I cannot say enough good things about Wahoo! We are so happy with our wedding. Wahoo made everything easy- it was a truly stress free process. The food and drinks were delicious, and the only things we had to book were a DJ, photographer, and florist. For florist, we used Erin, the in-house florist who did an incredible job. Pam, Sydni, Alissa, Quanisha, and Imari were incredible. Imari was our night of coordinator and I truly believe there is no problem she can't solve. The whole team made sure everything ran incredibly smoothy and we were able to enjoy ourselves the entire time. I cannot recommend Wahoo enough- we got married two weeks ago and have been reminiscing ever since!

We had a wonderful experience hosting our wedding at Wahoo! Grill! The entire team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Sydni was our main point of contact throughout the planning process and was always helpful and accommodating. On the wedding day, Quanisha, our day-of coordinator, and Pam, the owner, were both incredibly helpful in making sure everything ran smoothly. One thing we really appreciated was that both the day-of coordination and a rehearsal the day before were included, which isn't something every venue offers! The venue is practically all-inclusive, with very customizable packages that made the planning process so much easier and less stressful. Pricing was also always clear and transparent, which we really appreciated since that isn't always the case with wedding venues. They also provide a great selection of complimentary decor, along with rental options for things like arches, signs, and upgraded linens. It was really convenient to have so many options available through the venue without having to coordinate with additional vendors. We opted for a daytime wedding, which helped make things a little more affordable as well. We had a smaller wedding of about 50 guests, and the space was perfect for an intimate celebration. The beautiful greenery surrounding the venue made for a lovely backdrop, and the food was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend Wahoo! Grill to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue with great food, flexible packages, transparent pricing, and an accommodating team!

Same Word, Different Spelling”. Pam is a frequent supporter of community events and fundraising initiatives including Atlanta Pride, Atlanta Humane Society, and City of Decatur Schools. With decades of experience hosting events of all sizes, Pam has both the acute attention to detail and that extra caring touch to create a memorable environment for your special day.

All of the staff were so kind and helpful the entire night. We got so many compliments on how incredible everybody was. Pam feels like family to us now - you can tell she cares about you and making sure you have the most perfect day. By the end of the night, the bartender was dancing with us and it felt like they all were truly part of our family. The food - unparalleled. Multiple people shared this was the best wedding food they had ever had. No surprise to us - we come to Wahoo all the time just to eat! A big reason why we chose it. I had a ton of anxiety leading up to the wedding because it was going to pour - and a lot of grief about having to make some changes to where the ceremony was going to be. It was better than I could've ever imagined. The tent we had put up over the garden was BEAUTIFUL and looked like it belonged there all along. idn't aren't the gents to wanna put the work into planning. Wahoo had everything laid out and ready to go - we just had to make some basic decisions along the way and they took care of the rest. The one or two things we did want to incorporate were not hassle at all. If you're an environmental nerd like me, it was nice to know decor and such was reused instead of purchased new, never to be used again. The atmosphere, staff and food the night of was all perfect. It brought my fairy garden vision to life! Although it did rain during the event, the staff and OWNER of the venue were quick to jump and pivot and I can't express how much respect I have for all those involved that kept the evening moving smoothly and without inference to us and our guests. ed I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy my wedding because I’d be too caught up in logistics, but that wasn’t the case at all. The entire day was perfectly timed and thoughtfully managed, which allowed us to be fully present. The ceremony and reception spaces were absolutely stunning. We needed minimal decorations because the setting spoke for itself. There were also small, thoughtful touches that made the day feel extra special, like having drinks and appetizers waiting in the bridal suite after the ceremony so my husband and I could share a private moment together. Wahoo is also incredibly transparent and easy to work with. I didn’t use a wedding planner and never felt overwhelmed. Every few months, they sent a clear, concise email with a list of to-dos or questions to answer, which kept me on track throughout the process. I also called a few times with questions, and they were always happy to talk things through with patience and clarity. They truly made everything so, so easy. The food was outstanding, too. We’re still getting compliments from our friends and family about how delicious everything was.

