Vows did such an amazing job for our wedding! The flowers were stunning and I got so many compliments on them. We could not be happier with them! I have been referring them to everyone! They are extremely well priced as well!!!

Our experience working with Mary Joan LaVoie at Vows Floral Design Studio was exceptional. Mary at Vows came highly recommended by another local vendor that had first-hand experience working closely with her for weddings. From start to finish, Mary was every couple's dream to work with. She was patient, informative, and fully transparent through all communication. My first communication was through the Vows website seeking more information about flowers for our wedding on April 22nd 2022 in Falmouth, MA. I received a timely congratulations email message with date and time options for a consultation at the shop. My mom, sister, and I met with Mary at her shop in October 2021 and were blown away by her attention to detail, knowledge, and calm demeanor. We went through every detail at length and were at the shop for an extensive period of time talking through ideas, what we liked and didn’t like from past weddings, my color scheme, and shared pictures of the dresses and tuxedos. I valued and appreciated her professional opinion about what was needed based on her past experience and expertise at my specific venue. My mom, sister, and I left the shop extremely impressed, excited, and comfortable knowing Mary was the person who would deliver beautiful flowers and be a joy to work with. Even without seeing the quote/proposal, I knew she would work with us until we were happy and comfortable with the final quote and plan. The proposal that was emailed to me after our meeting was extremely detailed. The proposal provided prices (low to high) so I could review it and make adjustments or additions as needed based on our budget. Mary and I communicated frequently before signing the contract so everything was accurate. Mary answered every question and always made me feel heard. The day of the wedding, Mary delivered the flowers to the location where the groom and groomsmen were getting ready and took the time to pin the boutonnieres on all the guy’s jackets ensuring they would look perfect in all photos. Mary then came to the location I was getting ready with the bridesmaids so we would have our flowers for the getting ready pictures. My one-year old nephew was the ring bearer, and Mary went out of her way to wait for him to wake up from his nap and be dressed and ready in order to secure his boutonniere perfectly as well. My bouquet was breathtaking. I envisioned a cascading arrangement with all white roses and ivory trailing and she not only delivered my vision but blew me away with her creation. Exactly what I described for my bridesmaids/attendants is what I got - slightly loose, full, hand tied bouquet with off white hydrangeas, off white roses, champagne roses, blush pink rice flower, with a touch of greenery to compliment their gold sequin gowns. I could honestly go on and on about the flowers and my overall positive experience in every aspect of the process of working with her. Mary exceeded all of my expectations. I am so grateful that I was encouraged to reach out to her and that she was available for my wedding date. Her passion and ability to deliver my vision is what everyone deserves on their wedding day. Mary and Sue were so professional and pleasant to work with for our wedding, and I am so glad they had great ideas about choices of blue flowers in the fall. I mean, those Cape Cod hydrangeas are just summer flowers, right? Well, Vows know what to do about blue flowers in October, thank goodness! They also decorated the church, reception venue, and around our wedding cake. The white roses in my bridal bouquet are going to be used in rosaries my hubby and I will use till our dying day (and then they will go with us in our caskets)! So thank you, Mary and Sue, for making our big day so beautiful!

My husband and I would highly recommend Vows floral design to anyone getting married down the cape! They were professional, flexible and so talented! They worked with our budget, educating us on places to save, repurpose, and splurge so that the most focal locations were covered and we weren't wasting money on unnecessary arrangements! Our bridal party had many colors and they were able to really understand the color scheme we were going for and produce just what we wanted. Everything they created was just beautiful and it was a pleasure planning with them before the wedding and having their help and expertise the day of the wedding!

Mary and Sue are great! They did a phenomenal job with my flowers for my wedding!! They were perfect and didn’t miss a detail... and there were a lot! Great shop!!! I highly recommend!

What can I say.... Mary and Sue did my daughters wedding this past weekend. I have never seen such beautiful flowers before. She wanted peonies and dalia’s both out of season. But they were able to find them and everything from the bouquets to the table arrangements to the arbor were absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect!

Mary and Sue were wonderful! The flowers for our wedding were EXACTLY what I had envisioned! After meeting with them only two times in person, they were able to capture the color scheme and our requests easily. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but their customer service was top notch as well. I highly recommend VOWS!

Mary and Sue from VOWS are amazing!! I used them for both my shower at the Dan'l Webster Inn in Sandwich and my wedding at The Coonamessett Inn in Falmouth. I knew I had made the right decision when I first met with Mary and Sue. I am not much of a flower type of girl, but I discussed my venue and theme colors with them, and they had so many different recommendations (with pictures) to offer me. They went through a checklist of things I might need for the ceremony and reception, and they included a number of things I would NOT have remembered. They were familiar with each venue, which made it so much easier for me. The ladies arrived early to both my shower and wedding to ensure that everything was in its proper place and ready to go. They came to my wedding venue extremely early to bring our bouquets and boutonnieres prior to our "First Look" and bridal party pictures on the beach. They helped the boys with their boutonnieres, which was MUCH appreciated. Also, they helped us remember to keep water cups with each bouquet so they wouldn't dry out before the ceremony (another detail I would have overlooked). Everyone complimented the INCREDIBLE flowers. I would use Sue and Mary again in a heartbeat. I can say I've never been a girl who is crazy about flowers, but I was absolutely obsessed with my wedding flowers! They incorporated loose, whimsical bouquets into the decor and ceremony, and they were perfect! Thank you, VOWS!

