Couldn’t have picked a better place. So organized and clear and helpful in planning. Up front pricing and tons of included needs kept us from wasting time or tacking on costs/fees later. Stunning outdoor space year round. Staff was wonderful. Food was outstanding. So glad we have this as a place to return over and over again to relive our special day.

Having our wedding at Wahoo is the biggest blessing we could ask for. We are a queer couple and had around 55 people, and it was the most beautiful venue we could ask for. The staff was so amazing and attentive and made the entire experience so stress-free. I am so grateful that Wahoo was our venue and I would recommend it to ANYONE, but especially to any of my fellow queer couples looking for a venue! It's hard to beat an experience like this and we will forever be grateful for how amazing everyone was. Thank y'all so much for helping us create the wedding of our dreams.

This venue went way beyond my expectations with the quality and service that was provided. It was the best venue for our special and intimate day and I would have chosen it 1000 times over again. I felt like we truly found a hidden gem with Wahoo Grill.

The team at Wahoo made things so easy and seamless. The food was delicious and the venue is gorgeous and abloom for a June wedding! The staff has an awesome tool that walks you through all of the planning components and they provide a day of planner so you truly don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day. It perfectly fit 100 people with plenty of room to move around.

Pam and her staff at Wahoo! Grill made us feel like they were putting on a wedding for their own family. They made everything perfect and special, from planning small details months in advance to making sure the ceremony and reception ran smoothly and memorably. On the day of our wedding, they made sure that we didn't have to stress or even think about anything but enjoying ourselves. Chef Zach made our dinner gluten free and vegetarian, which was incredibly special and delicious! We went into the wedding expecting that things might not be perfect, but it absolutely was thanks to Wahoo! Grill. We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else, and we highly recommend this gorgeous, garden venue to anyone wishing to have a special, intimate wedding.

We couldn't be happier with our wedding at Wahoo! They were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the entire planning process, and made the day of as easy as possible for everyone involved. The staff are professional and very pleasant to work with. The space is beautiful, even with the last-minute decision to completely cover it due to rain. Of course, because it's a restaurant, the food is also excellent. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding went and we highly recommend Wahoo to anybody looking for a venue.

My fiancé and I got married at Wahoo this April and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From our first inquiry, Pam and her team were very accommodating. We were still shopping for venues and indecisive about which day or weekend we wanted to get married, but once we visited Wahoo and I read all of the great reviews, I knew this was the perfect choice. I can't speak for other weddings but ours was relatively small, around 60 people, and this venue was the perfect size! We didn't want to rent out a huge venue for such a small group of people - it would've felt like wasted space. But Wahoo was perfect for that intimate feel we were looking for. Another thing I loved about this venue was that you only need minimal decorations. The space itself is the decor. Between the garden patio in full bloom and string lights, the vibes were just what we were going for. The food was delicious and Kaitlyn (wahoo's day-of coordinator) prepared our plates and let us privately enjoy our appetizers in the bridal suite. The rest of the staff that worked our event were super friendly and helpful, they even made sure I got plenty of photos on my Polaroid camera! Sydney was my point of contact for everything leading up to the big day and she was super nice and helpful when addressing all of my (many) questions. My only point of suggestion is maybe addressing the name. I don't think people knew what to expect when we told them the venue was named Wahoo! Grill. Maybe for the event portion only it could be rebranded as The Garden at Wahoo or something similar. Just a thought! All of this to say, we were so glad we chose Wahoo! to get married and would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting married here!

It does not get better than Wahoo! The staff, the environment, the vibes.. all top tier. They made planning as easy as it could have been and totally took the stress out of our wedding day. The venue was the perfect size for our 50 person wedding and all our guests raved about the entire evening including the food. I want to do it all again! Thank you Pam, Sydni, Kaitlyn, Alissa and the entire Wahoo! staff for everything!

The Wahoo team exceeded all our expectations. From the first meeting with Pam for the walkthrough we knew we were in good hands. All throughout the process Pam and her team were responsive and the staff's attentiveness went above and beyond. They anticipated our every need and ensured everything flowed seamlessly throughout the evening. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our wedding a dream come true. A wedding of this caliber at other venues in Atlanta would cost much more. The setting in the courtyard is a magical with all the greenery and natural beauty. 100/10 would recommend!

Pam and her team made the wedding planning process so easy for us! They think of literally every detail so all we had to say was yes or no. My husband and I planned our wedding in 1 month. We got married on December 24th, 2023 at Wahoo! Grill. We were very stressed out about finding a venue in such a short notice, but the staff at Wahoo! made our experience a 10/10. When they say they handle everything, they mean it!!! It is such a beautiful venue and we needed 0 decorations. The pricing is affordable for what they offer. 10/10 would recommend. Pam and her staff are fantastic.

