We recently booked Alicia to help us coordinate vendors and timeline for our big day. She was a huge help with making sure everything went smoothly and stayed on schedule. Her pricing is very affordable and she is very easy to work with. She takes into account all the personal details that you want included and we can’t thank her enough.
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Alicia is!! My wedding was this past Saturday, and everything was so seamless with Alicia’s help! It rained the entire day so last minute adjustments from an outside to inside ceremony was needed, and a stressful situation was made 100x easier with Alicia’s help!! I could not recommend her more!!
Alicia was phenomenal! Our wedding day was wonderful and we just got to enjoy it because she was on top of everything we needed. She made sure the whole day came together seamlessly and even made us a little wedding video of the major events! I would hire her again in a second and will be recommending her to anyone getting married in the area.

Alicia was incredible on the day of our wedding. She did an amazing job with the food and the timing of the ceremony and all the way through the reception. Her husband also did so amazing and helped out with the music and making sure we were fed after. I would hire them in a second!

Alicia really made our day come together and ensured things were executed to our liking. She was able to take on extra tasks for us as we got closer to the wedding when we needed extra help to make signs and put together seating arrangements. She also provided great recommendations for other vendors and websites for where to purchase flowers. She even helped arrange the flowers for us on the day of the wedding. All of her recommendations were great and really made our day all the more special. Taking on the extra workload towards the end when we wanted more than just day of services was super easy with her. She was very willing and open to meet throughout the process. Highly recommend working with her to make your wedding experience as stress free as possible.

She had super helpful suggestions for us when we were indecisive about planning and she asked all the right questions leading up to my big day. Alicia is the sweetest person and she did an amazing job helping us coordinate our wedding. Our bartender didn't bring cups, I don't know how she ended up handling it but she handled it! She also made sure I was ok and had everything I needed and she did the same for my family and guests. Best decision ever in having her as our wedding coordinator!
Words cannot express how much I recommend Alicia as a wedding coordinator. She is great at what she does and is an amazing person! She made sure I didn’t worry about anything on my wedding day. Alicia is very detailed oriented from the beginning! She would check in with us frequently, created a thorough timeline, and was very organized the day of our wedding. Our videographer ended up ghosting us on our wedding day and Alicia was sweet enough to capture and edit a wedding video without anyone asking. She went above and beyond, even our family noticed how helpful she was and gave many compliments. Definitely book Alicia if you need a coordinator, she’s the best!
Alicia is the BEST! I couldn’t have made it through my wedding process without her. She is the most kind and sweethearted person. She was always there to answer any questions I had and always made me feel like everything would be great! On the wedding day she had everything under control and made my day so smooth and perfect! Alicia of Wanderlust is amazing and extraordinary! I love her and even though I barely know her I wouldn't have a wedding in the future without her! She helped me so much. Everything - from gluing things that broke 20 minutes before the wedding to making sure my family was in their seat before we started. That's what I asked for, and she made sure it happened.
She listens to what you want, and that is what she makes sure happens. That is exactly what you want in a wedding coordinator. Also, when a problem arose (out of our control) she was right there to help remedy it.

Alicia was absolutely amazing! We had many fires to put out and she took care of them excellently and without any stress at all. The biggest fire was the cake delivery! Alicia immediately grabbed her keys and went to pick up the cake for us. She made it back to the venue at the perfect time right before the reception started. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALICIA! She was the honestly the only best!
Alicia is just wonderful. She is kind, considerate and not extremely pushy. She showed nothing but professionalism, and even though we hired her just for the day, she checked in on me every so often prior to the wedding to make sure everything was going ok. I highly recommend her for any event!
Pays incredible attention to details and really gets to know her clients to make a vision come true. Alicia also surprised us with a short film that was created on our wedding day which was amazing considering we did not have any video of the day.

She’s organized, respectful, kind, and attentive. She communicated with us multiple times prior to the wedding to ensure that our schedule of events was perfect and to alleviate as much stress as possible. She also kept in touch with our wedding party, family, vendors, etc so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our special day without any interruptions. We cannot express how thankful we are for Alicia. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and memorable thanks to her! :)

Alicia completely took the stress of my wedding day off my shoulders. I thought that I could take care of everything all by myself but was I wrong! What would we have done without Alicia?!? We hired Alicia to serve as our day-of-coordinator and my husband and I are so glad that we did. Whether you are having a large or a micro wedding, as we did, do not underestimate the value of having a coordinator to keep things on track or to handle little surprises that may arise. Having Alicia help us with coordinating vendors and putting our wedding day timeline together helped us immensely! Alicia is a very well organized planner. She is prepared with any situation that may arise. I would highly recommend her for anyone that is thinking of having a coordinator. Looking back at the wedding, I cannot even begin to think how someone may do that without a coordinator. She was able to wrangle all of the wedding party in a structured format, kept us on time, and worked with the vendors and their placements. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
