Buyer beware! I had a great experience trying on dresses and came to TRUST the seller. Don't be taken in! Once they have your money they don't care about you or how your dress looks or fits. The final straw, I went to pick up my dress today and they didn't have one nice word to say, didn't even say "Thank you". Very rude. I am most disappointed because this should have been a great experience buying my dress for my oldest child's wedding. So disappointed in their service and lack of integrity. I suppose they can operate this way because many buyers of special occasion dresses are not regular customers.

Had a wonderful experience with Volle's! All of the staff were wonderful, professional, and kind. I adore my dress and veil, and with the awesome Volle's alterations staff it was truly a perfect fit. It was special for me to shop there because my older sister also bought her dress from Volle's 25 years ago.

From the moment I walked into the store for my first appointment I felt at ease. Wedding planning is stressful, and let's be honest ladies, so is finding a dress that you feel comfortable in. Volle's delivered in every way possible. They made me feel at home, figured out my aesthetic/vibe, and within 7 dresses I found *the one*. They were respectful of my price range and never made me feel pressured to say yes. The alterations process (which I would recommend doing through Volle's) was super easy and totally stress-free. By the time it got to my wedding day, the dress fit like a dream and I felt drop dead gorgeous thanks to Volle's!

I imagined finding a wedding dress would be overwhelming. It was the exact opposite at Volles Bridal & Boutique. Stephanie listened to what my personal style was and picked out a selection of dresses to try on. Some were what I wanted and some were styles she picked. I'm so grateful for Stephanie's expertise and eye for fashion. I ended up selecting the wild card dress that Stephanie picked out. If it wasn't for her I would have never found "the dress". The owner also went above and beyond. When I went to pick up my dress before the wedding the parking lot was difficult to access. The village had scheduled construction right in front of the building. The owner drove us to our cars so my dress would not get ruined. She also helped deal with my stressed-out mom so I could enjoy my day. I would highly recommend this company for any special occasion you may need.

I had a great experience with Volles Bridal! I worked with Kristina and she made the whole process of finding a dress great! She listened to my ideas and made my dreams a reality of finding my perfect dress. Once I found my dress, Volles did a great job of communicating with me when the dress came in and how alterations would work! At my final fitting, I was so happy with everything! The alterations team at Volles is phenomenal! Thank you so much for everything! I LOVED my wedding dress.

We loved Volle's so much that we sent my Maid of Honor there for her wedding dress! Volle's helped me find exactly what I was looking for without too much fuss or craziness. I only went to one place to find my dress and I'm so glad it was here. They also have a relationship with a nearby tux store, and your groom's party gets a huge discount if you get your dress at Volle's!

