There are truly no words to describe how incredible our wedding was at Wahoo, but I’ll try. From the planning process to the day itself, everything was seamless. I had always worried I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy my wedding because I’d be too caught up in logistics, but that wasn’t the case at all. The entire day was perfectly timed and thoughtfully managed, which allowed us to be fully present. The ceremony and reception spaces were absolutely stunning. We needed minimal decorations because the setting spoke for itself. There were also small, thoughtful touches that made the day feel extra special, like having drinks and appetizers waiting in the bridal suite after the ceremony so my husband and I could share a private moment together. Wahoo is also incredibly transparent and easy to work with. I didn’t use a wedding planner and never felt overwhelmed. Every few months, they sent a clear, concise email with a list of to-dos or questions to answer, which kept me on track throughout the process. I also called a few times with questions, and they were always happy to talk things through with patience and clarity. They truly made everything so, so easy. The food was outstanding, too. We’re still getting compliments from our friends and family about how delicious everything was.

What to say about Wahoo! Grill? From beginning to end, they made the day seamless. We found them from Reddit and made dinner reservations to check out the food and venue. From there we reached out for more information. Pam (owner) and staff were completely amazing. We chose a DJ from their preferred vendors list and he was fantastic. He had our friends dancing all night. We had a guest with severe food allergies and the professionalism with how it was handled was 10/10. The chef prepared special portions of all the food to meet their dietary restrictions and was delivered to their seat. I’ve gone on about the communication and food and vendors but hands down, the gardens are the star of the show. The space is elegant and intimate - which was exactly what we wanted. Wahoo! was the perfect venue for our wedding! They made the planning process super easy and straight forward especially for an out-of-town bride. The garden and patio is beautiful and perfect for an intimate ceremony and reception. We had about 100 guests at our wedding and there was plenty of space. Pam, Sydni, and Kaitlyn really made the whole thing stress free and if you book with them know that you are in great hands! The recommended vendors list that Wahoo! provides makes finding a florist, photographer, hair/makeup artist, and DJ super convenient (Cannot recommend Becca Goodall for flowers and Lei B. for photography enough!), and since Wahoo! provides all the food everything is delicious! They take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Our wedding was better than I could have imagined thanks to Pam and her team and we got so many compliments on the venue from our guests. Everyone should have their wedding at Wahoo!

We loved having our wedding at Wahoo! Having the ceremony/reception in the same space took a lot off of our plate in terms of planning, not to mention the helpful guides that Wahoo gave us. Day of coordinator was included (super clutch) and Kaitlyn was awesome at making sure our day ran smoothly. The best parts about having the wedding at Wahoo Grill are: 1) the venue and 2) the food! The venue is stunning. The outdoor garden is covered in greenery, so we had stunning backdrops for our pictures, the covered patio is so cute, and there's plenty of space on the dance floor to get everybody dancing! We loved the rustic and chic charm that the venue exudes. I will say that Wahoo says the venue can fit 130 and seat 120, but we believe that would be pushing it. We had 107 guests, and it was quite full (cozy, bordering on crowded). Food is very important to us, and everything tasted amazing. Our guests were going up for seconds and complimenting the food like crazy. Because it's a restaurant, there's less hassle in finding a caterer and a bartender; it's all built in. They are also very conscious of dietary restrictions, allergies, and special diets. The chef prepared special dishes for our guests who needed accommodation for their diets and we were so happy that everyone was able to enjoy the food (of which there was tons!). Wahoo is overall an incredible value for medium-small weddings, where you'll get a super cute venue, amazing food, drink, and a day-of-coordinator for an amazing price! We have only good things to say.

Everyone we interacted with while planning and having our wedding reception at Wahoo! Grill was super professional and friendly. The coordinating team especially Sydni helped keep us organized leading up to the big day, and then the whole team helped us have an amazing wedding day, including nice details like setting up appetizers in the getting ready suite and sending us home with some leftover desserts.

