I made my appointment Aug 8th online and it was a super easy process. Before my apt I got reminders / confirmation emails which were very helpful as wedding planning can be crazy with appointments and trials. During my appointment I had Kelly helping me and she was truly AMAZING!!!!! She had all my information plus my wishlist printed so right away she pulled all the dresses I wanted to try on plus more I picked in the store. She was just so smart and educated on everything but also extremely personable! A lot of the dresses I thought I would love and pick to be one of mine for my special day, she could tell I wasn’t in love with them like I thought I would be and she had a good feel for what my vision was. She went and pulled a dress I didn’t see and that ended up being the dress I fell in love with and bought! Kelly literally put all the pieces together and the dress is also brand new from the designer they just got in the store which makes it feel even more special! I absolutely loved it there and everyone was helpful and so so so kind cheering me on and celebrating with me when I said yes to the dress! Highly suggest booking an apt here!!

in the store can significantly change how it looks, and trying on a larger size means more fabric, which can change the shape especially the neckline of the dress. My dress looked noticeably different when it arrived, including having a completely different neckline than I remembered from trying it on.
That said, once I finally spoke up about my concerns, the owners of Vows went above and beyond to make things right. With only three weeks until my wedding, they took my dress from my original tailor and got it to their own tailor, who fit me in on very short notice. Ultimately, I didn’t feel like I received exactly the dress I thought I was purchasing, but they did everything they could to get it as close as possible to what I had envisioned. I’m very grateful for how much they cared and stepped up when it mattered most.

I called them within a few hours and luckily they were able to call the designer and cancel the order (they wouldn't have been able to if I waited any longer!!). They credited me the amount and after two more appts my indecisive a** finally found the perfect dress. They took so much time to make sure I was making a decision I was happy with and I truly felt like they cared about my experience and end product. But right off the bat, Hannah H (our bridal helper) made me feel comfortable and reassured me we would have a fun time. Throughout my entire time there Hannah H was PHENOMENAL. She always made sure I felt comfortable while changing in and out of dresses, she truly was listening to the things I did & the things I did not, like about the dresses I was trying on. It was because of her attention to detail & to me- that Hannah herself ended up pulling my dream dress that I said YES to! She found everything I was looking for all in one. I was also happily surprised the dress she pulled was not only in my budget, but actually UNDER! I think their dresses are so reasonably priced especially for how beautiful they are. I was also offered a celebratory glass of sparkling cider when I said yes! The entire experience from entry to exit was 12/10 for me and my sister. I couldn’t recommended Vows more, I think they are so wonderful and I wish I could try dresses on all day at their store it was so much fun!

She pretty much took it from there - I only picked one dress off of the rack to try myself, but the ones Brittany pulled were all great and ended up being my final picks. She also heard my feedback with each dress I tried and adjusted what she pulled accordingly. She was also very aware of both my budget and timeline, and was transparent when certain dresses might require rush ordering fees or not. The dressing room felt very private and there was the perfect amount of room for my three guests.

This was my second dress appointment, and I was nervous about the entire process. Insert - Christina. Christina made the process so fun, positive, and relaxed. She made me feel like a true 'baddie' in every dress I tried on but still was honest. She ended up picking my winning dress by taking all of my feedback from the other dresses I tried on. It was the final dress I tried on, and it ended up being THE ONE. I had booked a second appointment that day elsewhere and ended up cancelling it, as I had the winner. last stop at a bridal salon, and I cannot recommend their services enough! I am over the moon with the stunning dress and veil I bought, which the stylist Aly thoughtfully picked out to go together. Everyone we met was tremendously kind, helpful, patient, and encouraging, which helped melt away the anxiety I was feeling as I entered the dress shopping process. Aly took the time to break down how the appointment would run, listen to my desires and preferences, how the pricing and organization systems worked throughout the store, and later what I could expect in terms of tailoring. Aly made sure that I was feeling confident, beautiful, and excited about every dress I put on (even if I was indecisive), and if I didn’t, then the dress wasn’t for me! All the women working there were super chill, knowledgeable, and supportive! I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision or to purchase from them. But I am so glad I did! Vows has exceptional, professional services and an extensive, top-notch selection of gowns and bridal accessories. Every detail felt thought of and addressed with care.

Here, you’re able to shop the aisles yourself, in addition to your stylist, pulling gowns, which I think is a really great way to make you feel like you’ve considered every option. Throughout trying on dresses, Katie was incredibly present and we were so impressed by her ability to help me narrow down exactly what I did and did not like. Through her process, she was ultimately able to pull a dress that I had not previously considered, which I ended up, saying yes to! The inventory here is beautiful and expansive, and the shop itself is large and airy with comfortable and private dressing, rooms and mirrors. The experience was truly wonderful, and I would recommend every bride to shop at vows.
