Terrible experience all around. They literally take your money, find the worst quality decor, never send pictures, dimensions, or proof for most items and hope that you just don't ...
notice missing pieces, wrong decor, and then have a horrible attitude about it when you confront them. Icing on the cake is the hissy fit they threw the day of the wedding with my planner in front of everyone. Unprofessional and probably scammers.
For over a decade, I have had the pleasure of working with Sabrina and her incredible team at Vivienne & Vine Floral Design in Fort Worth, Texas.

Vivienne and Vine did a wonderful job with our wedding and received many compliments! They achieved the color scheme and vibe I was looking for. The arch, bouquet and cake florals ...
were beautiful. Hiring them took a lot of stress away from the day of the wedding. Thank you!
They do not help you declining to deliver certain areas with upcharging fees. I wished to hire them but it didnt work out.
Inattention to details and lack of communication.
We met with Katy in October and were very happy with the quote she gave us. In April, Katy created a beautiful bouquet for my ...
daughter’s bridal portraits. It was stunning and we made a point to let Katy know how perfect it was so we were very surprised by the bouquet we received for the actual wedding. The bouquet had the flowers we requested but it was the wrong shape and had the wrong color of ribbon on it. It looked like it was made by a completely different person. My daughter was disappointed and sad that her bouquet was not what she wanted. After the wedding, we found out that Katy had left Vivien and Vine a couple of weeks before. I was upset that we were not notified by Sabrina, the owner, and that no one bothered to communicate that fact with us prior to the wedding or to confirm our flower choices. I emailed Sabrina to let her know that we were unhappy with the bouquet and sent her pictures of the trial bouquet and the day of bouquet. She agreed that it was not what we requested and offered to refund the cost of the bouquet. She said she would be mailing it to me back in May. As of today, I have not received the check nor has Sabrina responded to recent email or texts I would not recommend using Sabrina and Vivien and Vine . Her lack of communication and inattention to details created disappointment and anxiety on my daughter’s special day.
Vivienne & Vine did a good job for our wedding. Everyone thought our wedding decor was beautiful and it was. However, we felt like some details were missed and it did not complet...
ely meet expectations. Their contract does state that they cannot match the sample pictures exactly and I completely understand that. But there were some things that could have been communicated better. We had specified wanting plum (dark) runners for the tables-- we ended up with lilac/light purple runners. Did it still look okay, yeah sure, but it was not the dark, moody look we had requested. We were told a few days prior to the wedding that plum candles were not an option and to pick a different color and we did. But it is weird they communicated the candle color discrepancy but didn't say anything about the table runners not being available in the color we wanted. Also, we had our details finalized months before the wedding so it was a shock to be see the runners being a different color than requested without any prior notice. A few other things, I didn't end up getting any flowers for my hair, my husband's boutonniere wasn't done correctly (it was missing the rose), and in general, it seemed like the florals arrived later than normal, especially for the church. All that said, everything did end up looking good. The hanging installation with lights was wonderful and our photo booth backdrop was executed really well.
I am so glad I chose Vivienne and Vine Floral Design. I met with them and showed them the different colors I wanted and the type of flower arrangements I like, and they made my flo...
wer dreams come to life. The flowers were GORGEOUS! I had hydrangeas, and they stayed looking perky even in the hot Texas July heat. Also, they were amazing at placement. They also provided the table cloths (in color sand) which all looked great. Everything made for a non-stressful beautiful wedding that I always wanted.
Sabrina, Kendra, and Elisha were SO incredibly wonderful to work with designing our floral for our wedding. They took my vision of modern simplicity and ran with it and I was truly...
blown away by their work. Sabrina designed my bouquet perfectly and I could not have asked for a better representation of my personality in a bouquet of flowers. They worked with our budget and made sure that day of everything was absolutely perfect. I am so happy we went with this amazing team for our flowers! They even kept my bouquet in their freezer until after my honeymoon so that I could preserve it. They are amazing humans and you will not regret hiring them for your big day!
Sabrina is the best! I had so many compliments on my decor and floral.. I printed out picture ideas and she followed exactly what I wanted.
Sabrina and Kendra were wonderful to work with! Our flowers were gorgeous! They were affordable when compared to other florists in the area and allowed us to have the wedding of ou...
r dreams as we were paying ourselves. We had a variety of centerpieces and greenery spread throughout our venue. I was beyond pleased with my bouquet and am still getting compliments when I share pictures with friends and family. I will be recommending them to everyone!
We had Sabrina as our florist and in the beginning she made me really excited because her idea matched mine perfectly. She understood my exact vision. Throughout the engagement sh...
e was very difficult to get in touch with by email and phone. Some of my key things were for the centerpieces to be mostly white and peach and less green. Day of they were 75% green, so my thought is that it was cheaper for them to do it that way. My second key thing was succulents in my bouquet, she had specific pictures that I wanted to use for my bouquet. Not a single succulent. Obviously it was day of wedding so not much to do. Not that the flowers were not pretty, but it is also not her wedding. We are paying her to complete our vision not to twist it to whatever pleases her.
