Walnut Creek allows you to host a fully-fledged wedding celebration on its grounds. Here, you will find sites to accommodate both your ceremony and reception. For example, you can choose to exchange your vows in the Rustic Red Barn, situated on the 14 acre stretch of this Ozark property. Here, you can create your very own wedding chapel, designed to your specifications. The barn features classic pastoral decor elements like exposed ceiling beams, hardwood floors, plus vintage chandeliers overhead. Following your ceremony, you and your guests can even enjoy a cocktail reception at the barn’s fully-outfitted bar before proceeding to your main banquet hall. For your wedding meal and evening’s entertainment, you can opt for the Lodge-Style Event Center. This brightly lit hall features windows that illuminate the space with natural light. Here, you can seat up to 185 guests banquet-style, under a garland of lights arranged on the ceiling. Space can be cleared for a dance floor following your meal, making the transition from day-to-night totally seamless.
Walnut Creek offers a number of services as part of your wedding package. These include event rentals, ranging from tables and chairs to sound and lighting equipment. The staff will be on hand to assist you, ensuring that you make the very most of this stunning venue. Outside vendors are welcome so that you can customize your experience to your preference.

Jason and Mindy have an amazing venue, and they go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is everything you want it to be! The upfront pricing on their website was a huge plus ...
for me, as it was difficult trying to contact vendors that never got back with me for price quotes, and it wasted a lot of time and effort. Being able to see the rates up front helped us know everything the venue had to offer and whether or not it was affordable for us. We got so much for our money that it was a no brainer to choose The Barn at Walnut Creek. We had the barn, the lodge and a gorgeous lawn to play games and let the kids run around on, plus we loved that they had all the additional services in house as well, from catering to DJ services to linen rentals and axe throwing.
Jason is fantastic at suggesting things you may not have considered that’ll help you be sure you’re covering all your bases when planning your wedding, and he’s great at letting you come into the venue as needed and look around, try out decoration ideas, see how the things you may have purchased will fit, etc. He really takes the time to make sure everything is the way you want it and takes so much stress off by helping figure out how to help accomplish the things you’re trying to achieve and checking in to make sure you’re doing okay and feeling good about how everything is going. We also had them cater our wedding, and the taco bar was amazing. We had so many people complimenting the food!
Mindy is amazing at being a sweet and calming presence on the big day! She went out of her way to help this panicked bride when I realized certain things hadn’t been set up by the people I had designated tasks to, and she was so friendly to everyone she encountered throughout the wedding day. She stepped in anywhere she saw a need for help without having to be asked, and she really helped to ease my nerves in the moments right before I walked down the aisle.
They really do go above and beyond every chance they get. Jason and Mindy happened to be out during our first look, and they were sweet enough to capture a video of it and send it to us so we could have that memory forever. Since our videographer canceled on us, Jason was awesome and set up our phones with tripods to record the ceremony so we could at least have a video of our own instead of having to go without or relying on a guest to film for us, etc. Those little details really made us feel like our day mattered to them.
Lastly, Jason really set the party in motion with his DJ services. While my husband and I were out and about trying to make sure we were seeing everyone and taking care of all the things we needed to behind the scenes, Jason was making sure the party was still going in the lodge. When I walked in and saw the guests dancing to music and having a good time, it really put my mind at ease knowing they were still having a good time even without me being around to ensure things were going smoothly.
I one hundred percent recommend The Barn at Walnut Creek and know Jason and Mindy will always do everything possible to make sure you have the best day. You couldn’t ask for better people to help with your big day or for a better venue that has so much to offer for such a reasonable price. We’re so grateful for all the help we received in making our wedding such an amazing experience!

The property is beautiful, the groom's suite is so stylish and the bridal suite has plenty of room to get ready in- both suites offer stellar views of the property. The barn was decorated beautifully and we loved having our ceremony there. We got countless compliments from our guests on the entire venue, music and the food (They provided those services for us as well.) The catering was truly top notch! We did a baked potato bar and it turned out delicious!
They helped to make our special day perfect from beginning to end. We felt so well taken care of from the time of our initial phone call through the entire reception and beyond. Can't thank them enough, and Walnut Creek will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️

make sure we didn't have to stress about anything, but also made sure to stay out of the way when we were running around the venue.
They easily had 60% of the setup done for us before we even arrived at 9 am, and did just as much tear down at the end of the night. Thanks to their efforts, we had the place decorated in just an hour or 2, with very few people working on it. We ended up with way more down time during the day to relax and be comfortable, rather than rushing around to get everything done in time.
Jason was so prepared during the rehearsal, you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He directed everyone so efficiently, we were in an out of there in no time and were extremely confortable.
His food was a huge hit among the guests, we highly recommend the chicken alfredo! There wasn't a plate left of it by the end, everyone went back for seconds.
If you are looking for an affordable, collaborative, and highly flexible venue, you can't do better than working with Jason and Mindy. The amount of work they do on your behalf for the price is insane, I honestly think they should be charging significantly more for what they do. Thanks for such an amazing day at your venue!

Jason & his wife Mindy will bend over backwards to make sure that everything you want happens. We may have drove him a little crazy with constant calls, messages, changing plans etc. But he was never anything but professional, fun & accommodating to all of our requests. He was our wedding coordinator, deejay, & caterer. The food is outstanding, very reasonably priced, plentiful & so convenient to not have to coordinate with another service. Be sure to let him do your rehearsal dinner AND wedding dinner. The Barn at Walnut Creek really is one stop shopping. We couldn’t be happier with how EVERYTHING turned out!
