It does not get better than Wahoo! The staff, the environment, the vibes.. all top tier. They made planning as easy as it could have been and totally took the stress out of our wedding day. The venue was the perfect size for our 50 person wedding and all our guests raved about the entire evening including the food. I want to do it all again! Thank you Pam, Sydni, Kaitlyn, Alissa and the entire Wahoo! staff for everything!

The Wahoo team exceeded all our expectations. From the first meeting with Pam for the walkthrough we knew we were in good hands. All throughout the process Pam and her team were responsive and the staff's attentiveness went above and beyond. They anticipated our every need and ensured everything flowed seamlessly throughout the evening. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our wedding a dream come true. A wedding of this caliber at other venues in Atlanta would cost much more. The setting in the courtyard is a magical with all the greenery and natural beauty. 100/10 would recommend!

Pam and her team made the wedding planning process so easy for us! They think of literally every detail so all we had to say was yes or no. My husband and I planned our wedding in 1 month. We got married on December 24th, 2023 at Wahoo! Grill. We were very stressed out about finding a venue in such a short notice, but the staff at Wahoo! made our experience a 10/10. When they say they handle everything, they mean it!!! It is such a beautiful venue and we needed 0 decorations. The pricing is affordable for what they offer. 10/10 would recommend. Pam and her staff are fantastic.

My husband and I cannot say enough about how supportive, communicative, and AMAZING Wahoo is. They are so great at what they do and will go the extra mile to make sure you are as stress free as possible and get your vision to life. Pam is a godsend and we can’t thank her enough. Sydni always answered our emails asap and made sure everyone stayed on the same page throughout the planning. Our day of coordinator was so wonderful and made the day move seamlessly and made it look so easy. The venue itself is stunning and the food is delicious. There was enough staff to keep the drinks flowing all night long. This is the venue and people you want to work with on such an important day. We love Wahoo!!

Wahoo! Grill was not only a beautiful place to get married, but also so well so helpful and knowledgeable! Pam and her staff worked hard to help me bring my small wedding with lots of greenery and floral together and it turned out great! The food there is amazing and the staff are very kind! Wahoo helped us have the wedding of our dreams and more, all for a reasonable price and with friendly service. Please don’t underestimate this hidden gem. After reading amazing reviews about the venue, it was the first one we toured. We loved it right away but wanted to keep an open mind so we toured other venues but could not stop thinking about Wahoo. From our tour to our send off, the staff at Wahoo exceeded our expectations. Sydni and Pam made planning a breeze and were flexible and understanding when we unexpectedly had to postpone. They captured my vision for our wedding perfectly and attended to every little detail. On our wedding day, Pam and Amanda blew us away! The space was beautifully decorated by the staff, and because the space itself is so beautiful and so many decorations are included in the venue fee, we spent very little on additional decorations. Pam even came to the rescue when I had a wardrobe malfunction minutes prior to the ceremony! Everything ran smoothly and the day was absolutely stress free because I knew Wahoo had it all covered! Our guests raved about the food and the staff made sure we had time to eat and stay hydrated. They even packed us a picnic basket full of food to take with us on our getaway! If I could go back in time, I would choose to get married again at Wahoo a thousand times over, and I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the staff on the best day of my life so far!