I have contemplated writing this message, but now I feel it is necessary so no other bride has my same experience. I found the dress of my dreams at Volle's with Stephenie's help. She made my wedding dress shopping process smooth and seamless. When I got the call on letting me know my dress had arrived, I was so excited to see it! My family + MOH arrived on time for our 7PM scheduled appointment. It wasn't until about 7:15PM that I was greeted by Stephenie and she let me know she was wrapping up with a bride upstairs. Another 30 minutes went by and we were still waiting. It became clear that Stephenie was prioritizing the sale + commission from a future bride rather than staying true to her scheduled appointment with a bride who has already given her the sale... extremely unprofessional. Finally, at 7:45PM, Stephanie came in with my dress. The moment I stepped into my dress, to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I had heard that wedding dresses were made a size or 2 up is normal and expected, but I was drowning in the dress. The straps were falling off my shoulders, the waist was dipping below my hips, and I had to physically hold up my dress or I would have exposed myself. I asked Stephanie to clip it like we did before but she said it would kink the dress - she was able to place a few after I got emotional. I have not lost any weight since I was measured for this dress, and truthfully, do not plan to lose any moving forward so I expected this dress to fit a bit more true to size with only minor alterations after. I even checked the measurements on my Volle's receipt and compared them to my current measurements - there is no difference. I will never be able to wrap my head around how much I spent on this dress just to spend even more money to alter it to actually fit. On top of that, I made my appointment 2 days after my dress arrived and picked it up 10 days later - a total of 13 days between my dress arriving to Volle's and being presented to the bride. This was 13 days that anyone at Volle's could have taken 20 minutes from their day to steam my dress to make it look presentable when I arrived. Even during the 45 minutes I waited, someone could have steamed it. I could not fully envision my wedding dress through the wrinkles - it looked like it was sitting in a ball for those 13 days. This dress was not ordered off of Amazon or picked up at a thrift store, I expected more from a highly reputable bridal boutique presenting the wedding dress to a bride. There are many factors that may be out of your control, but being on time for scheduled appointments, accurately measuring/ordering a wedding dress and making the dress look presentable is something you can control and help make or break the experience of a bride and her loved ones. A wedding is equally exciting yet extremely stressful for a bride, and choosing a wedding dress is an emotional time. No bride should be leaving in tears. I sent this message privately to the Volle's team and received a phone call. I did receive an apology for my feelings, but it was followed by many defensive excuses in why I was in the wrong. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I hope no bride has to experience what I had to moving forward and that the Volle's team uses this as an opportunity to learn + grow for future brides that say 'yes' to the dress at Volle's.

I bought a Martiana Liana dress from Volle's back in September 2020. I would most definitely recommend Volle's for a dress shopping appointment and for alterations. This was the first and only dress shopping experience that I had. First of all, Volle's was very accommodating for allowing me to try on dresses downstairs in the mother of the bride area instead of upstairs, so my grandma didn't have to walk up and downstairs. My bridal consultant (whose name I cannot remember from two years ago) was very helpful in picking out my dress. They also helped me in purchasing the dress for a discount as they were having a Martina Liana trunk show that upcoming weekend. Due to not having my wedding until October 2022, they stored my dress for a year and a half until my wedding. For alternations, we worked with Teresa. She was so kind and personable in helping my dress fit like an absolute glove. During my last appointment, I couldn't help but dance around at how good my dress fit, that she turned the music up in the room! I had such a great experience with Volle's and highly recommend them.

I had the most amazing experience at Volle's! When I went in to try on dresses, I had no intention of walking out with a dress. 6 dresses later, I found THE ONE! My stylist was amazing and pushed me out of my comfort zone to really make sure I got the dress that I had envisioned. It's great that alterations are done in house at a flat rate because that can sometimes be the most expensive part. My mom got her wedding dress from there 38 years ago and got her mother of the bride dress for my wedding there too!

Kristina was fantastic, from start to finish. The team at Volles really make you feel like a priority when you are there. Kristina kept things light, and fun and she pretty much could read my mind! My dress turned out to be the first dress I tried on at Volles! I had an amazing experience with the alterations as well. They are very thorough which I loved as a bride! Could not recommend them more!

I said YES to the dress here! :) This boutique has a great variety of dresses. Kimberly was amazing and very attentive. She listened to what I was looking for and would also point out how each dress was different. Everyone is so friendly and I had fun trying on dresses. I had a great experience.

I had a very good experience at Volles. My initial appointment wasn’t a great start, the lady that I was working with was not bringing out any of the dresses I had wanted and after 40 minutes she finally said the ones I wanted were slightly more expensive. We got past that, I found my dress 2 dresses later and instantly fell in love. All of my fittings were so painless and effortless and I always felt very special. Victoria was amazing and helped me find my perfect veil. I would highly recommend Volles!

