Wanderlust Weddings and Events LLC

guide you through the wedding planning process, maintain contact with your vendors, and personally be there every step of the way from the rehearsal until the end of the reception, making sure that everything runs smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Sam and her team made sure the ceremony was spot on, helped set up the room for the reception and even packed up our personal belongings after the reception ended for us to pick up the next morning. To say they are top notch is an understatement! They truly are the best!!

s on top of every ask, from FaceTiming me in to a linens meeting, to helping find a care taker for my grandmother, to mailing out my save the dates, no ask was too big or too small. She handled everything with grace and timeliness, and I knew everything was in great hands for my wedding weekend. She really contributed to my enjoyment of the wedding process, as I knew I didn’t have to worry with her on my team! I cannot recommend Wanderlust enough!

from my home, and I decided to book Wanderlust Weddings to help us through the planning. WOW, the entire Wanderlust team has been absolutely amazing. Sydnie was our head wedding planner and coordinator, and boy did she kill it!! She took all the stress and ease off myself during the entire planning process, and truly was a huge comfort to have around the entire weekend as well. She was my eyes and ears when I couldn't be as active in planning, and I truly don't think I could do it without her. We owe it all to her and the rest of the team! Even my bridal party and family have been raving about Sydnie and Wanderlust since our wedding. We love you guys!!! Thank you for making our day so so special!!

rd on 9/28/24. In under 8 weeks, she flawlessly orchestrated our dream wedding, helping us transform our home into a magical venue. Renee's attention to detail, flexibility, and calm under pressure made it possible for us to pull this party off and Wanderlust's deep connections and positive reputation in the event planning community gave us access to a wonderful selection of vendors. From rehearsal dinner to the end of the wedding day, they skillfully coordinated all the vendors, ensuring everything came together seamlessly and no one from the party had to lift a finger. Thanks to the team's expertise, our day was perfect from start to finish, and we couldn't be more grateful.

help in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, and during the wedding weekend, so that we could enjoy the moments and our guests. My daughter and I interviewed multiple wedding planner/coordinators, and immediately connected with Ali. Her knowledge of our venue and understanding of our goals and expectations resulted in our hiring Wanderlust Weddings and Events. Renee was assigned as our Lead Coordinator. Renee was professional, responsive and accountable throughout our engagement. All contract deliverables were met as we expected, but Renee offered so much more with her proactive and consultation approach to this once in a lifetime event! All communications included Ali, and it was clear that she remained completely updated on the wedding. We knew that Renee was working on multiple weddings in different stages of completion, but she always made us feel like we were her only client. As Renee quarterbacked the weekend, she also masterfully managed all of the vendors which we had hired, which freed us up to simply enjoy the day! Wanderlust was a great decision for us, and I highly recommend them if you are considering wedding planners or month of, day of coordinators.

e Westin Hotel. Renee was always available for help, questions and getting things done leading up to the day. One huge thing that Wanderlust did for us, was get all the florals donated to our event from a wedding that weekend. Sam and Ali worked their magic on the table set ups and it was the best our event has ever looked. We will most certainly be using them again for our next fundaiser, just all around really helpful that day, easy to work with and constant open communication. Would highly recommend for your next event!

ar that this team was committed to delivering the best. Renee was our lead planner and we were immediately blown away. Her enthusiasm, clear communication, and commitment to delivering the best was unmatched. She was with us every step of the way - from the first call to final walkthrough. She was the partner we didn’t know we needed! The day of we had the support of Renee, Abby, Laura & Kristen - all 4 ladies were amazing!! We always say the day went flawlessly and it did, but if anything went on behind the scenes the team handled it and we never knew! That speaks to magic this team is able to deliver. It is truly one of a kind! The following day, we were surprised with a bunch of photos / videos of the day! The team went above and beyond to capture the behind the scenes that are so easily missed. If we had to do it all over again, calling Wanderlust would be the top of the list. You won’t find a group that can deliver magic like they can!

inly could not have done it without them!! Planning a destination wedding, in a city the planners were not familiar with, was a BREEZE! It shouldn't have gone this flawlessly. That is largely a credit to Renee, she was so organized (keeping this busy bride on track!), she was proactive with all communication and is just generally SO kind. Fast forward to the wedding weekend, I didn't have to think or worry about anything on the wedding day. From getting the venue ready, to ushering the key family members around, plus anticipating our needs - Renee and Sydnie were the A-Team for sure! As someone that questioned if I needed a planner, take it from me - you absolutely need Wanderlust. Best investment for a perfect wedding day!

st year and a half, I can say without a DOUBT hiring Wanderlust was the best decision we could've made! Kristen was our lead, and she went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered, suggestion was provided, and the ultimate care was given. She created our dream timeline, took care of communicating with all of our vendors (which was a whole other level of work I had no idea even existed!!!), and put everyone at ease. Simply put, she was a dream to work with! I couldn't believe how far our investment took us, and we would do it all over again tomorrow if we could with Wanderlust's guidance. There is truly no better team than these ladies, and we can't thank them enough for their attention to detail, care and genuine support from start to finish! We love Wanderlust and recommend them to all brides looking for a team to help make their day magical!

ms! From the start, we felt this was meant to be. Wanderlust Team are the kindest people you will ever meet. We were paired with Ali & Sam, and they are both so organized and diligent and made the planning process go seamlessly. They would answer any questions we had and always had a solution if we came across a problem. The wedding day wouldn’t have been such a success without Sam’s help in coordinating literally all the details you need on your wedding day. She took care of everything so that we were able to have an stress-free amazing wedding day. We have received so many compliments! I can’t recommend enough booking Wanderlust Wedding and Events for all of your wedding planning needs!