My husband and I cannot say enough how glad we are that we chose Wahoo! Grill for our wedding! First, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and a perfect setting for a wedding. But beyond that, the staff is amazing. Pam, the owner, is the coolest and sweetest lady. Our day-of coordinator, Kaitlyn was excellent and she made sure everything ran like clockwork. My husband and I had an 8 month engagement and the other venues we looked at wanted the balance paid 6 months before the date. Obviously, that gave us 2 months to come up with a lump sum. Wahoo! offered much more flexibility with payment. Wahoo! has extremely affordable valet parking and we were able to prepay that for our guests. We used their in-house florist and Wahoo! decorated our cake with flowers. Our guests were literally blown away by how amazing everything was. Our wedding was simple yet very classy. It was absolutely perfect.

Everyone at Wahoo was amazing! From the planning, to the rehearsal, to the actual wedding day, we were fully supported and confidently guided month by month. They were super responsive to any questions or concerns we had and we felt truly cared for. In the lead up to the day of, thunderstorms were a major concern, and the team at Wahoo came up with great contingency plans and were super flexible until hours before the wedding! We really appreciated everyone's kindness down to the entire wait staff! We hopefully won't be getting married again, but would gladly do it at Wahoo one more time!

Wahoo! and entire staff made our day better than I could have imagined. Sydni, Kaitlyn, and Pam were all phenomenal throughout the planning process and the day of. All of our questions were answered quickly and they were able to make all of our requests happen without an issue. I was worried that I was going to have to run around and make sure everything was correct on the day of, but our coordinator, Kaitlyn, handled everything with ease. The venue itself was beautiful. We barely brought decor because the owner, Pam, had spent so much time making the garden area look incredible even in early April. The food options were diverse and beyond flavorful. They even made two signature drinks named after our dogs that couldn't be there and one tasted exactly like a drink our family has had at the beach for decades. We can't recommend Wahoo! enough! We will be coming back for dinner and drinks often, so prepare to be sick of us.

Wahoo! Grill hosted our wedding, and it was truly the perfect place to celebrate with our closest friends and family. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly responsive, answering every single question I had—no matter how small. They were so attentive to detail and even brought up things I hadn’t thought of, which made the entire planning process so much easier and smoother for us. They broke everything down clearly, making sure we felt confident and prepared every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, we were absolutely blown away when we saw the setup with the flowers—it was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the staff listened closely to our vision and made it come to life flawlessly. The entire evening ran smoothly, with the reception timeline followed to a T. Our guests were raving afterward about how stunning the venue was and how attentive and kind the staff were. Having our wedding at Wahoo is the biggest blessing we could ask for. We are a queer couple and had around 55 people, and it was the most beautiful venue we could ask for. The staff was so amazing and attentive and made the entire experience so stress-free. I am so grateful that Wahoo was our venue and I would recommend it to ANYONE, but especially to any of my fellow queer couples looking for a venue! It's hard to beat an experience like this and we will forever be grateful for how amazing everyone was. Thank y'all so much for helping us create the wedding of our dreams.

This venue went way beyond my expectations with the quality and service that was provided. It was the best venue for our special and intimate day and I would have chosen it 1000 times over again. I felt like we truly found a hidden gem with Wahoo Grill.

The team at Wahoo made things so easy and seamless. The food was delicious and the venue is gorgeous and abloom for a June wedding! The staff has an awesome tool that walks you through all of the planning components and they provide a day of planner so you truly don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day. It perfectly fit 100 people with plenty of room to move around.

Pam and her staff at Wahoo! Grill made us feel like they were putting on a wedding for their own family. They made everything perfect and special, from planning small details months in advance to making sure the ceremony and reception ran smoothly and memorably. On the day of our wedding, they made sure that we didn't have to stress or even think about anything but enjoying ourselves. Chef Zach made our dinner gluten free and vegetarian, which was incredibly special and delicious! We went into the wedding expecting that things might not be perfect, but it absolutely was thanks to Wahoo! Grill. We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else, and we highly recommend this gorgeous, garden venue to anyone wishing to have a special, intimate wedding.

