I have used Wandering Spirts for multiple occasions. Baby Showers, Graduation, and Engagements to name a few. Rachel always puts the special touches on all the craft cocktails.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Wandering Spirits bar service at our wedding, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of the night! From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to all of our guests’ needs. The bartenders were not only skilled but also engaging, making every drink with precision and care. They knew how to whip up classic cocktails as well as creative signature drinks that wowed our crowd. They kept the bar running smoothly all night, even with a large number of guests, and everyone was served promptly with a smile. One thing that really stood out was their ability to cater to everyone’s preferences. It was clear they had thought of everything to make our night perfect!

I attended a wedding with this bar and the staff was very rude, did not communicate professionally, and disrupted the bride and groom during their grand entrance to threaten a fee if they were rained on. The bartenders were especially rude to the wedding party and cut them off well before the reception was over. I would look elsewhere to book a bar for an event.

attended a wedding with this bar. the bartenders were rude to the wedding party and about 5 minutes before it started to rain went to the bride and groom before their grand entrance to the reception stating, “we need to go inside or you owe $1000”. this was unprofessional considering the bride and groom did not pay for the bar. drinks were pretty good but look elsewhere if you want professionalism.

I hired Wandering Spirits as the bar service for my wedding in September. While I booked them months in advance and paid a deposit, communication with the owner, Rachel, was extremely difficult throughout the process. She was often hard to reach, making coordination stressful. On the wedding day, the bartending team arrived with minimal supplies, including no coolers for the drinks we provided ourselves. Rachel repeatedly mentioned that her company was catering six other weddings that day, which made me feel like our event wasn’t a priority. As the bride, I was focused on my wedding, and hearing about other events was frustrating and unprofessional. The setup was disappointing and didn’t match the elevated and classy look shown in their online photos. Worse, the bartenders requested help from our groomsmen to set up their own equipment. During the wedding, there was a conflict between the bartenders and the best man. When he asked for a tray of drinks to bring to the wedding party during photos, the bartenders refused and argued with him. The situation escalated when one of the bartenders followed the best man and began yelling at him in the middle of our photo session, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. The issues didn’t stop there. The bartenders attempted to close the bar over two hours early, despite us paying an additional $300 for extended service in advance. They also cut off the entire wedding party, claiming they had been over-served, even though several members hadn’t had a single drink. Instead of addressing individual concerns, they made a sweeping judgment, which felt unfair and inappropriate. Just before our grand entrance, one of the bartenders approached my husband and me directly to threaten an extra $1,000 charge due to rain. I had a wedding planner to handle issues like this, but instead, they disrupted what should have been a special moment with unnecessary stress. To top it off, the bartenders were drinking the alcohol we provided, and their behavior became increasingly sloppy. They spilled drinks and made errors, further diminishing the quality of service. Overall, my experience with Wandering Spirits was highly disappointing. Based on my experience and feedback from my guests and other vendors, I would not recommend this company. While they seemed promising online, they were easily the most difficult and unprofessional part of what should have been a perfect day.

the set up was cute! Now the 2 ladies we had were a nightmare… they were rude to multiple of us for NO reason. Both ended up drunk by the end of the night. One with dark hair was drunk the entire time (drinking alcohol the wedding party purchased) she was slamming the tip jar infront of every male that stepped up to get a drink. She was also tripping all over the place. The other bartender seemed to encourage her. It was embarrassing.

Amazing bartenders and amazing owner! We had a blast with them as our bartender for our wedding. Professional yet fun and we’re more than accommodating to our needs and last minute changes. If we have an anniversary party, they will for sure be our bartenders again! The decor set up was such a cute touch and our guests loved having that seating area. We are thrilled with how everything looked! Everything was smooth and the line of communication was superb with several emails and calls to finalize everything. We even had several guests compliment our bartender and the drinks!