No offense to Callanwolde or the Botanical Garden, but if money was no object and I could recommend literally any venue in the city to host a wedding, I would still pick Wahoo! Grill. First, the elephant in the room, or at least it was for me. The name of the place makes it sound like nothing special. Like it's maybe a beachside sports bar with fried fish and beer specials or something. Maybe you're not liking the idea of telling your parents that you're getting married at a place called "Wahoo! Grill", or how it'll look on the invitation, or whatever. Let me be clear with you. The name is a MASSIVE undersell for what this place really is. Do yourself a favor, be open-minded and give it a fair shot, because what's inside this normal-looking restaurant is not at all what you'd expect from the outside. As soon as you walk through the entrance, you see their outdoor space, and it is incredible. Upscale rustic design and an impossibly lush garden surrounding you on all sides. Tour it in the warm season if you can, because everything is in bloom and you can see the garden at its peak. (We toured in winter, so a lot of the garden's beauty was hypothetical. Luckily we took their word on what it would be in summer.) We were a little worried about the size, thinking it would be too small for our 110ish-count, but it was all good. The space is laid out nicely with an open area on one end for the ceremony, a tented area on the other end for dancing, and a tighter circle in the middle that gives it overall kind of an hourglass shape. We also purchased the restaurant buyout for a little extra breathing room. As far as weather plans, they have a thin shroud hanging over the ceremony space that handles light rain but recommend having a tent plan for heavy rain. The food here is beyond excellent. All of our guests were raving about it, particularly the ahi tuna and the steak. Just as excellent as the food itself is their serving setup. These guys have the buffet down to a science, restocking it quickly and by demand so nothing is sitting out too long. Honestly, though, what really won us over wasn't any of this as much as it was Pam and her team. They have taken their venue and restaurant and made it into a PERFECT WEDDING MACHINE. Pam herself is all at once the business owner, the venue manager, and your personal wedding director. She toured us herself, taking notes on us even before we decided to go with them, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Sydni was our point-person as we put our plans together, and her emails and questions were incredibly helpful. At one point we called her simply to say our budget was getting tight and ask if there were any ways to cut costs, and she combed through our entire banquet order and found as many cuts as she could within the day. And Caitlin was our hero during the event itself, seeming to be everywhere at once making sure everything was smooth. And it was. A lot of our family and friends said it was the most stress-free wedding they'd ever been to. At the end of the day, what they're offering here is honestly worth far more than they're charging. But Pam says that's on purpose, and that she'd rather give people a great wedding experience than play the wedding upcharge game just because. I think her energy goes a long way toward making Wahoo! what it is, and I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience working with Wahoo! Grill. After touring many venues throughout Atlanta, we found ourselves at Wahoo! and knew immediately it was the right venue for our 100-person garden wedding. Pam and her team were accommodating, organized, and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. The space itself is gorgeous without any decorations; and even though it is small, you can fit up to 120 guests and a 6-piece band (they even have a small bridal suite!). Food was incredible (note: for larger groups, you have to be served buffet-style, which I was worried about but it ended up being just fine). Day-of staff were professional and on-top of all our needs. Venue fee includes food/drink/table settings, although you can bring your own flatware/tablecloths/glassware to fit your style. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone was so nice and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a smaller wedding. The courtyard was gorgeous for pictures and the food was delicious!

Wahoo! Grill was a dream venue for our March 2023 wedding. As one of our guests described, it was “intimate,” but “still a really fun party.” Sydni was incredibly helpful and responsive during the planning process, and using Wahoo’s décor, linens, and tables made my life so much easier. During the wedding weekend, Pam and team were beyond helpful in ensuring every detail, no matter how small, was incorporated. Our guests enjoyed the food and drink, especially getting to choose however many entrees they wanted (and not having to pick just one). We can’t recommend Wahoo! enough!

Pam and her team did are a well-oiled machine making our wedding as stress-free as possible. From planning with Sydni, every detail was thought of to make sure we were covered for our wedding. Caitlyn, our day of coordinator was there for every need and it felt like working with a friend. My wife and I are truly grateful!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Wahoo Grill. Pam and her team made the planning SO easy and stress free (I'm a medical resident and really didn't have the bandwidth to deal with planning stress) and it was just a truly magical, spectacular night. I felt like a garden princess! They were so prepared for any weather condition, were so responsive, had a gorgeous setup, and made us so loved. I wish I could do it again every weekend!

Wahoo made our wedding dreams come true! If you want a simple, classy and elegant wedding without all of the DIY or wedding planning stress- I HIGHLY recommend wahoo! They made the entire process so effortless, easy and stress free. They did their best to accommodate our wishes and everything was personalized for us. The Wahoo! staff provided a wonderful celebration for our same-sex wedding. They were responsive and easy to work with leading up to and during our reception. They thought of every detail and made helpful suggestions. The venue was gorgeous and food delicious. And the staff was fun and helpful on the day of our celebration. If we ever need to throw a big party again, they will be top of our list!

