I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Vows. It was so wonderful from the moment I arrived. I was assisted by Liuba and I feel so lucky to be matched with her as my consultant. Her demeanor was so soft and kind, and she truly just wanted to help. She had such great expertise of the store inventory and designers- we ended up creating a dress out of two- I never would have thought to do that! I never felt pressured at all, and the appointment could not have gone better! Thank you Liuba!

Vows was my first and only stop when shopping for my wedding dress. They have an amazing selection of dresses from dozens of designers in varying price ranges, and their showroom is huge. I brought 4 family members with me, and it was so special that they were able to select three dresses for me to try along with three dresses selected by our consultant, Eva. I ended up choosing a dress my sister picked that wasn't even on my list! It was such a fun way to have everyone involved. Creating my wishlist in advance on their website was super helpful. I can't say enough about Eva. She was patient, really took the time to understand what made me feel good and what I did not like, and chose several different types of dresses to help me get a better sense of what I was comfortable in. I really had no expectations going in and didn't have a great idea of what styles I liked, and Eva was so helpful. She really made me feel comfortable and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I can't wait to pick up my dress in a few months! I highly recommend making Vows your first stop if you are shopping in the Boston area.

If you are anywhere close to the Boston area and are looking for a wedding dress, Vows needs to be your first (and maybe only) stop. They have an excellent selection of dresses & such kind and fun staff. Katie was my stylist and in my appointment she had me try on 9-10 dresses. I really appreciated how not sales-y her approach was; she helped me narrow down my top contenders but didn’t pressure me to make a final decision. I ended up going back the next week to say yes to one of the dresses she showed me. I also went back to try on accessories; Rosa was my stylist and similarly low pressure, I ended up buying my veil from Vows as well. From beginning to end, everyone at Vows was wonderful to work with.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff was so helpful and there is a huge variety of dresses to try on. I was worried I wouldn't like anything - but ended up loving everything! They supported me throughout the process and never felt pressured at any point. Vows also carries dresses of all sizes and loved seeing that inclusiveness.

They had a huge selection of dresses and veils, and all the staff were incredibly helpful finding a match for my dream dress! I had an amazing experience picking dresses out and trying them on, and when it came to ordering the dress and the veil, Vows was really on top of it and pick up was super easy! I had no idea what I wanted coming in, but my stylist Hannah was so helpful looking through different options and steering me towards dress styles I liked. I ended up finding my dress and am completely obsessed with it! I went back for my veil after starting alterations and that experience was incredible as well. I’m so happy I went to Vows!

Vows had a great selection of gowns to try. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Vows. The staff was friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. Selecting and ordering my dress was a smooth process, and it arrived well ahead of the anticipated arrival date. I absolutely adored my dress I got at Vows.

Had such a good experience with Liuba! She listened carefully and was super helpful when it came to picking out styles and silhouettes that fit my own personal vibe. Can’t wait to come back. So excited that I’ve found my dream dress at Vows!

Had the best time at Vows. They accommodated my large party and were so nice! They made the process easy and effortless. Mandy was amazing picking from my list, while also suggesting some other options. We all even got to shop on the floor. Nothing was forced upon on me and I felt listened to, It was a great day!

I had the absolute best experience bridal dress shopping with my family at Vows. Katie is fantastic; she really listened to me and made sure I LOVED my dress before I made a final decision. The person who helped check me out was also so friendly and explained what to expect for next steps. The shop itself is beautiful and they had a huge selection of designers and dresses.

Wonderful array of options for a myriad of sizes. Only negative is the pricing starts above $1,000.

Vows was beyond perfect. My first experience buying a wedding dress, and they were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable despite the nerves. They were respectful of my budget and listened to all my preferences. Then when I was having a bridal breakdown 2 weeks before my wedding, I went in in a crisis, and instead of recommending I spend thousands more on a second dress, the staff helped me to feel comfortable in the dress I had already purchased. I recommend buying a dress here to EVERYONE I know who is getting married.