We couldn't be happier with our wedding at Wahoo! They were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the entire planning process, and made the day of as easy as possible for everyone involved. The staff are professional and very pleasant to work with. The space is beautiful, even with the last-minute decision to completely cover it due to rain. Of course, because it's a restaurant, the food is also excellent. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding went and we highly recommend Wahoo to anybody looking for a venue.

My fiancé and I got married at Wahoo this April and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From our first inquiry, Pam and her team were very accommodating. We were still shopping for venues and indecisive about which day or weekend we wanted to get married, but once we visited Wahoo and I read all of the great reviews, I knew this was the perfect choice. I can't speak for other weddings but ours was relatively small, around 60 people, and this venue was the perfect size! We didn't want to rent out a huge venue for such a small group of people - it would've felt like wasted space. But Wahoo was perfect for that intimate feel we were looking for. Another thing I loved about this venue was that you only need minimal decorations. The space itself is the decor. Between the garden patio in full bloom and string lights, the vibes were just what we were going for. The food was delicious and Kaitlyn (wahoo's day-of coordinator) prepared our plates and let us privately enjoy our appetizers in the bridal suite. The rest of the staff that worked our event were super friendly and helpful, they even made sure I got plenty of photos on my Polaroid camera! Sydney was my point of contact for everything leading up to the big day and she was super nice and helpful when addressing all of my (many) questions. My only point of suggestion is maybe addressing the name. I don't think people knew what to expect when we told them the venue was named Wahoo! Grill. Maybe for the event portion only it could be rebranded as The Garden at Wahoo or something similar. Just a thought! All of this to say, we were so glad we chose Wahoo! to get married and would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting married here!

It does not get better than Wahoo! The staff, the environment, the vibes.. all top tier. They made planning as easy as it could have been and totally took the stress out of our wedding day. The venue was the perfect size for our 50 person wedding and all our guests raved about the entire evening including the food. I want to do it all again! Thank you Pam, Sydni, Kaitlyn, Alissa and the entire Wahoo! staff for everything!

The Wahoo team exceeded all our expectations. From the first meeting with Pam for the walkthrough we knew we were in good hands. All throughout the process Pam and her team were responsive and the staff's attentiveness went above and beyond. They anticipated our every need and ensured everything flowed seamlessly throughout the evening. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our wedding a dream come true. A wedding of this caliber at other venues in Atlanta would cost much more. The setting in the courtyard is a magical with all the greenery and natural beauty. 100/10 would recommend!

My husband and I planned our wedding in 1 month. We got married on December 24th, 2023 at Wahoo! Grill. We were very stressed out about finding a venue in such a short notice, but the staff at Wahoo! made our experience a 10/10. When they say they handle everything, they mean it!!! It is such a beautiful venue and we needed 0 decorations. The pricing is affordable for what they offer. 10/10 would recommend. Pam and her staff are fantastic.

Pam, Sydni and Wahoo Grill were so amazing to work with for my wedding reception. The planning leading up to it was very easy and stress free and Pam was amazing the day of and even made sure I had enough water to stay hydrated. Pam’s personality and her care the for couple is one of one. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the day. I would have may more events here!