If you're looking for an all-in-one venue—somewhere you can have your ceremony and reception—and also love greenery and gardens, Wahoo! Grill is the perfect place. My goal was to have an intimate, romantic outdoor wedding with backyard/garden vibes. It was an absolute success. From the day my fiancé, now husband, and I toured the venue, we knew the energy coming from Pam—the Owner— and Sydni, the Sales Manager was pure. We loved how helpful they both were and how they keep reminding us that their staff would take care of us on our wedding day, which they absolutely did. From the first tour to booking to our tasting to the final meeting before our big day, the Wahoo! Grill staff remained kind, resourceful, and accommodating. I planned my own wedding, which meant I had a lot of Google docs. Sydni was always ready to decipher my notes and bring everyone else up to speed. Alison was our day-of coordinator and knocked it out of the park. Thank you to Wahoo! Grill for bringing our romantic garden wedding to life! The vibes were amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was on-point. We highly recommend Wahoo! Grill.

There are no words for the love my husband and I have for Wahoo Grill. The intimate and beautiful garden ceremony site is enough to book it, but when you add on the incredible staff, delicious food & drink and awesome location…there’s really no comparison. Throughout the planning process, Sydney and Pam were responsive, professional and so helpful.. And on the day-of, Alissa and the rest of the event staff went above and beyond. Also special shout out to Chef Zach for being a wizard in the kitchen and Manager Brett for his wicked cocktails! Not to mention, for all that is provided – everything from day-of coordination to not having to worry about table/cutlery rentals & set-up – the pricing is beyond reasonable–and that is so rare in the world of weddings! We could not have asked for a more perfect day. So seriously, stop looking, you’ve found the one! And as if we needed another bonus, because this is a restaurant and not “just” a wedding venue, my husband and I plan to return year after year to celebrate our anniversary. <3 Thank you, Wahoo!

We have always loved Wahoo! as a local restaurant and part of our local community. And now we can love it as the site of our amazing wedding! The team at Wahoo!, led by owner Pam, were incredibly supportive and responsive to our questions, concerns, etc. They have a list of details that they pay attention to, and it shows! Favorite bits of working with Wahoo! - working with the bartender to create our signature cocktail. The recs were spot on and resulted in a delicious beverage that we will be enjoying for the rest of our lives. - the bridal suite. It's a cute, cozy space close to everything with it's own bathroom. It was wonderful to get ready there and to have that space as a respite during the event. - the food. I love Wahoo! as a restaurant period, and the food during the wedding did not disappoint. When our cake baker fell through, Pam went above and beyond to find another baker for us to work with. - the service. The entire event team beforehand and during the day of were so attentive. I feel that everyone got top notch service! - little details that helped us enjoy the day. The team remembered that I love mango, so made sure the mimosas that were available to me when getting ready before the wedding included mango. It was such a nice touch. I also LOVED how after the ceremony, my fiance and I were whisked away to the bridal suite where we had time to hydrate, enjoy a cocktail, eat some appetizers, and enjoy each our first moments as husband and wife before joining our wedding guests. It was a wonderful day, and I am so glad we went with Wahoo. I'd love an excuse to plan another event with them, but instead, will enjoy visiting the restaurant frequently. Where do I even begin? My Husband and I just got married at Wahoo Grill two weeks ago and it was undeniably the best day of my entire life! Much of that due to the incredible service we received from Pam and the Wahoo team. I can’t say enough great things about the experience we had at Wahoo, but I will do my best to sum it up. To start with, the venue is just GORGEOUS. We got married outside in the garden and it really felt like we had been transported to another place. The greenery and brick aisle were just so beautiful, and it gave our wedding the whimsical look I was going for. Speaking of that whimsical look, the Wahoo team went above and beyond to make my décor dreams come true. I sent Pam some inspiration pictures of what I was envisioning and her and her team set everything up for me, the end result far exceeded my expectations. Pam truly made my wedding dreams come true! It was the most beautiful display; it was everything I had hoped for and more. Pam and her team made the day go so smoothly for my wedding party and me. My day of planner, Alyssa was equally amazing! When we had fear of rain she talked us through a backup plan and made my bridal worries disappear. Luckily, it didn’t rain, but her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. She was so amazing to have by my side on the wedding day, she helped coordinate everything and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I really felt as if I had nothing to worry about except getting down the aisle. Pam and Alyssa took all my worries away and really allowed me to be a bride and be in the moment. I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience with Wahoo Grill. If you want your wedding to be the most magical, perfect day book with them! I am so glad that we picked Wahoo! Grill as our wedding venue. The most important things we were looking for while choosing was 1) ease of planning, 2) quality of food and 3) price. Wahoo hit all 3 easily. The event coordinator was very responsive and had step by step questions I could answer. Pam, the owner, was very responsive as well. I had a day of coordinator to make sure things ran smoothly on the day of. I was able to drop off my decor items and seating arrangements the day before the wedding and they helped me to set it up, and take it down. They made sure my partner and I always had food in front of us and were well taken care of. The food was amazing. There are 3 different menus you can choose from for dinner, with different set points. Make sure you do the complimentary tasting! Lastly, it was very budget friendly. Pam was willing to work with me on price. I got to choose which part of the restaurant I had my wedding in. I would definitely pick Wahoo again!

