Kylie is it. We were fortunate to find her on a Facebook wedding page and booked her for our wedding. When we initially spoke to her she answered all of our questions and was very ...
helpful throughout the journey leading up to our wedding date. Kylie is the sweetest and we felt so lucky to have her at our side for our day! She organized our day perfectly, knew what I had invisioned for my decor and jumped right in to make it perfect! Her kindness and relaxing way assures you she is not going to let you down on your day. Thank you again Kylie!!!! We appreciate all your hard work!!!! ❤️
Kylie was a lifesaver for us day of! She stepped in when our original coordinator had a family emergency and she completely rocked it. I did not have to worry about a single thing...
our entire day. She was on top of details, timeline, and sendoff, (not to mention she is a complete sweetheart.) I highly recommend her for any coordination needs!

nd there. I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten everything done without her!
Kylie was wonderful as our day-of coordinator for our reception. Her and I agreed to meet via telephone for a short call before we hired her and I knew she was up for the job. She ...
even went to a mandatory meeting with my venue manager and we made an itinerary from there. While we were at the church wedding (the church had a coordinator of its own), she was back at the reception venue directing vendors, overseeing set up, and even helping with set up some. She made sure everyone was where we need to be at the reception in terms of the bridal party and vendors. She kept us on schedule. She even turned the bartenders around when they weren’t doing what was agreed. I really appreciated her staying calm and relaxed with me. I would recommend Kylie for day-of services! She was right in our budget as well.
Loved working with Kylie! Definitely recommend her for you wedding day!
Kylie was great. She was a big help and I appreciated having her there. She really handled the day for me.
Kylie was the day of coordinator for my wedding and I would highly recommend her for yours! I came across her profile back in June 2018 on The Knot and then on Instagram where I r...
eached out to her. She quickly responded and we set up a telephone consultation. Kylie was so nice and never once made me feel like I was just another bride to deal with or another job. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew the wedding planning was about what WE wanted, not what is traditionally done at weddings. Even with the stress that comes with wedding planning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Closer to wedding day (Feb 2019), she reached out to me to go over the timeline for wedding day and to see how things were coming along or if I needed help with anything. Even though we hired her as a "day of" coordinator, she did so much more than work only on the day of the wedding. We appreciate Kylie and all the time and effort she put into making our wedding day run so smoothly. She arrived on time, helped with set up, and stayed through the end of the night after clean up. At one point, even my photographer came up to me and said, "Wow, you're coordinator really knows her stuff. She just went over every detail with me. She is professional and on point." We agree! Thank you Kylie!
Kylie is so sweet! Not only that, she is also very capable of handling all the little details and stress of managing wedding day chaos. Everything ran smoothly, everyone knew wher...
e they were supposed to be and she kept us all on schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, calming, knowledgeable and helpful wedding coordinator! She was fantastic!! I would recommend her for all your party/wedding planning needs! Thank you so much for everything, Kylie! ❤️
I highly recommed Wallis Events! Kylie is a wonderful woman determined to make your wedding perfect! We went over all the details a few weeks before. She was willing to be there ve...
ry early the day of to help us run through the program. We didn’t have a rehersal dinner but Kylie was able to explain to my inexperiened bridemaids how the ceremony will go and cued them all when to walk in and out of the chapel. She was also our Emcee during the reception and did a wonderful job. It was so nice to have her there to watch the clock and keep us on time. It was one less thing to worry about especially since time slips away so fast as you are celebrating and talking to loved ones. Kylie is very professional and does everything she can to take stress off of the bride and groom. I would recommend Kylie to all my friends getting married in the Hill Counrty or San Antonio area.