Wahoo! Grill was not only a beautiful place to get married, but also so well so helpful and knowledgeable! Pam and her staff worked hard to help me bring my small wedding with lots of greenery and floral together and it turned out great! The food there is amazing and the staff are very kind! Wahoo helped us have the wedding of our dreams and more, all for a reasonable price and with friendly service. Please don’t underestimate this hidden gem. After reading amazing reviews about the venue, it was the first one we toured. We loved it right away but wanted to keep an open mind so we toured other venues but could not stop thinking about Wahoo. From our tour to our send off, the staff at Wahoo exceeded our expectations. Sydni and Pam made planning a breeze and were flexible and understanding when we unexpectedly had to postpone. They captured my vision for our wedding perfectly and attended to every little detail. On our wedding day, Pam and Amanda blew us away! The space was beautifully decorated by the staff, and because the space itself is so beautiful and so many decorations are included in the venue fee, we spent very little on additional decorations. Pam even came to the rescue when I had a wardrobe malfunction minutes prior to the ceremony! Everything ran smoothly and the day was absolutely stress free because I knew Wahoo had it all covered! Our guests raved about the food and the staff made sure we had time to eat and stay hydrated. They even packed us a picnic basket full of food to take with us on our getaway! If I could go back in time, I would choose to get married again at Wahoo a thousand times over, and I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the staff on the best day of my life so far!

No offense to Callanwolde or the Botanical Garden, but if money was no object and I could recommend literally any venue in the city to host a wedding, I would still pick Wahoo! Grill. First, the elephant in the room, or at least it was for me. The name of the place makes it sound like nothing special. Like it's maybe a beachside sports bar with fried fish and beer specials or something. Maybe you're not liking the idea of telling your parents that you're getting married at a place called "Wahoo! Grill", or how it'll look on the invitation, or whatever. Let me be clear with you. The name is a MASSIVE undersell for what this place really is. Do yourself a favor, be open-minded and give it a fair shot, because what's inside this normal-looking restaurant is not at all what you'd expect from the outside. As soon as you walk through the entrance, you see their outdoor space, and it is incredible. Upscale rustic design and an impossibly lush garden surrounding you on all sides. Tour it in the warm season if you can, because everything is in bloom and you can see the garden at its peak. (We toured in winter, so a lot of the garden's beauty was hypothetical. Luckily we took their word on what it would be in summer.) We were a little worried about the size, thinking it would be too small for our 110ish-count, but it was all good. The space is laid out nicely with an open area on one end for the ceremony, a tented area on the other end for dancing, and a tighter circle in the middle that gives it overall kind of an hourglass shape. We also purchased the restaurant buyout for a little extra breathing room. As far as weather plans, they have a thin shroud hanging over the ceremony space that handles light rain but recommend having a tent plan for heavy rain. The food here is beyond excellent. All of our guests were raving about it, particularly the ahi tuna and the steak. Just as excellent as the food itself is their serving setup. These guys have the buffet down to a science, restocking it quickly and by demand so nothing is sitting out too long. Honestly, though, what really won us over wasn't any of this as much as it was Pam and her team. They have taken their venue and restaurant and made it into a PERFECT WEDDING MACHINE. Pam herself is all at once the business owner, the venue manager, and your personal wedding director. She toured us herself, taking notes on us even before we decided to go with them, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Sydni was our point-person as we put our plans together, and her emails and questions were incredibly helpful. At one point we called her simply to say our budget was getting tight and ask if there were any ways to cut costs, and she combed through our entire banquet order and found as many cuts as she could within the day. And Caitlin was our hero during the event itself, seeming to be everywhere at once making sure everything was smooth. And it was. A lot of our family and friends said it was the most stress-free wedding they'd ever been to. At the end of the day, what they're offering here is honestly worth far more than they're charging. But Pam says that's on purpose, and that she'd rather give people a great wedding experience than play the wedding upcharge game just because. I think her energy goes a long way toward making Wahoo! what it is, and I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience working with Wahoo! Grill. After touring many venues throughout Atlanta, we found ourselves at Wahoo! and knew immediately it was the right venue for our 100-person garden wedding. Pam and her team were accommodating, organized, and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. The space itself is gorgeous without any decorations; and even though it is small, you can fit up to 120 guests and a 6-piece band (they even have a small bridal suite!). Food was incredible (note: for larger groups, you have to be served buffet-style, which I was worried about but it ended up being just fine). Day-of staff were professional and on-top of all our needs. Venue fee includes food/drink/table settings, although you can bring your own flatware/tablecloths/glassware to fit your style. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone was so nice and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a smaller wedding. The courtyard was gorgeous for pictures and the food was delicious!