My experience at vows was awesome. Vows was my first and only place I went to try on dresses and I picked my dress at my first appointment. They were extremely helpful and accomodating. I worked with Hannah H. and she was fantastic. She made the process so smooth and fun and had an abundance of knowledge to share which made it very easy to narrow down my choices. They have so many great style options, price ranges and designers that I would recommend shopping here for your bridal gown to anyone.

I was nervous about the fitting and I don’t like shopping, but Brittany my stylist did a fantastic job to make me feel comfortable and beautiful and she took my feedback and gave me the kinds of dresses I wanted but didn’t have the terminology for. Luckily, the second dress I tried was the one I ended up choosing! It was so fun going with my crew of four and Vows helped it feel like a very special moment!

My aunt suggested I visit Vows and my MOH (who lives closer than me) said how many girls she knows have gone here. I am so happy I did! My consultant Kelly was a great fit with my personality and she was knowledgeable and directed me from my feedback on my initial picks. My goal was to only visit one shop because I didn’t want to become overwhelmed. Vows had enough selection to let me find my perfect dress and I cannot wait to wear it!

I bought my dress from Vows back in February! I didn’t really know what I wanted and am very indecisive. I went with some of my bridesmaids and couldn’t decide. I worked with Kelly and she was wonderful. After my initial appointment she reached out and asked if I had decided or wanted to make another appointment. I made another appointment and provided all the dresses I wanted to try. She was awesome helping me schedule another appointment and let me try all of them! I am so glad I had the pleasure of working with a dress consultant who truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to understand my style preferences and vision, providing thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. She also let me try styles with and without pieces such as bows, sleeves, etc. Her patience and genuine kindness made the entire experience enjoyable. She carefully curated a selection of dresses that perfectly matched what I was looking for when I wasn’t sure, and I appreciated their attention to detail and knowledge of fabrics and fits. Overall, working with Kelly was a wonderful experience. Her dedication to helping me find the perfect dress was evident, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I was admittedly a pretty "easy" bride when it came to dress shopping - this was my first stop, and I bought the first dress I tried on! Lol! But I still had a really wonderful experience with Vows. They have a great selection, and I love how much of it is browsable online. They ask you to select your top 5 styles from the website before your appointment so that they have them ready for you to try on first when you come in. But they also let you browse the showroom and try on anything else that catches your eye! I had slightly more people with me than the allowed limit, but they did not turn anyone away.

The team at VOWS made the entire process so incredibly easy and stress-free. I booked a month in advance, and was able to get the appointment time and date that I was looking for. I went on a weekday at 10am and the we had the store practically to ourselves. It felt very intimate and private which was wonderful. They didn't impose a time constraint when arriving, and allowed my family and I to browse some of the dresses on the floor. While I did come prepared, the stylist allowed (and encouraged) me to try on dresses that were out of my comfort zone. This allowed me to really understand what I wanted and what I did not want. The dress came in 4 months (a month earlier than predicted). The dress was perfect and their measurements were very accurate. I picked out a veil that day and was able to take my dress home. It was so easy, efficient, yet so special and unique to me. Thank you so much for a wonderful bridal experience!

Christina at VOWS nailed it and found a dress for me on the first pick. I showed her my inspiration photo and she waisted no time getting me into my dream gown. I tried other gowns and one other shop, but I was STUCK on Christina's first pick. So glad I went back for it and made a deposit! Christina is extremly knowledgeable in regard to trends and styles! It really helped to have someone working with me who understood my vision from the beginning. VOWS has the biggest selection and the most fashion forward consultants. Try on at VOWS first, and you won't leave disappointed.

I truly had the best experience here. I went in with zero idea what I wanted, Hannah knew exactly which direction to go in order to get me to a point where I knew what I wanted. I took less than two hours to find my dream dress and its really a testament to Hannah’s expertise and the way she really listened to me and helped me figure out what I didnt know. I had the best time and I would 100% recommend.