Pam, Sydni and Wahoo Grill were so amazing to work with for my wedding reception. The planning leading up to it was very easy and stress free and Pam was amazing the day of and even made sure I had enough water to stay hydrated. Pam’s personality and her care the for couple is one of one. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through the day. I would have may more events here!

Wahoo! Grill was not only a beautiful place to get married, but also so well so helpful and knowledgeable! Pam and her staff worked hard to help me bring my small wedding with lots of greenery and floral together and it turned out great! The food there is amazing and the staff are very kind! Wahoo helped us have the wedding of our dreams and more, all for a reasonable price and with friendly service. Please don’t underestimate this hidden gem. After reading amazing reviews about the venue, it was the first one we toured. We loved it right away but wanted to keep an open mind so we toured other venues but could not stop thinking about Wahoo. From our tour to our send off, the staff at Wahoo exceeded our expectations. Sydni and Pam made planning a breeze and were flexible and understanding when we unexpectedly had to postpone. They captured my vision for our wedding perfectly and attended to every little detail. On our wedding day, Pam and Amanda blew us away! The space was beautifully decorated by the staff, and because the space itself is so beautiful and so many decorations are included in the venue fee, we spent very little on additional decorations. Pam even came to the rescue when I had a wardrobe malfunction minutes prior to the ceremony! Everything ran smoothly and the day was absolutely stress free because I knew Wahoo had it all covered! Our guests raved about the food and the staff made sure we had time to eat and stay hydrated. They even packed us a picnic basket full of food to take with us on our getaway! If I could go back in time, I would choose to get married again at Wahoo a thousand times over, and I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the staff on the best day of my life so far!

No offense to Callanwolde or the Botanical Garden, but if money was no object and I could recommend literally any venue in the city to host a wedding, I would still pick Wahoo! Grill. First, the elephant in the room, or at least it was for me. The name of the place makes it sound like nothing special. Like it's maybe a beachside sports bar with fried fish and beer specials or something. Maybe you're not liking the idea of telling your parents that you're getting married at a place called "Wahoo! Grill", or how it'll look on the invitation, or whatever. Let me be clear with you. The name is a MASSIVE undersell for what this place really is. Do yourself a favor, be open-minded and give it a fair shot, because what's inside this normal-looking restaurant is not at all what you'd expect from the outside. As soon as you walk through the entrance, you see their outdoor space, and it is incredible. Upscale rustic design and an impossibly lush garden surrounding you on all sides. Tour it in the warm season if you can, because everything is in bloom and you can see the garden at its peak. (We toured in winter, so a lot of the garden's beauty was hypothetical. Luckily we took their word on what it would be in summer.) We were a little worried about the size, thinking it would be too small for our 110ish-count, but it was all good. The space is laid out nicely with an open area on one end for the ceremony, a tented area on the other end for dancing, and a tighter circle in the middle that gives it overall kind of an hourglass shape. We also purchased the restaurant buyout for a little extra breathing room. As far as weather plans, they have a thin shroud hanging over the ceremony space that handles light rain but recommend having a tent plan for heavy rain. The food here is beyond excellent. All of our guests were raving about it, particularly the ahi tuna and the steak. Just as excellent as the food itself is their serving setup. These guys have the buffet down to a science, restocking it quickly and by demand so nothing is sitting out too long. Honestly, though, what really won us over wasn't any of this as much as it was Pam and her team. They have taken their venue and restaurant and made it into a PERFECT WEDDING MACHINE. Pam herself is all at once the business owner, the venue manager, and your personal wedding director. She toured us herself, taking notes on us even before we decided to go with them, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Sydni was our point-person as we put our plans together, and her emails and questions were incredibly helpful. At one point we called her simply to say our budget was getting tight and ask if there were any ways to cut costs, and she combed through our entire banquet order and found as many cuts as she could within the day. And Caitlin was our hero during the event itself, seeming to be everywhere at once making sure everything was smooth. And it was. A lot of our family and friends said it was the most stress-free wedding they'd ever been to. At the end of the day, what they're offering here is honestly worth far more than they're charging. But Pam says that's on purpose, and that she'd rather give people a great wedding experience than play the wedding upcharge game just because. I think her energy goes a long way toward making Wahoo! what it is, and I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

We couldn't be more happy with our experience working with Wahoo! Grill. After touring many venues throughout Atlanta, we found ourselves at Wahoo! and knew immediately it was the right venue for our 100-person garden wedding. Pam and her team were accommodating, organized, and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. The space itself is gorgeous without any decorations; and even though it is small, you can fit up to 120 guests and a 6-piece band (they even have a small bridal suite!). Food was incredible (note: for larger groups, you have to be served buffet-style, which I was worried about but it ended up being just fine). Day-of staff were professional and on-top of all our needs. Venue fee includes food/drink/table settings, although you can bring your own flatware/tablecloths/glassware to fit your style. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone was so nice and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a smaller wedding. The courtyard was gorgeous for pictures and the food was delicious!