We had a guest with severe food allergies and the professionalism with how it was handled was 10/10. The chef prepared special portions of all the food to meet their dietary restrictions and was delivered to their seat. I’ve gone on about the communication and food and vendors but hands down, the gardens are the star of the show. The space is elegant and intimate - which was exactly what we wanted. Thank you, Wahoo!

Pam, Sydni, and Kaitlyn really made the whole thing stress free and if you book with them know that you are in great hands! The recommended vendors list that Wahoo! provides makes finding a florist, photographer, hair/makeup artist, and DJ super convenient (Cannot recommend Becca Goodall for flowers and Lei B. for photography enough!), and since Wahoo! provides all the food everything is delicious! They take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. Our wedding was better than I could have imagined thanks to Pam and her team and we got so many compliments on the venue from our guests. Everyone should have their wedding at Wahoo!

The best parts about having the wedding at Wahoo Grill are: 1) the venue and 2) the food! The venue is stunning. The outdoor garden is covered in greenery, so we had stunning backdrops for our pictures, the covered patio is so cute, and there's plenty of space on the dance floor to get everybody dancing! We loved the rustic and chic charm that the venue exudes. I will say that Wahoo says the venue can fit 130 and seat 120, but we believe that would be pushing it. We had 107 guests, and it was quite full (cozy, bordering on crowded). Food is very important to us, and everything tasted amazing. Our guests were going up for seconds and complimenting the food like crazy. Because it's a restaurant, there's less hassle in finding a caterer and a bartender; it's all built in. They are also very conscious of dietary restrictions, allergies, and special diets. The chef prepared special dishes for our guests who needed accommodation for their diets and we were so happy that everyone was able to enjoy the food (of which there was tons!). Wahoo is overall an incredible value for medium-small weddings, where you'll get a super cute venue, amazing food, drink, and a day-of-coordinator for an amazing price! We have only good things to say.

My husband and I had an 8 month engagement and the other venues we looked at wanted the balance paid 6 months before the date. Obviously, that gave us 2 months to come up with a lump sum. Wahoo! offered much more flexibility with payment. Wahoo! has extremely affordable valet parking and we were able to prepay that for our guests. We used their in-house florist and Wahoo! decorated our cake with flowers. Our guests were literally blown away by how amazing everything was. Our wedding was simple yet very classy. It was absolutely perfect.

Our wedding was perfect, down to the last detail. The courtyard and restaurant are so well decorated, we hardly had to purchase any decorations ourselves. The space holds multiple areas for people to dance, talk, or eat, so it never feels too crowded or too empty. We were worried about the size of our guest list (150 people), but they are so good at working with the space that it felt cozy and never over crowded. On top of the perfect space, they offer a day of coordinator who thought of everything before we could even think about what we needed ourselves. She was extremely intuitive and put us and our family at ease. She directed everyone so well from rehearsal to send off. We love Wahoo! 10/10

shopping for venues and indecisive about which day or weekend we wanted to get married, but once we visited Wahoo and I read all of the great reviews, I knew this was the perfect choice. I can't speak for other weddings but ours was relatively small, around 60 people, and this venue was the perfect size! We didn't want to rent out a huge venue for such a small group of people - it would've felt like wasted space. But Wahoo was perfect for that intimate feel we were looking for. Another thing I loved about this venue was that you only need minimal decorations. The space itself is the decor. Between the garden patio in full bloom and string lights, the vibes were just what we were going for. The food was delicious and Kaitlyn (wahoo's day-of coordinator) prepared our plates and let us privately enjoy our appetizers in the bridal suite. The rest of the staff that worked our event were super friendly and helpful, they even made sure I got plenty of photos on my Polaroid camera! Sydney was my point of contact for everything leading up to the big day and she was super nice and helpful when addressing all of my (many) questions. My only point of suggestion is maybe addressing the name. I don't think people knew what to expect when we told them the venue was named Wahoo! Grill. Maybe for the event portion only it could be rebranded as The Garden at Wahoo or something similar. Just a thought! All of this to say, we were so glad we chose Wahoo! to get married and would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting married here!