My experience at VOWS was nothing short of magical! I was able to bring my parents, 2 bridesmaids and my grandmother to be a part of the process, and they were part of the process. Our stylist allowed everyone to pull dresses from the rack and then was able to expertly narrow in on how I was feeling and what I liked about each dress. She pulled the most perfect dress that I never would have thought for myself. The queen of indecision, I left our morning visit without the dress, but by the end of the day we were calling the store to come back in before close. They were incredibly accommodating and made that full yes moment perfect! I would highly recommend them to anyone starting the wedding dress search!

Visited Vows for my 2nd dress shopping appointment and definitely recommend!! Being able to browse online beforehand and also in-person was so nice and they have a great selection. Was paired with Deirdre and cannot recommend her enough - she was so nice, honest, and knowledgable on styles. The dress I picked ended up being one she pulled at the very end that perfectly encapsulated all the details I'd been liking on other dresses! Would never have found my dress without her!

I cannot recommend Vows enough! They have a great range of dresses to choose from and have no issues with your guests roaming the racks for their picks. Stunning inventory. It is perfect if you want to try a few different styles and it’s equally as perfect if you know the style you want. I tended towards the same style and I had so many different options to try on. My consultant, Liuba, was spot on selecting dresses to try based on my wish list. She is an absolute dream. She made me feel so comfortable trying on each dress, which I was anxious about. I usually hate trying on clothes. I enjoyed every single minute because of how supportive and kind Liuba was. She made me feel so beautiful. She eased every insecurity I had walking in there. She selected a veil that perfectly matched the dress I chose. I couldn’t hold back the tears, it was so perfect! I probably wouldn’t have ever tried that veil on without her and I would have missed out on the perfect look. If you can book with her, DO IT!! Everyone was beyond professional and truly kind. The front desk staff were genuinely nice. They were so helpful with purchasing and next steps. The manager who took my measurements was so attentive. She took time to go through the different size and detail options before we confirmed my order. She was so supportive and I feel confident in my order. The energy is so positive. I am so happy I chose Vows. I will cherish the memory of this experience for a lifetime.

My first and last stop wedding dress shopping! Hannah was wonderful and helped guide me through a pretty overwhelming process. I came in thinking I wanted one look and left with a completely different look (which I love)! This was thanks to Hannah really listening to my comments and picking out dresses with various elements that I liked or didn't like until I had a real sense of what worked for me and what made me happy!

Found VOWS to have every style imaginable, as well as a wider range of sizes to try on than some other stores. All of the staff were helpful and personable, happy to have chosen my dress here!

The entire staff was friendly and the vibes were great as soon as I walked in the door. They allowed me to look at all of the gowns and pick out which ones I wanted to try on. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase. 10/10!

Vows was the first & only place I looked for a dress. I went in with no expectations and was hoping who I was paired with would guide me on what styles to try, what looks good, etc.... Sarah was exactly that! She guided me on styles, fabrics, etc but also made sure that I could look through the racks and try what I wanted. I had the most amazing time at Vows - I went in not thinking I was going to find something because it was my first appointment and time trying on wedding gowns so I wanted to see how different styles looked, etc but I ended up finding the dress of my DREAMS! My stylist Deirdre was beyond amazing, after pulling 5 gowns that I liked on the rack we tried everything on, she talked me through everything I needed to know and look for, helped me make definitive choices with the best advice I've heard "you would never wear your 3rd choice" this helped me not feel overwhelmed. After I tried on the ones I pulled she asked if it would be ok if she pulled some styles she thinks I would like based on my favorites and she came back with THE dress. I was stunned when she put it on and the fact she picked it out for me which showed she was really paying attention to what I was saying and really understood what I was looking for. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, there were so many dresses and the fact I could pick and try on more than 5 dresses was so amazing since a lot of boutiques don't allow you to go over 5. I felt extremely comfortable and paid attention to, there were a lot of people there but I never felt rushed or crammed. The prices were extremely reasonable and the stylists will make sure your budget is taken into account, they don't upsell you which is again amazing since I know places that tend to push you into a decision that necessarily isn't best for you or your budget. Everyone was so nice and kind, the woman I spoke with at the front desk who helped me after Deirdre went to another client was so sweet. I seriously can't praise this place enough. 10/10 experience I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends who are engaged to come here.