I was looking for a Mother-of-the-Bride dress for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I searched the internet for independent local bridal shops in the northwest and this shop came up. This was the first place we visited. The shop is very quaint, in a converted 2-story Victorian home. We had an appointment and were promptly assigned a sales consultant. She asked what I was looking for and a price range. She then put me in a dress and we discussed what I liked about it, and what I would like to change. She then provided me with one dress at a time and we discussed the same things with each dress. By the 5th one, I had the biggest smile imaginable. I found the PERFECT one! My daughter fully agreed. By the way, the style of these dresses are like none I've seen online elsewhere. The consultant took precise measurements. My order will be ready in about 4 months. Best of all, the shop does all its own alterations. I highly recommend Volle's.

I went to Volles with my daughter-in-law to be, and three other close family members because it has always had a good reputation for it's selection. I was definitely disappointed with the appointment. First of all, Volles used to be "quaint" now it's just shabby. Next, we were escorted upstairs to what seemed like a dressing room. The bride had to try on dresses right in front of us while the stylist held up a small robe for privacy. We waited while she clipped and fitted it, therefore , we were not able to experience the "wow factor". There was no "wow factor" because the stylist kept bringing us the same style dress which the bride told her was not her style. We ended the appointment early because every dress she brought was not to our liking. And as we exited, the only way out was to walk through another bride's shopping experience .

Super helpful with allowing me to try on ALOT of dresses (I was super indecisive) Giana was amazing helping me select my dress. I also loved how they kept the dress until the day before was super nice compared to some other places that don't keep them in storage for you.

I'm forever grateful to Volle's and Stephanie, my stylist! From the moment I walked into Volle's to the moment I said "Yes!" To my dress, it was an incredible experience. Stephanie listened to my every want and need and delivered everything and more! As an out of state bride, Volle's was incredibly accommodating from fitting in my fitting appointments whenever I could come to town (As my home town is Lake Zurich, but was living in California at the time). The tailor was absolutely incredible. My dress fit like a glove and it's all thanks to her! You will not be disappointed. They deliver an incredible experience! They are wedding magicians. My experience at Volle’s was wonderful. Irene was patient and supportive in helping me try out all the different styles of dresses to narrow down exactly what I was going for. I am SO happy to be a Volle’s bride! I worked with Stephenie to find my gorgeous dress. I knew I had a particular Martina Liana dress in mind, and Volle’s just so happened to have a Martina Liana trunk show happening around the time I was looking for my dress. Stephenie worked with Martina Liana to have the dress available in the shop for me to try on. It was so exciting to say “Yes” to the dress! The on-site alterations are a plus and very convenient as well. The alterations department was wonderful to work with and they did a beautiful job making my dress just right. It ended up being an absolutely breathtaking dress – I couldn’t stop smiling when I had it on! Finally, dress preservation is available right next store at Volle’s tux store, Mr. Tux. It’s very convenient to have all dress-related services in the same place. Thank you to Volle’s for making me a beautiful bride!!

I had the BEST experience at Volle's! It was everything I imagined for a dress shopping experience and more. Susanne was able to help me find my dream wedding dress while staying within my budget, and didn't pressure me to try and go over. It didn't feel like she was there with an ulterior motive to "sell, sell, sell" it was apparent she knew what she was doing/what she was talking about and has a passion for helping brides find their dream dress. My group that I came with absolutely adored Susanne and the entire experience, and had wished we could stay longer just so I could try on more dresses. If I could give Volle's and their team a 100/5 stars I totally would, and would recommend any bride who's looking at dress shops to definitely check out Volle's!

Volle’s is so wonderful! Every time that I went for an appointment, I felt so special! The stylists really listen to you and bring you out dresses that you want. All the gowns are gorgeous and their alterations are FABULOUS! I was so impressed with them from start to finish.

My experience at Volle’s was wonderful. They have a HUGE selection of dresses and really took the time to help me find the perfect one. When my dress arrived it originally didn’t fit but Stephanie took the time to research why and discovered the dress was made the incorrect size. Within a few weeks the dress was resized and ready for my first alteration appointment. Volle’s made the process so easy and I was beyond happy with the end result.

