Olivia is AWESOME. She is professional, fun, and creative in the kitchen. She knows how to make food that any palate could enjoy, and her staff is courteous and quick. I seriously have never heard compliments on wedding food before, but even my mother, who is picky and prideful of her own food, liked Delectables.

The food was fantastic. Olivia was extremely sweet and the price was wonderful. If you ordered a certain amount per person, you could receive your cakes for free (at least at the time I put in my order). That really HELPED! The set up at the venue I was told was pretty plain. The pictures in her shop made it look amazing! Also all the food wasn't served at the same time (I had a buffet). So some people didn't get all of the choices. In the end we found out there was an entire tray of the mini hamburgers in the fridge that was never put out. Also the bartenders kept taking the glasses off of the table, empty or not. I was only drinking a specific wine and set down a glass that was pretty full. I had about 5 sips of it, set it down and it was snatched up. Then when I went to get more, they were out of my wine! The bartender said she had saved me about half a bottle, to which she never found. So, Fantastic Food, Fantastic price, fantastic owner, not so fantastic servers/bartenders or set up.

Olivia (owner), was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wedding catering world. She was very open to making anything we could suggest. The tasting we had was very good and I looked forward to the food the wedding night. However, almost everything was cold. Or a lukewarm at best. It still tasted good, but I didn't eat anything that was warm. We also ate first, so it wasn't that we were dancing for hours and then ate. But that was the nice part of her company, was a server brought my husband and I plates of food so we could just sit and relax. Also, we were suppose to have potato soup, but the soup I had tasted like cream of chicken or something. It was not the same we had at the tasting. The other big problem was that she said we would have action stations so avoid a long line. That did not happen and all of our wedding guests were standing in a very long line. We are rather unhappy about that part. I would still suggest her, but with caution. However, there are probably better caterers out there.