I recently got engaged and wanted to casually get started on the search for a dress. I'm familiar with Vows and decided to bring my friend along to get a feel for pricing and silhouettes. We had Mandy and she KILLED it! We had so, so much fun and she was so knowledgeable and helpful in the process. We found THE dress, and she was the perfect hypewoman for me. I felt so confident and comfortable.

Purchased my dress this weekend! Excellent experience, Mandy was great! Large dress selection with good prices! My sister is already planning to come back here next year to pick out her wedding dress!

Had a great experience at Vows this past week! It was the only bridal salon I went to, and I only needed one appointment to find the perfect dress. It was helpful being able to browse through photos of all the gowns they offer on their website – not all the nearby bridal salons I looked at have that feature. That way, when I came in, I already had an idea of what I was looking for. My stylist Catie did a fantastic job of working with me to narrow down my choices until I decided on something that fit my vision while still staying within my budget. Everyone else I spoke to was super nice as well; no one was pushy or rude or unprofessional. I brought three guests along and they all had a great time too. Would definitely recommend!

Long story short - HIGHLY recommend this location and a huge thank you to Mandy for her expertise, warmth, and exceptional service! I was in yesterday with my friends, not expecting to commit to any dress after only one day of looking, and unsure of what I would want. I tried on several different styles and Mandy was exceptional at identifying what motifs I liked and what other options may fit with those in mind. There’s a great selection, huge price range (from very affordable and in my budget to gorgeous high end dresses) - I highly recommend this location and I’m particularly grateful to Mandy for her help. It was an awesome day and I couldn’t be happier!

While VOWS was my first-ever bridal appointment, I knew immediately they were going to be an amazing team to work with. Deirdre in particular was beyond the best part of my experience. Her patience, insightful questions, kindness, and expertise while she helped me try on and find different dresses was beyond what I had hoped for. She sat with me and my sisters for over an hour as I had narrowed it down to two dresses pretty quickly but couldn't decide between the two and prompted me with helpful questions to guide me to the right decision for me. She was motivational and supportive but never rushed me or forced me into anything. I ended up finding the perfect dress, and I could not be more excited! The rest of the VOWS team was also incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend. Thanks a million, VOWS team!

I found my wedding dress at vows this weekend and I had THE BEST experience. First off, they were extremely accommodating when I called and asked if I could bring extra people with me. I had tried on a lot of dresses at this point so I knew what I was looking for. I worked with Deirdre and she was AMAZING. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and pointed out the intricate details of the dresses I tried on. She was so sweet but also so much fun. I cannot recommend this place enough. Every single staff member I came in contact with was so nice and so helpful. I felt very welcome there and like they actually cared about me finding a dress and not just making a sale. I would recommend vows to anyone!!

Thinking about choosing a wedding dress was a very stressful process for me. I am not a fashion girl so I don't know anything about fit, style, color, etc. I had another appointment before I went to Vows, and boy, was there a huge difference in my experience. Once I got to Vows, they were all very kind, they gave me a run down of what the appointment would look like, they let me browse through the dresses, and then they helped me into all of the dresses. I wasn't sure if I wanted something that was my typical style or something different for my wedding day. My three rules were 1) not strapless, 2) no restrictions to my arms, and 3) something comfortable that I could dance the night away in. With that information, they pulled quite a few dresses that were beautiful, but just didn't feel like me. I had seen one on their website that I thought looked gorgeous, so they grabbed that one, and I think in that moment I was too scared to commit. My mom wasn't there with me so I asked if it was okay if I came back another day with her and they said "of course"! So we scheduled another appointment, my mom and sister came, and I put that dress back on and it sure was the one. I got so many compliments on it on my wedding day and I am forever grateful for my experience at Vows as they helped me pick out my dream wedding dress.

Vows is simply the best! Deirdre was my stylist. She had a really upbeat and warm energy that made it so easy to feel comfortable and enjoy working with her. She quickly understood the vision for my dress and helped us pull great dresses/designers to try on. We found my dress within one hour! Vows has an impressive yet not totally overwhelming selection of high quality gowns. You’re bound to find something you’ll love! Can’t recommend them enough.