Wahoo! Grill was a dream venue for our March 2023 wedding. As one of our guests described, it was “intimate,” but “still a really fun party.” Sydni was incredibly helpful and responsive during the planning process, and using Wahoo’s décor, linens, and tables made my life so much easier. During the wedding weekend, Pam and team were beyond helpful in ensuring every detail, no matter how small, was incorporated. Our guests enjoyed the food and drink, especially getting to choose however many entrees they wanted (and not having to pick just one). We can’t recommend Wahoo! enough!

Pam and her team did are a well-oiled machine making our wedding as stress-free as possible. From planning with Sydni, every detail was thought of to make sure we were covered for our wedding. Caitlyn, our day of coordinator was there for every need and it felt like working with a friend. My wife and I are truly grateful!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Wahoo Grill. Pam and her team made the planning SO easy and stress free (I'm a medical resident and really didn't have the bandwidth to deal with planning stress) and it was just a truly magical, spectacular night. I felt like a garden princess! They were so prepared for any weather condition, were so responsive, had a gorgeous setup, and made us so loved. I wish I could do it again every weekend!

Wahoo made our wedding dreams come true! If you want a simple, classy and elegant wedding without all of the DIY or wedding planning stress- I HIGHLY recommend wahoo! They made the entire process so effortless, easy and stress free. They did their best to accommodate our wishes and everything was personalized for us. The Wahoo! staff provided a wonderful celebration for our same-sex wedding. They were responsive and easy to work with leading up to and during our reception. They thought of every detail and made helpful suggestions. The venue was gorgeous and food delicious. And the staff was fun and helpful on the day of our celebration. If we ever need to throw a big party again, they will be top of our list!

If you're looking for an all-in-one venue—somewhere you can have your ceremony and reception—and also love greenery and gardens, Wahoo! Grill is the perfect place. My goal was to have an intimate, romantic outdoor wedding with backyard/garden vibes. It was an absolute success. From the day my fiancé, now husband, and I toured the venue, we knew the energy coming from Pam—the Owner— and Sydni, the Sales Manager was pure. We loved how helpful they both were and how they keep reminding us that their staff would take care of us on our wedding day, which they absolutely did. From the first tour to booking to our tasting to the final meeting before our big day, the Wahoo! Grill staff remained kind, resourceful, and accommodating. I planned my own wedding, which meant I had a lot of Google docs. Sydni was always ready to decipher my notes and bring everyone else up to speed. Alison was our day-of coordinator and knocked it out of the park. Thank you to Wahoo! Grill for bringing our romantic garden wedding to life! The vibes were amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was on-point. We highly recommend Wahoo! Grill.

There are no words for the love my husband and I have for Wahoo Grill. The intimate and beautiful garden ceremony site is enough to book it, but when you add on the incredible staff, delicious food & drink and awesome location…there’s really no comparison. Throughout the planning process, Sydney and Pam were responsive, professional and so helpful.. And on the day-of, Alissa and the rest of the event staff went above and beyond. Also special shout out to Chef Zach for being a wizard in the kitchen and Manager Brett for his wicked cocktails! Not to mention, for all that is provided – everything from day-of coordination to not having to worry about table/cutlery rentals & set-up – the pricing is beyond reasonable–and that is so rare in the world of weddings! We could not have asked for a more perfect day. So seriously, stop looking, you’ve found the one! And as if we needed another bonus, because this is a restaurant and not “just” a wedding venue, my husband and I plan to return year after year to celebrate our anniversary. <3 Thank you, Wahoo!