We could not have asked for a better experience having our wedding at Wahoo! Pam and her entire staff are so kind and organized. You can truly tell they love what they do. They were always available to talk and answer any and all questions throughout the entire process. They provide you SO much for the price. All other venues we looked at upcharged for every little thing. Wahoo includes so many items as a part of the event package, even a day of coordinator. Having a day of coordinator who is affiliated with the venue is a game changer. Pam made sure we always had a full drink and food! She reminded us to take time to enjoy the little moments and I never doubted she had our best interest in mind. The food, drinks and staff were amazing. Look no further if you’re looking for an intimate wedding venue!

From the time we said yes to holding our ceremony and reception here, Pam and her team took the baton and ran with it! Sydni was absolutely great with communications being very detailed and proactive with suggestions for us. It helped tremendously with planning our special day. Pam was our day-of-coordinator and she was nothing less than spectacular. We were able to focus on just enjoying the moments. She dealt with all the vendors for the day and anything we needed, she and her team handled it. The food was amazing and the drinks were tasty! The décor was set up exactly as we requested. Wahoo Grill is a great venue for budget friendly weddings. All of our guests are still raving about how classy and elegant everything looked. This is in no small part to Pam and her team’s diligence and attention to detail. From coordinating parking for our guests to rolling out our blue carpet for departure, Wahoo Grill did an amazing job for our wedding. Simply put, the day was PERFECT! Thanks Wahoo Grill!

My husband and I had our reception here in October 2021, after having to reschedule from 2020. First off, the fact that the venue worked with us during a pandemic was so gracious. We didn’t lost any money and the process of picking a new date was simple. We are so appreciate of that. The whole team at wahoo! Grill seriously blew us away. They were prompt, communicative, and organized. Sydni and Pam were always so helpful and available to answer questions. We were planning it mostly from out of state and required a lot of check ins and they always responded respectively and promptly. The day of our event everything ran so smoothly. Pam was on site with us and was a BLAST. She made sure everything ran smoothly- from the table layouts, the band getting set up, decorations, timeline, etc. I was sooooo impressed! Not to mention the set up and green space itself is GORGEOUS. You forget you’re in the city. I’ve heard so many horror stories of wedding days going wrong and ours was far from that. We had an amazing Sunday afternoon wedding! Pam and her staff were great and so helpful at making everything run smoothly. At Wahoo, it is one stop shopping - venue, food, drink, bridal suite, and even an in-house florist. Pam and Sydni are so good to communicate, make suggestions, follow the timeline and make sure that all is ready for your day. The food is so good and lots of menu choices depending on the time of day your wedding will be. We have received so many compliments from friends and family about our wedding - venue, food and so much fun! I want to do it again!

We had such a great experience with Wahoo! We had originally booked our wedding date for Spring 2020 but had to postpone (a few times) because of the pandemic. They were very understanding and continued to work with us to ensure we had a safe and beautiful evening! Everyone especially raved about the ceremony and the food

Amazing food, amazing space and perfect for a smaller gathering or vow renewal like we had. Reggie was a great help and the flowers, courtyard, candles and other vegetation meant little decoration on my part. All guests had an amazing time, ate and danced the afternoon away!