Vows in Watertown was a great wedding dress shop. It did feel a little bit like a chain but I still had a great experience. Unfortunately I don't remember my helper's name but she did a great job of helping me feel comfortable and confident in the dress that I chose without being pushy. I wasn't one of those brides that "fell in love" with my dress but I did end of buying it. I really liked it once it got altered to fit me appropriately; that being said, I wish I found my own alteration place instead of one that they recommended (because I paid a lot for alterations). I would still recommend Vows as a dress shop.

I cannot say enough praise about this bridal salon. Not only is their selection of dresses amazing but the staff is top notch. They made the process so much fun and individualized… I truly felt heard! I found my dream dress with them and can’t recommend them enough!

Disheartened with my whole experience. I’m always someone to bring positivity to any situation and always give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but an experience shopping for your wedding dress is an experience that should be memorable for everyone and exciting and mine was not at all. 3 out of 4 of my family and friends came out of state to support me this past Saturday for my appointment and they all said if it was them, they would have walked right out, but I didn’t want to out of respect of their travel and time. My consultant was not patient, supportive or kind. I felt myself apologizing to her often because she seemed burden if I didn’t love a dress I tried on and I felt rushed. She brought in dresses that were a style that I mentioned in the beginning of the appointment that were not my taste and when I didn’t like a dress she was abrupt and would go pick more out and they all were the same kind. Even though I found a dress towards the end, I do have seconds thoughts of purchasing as my experience left me not feeling good at all and just felt like a number. I honestly wish I could have a better experience and pick a new dress, but dress sales are final. My mom was really disappointed too and felt bad the experience was negative for me as this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I would not recommend VOWS unfortunately.

I had the best bridal appointment ever with Deirdre G! First off she is so fabulous, she made me and my girls feel so welcome. She was so much fun, knew so much about each dress and every option it could come with. I was so grateful to have her as my bridal stylist and I would highly recommend going to Vows and requesting Deirdre G. I couldn’t be more excited for our big day and my dress and veil feel like a total dream come true. Thank you so much!

My experience at VOWS was truly amazing! I came in with little idea of what I wanted, and Sara helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in one appointment, without making me feel like I had to make a decision. We tried in all sorts of styles and she really listened to what I did and did not like about each dress, and throughout the appointment she nailed down exactly what I didn’t even know I was looking for! It was an overall amazing, comfortable, fun experience and I found my dress on my first visit!

I went to at least 15 bridal salons and this was my last stop! I seriously wish I went here first. I had my heart set on a satin, off-shoulder ballgown. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find one of these classic styles on the South Shore. David's Bridal did have two, and a couple of other local shops had maybe one or two, but they were either too plain or just not very stylish. When I went to Vows, I walked in and saw TONS of satin dresses. It was INSANE. I was so used to seeing either all lace or all beaded dresses everywhere. It was so refreshing to see multiple racks dedicated to this classic smooth look. I had been looking all over for a specific (new) dress that was made in ~2022 from Stella York. I found a very similar one from its sister company, Essence of Australia, at the very popular Alexandra's Boutique, but I wasn't feeling it. There was really something off about it and it didn't look good. Plus, they were way more expensive. It was also SO HARD to go there without taking pictures to look at later to help me make my decision. Vows allowed me (and even helped me) take as MANY pictures as I wanted so I could go home and show my mother and friends before deciding to purchase. This was the only store that had the perfect off-shoulder satin (technically mikado) look; Stella York 7535. Vows' bridal's professionalism was also fantastic. They knew exactly what to look for when I was comparing dress styles and had GREAT feedback and could tell me exactly why I liked one dress and not the other (like they were reading my mind). Would definitely go back if I had to re-do my wedding over!

I had an amazing experience at Vows! The selection is extensive, so there is a wide array of styles available to try on. Christina was my stylist and she did an incredible job. I felt she went above and beyond to help me find my dress. I highly recommend Vows!