Wandering Spirits was everything we could have hoped for and more! The personalized cocktails are not only a fun way to put your own interests into the offerings, but they also make sure the bar line moves quicker! The grocery list took all the stress of calculating the necessary amount of alcohol out of the equation, and the bartenders did an amazing job of only opening the amount necessary so that we could return anything we didn't use! I could not recommend Wandering Spirits enough!

Wandering Spirits was such a fun company to work with and made everything about our open bar easy to plan for! The grocery list sent made it perfectly clear to know what amounts of liquor to buy! The couches and bar set up, are such a great addition to any event. The staff working the event were engaging and entertaining! All of my guests LOVED them!

Rachel was so much fun to work with! We had the option to bring our own alcohol/mixers and they were so helpful every step of the way! They were even more amazing when we ran out of bourbon (our guests are heavier drinkers than we thought) and she had no problem pushing other drinks while keeping all of our guests super happy! I can’t recommend her enough!!!!!

Not only is their renovated horse trailer and couch set up beautiful, but these ladies are also the best wedding bartenders in the business! Rachel was great to work with, and really helped us craft a perfect bar menu. They kept the drinks flowing, including our very specialized signature drinks. The drinks were delicious, had everyone feeling good, and they provided great service to our guests! My husband knew they would be our bartenders after the first conversation he had with Rachel over the phone. Wandering Spirits is a great choice for your wedding day!

Wandering spirits absolutely crushed the bar service at our wedding. We got married 9-3-22 in Richmond, KY. The setup was beautiful and many guests took photos. In addition, Rachel and her team went out of their way to make sure we didn’t run out of anything and worked with us on coming up with specialty bride/groom cocktails. The bartenders were also super fun and helpful and guests loved interacting with them. I could go on and on. The bar service for your special day is IMPORTANT and this is the best company to entrust.

I can't rave enough about how GREAT Wandering spirits was for us! We got married in Bowling Green, KY, and they were absolutely top-tier! Rachel helped us plan our bar service and met us where we needed to be for our budget. She even helped us out when we had a big guest number drop. Rachel helped us plan what to buy, and we got tons of compliments on the furniture and services they provided. There was one point when Rachel saw me walking from the venue site to the groom's suite (a hike up a huge hill) and told me to hop in her own truck to give me a ride! I can't recommend their service enough, they did an amazing job, and they were really fun to work with. We Recommend them to ANYONE that can hire them. We will probably hire them for parties later on just because they are that good and that affordable. Thank you Rachel :)

Hire this woman! Rachel came in last minute and took all of the guesswork out of having an open bar. She helped us decide an couple of signature drinks, gave us a list of what to buy, and worked her magic! Her setup is AMAZING and looked so great with our decorations. She is worth every penny!

Rachel was incredible and my husband and I are so glad we hired her for our wedding day! Our venue was a little unique and hard to get to, but Rachel made it work and got her trailer there and her setup was gorgeous! She arrived with plenty of time to make sure everything was set up properly, and she made a bar menu so we didn’t have to. She even added little details like K & J letters to make it special. Rachel with Wandering Spirits what is the best added bonus to our daughters wedding. First of all Rachel is adorable and her staff is fantastic. Not only did they deliver superb service to our guests, they were engaging, entertaining, and genuinely seemed happy to be a part of our wedding. I have received so many comments on how much they enjoyed hanging out with the “cool” bartenders. Seriously, look no further!

It was amazing working with Rachel and her bartenders for my son’s wedding. Rachel helped us to prepare for the wedding reception by creating a shopping list and answering questions about preparing for the reception. The bartenders were working hard when we arrived and they were super friendly and polite to all of our guests. I am ready to book them again for my daughter’s wedding next year.

They also adapted throughout the day and were not only able to meet the challenge, but take care of a few of ours as well. Rachel is an absolute gem! She is so much more than a bartender; her set-up is personalized and amazing! It’s also perfect for outdoor weddings. Guests loved the couch area and Instagram wall. She is friendly, professional, and highly adaptable. We originally had planned for the bar to stay outdoors the whole night but it got pretty cold later on and she was able to serve inside as well! After our wedding even our venue coordinator was raving about how great she was to work with.