Our experience with Wahoo! Grill was above and beyond! It was the perfect location for our intimate wedding, and the best part was how much was included in the package - from day-of coordinator, planners leading up to the event, delicious food, bridal suite, access to hair salon, etc. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. They took SO much stress of my husband and me (we had less than 2 months to plan and execute). What a blessing. And everything was beautiful! We even used their in-house florist, which was recommended, and she was incredible. Love this place!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Wahoo! Grill. The coordinator was super helpful throughout the planning process. The food was incredible and having food and beverage built in to the venue package was so convenient. On our wedding day, the staff was very attentive and made sure we always had a drink in hand. They also took care of setting up all of our decorations for the ceremony and reception, and packed everything up for us after the event! Truly a great experience!

This venue was perfect for our May, brunch wedding for 70 guests! The food was amazing, everyone was very professional and attentive to our needs, and the price was very affordable. I would 100% recommend this beautiful venue for weddings and more!

The team at Wahoo! Grill - Pam, Sydni, Reggie and their entire staff - are simply incredible. Pam, the owner, was flexible and kind and is clearly an expert at delivering the best experience for her clients. Sydni was so so patient with us. With Covid making our wedding day a true “up-in-the-air” situation, she was responsive to our questions and concerns and reassured us every step of the way. Never once did Pam nor Sydni make us feel pressured to make a decision about our wedding day due to the uncertainty with Covid. Sydni and Pam guided us with grace and were quick to make any last-minute changes. Reggie, our day-of-coordinator, was SO impressive. She was organized, confident, cool-headed and probably could have run my wedding day with her eyes closed. She even bustled my dress, and when we discovered that a button was missing, she adjusted my bustle to ensure I looked the best that I could. What an awesome team! Our wedding at Wahoo was magical! Pam, Reggie, Sydni, and the entire staff were so gracious and helpful. The food was outstanding. The space was divine. I had wanted an outdoor, garden-themed space for an intimate ceremony and reception, and I was so happy when I came across Wahoo. My husband and I could not have asked for a better day. We will definitely be back for more food!

Love love loved our experience at Wahoo! Grill. Pam, Reggie and Sydni made our day run so smoothly. Communication during the planning process was painless and easy because these three were on top of all requests, concerns and must-haves for the ceremony and reception. Wahoo! Grill not only has the ceremony in the garden but also a pre-tented area that was amazing for late night dancing. In addition, there is a full salon attached to the venue where my bridesmaids and I had ample room to prepare! The food is so good (we are still thinking about the fried pimento cheese) and the wine was great! 10/10 cannot recommend this venue enough!

Wahoo ended up being the perfect venue for our Christmas, garden-themed wedding. We had our ceremony at a church then our reception here. From day one Reggie, Pam, and the entire team were so kind and accommodating. If you have a vision for their space they will make it work. With COVID we ended up having to downsize and our package was easily adjusted due to the flexibility of the space. Reggie, their event coordinator, is SO good - she's organized, calm, and accommodating. Their food is incredible. Despite it being outdoors, having a wedding in December (~40 degrees) the heaters they had made it warm even in my spaghetti strap wedding gown. It feels very intimate but is still very spaced out which is great. They take the pandemic very seriously which I deeply appreciated - my fiance and I didn't have to worry, they enforced masks/etc. Overall a 12/10 experience. I'm so happy our reception was here.

Wahoo Grill is an elegant place. We had our wedding ceremony and reception there. It was a pleasure working with the entire staff, including Sydni, Reggie, and Pam. Everything went well from planning this wedding to executing it. Throughout the planning and gathering information, Sydni was very detailed with her explanations and always willing and available to answer all questions and provide suggestions. She made the process easy and seamless. Everyone who attended said the food was delicious, the staff is welcoming, professional, and willing to provide directives. Reggie took the worry off our shoulders; she ensured that everything stayed on schedule and flowed flawlessly. The wahoo staff is very flexible. My husband and I want to say thank you to Sydni, Pam and Reggie. You all made our day more than perfect and the guests enjoyed the atmosphere and all that was included.

