While we were at the church wedding (the church had a coordinator of its own), she was back at the reception venue directing vendors, overseeing set up, and even helping with set up some. She made sure everyone was where we need to be at the reception in terms of the bridal party and vendors. She kept us on schedule. She even turned the bartenders around when they weren’t doing what was agreed. I really appreciated her staying calm and relaxed with me. I would recommend Kylie for day-of services! She was right in our budget as well.

one consultation. Kylie was so nice and never once made me feel like I was just another bride to deal with or another job. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew the wedding planning was about what WE wanted, not what is traditionally done at weddings. Even with the stress that comes with wedding planning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Closer to wedding day (Feb 2019), she reached out to me to go over the timeline for wedding day and to see how things were coming along or if I needed help with anything. Even though we hired her as a "day of" coordinator, she did so much more than work only on the day of the wedding. We appreciate Kylie and all the time and effort she put into making our wedding day run so smoothly. She arrived on time, helped with set up, and stayed through the end of the night after clean up. At one point, even my photographer came up to me and said, "Wow, you're coordinator really knows her stuff. She just went over every detail with me. She is professional and on point." We agree! Thank you Kylie!

t have a rehersal dinner but Kylie was able to explain to my inexperiened bridemaids how the ceremony will go and cued them all when to walk in and out of the chapel. She was also our Emcee during the reception and did a wonderful job. It was so nice to have her there to watch the clock and keep us on time. It was one less thing to worry about especially since time slips away so fast as you are celebrating and talking to loved ones. Kylie is very professional and does everything she can to take stress off of the bride and groom. I would recommend Kylie to all my friends getting married in the Hill Counrty or San Antonio area.