I cannot say more how wonderful of an experience I had at Volle's! Our consultant was Gianna, who was extremely attentive and understood my type-Aness 😊 I never once felt pushed into something I didn't want or liked, and she worked diligently to bring me different styles and types of dresses to help me find the perfect dress. I loved a dress's bottom, and she worked hard to show me the possibilities of what can be done with the top to make it fit my vision. She was supportive of my mom and I wanting to see different things to find out what we didn't like, and what we did like. Ultimately, we ended up going over our appointment time, and she was patient with us and really brought my dream dress to life to make sure I was leaving with purchasing what I wanted, and the possibilities of what we can do when my dress comes in. I cannot wait for it to come in for the customization and alterations!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience while looking for the perfect dress! My stylist, Irene, was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. This is a beautiful boutique with an incredible selection of dresses. The owner, Susanne, is wonderful! I’m so glad I got my dress here!

After visiting quite a few bridal boutiques on my hunt for “the dress”, a family friend recommended Volle’s to me and I am SO HAPPY I took her advice! From the moment i walked in, Irene made me feel welcome and excited to try on dresses. She truly listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and even pulled some other styles that I never would have grabbed myself but wound up loving! She was unbelievably patient with me, and was never pushy or rushing me. I came in and shopped twice with her and I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Volle’s! I purchased my dress from them and I can’t wait until it comes in. They really took care of me and I even got a hand written note in the mail from Irene. Susanne has also been extremely helpful and both of them have answered endless emails, questions and calmed some wedding dress anxieties. Thank you for the great experience!

Oh Volle's bridal. My experience was a mix of very high highs and very low lows. Let's start with the highs. The day I went to pick out my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids went really smoothly. They really have an incredible amount of dresses and the dresses themselves were so pretty. I ended up buying everything there and was very pleased on how everything went. The person who altered my dress was kind and did incredible work. Fast forward to when everything was supposed to be arriving. They continued to change the dates on me on when my wedding dress was supposed to arrive. SO happy that I didn't tell them the actual date of my wedding because it would have been tight otherwise. Finally I did get information on when my dress was arriving, but once I did, my goodness was it hard to make an appointment. I called 4X in the span of 2 weeks. Even though they kept saying they would call me back, they never did. Finally I called right when they were about to close and demanded that the receptionist make the appointments for me and not transfer me over to their alterations department. Which she did, and we worked it out. Each consultant was also very confused on pricing in terms of alterations and I got three different answers to the same question. I think they were changing their policy and I just got caught in it, but my goodness. It was frustrating. Once I had those alterations appointments, the dress did turn out beautiful and I couldn't have asked for more. Now onto the girls. They had SO many issues. My first friend who literally weighs nothing couldn't breathe in her dress and they told her to just walk around in it... not the best answer when she just spent $250+ on a dress. They did end up eventually letting it out a tad and she was okay in the end but it added on a lot of additional stress. My other bridesmaid tried 4X to make an appointment and couldn't get through. Finally she spoke to the owner and they told her to come in Monday. She called the Friday before to reconfirm and they told her that she had no appointment and to not come in because they don't work Mondays. They way they spoke to her was completely unprofessional and it led her to taking her dress elsewhere to get it altered. My final two bridesmaids didn't want to deal with the stress so they also took their dresses elsewhere. On the day of the wedding two out of the four dresses got a snapped string at the front of the dress, which exposed their boobs to the world. This also caused a lot of stress as we frantically safety pinned the girls into their dresses. I dont really understand why only one piece of thread kept the top together, made me doubt the quality of the dress. It ended up with me complaining to the owner about everything that was happening to get a straight answer and also me begging for her to give me something to make it a tad better- I got my bustling for free. Overall, Volle's had beautiful dresses, a kind seamstress. Hopefully this just happened to me because they were changing their policies but I am not fully sure. If you go with them, you will have a beautiful dress but keep in mind you have to stay on top of EVERYTHING.