We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Wahoo! Grill for 80 guests. If you are looking for a venue, look NO further. Reggie (the day of coordinator) was absolutely phenomenal the day of the wedding and in the planning process. She made the day go SO smoothly and was so attuned to every move I made. She is a bride's dream. Also, I need to mention that planning was SO easy! I am not into details and I was a super chill bride, but Sydni and Pam made the planning process simple and easy. They were always willing to get on the phone with me and answer any questions. I also have to shout out the rest of the staff, from Reggie's assistant Oscar to the bartender on site - everyone was phenomenal. We got married on 3.14.2020 and the COVID-19 outbreak was just starting to take place. Not only was Wahoo staff willing to work with me on 7 seating arrangement changes since guests were dropping like flies, but they were also SO understanding about the final guest count changing. AND THE FOOD - SOOOO DELICIOUS! My guests are still raving about how good the food was and how beautiful the venue is. Seriously, don't get bogged down in choosing a venue that only handles the space - book Wahoo! Grill immediately and thank me later!

Everything about our wedding at Wahoo! was perfect. The venue is beautiful and intimate (just what we wanted for our wedding day). The staff was so accommodating, helpful and professional. They communicated with us throughout the planning process as well.

We had our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at Wahoo! about a month ago, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The events team was incredibly responsive from the very beginning, answering my inquiry and setting up a tour with the owner, Pam. We had been considering a more formal venue, but when we toured Wahoo! it just felt way more “us”. We had a lot of ideas at that point about things we might want to incorporate into the event, and Pam assured us that it was all doable. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant before we booked, and everything, from the food to the cocktails, was absolutely delicious and service was wonderful. One of the (many) great things about the events team at Wahoo! is that they will answer any questions you might have. I sent Sydni countless emails with countless questions over the course of planning (like seriously, an excessive amount of questions) and she graciously answered every single one in a timely fashion, and never made me feel like I was being a pain in the you-know-what bride (even though, let’s be honest, I probably was). Another great thing about Wahoo! is their flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, from the ever-changing size of our wedding, to the dreaded rain on wedding day scenario. It ended up raining during both our ceremony and reception, and while I was initially so bummed to be missing out on the garden ceremony that I had been planning on, it turned out so wonderfully. They moved the ceremony to their indoor garden room, and it ended up being really lovely and atmospheric. A lot of our guests commented that the rain trickling down the glass walls behind us during the ceremony looked really cool / beautiful. After the ceremony, they flipped the room for the reception and we were also still able to use the outdoor spaces for the reception as a tent was added (this had been discussed and approved as part of the rain plan a few days prior). I was really so impressed with how they handled the rain situation, I don’t think the guests even realized that it wasn’t the original plan. As for the reception, the food was delicious and all of our guests had plenty to eat and drink. All of our guests had a great time, and we even heard a few remark that it was one of the best weddings they’d been to. The day-of coordinator, Reggie, was so on top of things, making sure everything flowed smoothly and we stayed on schedule. She made sure my groom and I had appetizers and drinks waiting for us after the reception, she guided us through the scheduled events of the evening (like toasts, cake cutting, etc.), and she even helped bustle my dress. Reggie was seriously a lifesaver. I could keep going on and on, but in summary: Wahoo is a beautiful and unique venue with delicious food and an incredible team. They really know what they’re doing. You will not regret having your big day here, whether it be a wedding or any other special event.

I can't say enough about my entire experience with Wahoo Grill and the entire staff. Pam, the owner, Sydni, Niyenda and Reggie are now family to me. Every step in the process of planning our wedding was made plain, transparent and seamless. At no time did I feel like a burden or that any question or request I had was too silly or unattainable. The staff was always available and no matter what I was concerned with after talking things through with Sydni I was always put at ease. Reggie, the day of coordinator was amazing. No matter what you need she will do everything to make your day what you have always imagined, if it is within her power. All of this to say, that our wedding day was like a dream and I owe that all to Pam and the staff. I literally begin to cry when I think of the day because it was so beautiful from beginning to end. The venue is so beautiful, the garden, the setup, the staff, oh and the food....AMAZING! I can't say enough about Wahoo Grill. If you are on the fence about choosing this location I hope that I am able to push you over onto the right side and your decision is this venue. You will not be disappointed!!! You, your family and friends will be in awe of the beauty and elegance of your wedding for years to come.

