Owners decided to create Walnut Ridge after their own wedding. Inspired by the joy of planning their special day and seeing others gather to celebrate, they wanted to set up their own wedding venue. Set on picturesque grounds with walnut trees, prairie grass, native wildflowers, and waterfront views, Walnut Ridge is intended to be a private spot outside the city. It makes the perfect countryside escape for couples to enjoy their celebration. With an elegant modern barn, Walnut Ridge has an indoor event space, as well as a covered cocktail patio. 100-250 of your closest friends and family can be accommodated indoors. The venue features a floor-to-ceiling steel fireplace and large black glass garage doors that will open to show the beautiful countryside surroundings. An array of services and amenities will be available to help couples make the most of their special day. A round table, banquet tables, black chairs, and linens will be provided. There is two preparation suites, one in the loft and one on the lower level, where couples can prepare for the day. Caterers can make use of the prep kitchen, and a bar area where delicious drinks can be made and served. The venue will also offer setup, tear-down, and end-of-event cleaning services.