Everyone at Volle’s is extremely helpful and friendly! I found the structure of my dream gown at Volle’s about a year before my wedding. Theresa, the seamstress at Volle’s, turned the structure into my dream gown AND some! She exceeded my expectations of the custom work she added to my gown - from adding appliqués to personalized beading. Theresa is a magician... she was SO fun, friendly, personable, and holds so much knowledge within the alterations department. I really looked forward to my alterations appointments with her - she always made me feel beautiful! I also think the price for the types of gowns you can find at Volle’s is incomparable. I traveled over an hour just to get there - and it was worth it! Thank you to all of the Volle’s team - and especially Theresa! You made my dream wedding even more of a dream!

I had an incredible experience at Volles! My consultant, Kim, was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and provided invaluable advice throughout my dress buying experience. My mom also bought her mother of the bride dress at Volles and the consultants made her experience so comfortable and positive. From the time you walk through the door at Volles, everyone there is so dedicated to helping you get your dream wedding look. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to start off by saying that in the end, Volle’s helped me find my perfect wedding dress! This process included combining the top from one designer and the bottom from another. I am so beyond thrilled with how my wedding dress turned out. With that said, when recommending Volles to any friends and/or family for future events, I will let them know that similar to other reviews, the Volles team, including the customer service is often subpar. For example, the front desk isn’t always welcoming or warm, which is disappointing considering why customers are coming in and the ladies who help select dresses/provide alteration are often short tempered. That being said, that is not always the case.

I cannot recommend Volles enough. They have a big selection of dresses and at varying price points. They also host designer trunk shows if you’re interested in a specific designer. I was pretty nervous for dress shopping (I’m picky) and Kim put me at ease from the moment I met her. She brought in so many styles so I could figure out what I liked, spent extra time with me, and even made some design suggestions so I could customize my dress (which I ended up doing and loved!). From purchasing the dress to alterations and final pick-up, I never once doubted my decision to buy from Volles. By the time I picked-up my dress I was sad knowing I wouldn’t be going back!

If you are looking for a wedding dress and are in the Chicagoland area, do yourself a favor and go to Volle’s. It was the first place I went to to try on dresses, and no other shop compared. I live in Minnesota but am getting married in Chicago, so time and experience was especially important for me when I went to try on dresses. The customer service (I worked with Becky) is incredible and they make everyone feel welcome and special. I am curvy bride (I wear a 12 regularly), and I felt so comfortable trying on dresses and even found the one here. I can’t say enough great things about Volle’s!

Kristina was so patient with us when we couldn't decide on a dress or style. She was willing to talk through options with us and continue to add those little details to help us get the full picture of my special day. I found my dress thanks to Kristina! It is absolutely beautiful and I was very surprised with the style I landed on. I don't think I would have if it wasn't for Kristina's creative thinking. Thank you for helping me secure my perfect dress!

I bought my dress at Volles Bridal. The dress buying experience was everything I imagined it would be!! Ordering the dress was another story. I worked with the previous owner (who has since retired) and had the cliche I said yes to the dress experience. When ordering the dress, I had custom straps designed and showed them exactly what I liked and didn’t like. When my dress came in the straps were exactly what I said I didn’t want. Luckily, me being the backup plan girl I am, made sure I picked a dress I loved with or without the added straps. I decided to have them removed. This is where my experience went from good to absolutely horrible!! I had my first appointment with the alterations lady (older and extremely RUDE)! My dress was a few sizes too big, so I knew I needed it taken in and the straps removed. She began pinning me and my mom and I asked for it to be taken it a little more. She responded to my mom with “if you think you know best you scan pin her in”. I also asked for my top to be tighter ( I am big chested). She said I had to keep the straps because of my chest size and that taking in the top wasn’t an option (even though it was 2 sizes too big). At this point I was in tears and my mom went to get someone else. Lastly, I was told the bearing up the back had to be removed and replaced with a zipper to “hold me in”. I was not about to get rid of one of my favorite parts of the dress. The manager assured she wouldn’t make those changes and the second fitting would go well. I showed up for the second fitting and not one alteration had been made and all the pins had been removed. I asked why and the alterations lady said that if I wanted the dress to fit I would need to gain weight. I started crying to which she said “your already larger so that shouldn’t be an issue”. She then walked out of the building AND LEFT! At this point I decided to take my dress elsewhere since my wedding was THREE WEEKS away and my dress had no alterations and wasn’t even close to fitting. I found Heather who owns the perfect fit in Marengo. She was able to make all my requested alterations and more!! She honestly saved the day (and my sanity). She even gave me a custom bustle that showed off the detail of my train. I honestly would NEVER recommend Volles for alterations and my experience was so bad I would not buy another dress there. When I met with the new owner she did absolutely nothing to help the situation and basically made me take the dress elsewhere and even gave me recommendations for other seamstresses. The old owner was amazing and it’s a shame that the new owner has such bad customer service and care. If anyone needs an amazing seamstress call Heather at The Perfect Fit! She will make you feel absolutely amazing and perfect in your dress!!!