Having our wedding and reception here was one of the best decisions we could have made. Pam, Reggi and the staff really do think of everything, even down to motioning the bride to “breathe” before walking down the aisle (I’ll never forget that). It was truly a perfect evening, and we’ll be forever grateful for all of their hard work, flexibility and patience with us. We’re still getting compliments from our guests about how they had such a great time and how they enjoyed everything. So much so, that I’ve never heard people rave so much about mashed potatoes in my life (and if they’re raving about the mashed potatoes, then you know the rest of the food was fire!). All of the food was delicious! So much value in having an event here. Again, everything was perfect :-)

We loved having our reception at Wahoo! Pam and Sydni were responsive and understanding during the planning process, and Reggie was on top of everything during the actual event. The garden room and patio were beautiful, and our guests have given us so many compliments on the space. It was reasonably priced compared to many of the venues we saw, including their recommended florist and DJ which we used and loved. We didn't worry about anything once we got there and enjoyed every minute! Thanks to the Wahoo event team for making our reception such a lovely and memorable evening.

We had our daytime ceremony and reception at Wahoo! Grill on 3.31.2019. From the very beginning, the staff have been so flexible and so helpful and because of that, the day of went off without a single stress. Pam, the owner, allowed us to customize our menu to better reflect our vision, and our guests absolutely loved our food. Reggie, our day-of-coordinator, was so on top of everything and made sure that everything went so so smoothly. Sydni was our day-to-day contact and happily answered every silly question that I had, and kept in contact with us as things came up. The event staff also played a huge part in the day's success; they went out of their way to take photos of our guests with a Polaroid camera we had placed by the guest book, and during our rehearsal dinner (also held at Wahoo) they were so kind and accommodating. Our wedding day was perfect in large part to the people at Wahoo; thank you all for everything that you did!

We had our wedding at Wahoo! on 11/24/18. We only had about 40 people total so we only used the garden and tented patio area in the back of the venue. We chose the venue because it was beautiful, quaint and had a home-like feeling. I didn't want to have to do a lot of decorating and this was perfect because the space is beautiful all on it's own! The whole staff is amazing and were so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, from initial inquiry, through planning, and day of. The food is amazing and our friends and family still rave about it! The only thing I wish is that it was available for us to rent for a longer period of time - we didn't want the night to end at 9:30! :)

I had my wedding here in October and I can not thank Pam and Reggie enough! Everything was so stress free and easy from booking the venue to the night of the wedding. I was blown away by all of the staff. The bartenders were so fun and the space is gorgeous. All of my guests are still talking about how great the food was and how intimate atmosphere was! Reggie is a master at her craft, she was so accomidating while still keeping us on track and Pam is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The best part is that it is completely affordable! I will always cherish Wahoo for my perfect wedding!

The team at Wahoo Grill was phenomenal! They took care of every question I had leading up to the wedding day and after; I had a bunch of questions :) The ceremony was outside in the garden and the lighting was breathtaking. The food and drinks were GREAT! I couldn't have asked for a better venue! XOXO

My fiance and I looked at Wahoo for our reception. It was a special place to us as we had been there on many dates and had many family gatherings there. We wanted to be able to include our dog and also to have a fire pit, so we ended up going with another venue. However, we had asked them if they were able to cater and we are glad they were. You can truly tell that they have been doing this for years. Pam, Sydni, and Reggie were all wonderful. Everyone was so detail oriented. We were able to make a custom menu and the food turned out perfectly. Since it was a fall reception, we had two soups, a carving station, a salad, an oyster station, and a cheese station. I can't tell you how many compliments we got on the food. Food was one of the things we wanted to emphasize at our reception and it was truly perfect (we actually got to eat at our reception)! We provided our own alcohol, but Wahoo was able to provide bartenders. Thank you so much Wahoo for helping to make our day truly perfect!

Wahoo! is a beautiful location for your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, day after brunch, wedding, or maybe even a baby shower! We chose Wahoo! for our small brunch wedding, but it would be awesome for any of these events. We wanted a location that didn't need many decorations and Wahoo! fits the bill because of their garden style decor. We used their outdoor space, but their indoor spaces are equally lovely. In working with their team, it's obvious that they've done weddings before and not in the manufactured you have to fit our package kind of way. Their team knows all the questions to ask before your wedding and helps get you through the process. Plus they have a really amazing in house florist who was able to get my vision through a phone call and looking through my Pinterest. Beyond this, the food was amazing. Many of our guests raved about the food, ourselves included. We had a lovely day and beyond highly recommending Wahoo! to others we know, we will definitely look to Wahoo! again for our next special event.

