Vivienne and Vine did a wonderful job with our wedding and received many compliments! They achieved the color scheme and vibe I was looking for. The arch, bouquet and cake florals were beautiful. Hiring them took a lot of stress away from the day of the wedding. Thank you!

They do not help you declining to deliver certain areas with upcharging fees. I wished to hire them but it didnt work out.

Inattention to details and lack of communication. We met with Katy in October and were very happy with the quote she gave us. In April, Katy created a beautiful bouquet for my daughter’s bridal portraits. It was stunning and we made a point to let Katy know how perfect it was so we were very surprised by the bouquet we received for the actual wedding. The bouquet had the flowers we requested but it was the wrong shape and had the wrong color of ribbon on it. It looked like it was made by a completely different person. My daughter was disappointed and sad that her bouquet was not what she wanted. After the wedding, we found out that Katy had left Vivien and Vine a couple of weeks before. I was upset that we were not notified by Sabrina, the owner, and that no one bothered to communicate that fact with us prior to the wedding or to confirm our flower choices. I emailed Sabrina to let her know that we were unhappy with the bouquet and sent her pictures of the trial bouquet and the day of bouquet. She agreed that it was not what we requested and offered to refund the cost of the bouquet. She said she would be mailing it to me back in May. As of today, I have not received the check nor has Sabrina responded to recent email or texts I would not recommend using Sabrina and Vivien and Vine . Her lack of communication and inattention to details created disappointment and anxiety on my daughter’s special day.

Vivienne & Vine did a good job for our wedding. Everyone thought our wedding decor was beautiful and it was. However, we felt like some details were missed and it did not completely meet expectations. Their contract does state that they cannot match the sample pictures exactly and I completely understand that. But there were some things that could have been communicated better. We had specified wanting plum (dark) runners for the tables-- we ended up with lilac/light purple runners. Did it still look okay, yeah sure, but it was not the dark, moody look we had requested. We were told a few days prior to the wedding that plum candles were not an option and to pick a different color and we did. But it is weird they communicated the candle color discrepancy but didn't say anything about the table runners not being available in the color we wanted. Also, we had our details finalized months before the wedding so it was a shock to be see the runners being a different color than requested without any prior notice. A few other things, I didn't end up getting any flowers for my hair, my husband's boutonniere wasn't done correctly (it was missing the rose), and in general, it seemed like the florals arrived later than normal, especially for the church. All that said, everything did end up looking good. The hanging installation with lights was wonderful and our photo booth backdrop was executed really well.