Tammy was amazing! I was apprehensive to try on wedding dresses being a plus size bride but she made me feel so comfortable and the entire experience was completely painless and surprise surprise actually fun and enjoyable!

Volle's is where I got my prom dress back in the day (when they sold prom dresses) so I was excited to return for my wedding dress. This was my first stop for my search in wedding dresses and I am happy that I started here because it made the shopping process quick and easy. We booked our appointment and everything was ready for when we got there. I had an idea that I wanted lace and a low back and the lady helping us brought out several that were pretty close to what I was thinking but not "the one". I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she knew several right away and where they were in the store that were exactly what I was thinking of. The third one from that second group was the one and I knew it right away! I was planning my wedding from out of state and only had a few weekends to come in for alterations. They accommodated me the best they could for those trials and everything ran smoothly. The dress was altered to perfection and fit perfectly.

My experience at Volles was great! My consultant listened to my desires and the dresses she picked out were exactly what I was looking for. I really liked how they had an alterations department because I have friends who had horror stories with their alterations because they had to find someone to alter their dress because the boutique didn't offer alterations and it didn't turn out good. I however did not have any worries with my alterations because I knew they had been doing alternations for a long time and had a good reputation. I did though have an incident on my last alteration. I live out of state and my flight got cancelled at the last minute, so I missed my last alteration appointment. However, Volles was VERY accommodating with me. Alterations came in on a off day to squeeze me in for my last alterations since my wedding was in a week and a half. Definitely recommend!

I went to Volles after hearing so many good experiences with friends and family. The first time I went, I got a consultant that did not listen to what type of dress I wanted and was bummed that I hated everything I tried on. Leaving sad after the first time trying on dresses, I went on to other boutiques and wasn't finding what I liked. I called back Volles and ask for a different bridal consultant to work with me. Kim was fabulous and never pressured me into buying a dress. She left me try on "the dress" multiple times and various other ones to ensure I still wanted that dress. She listened to what I wanted and helped me get the dress of my dreams. Then, it all went downhill. I went for my first fitting and the seamstress was rude and did not make me feel comfortable. She barely talked to me and I was thankful my mom was with me as she said my bustle looked good, but was dragging on the floor and the back had random fabric sitting out. At my final fitting, my dress was enormous in the hips and accused me on losing weight. I told her I was the same weight and size and she said there would be more charges because major alterations cannot be completed at the final fitting. My mom and I realized when we tightened the straps at my second fitting, that the seamstress never checked my hip area prior to me taking off the dress, which was obviously big as it was sitting around my largest area prior. While a bride has so much going on around the final fitting, it is not the job of the bride to know where to check, how to be a seamstress, etc. I felt like she didn't like her job and didn't do a thorough job, which is what a bride wants for her one wedding dress. We ended up picking up my dress and everything looked good. I wish I would have known that the alterations department was not friendly. I also had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages to schedule my fittings. Just consider taking your dress somewhere else for alterations!