My daughter lives in California so planning a wedding in Falmouth had its challenges. Luckily I am in the area and could a do lot but the wedding flowers were a priority for my daughter and once she decided on Vows as her florist...all our worries were over. Susan & Mary are just amazing and so very easy to work with. They worked with my daughter and listened...and listened... a lot - to get everything just right. The flowers and arrangement at our reception at Willowbend were absolutely the BEST! Guests continue to comment on how spectacular everyone looked. Choose Vows and you will have a worry free wedding day!

VOWS was fantastic - they did a great job of working within my budget, and the flowers turned out so beautiful! They did not miss a detail, and even met the groomsmen to pin on their boutonnieres so that they looked perfect! They made the planning process easy and worry free!

Mary and Sue did an amazing job at my wedding this past Saturday. They were friendly and very attentive when it came to helping me choose my flowers for the big day. Everything the day of was perfect, and all the flowers appeared exactly how I envisioned them to look. Mary and Sue did a fantastic job with my flowers and bouquets. For the bridesmaids, I had an exact vision. However, for my own bouquet, they basically had to piece together my likes and style through a variety of pictures.. the end result was AMAZING and perfect.

I cannot stress enough how much I loved the flowers for my wedding. Mary and Sue were able to capture the exact vision I had in mind while keeping the cost BELOW my budget. I gave them a number and in the end they came in a few hundred dollars under it. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to find florists whose main concern always came off as making us happy rather than making the bottom line. And the flowers were perfect.

I cannot say enough about Mary and Sue of Vows Falmouth. From the beginning, they were easy to talk to and just very joyful women. I was a long-distance bride and met with them in person first to give them my vision. They were two of the sweetest women. You could see the passion they had for beautiful floral arrangements as well as they're vast knowledge. They were awesome and timely at communicating via email (sending pictures) or phone. They also worked with my budget, always sending me revised outlines of my order with price ranges if anything changed, which the price was extremely reasonable. Basically, everything pre-wedding was amazing and they made me feel like they were excited, ready, and very able to provide what I wanted for my wedding, which is exactly what a bride wants. As for the arrangements Mary and Sue did the bouquets, boutineres, mother of the bride/groom corsage bracelets, centerpieces, some general decor, and the gazebo (which they provided the drapery). I have to stress HOW FREAKING AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, AND AT AWE I WAS WITH THEIR WORK. I wanted lots of texture (berries, dusty miller leaves, lotus pods, succulents...) and they delivered just that. The colors blended perfectly together. The gazebo was beautifully done for our outdoor ceremony. My father passed away before my wedding and they provided me with his boutinere for his memory table and attached the bridal charm for my bouquet. Set up was on time and easy, no hassle at all with these women. I can go on and on about Mary and Sue and how they literally almost made me cry with their work. If you want perfection in the Cape, go see them at Vows. You will not regret it.

Mary and Sue did bouquets, boutonnieres, and the gazebo for our wedding! They were always very quick to respond to my emails as a long-distance bride and we're honest about optIons! I wanted tulip boutonnieres and they explained that those flowers would be too flimsy and fragile so they gave me a few other options (We went with cala lilies--they turned out great!) and worked with us with our specific price point on gazebo decor. My only minor negatives are that I had asked for white and blush tulips on the gazebo to match my wedding colors, and I was surprised to see yellow and blush instead--a small detail that I'm sure not a lot of people noticed, but I did and it was hard not to dwell! I wasn't there when they were setting it up and by the time I saw it it was too late :\. The size discrepancy between my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets was also pretty staggering--again I'm nitpicking but they were completely different sized tulips; I know I had asked for myself to have a half dozen more than theirs and for white, but had I known the white would be double the size of the blush my bridesmaids had, I wouldn't have asked for the few extra. They also put strips of leaves in the bouquets when I assumed (and we had seemingly confirmed) we'd only be having the stems in the bouquets, after showing them multiple pictures of what I wanted. I don't want it to sound like I'm unhappy with their work--they did an amazing job and were very friendly and punctual! I'd definitely recommend them but would say just maybe be super specific with what you want and make sure you double/triple check the details! :)

Sue and Mary were awesome to work with! I sent them pictures and met with them a few times and they listened to everything I said. My flowers were gorgeous! They went above and beyond. They dropped off the flowers at the hotel I was staying at and dropped everything at the venue. I highly recommend them!

Sue Hobart is truly amazing! As much as I love flowers, I know nothing about them. Thank god for Sue! As soon as I met her I could see the passion for what she does and knew she would be great. We talked about the details of the wedding and what my overall vision was, but not specific on flowers. As soon as I said where the wedding was being held and the colors, her eyes lit up. Right there I let go and decided to let Sue do her thing...and she did just that. As I stepped into the room to see everything before guests arrived my breath was taken away. The flowers for my wedding were more than I could have imagined! From the reception arrangements, to the centerpieces, to the bouquets - truly amazing! Everyone is still talking about how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you Sue!

She does wonderful work. Really loves what she does and it shows. There was a hurricane coming the day after our wedding, so we couldn't hang up lanterns in the tent, so Sue went ahead and added more color to our flower arrangements and added flowers to the gift table, etc. She went above and beyond my expectations and was a very kind person. I highly recommend her