Not only is Wahoo BEAUTIFUL and their food AMAZING, the people who plan, coordinate, and work the wedding are professionals to the extreme. Pam, the owner of Wahoo, was in constant contact with me from the moment I booked, making sure everything was taken care of. Sydni, my main point of contact, was always quick to answer my questions and happy to put up with my pre-wedding anxiety emails. And Reggie! Her day-of coordination skills were unmatched. She shepherded us around all day, always making sure our drinks and stomachs were full and that we had moments alone, and that we were always where we needed to be. She took care of EVERYTHING, and I had no concern that anything would be missed in her hands. Even the servers and staff at Wahoo were so GENUINELY happy to be working and be part of our day -- I felt the love from every angle. Even though I live down the street from Wahoo, I didn't know of it as a wedding venue until I posted on facebook looking for venue recommendations and a DOZEN people recommended it. If I can do anything, I want to pass on that enthusiastic recommendation to other brides -- if you want a beautiful, low-key, intimate wedding, THIS IS YOUR SPOT.

I can truly say that Wahoo! Grill made my wedding day not only what I had envisioned, but above and beyond to make it perfect! Pam, Sydni, Reggie and all the event staff are amazing. They are a great team to work with and made the whole process of planning a wedding easy. Pam even called me the week of the wedding, when I was having a hard time deciding about assigned tables and talked me through some options. It was also wonderful that we could pick our own vendors for flowers, cake, photographer and DJ, and everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding. The event space is gorgeous from the outdoor garden patio, to the indoor area that has floor to ceiling windows over looking the garden. My guests told me they felt like they were in a Tuscan Villa in Italy! The food is incredible and was one of the other top reasons for having my wedding at Wahoo! Grill. The guests also raved on and on about how good the food was from the appetizers to the entrees. If you are looking for a venue that provides a beautiful outdoor garden ceremony and a reception with a romantic Tuscan feel, and that your guests will be talking about how wonderful your wedding was for months and months, look no further. Wahoo! Grill will make your wedding day the day you have always dreamed of.

We got married in 3 months, the Monday after we were engaged we visited Wahoo! That Sunday our family visited and we made it our Venue. Choosing Wahoo! Grill our wedding venue was the best and easiest decision we made. Their event team are ROCKSTARS, the management system they use makes wedding planning a breeze (hello, amazing!) They are quick to respond, offer advice, and make the planning process SO smooth. Their team set-ups and breaks down everything. They are a well oiled machine that will make your wedding just like you wanted. Pam, Sydni, and Reggie are amazing and willing to do anything to make you happy! Our guest were raving of Wahoo! before they even came to our wedding based on pictures they saw of the venue, but wow- afterwards, the praises are still coming in. The food was great, the coordination was on point, they were friendly and kind. If you are getting married in Atlanta, want a outdoor/indoor easy wedding with a dream team behind you- visit the Wahoo! PERFECT DAY!

I had such an amazing day! They were so easy to work with to make our wedding day special to us. I didn't have a wedding planner and didn't need one, they did everything in regards to the venue! The food was sooo good, everyone was talking about it afterwards.

I wanted a beautiful party without all of the stodginess of some weddings, and Wahoo Grill nailed it. They made the planning process so easy, worked with my specific decor and ceremony plan, suggested great changes that made more sense for us and kept everything on schedule and fun during the actual event. They even let our beloved dogs participate during the ceremony (I arranged a sitter to pick them up immediately after the ceremony and prior to dinner). I cannot recommend Wahoo Grill enough for events. The food was AMAZING, the space is beautiful, and it was honestly the most fun I've ever had at a wedding. They keep everything moving on schedule without any stress or awkwardness for the couple or the guests. Pam, Reggie, Sydni and all of the staff - they made the whole event so stress-free. Our wedding was magical!!!

It's been about six months since our wedding, but we're still in wonder of our reception at Wahoo! Grill. We had such a great time, which is due to Pam and her staff! We were able to celebrate without any worries, as the staff had everything lined up for us and our guests. We got so many compliments on the beautiful location and scrumptious food! Many of our local guests were wanting to come back to the restaurant again (to be honest, we've eaten at Wahoo! multiple times since)! I would 100% recommend Wahoo! to anyone that wants a special experience that's not the run-of-the-mil!
