My groom and I so wanted to give Wade and Company a 5-star, glowing review. Following up the wedding, we were prepared to discuss how Desiree made sure we were fed during our wedding reception (how many brides and grooms can say they actually g...ot to eat at their reception??), how well her staff kept the seating areas clean, and how beautiful the displays of food were.
My feedback for this company is making sure bills are paid prior to the couple leaving for their honeymoon! Nothing is worse when boarding a plane to get a call from a vendor saying a $1k+ bill is outstanding. Desiree was very understanding and allowed us to pay the balance on return from our honeymoon, but we would have much preferred handling our business ahead of honeymoon time. Having a system to pay online would have been a big help, too.
Other than that hang-up, we could not have asked for a better caterer. The food was really good!