Wahoo! Grill was a dream venue for our March 2023 wedding. As one of our guests described, it was “intimate,” but “still a really fun party.” Sydni was incredibly helpful and responsive during the planning process, and using Wahoo’s décor, linens, and tables made my life so much easier. During the wedding weekend, Pam and team were beyond helpful in ensuring every detail, no matter how small, was incorporated. Our guests enjoyed the food and drink, especially getting to choose however many entrees they wanted (and not having to pick just one). We can’t recommend Wahoo! enough!

Pam and her team did are a well-oiled machine making our wedding as stress-free as possible. From planning with Sydni, every detail was thought of to make sure we were covered for our wedding. Caitlyn, our day of coordinator was there for every need and it felt like working with a friend. My wife and I are truly grateful!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Wahoo Grill. Pam and her team made the planning SO easy and stress free (I'm a medical resident and really didn't have the bandwidth to deal with planning stress) and it was just a truly magical, spectacular night. I felt like a garden princess! They were so prepared for any weather condition, were so responsive, had a gorgeous setup, and made us so loved. I wish I could do it again every weekend!

Wahoo made our wedding dreams come true! If you want a simple, classy and elegant wedding without all of the DIY or wedding planning stress- I HIGHLY recommend wahoo! They made the entire process so effortless, easy and stress free. They did their best to accommodate our wishes and everything was personalized for us. The Wahoo! staff provided a wonderful celebration for our same-sex wedding. They were responsive and easy to work with leading up to and during our reception. They thought of every detail and made helpful suggestions. The venue was gorgeous and food delicious. And the staff was fun and helpful on the day of our celebration. If we ever need to throw a big party again, they will be top of our list!

If you're looking for an all-in-one venue—somewhere you can have your ceremony and reception—and also love greenery and gardens, Wahoo! Grill is the perfect place. My goal was to have an intimate, romantic outdoor wedding with backyard/garden vibes. It was an absolute success. From the day my fiancé, now husband, and I toured the venue, we knew the energy coming from Pam—the Owner— and Sydni, the Sales Manager was pure. We loved how helpful they both were and how they keep reminding us that their staff would take care of us on our wedding day, which they absolutely did. From the first tour to booking to our tasting to the final meeting before our big day, the Wahoo! Grill staff remained kind, resourceful, and accommodating. I planned my own wedding, which meant I had a lot of Google docs. Sydni was always ready to decipher my notes and bring everyone else up to speed. Alison was our day-of coordinator and knocked it out of the park. Thank you to Wahoo! Grill for bringing our romantic garden wedding to life! The vibes were amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was on-point. We highly recommend Wahoo! Grill.

There are no words for the love my husband and I have for Wahoo Grill. The intimate and beautiful garden ceremony site is enough to book it, but when you add on the incredible staff, delicious food & drink and awesome location…there’s really no comparison. Throughout the planning process, Sydney and Pam were responsive, professional and so helpful.. And on the day-of, Alissa and the rest of the event staff went above and beyond. Also special shout out to Chef Zach for being a wizard in the kitchen and Manager Brett for his wicked cocktails! Not to mention, for all that is provided – everything from day-of coordination to not having to worry about table/cutlery rentals & set-up – the pricing is beyond reasonable–and that is so rare in the world of weddings! We could not have asked for a more perfect day. So seriously, stop looking, you’ve found the one! And as if we needed another bonus, because this is a restaurant and not “just” a wedding venue, my husband and I plan to return year after year to celebrate our anniversary. <3 Thank you, Wahoo!

Wahoo was a great spot for my wedding reception. My guests loved the patio and talked about what a lovely, tasteful, and unique venue it was for our wedding brunch. Pam also made sure everything flowed smoothly, so I didn’t worry about anything and was able to enjoy my event.