Stephanie was amazing. She knew exactly what to pull out for me and made me feel beautiful in everything I put on. So happy I am a Volle bride!

39 years ago, the onIy bridal shop I went to was Volle's. They helped me find a dress I really liked, and then made a few changes to it until it was my perfect wedding dress. Fast forward to April of this year. My daughter, Katie, said that she would like to go to Volle's to look for a wedding gown. I was so happy she suggested Volle's. She had a dress style in mind and gave a verbal description to the ladies who helped us. She said "Yes" to the first dress she tried on. Letti did a wonderful with the dress alterations until it was Katie's perfect wedding dress. She looked stunning! Our thanks to everyone at Volle's!

I would NEVER recommend anyone go to Volle's. When we went to get measured the woman who was helping us seemed pissed off that she had to be measuring all of us. Half of the bridal party had a dress that did not fit appropriately, and they blamed the designer. Then they had the nerve to make a comment similar to "no one in your party is a size 0"!!!!! That's nice, lets tear women down for their weight.... When I picked up my dress I was not offered to first try it on before taking it home. When I said I would not be doing my alterations with them I was given attitude (by the same woman who did the measuring at appointment #1). They threatened a law suit over our honest reviews, Im sorry, is freedom of speech not the first amendment? It is also not legal to add a clause saying you cannot write bad reviews about us... I am being honest trying to inform people that they will have a better experience else where, for less cost.

I LOVED my shopping experience here! This was the third salon I had been to and I'm glad I saved it for last. Susanne was so helpful with finding dresses that were my style and fit. I highly recommend this place!

My sister and I just stopped in to look at mother of the groom dresses. We were warmly greeted by the staff and shown a room full of potential dresses. Kimberly guided me through many dress choices that met my visions of a special dress for my son’s wedding day. Their selection is wonderful. Their price range is wide. After narrowing my choices down to three, my sister and Kimberly helped me pick THE dress. This was a fun, non pressure afternoon and I can’t thank Kimberly enough. This was so opposite of the dress experience I had at a different shop for my daughter’s wedding. Thanks again.

Volle's was a great place to buy my wedding dress. They were very helpful during the initial shopping, especially because I wasn't sure what style of dress I wanted. they brought me a lot of variety to try on. The fitting process was very easy, and they were able to get me an extra fitting appointment at the last minute so they could change a small part of the dress. When I picked up my dress, they gave very clear instructions on how to protect it until the wedding. All in all, it was a very stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend them!

My consultant continuously listened to what I envisioned and each round of dresses entering my room became closer and closer to my dream. I didn't feel pressured, I felt so comfortable and respected. We laughed and actually had a great time! When I knew I found the one, I didn't realize the store had already closed, my group was the last one in the boutique yet the entire bridal staff had been there to see me get veiled and cheer me on. Truly a memorable and special experience. I love everything about Volles!

Amazing experience. Went in with a picture of the style of the dress I wanted and they had that exact dress, which I fell in love with. All the alterations are done in the store, and they do an outstanding job. Ended up adding a belt the week before the wedding and they accommodated no problem. Would highly recommend them!!

I bought my prom dresses from Volle’s back in 2010 and 2011. I had a pretty bad experience back then, but heard they were under new ownership, so I decided to give it another try. The experience this time around was just as bad, if not worse. The first thing I found weird was that they put you in a room with your guests and ask you to change in front of them. Luckily, I don’t mind doing this, but others might have found this inappropriate. I also had another appointment scheduled somewhere else that day, which we were upfront about. When I found a dress I liked, the sales girl tried pressuring me into buying and cancelling my other appointment. She immediately changed demeanor when I said I was still going to go to my other appointment and became very rude. Overall, I found my experience to be unprofessional and not ideal.

