cake creation to Amy's (Amo-Ink) unique invitations, programs, and escort cards to Kristen's (Yellow Canary) unbelievable floral design.... everything was amazing! In fact, everything was perfect. Dora's staff made the actual wedding day flow seamlessly. Monica deserves extra kudos for her crisis management and people skills! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dora and the entire Viva Bella staff for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime for our entire family!