We have always loved Wahoo! as a local restaurant and part of our local community. And now we can love it as the site of our amazing wedding! The team at Wahoo!, led by owner Pam, were incredibly supportive and responsive to our questions, concerns, etc. They have a list of details that they pay attention to, and it shows! Favorite bits of working with Wahoo! - working with the bartender to create our signature cocktail. The recs were spot on and resulted in a delicious beverage that we will be enjoying for the rest of our lives. - the bridal suite. It's a cute, cozy space close to everything with it's own bathroom. It was wonderful to get ready there and to have that space as a respite during the event. - the food. I love Wahoo! as a restaurant period, and the food during the wedding did not disappoint. When our cake baker fell through, Pam went above and beyond to find another baker for us to work with. - the service. The entire event team beforehand and during the day of were so attentive. I feel that everyone got top notch service! - little details that helped us enjoy the day. The team remembered that I love mango, so made sure the mimosas that were available to me when getting ready before the wedding included mango. It was such a nice touch. I also LOVED how after the ceremony, my fiance and I were whisked away to the bridal suite where we had time to hydrate, enjoy a cocktail, eat some appetizers, and enjoy each our first moments as husband and wife before joining our wedding guests. It was a wonderful day, and I am so glad we went with Wahoo. I'd love an excuse to plan another event with them, but instead, will enjoy visiting the restaurant frequently. Where do I even begin? My Husband and I just got married at Wahoo Grill two weeks ago and it was undeniably the best day of my entire life! Much of that due to the incredible service we received from Pam and the Wahoo team. I can’t say enough great things about the experience we had at Wahoo, but I will do my best to sum it up. To start with, the venue is just GORGEOUS. We got married outside in the garden and it really felt like we had been transported to another place. The greenery and brick aisle were just so beautiful, and it gave our wedding the whimsical look I was going for. Speaking of that whimsical look, the Wahoo team went above and beyond to make my décor dreams come true. I sent Pam some inspiration pictures of what I was envisioning and her and her team set everything up for me, the end result far exceeded my expectations. Pam truly made my wedding dreams come true! It was the most beautiful display; it was everything I had hoped for and more. Pam and her team made the day go so smoothly for my wedding party and me. My day of planner, Alyssa was equally amazing! When we had fear of rain she talked us through a backup plan and made my bridal worries disappear. Luckily, it didn’t rain, but her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. She was so amazing to have by my side on the wedding day, she helped coordinate everything and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I really felt as if I had nothing to worry about except getting down the aisle. Pam and Alyssa took all my worries away and really allowed me to be a bride and be in the moment. I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience with Wahoo Grill. If you want your wedding to be the most magical, perfect day book with them! I am so glad that we picked Wahoo! Grill as our wedding venue. The most important things we were looking for while choosing was 1) ease of planning, 2) quality of food and 3) price. Wahoo hit all 3 easily. The event coordinator was very responsive and had step by step questions I could answer. Pam, the owner, was very responsive as well. I had a day of coordinator to make sure things ran smoothly on the day of. I was able to drop off my decor items and seating arrangements the day before the wedding and they helped me to set it up, and take it down. They made sure my partner and I always had food in front of us and were well taken care of. The food was amazing. There are 3 different menus you can choose from for dinner, with different set points. Make sure you do the complimentary tasting! Lastly, it was very budget friendly. Pam was willing to work with me on price. I got to choose which part of the restaurant I had my wedding in. I would definitely pick Wahoo again!

We could not have asked for a better experience having our wedding at Wahoo! Pam and her entire staff are so kind and organized. You can truly tell they love what they do. They were always available to talk and answer any and all questions throughout the entire process. They provide you SO much for the price. All other venues we looked at upcharged for every little thing. Wahoo includes so many items as a part of the event package, even a day of coordinator. Having a day of coordinator who is affiliated with the venue is a game changer. Pam made sure we always had a full drink and food! She reminded us to take time to enjoy the little moments and I never doubted she had our best interest in mind. The food, drinks and staff were amazing. Look no further if you’re looking for an intimate wedding venue!

There are no words to describe how perfect Wahoo is! The space is stunning, the food is delectable, but most of all- their staff is second to none. Pam and Sydni have fantastic ideas and even better execution. They are always willing to cater to the couple. They facilitate easy planning and always nailed exactly what we wanted. If you’re looking for an eclectic, quaint and beautiful wedding location, Wahoo Grill is your final destination! From the time we said yes to holding our ceremony and reception here, Pam and her team took the baton and ran with it! Sydni was absolutely great with communications being very detailed and proactive with suggestions for us. It helped tremendously with planning our special day. Pam was our day-of-coordinator and she was nothing less than spectacular. We were able to focus on just enjoying the moments. She dealt with all the vendors for the day and anything we needed, she and her team handled it. The food was amazing and the drinks were tasty! The décor was set up exactly as we requested. Wahoo Grill is a great venue for budget friendly weddings. All of our guests are still raving about how classy and elegant everything looked. This is in no small part to Pam and her team’s diligence and attention to detail. From coordinating parking for our guests to rolling out our blue carpet for departure, Wahoo Grill did an amazing job for our wedding. Simply put, the day was PERFECT! Thanks Wahoo Grill!