Volle’s helped me find my perfect wedding dress! I am so happy I purchased my dress from here and will be recommending my friends and family for future events. The sales team also helped me make changes to the dress that fit my needs and wants. I am so excited to have this beautiful gown forever as my keepsake. The only reason I gave Volle’s 4 stars instead of 5 is that the customer service is often subpar. Front desk isn’t always welcoming or warm, which is surprising given customers are in there searching for a dress during one of the happiest and most exciting times of their lives.

I did not have a good experience at Volles but understand many people like this shop. The staff was getting very frustrated with me because I wasn’t finding anything I liked but they were still trying to get me to buy something. You also change in front of the group you bring so there is no moment to take in your own thoughts before everyone else sees the dress you try on. Very weird experience and did not enjoy it.

Volle's was amazing to work with! Amanda helped me find the perfect dress (Stella York 6401) and Letti from alterations was absolutely amazing. I never felt pressured to make decisions about purchasing a dress, and I felt that the staff really listened to everything I had to say.

I had a wonderful experience with Volle's Bridal. I purchased my wedding dress, hair accessory and bridesmaid dresses from here. My consultant Marisa was wonderful during my bridal consultation. She was very patient, listened to what I liked/didn't like, and provided wonderful options. I never felt rushed nor pressured to make a purchase. This was the first and only bridal salon I visited as I was fortunate that the last dress I tried on was the one! I live out of state so I appreciated their flexibility with scheduling my fittings far in advance for when I was in town. I also had my alterations done here and couldn't be happier with the final fit of my dress. The alterations staff worked to make sure I was happy, confident and comfortable in my dress. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and absolutely LOVED my dress!

I couldn't speak more highly of this place! I looked at several places downtown and was reluctant that I'd find anything better in the suburbs. I was so mistaken! The women who work here are were knowledgeable than anyone I found downtown. The dress selection was incredible and I was surprised by every dress I saw, not a single one was something I couldn't have worn. I could not be happier with my experience! Thank you!

I found my dream dress at Volles! I was super hopefully I'd be able to find what I wanted since my mom, sister-in-law, and MOH all got their dresses there. From my initial appointment with Pamela I knew I made the right choice. Pamela listened to what I liked (which was all over the place) and brought in a variety of dresses for me to try. She clearly knows what she is doing because after trying on 12 dress (long sleeve, sleeveless, lace, simple, ball gown, etc.) I ended up choosing the first dress I put on, a fitted Martina Liana. Volles has a great extensive range of dresses for all price points and designers. They also were very helpful and easy to work with when having all my bridesmaids come in and select their dresses. My mom also got her dress there as well. Alterations were simple! They listened to my concerns about the straps, cups, and even fitted my MOH fur to me so I could wear it on my wedding day. Great staff and selection!

We had the best experience at Volle’s! It was my first time shopping for wedding dresses and they made my group and I feel welcome and at ease right away. Trish and Diana were both fantastic and very professional. They did not make us feel rushed, in fact we went over our allotted appointment time but they were patient and really listened to my feedback and concerns and helped me find the perfect dress that fit my vision and had every element I wanted in a dress, while being respectful of my budget. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and am so happy I decided to go to Volle’s. I highly recommend them for any bride!

I’m really glad I got my dress at Volle’s. They never rushed me and they always tried to make things work on my schedule. The only reason I gave them 4 stars, not 5, is because I asked no less than 5 people if they had the ability to get another color fabric for under my flower girl dress. All 5 said they would find out and call back, not one of them did.

I didn't end up finding my dress here but the staff was very friendly and Deanna even pinned up a dress to show me what she could do with alterations had I decided to purchase my dress from there. Christina was also very friendly and was great at selecting dresses based on my likes.

I wish I could remember the name of the employee who helped me through out the process of buying and altering my dream Wedding Gown as she was SO fantastic. I greatly enjoyed my experience at Volles Bridal - the shop & the staff are both beautiful, accommodating, and a dream come true for a bride finding the perfect dress for her destination wedding.