My husband and I had our reception here in October 2021, after having to reschedule from 2020. First off, the fact that the venue worked with us during a pandemic was so gracious. We didn’t lost any money and the process of picking a new date was simple. We are so appreciate of that. The whole team at wahoo! Grill seriously blew us away. They were prompt, communicative, and organized. Sydni and Pam were always so helpful and available to answer questions. We were planning it mostly from out of state and required a lot of check ins and they always responded respectively and promptly. The day of our event everything ran so smoothly. Pam was on site with us and was a BLAST. She made sure everything ran smoothly- from the table layouts, the band getting set up, decorations, timeline, etc. I was sooooo impressed! Not to mention the set up and green space itself is GORGEOUS. You forget you’re in the city. I’ve heard so many horror stories of wedding days going wrong and ours was far from that. We had the absolute BEST experience and wedding at Wahoo Grill. I cannot say enough great things about Wahoo, Pam, Sydni and the entire staff. From start to finish it was everything we could ask for. Pam and Sydni made is so incredibly easy. I wasn't super particular in things that I wanted and didn't want to have to put a lot of effort into planning. Pam and Sydni not only made sure that was the case but made everything beyond beautiful and perfect. Planning was incredibly easy and the day of could not have gone any smoother. We had an amazing Sunday afternoon wedding! Pam and her staff were great and so helpful at making everything run smoothly. At Wahoo, it is one stop shopping - venue, food, drink, bridal suite, and even an in-house florist. Pam and Sydni are so good to communicate, make suggestions, follow the timeline and make sure that all is ready for your day. The food is so good and lots of menu choices depending on the time of day your wedding will be. We have received so many compliments from friends and family about our wedding - venue, food and so much fun! I want to do it again!

We had such a great experience with Wahoo! We had originally booked our wedding date for Spring 2020 but had to postpone (a few times) because of the pandemic. They were very understanding and continued to work with us to ensure we had a safe and beautiful evening! Everyone especially raved about the ceremony and the food

Amazing food, amazing space and perfect for a smaller gathering or vow renewal like we had. Reggie was a great help and the flowers, courtyard, candles and other vegetation meant little decoration on my part. All guests had an amazing time, ate and danced the afternoon away!

Our experience with Wahoo! Grill was above and beyond! It was the perfect location for our intimate wedding, and the best part was how much was included in the package - from day-of coordinator, planners leading up to the event, delicious food, bridal suite, access to hair salon, etc. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. They took SO much stress of my husband and me (we had less than 2 months to plan and execute). What a blessing. And everything was beautiful! We even used their in-house florist, which was recommended, and she was incredible. Love this place!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Wahoo! Grill. The coordinator was super helpful throughout the planning process. The food was incredible and having food and beverage built in to the venue package was so convenient. On our wedding day, the staff was very attentive and made sure we always had a drink in hand. They also took care of setting up all of our decorations for the ceremony and reception, and packed everything up for us after the event! Truly a great experience!

This venue was perfect for our May, brunch wedding for 70 guests! The food was amazing, everyone was very professional and attentive to our needs, and the price was very affordable. I would 100% recommend this beautiful venue for weddings and more!

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Wahoo! Grill and the fantastic job they did with our wedding day. The food? Amazing. The atmosphere? Intimate and perfect for our small wedding. The team at Wahoo! Grill - Pam, Sydni, Reggie and their entire staff - are simply incredible. Pam, the owner, was flexible and kind and is clearly an expert at delivering the best experience for her clients. Sydni was so so patient with us. With Covid making our wedding day a true “up-in-the-air” situation, she was responsive to our questions and concerns and reassured us every step of the way. Never once did Pam nor Sydni make us feel pressured to make a decision about our wedding day due to the uncertainty with Covid. Sydni and Pam guided us with grace and were quick to make any last-minute changes. Reggie, our day-of-coordinator, was SO impressive. She was organized, confident, cool-headed and probably could have run my wedding day with her eyes closed. She even bustled my dress, and when we discovered that a button was missing, she adjusted my bustle to ensure I looked the best that I could. What an awesome team! My wedding day was so great because of them. I highly recommend hiring Wahoo! Grill for your wedding!

Our wedding at Wahoo was magical! Pam, Reggie, Sydni, and the entire staff were so gracious and helpful. The food was outstanding. The space was divine. I had wanted an outdoor, garden-themed space for an intimate ceremony and reception, and I was so happy when I came across Wahoo. My husband and I could not have asked for a better day. We will definitely be back for more food!