They are not only my planners but now have become my friends, I can’t thank them enough for being apart of my day and giving me the wedding of my dreams! 🤍

bout anything. They made our entire Family feel wonderful and relaxed. Renee came to our rescue many times at our Bridal AirBnB as well (Becky/MOB) put a hole in her own dress just minutes before we were due to leave for the First Look and she saved the day by having the supplies needed to quickly fix the whole in the dress!! We highly recommend Wanderlust and their Team :)

ized that there were a lot of intricate details and logistics that were challenging to handle ourselves with our busy lives. We decided to reach out to Wanderlust and are so glad we did! Wanderlust was wonderful to work with from the beginning! We booked their "Month of" Coordination Package and it was perfect for us. Ali, Taylor and Jeannie were very responsive and helpful. Taylor coordinated our wedding and managed all of the smaller/more tedious details that are often forgotten. Taylor was very organized - she managed all of our vendors, day-of questions from relatives and set up. Jeannie did a beautiful job with our reception space and was very detail oriented with regard to the setup we wanted. This service was well worth it and made our special day so magical and stress-free. We cannot thank the team enough and would recommend them to anyone looking to for a planner!

ossible by the invaluable contributions of Ali, Renee, and Sam. Ordinarily, we plan all club events internally, but the magnitude of this two-day festivity, comprising three distinct events, necessitated external assistance. Despite initial reservations about hiring external support for the first time, the outcome surpassed our expectations, providing the necessary support and coordination. The entire Wanderlust team demonstrated exceptional organization and professionalism in their interactions with members, guests, and vendors. Ali and her team brought a sense of calm and efficiency, alleviating the day's pressures. Ali and Renee remained consistently accessible via text, calls, emails, and meetings, promptly addressing any questions that arose throughout the process. Bringing them on board was hands down one of the best decisions made. Wanderlust does not only excel at wedding planning, but all special events. Take it from us! What are you waiting for? Call them today! Here's to hoping we get to team up with this power trio again in the future!

of town and Ali directed them to the perfect band, the perfect photographer, the perfect venue …basically the perfect everything to ensure their wedding would be one etched not only in their memory but in all who attended the wedding. Kudos to Ali, Ashley and Wunderlust. We are forever grateful for their patience in handling all details and questions thrown their way. The wedding day was perfect and attended to as if it were their own wedding!!

l. They were extremely communicative, cordial, and professional. Wanderlust is the best in the Pittsburgh wedding biz!

Wanderlust. Ali, Sam and Renee were very responsive with any questions I had during the process, from vendor recommendations to the random questions and logistics along the way. We also had several in person meetings with the vendor teams and they helped us talk through every detail, even thinking of questions and clarifying topics that I didn’t even think of. Our day of team included lead planner Renee, Ashley and Kristen and they did an amazing job of setting everything up on site and coordinating with all of the vendors all while making sure we were taken care of the entire day. Renee was amazing at communicating with our entire bridal team and families and remained calm, cool and collected even in the chaotic moments. She did a great job of keeping us as calm and stress free as possible the entire night and I cannot thank her enough. The Wanderlust Team was amazing from beginning to end! We would have been lost without them and cannot express enough how grateful we are for the entire team!

annot recommend them highly enough!

ps to help my wedding business grow and I can not thank them enough. If you are interested in growing your wedding business I highly recommend their mentoring program! They truly become your best friend not just your event planner or mentor.

cannot thank Ali enough for all the resources, best practices, and advice she has given to me over the last 6-weeks and beyond. I am lucky to call Wanderlust my mentors in the wedding industry!

very start and the positive experience carried throughout our entire wedding weekend. They provided excellent vendor recommendations whenever we needed them, offered up ideas when we weren't sure what direction to go in for decor or timeline, and made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing on wedding day. Hillary went the extra mile to make sure we had a chance to sign our marriage license in between obligations on wedding day and safely returned it to our hotel suite. As crazy as planning a wedding can be, there's a part of me that's sad it's all over because I will miss working with Renee and Ali so closely. No ideas was too big, no question too small or silly, and you can just tell they're passionate about what they do. We absolutely adore you, Wanderlust Weddings and Events!

and it was one of the best decisions that we made! We had the wedding we both wanted, and Ali was absolutely critical to making that happen. She joined us for all our calls with other vendors, provided thoughtful advice in making decisions, and kept us organized and on track throughout the planning process. She was kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. On our wedding day, Ali was joined by Ashley and Liv--I didn't have to worry about anything, because the three of them handled every little issue that came up. Ali even got hotel engineering to put an extra notch in my dad's belt because he lost weight before the wedding (nerves!). I was able to relax and enjoy every moment of my wedding, knowing that Ali, Ashley, and Liv were on hand to take care of all the details. They were a joy to work with!

ation” service, since neither of us have an eye for design! Ali was incredibly responsive, and always offered unique design suggestions. They used a Google Drive to house all our contracts & various planning forms, documents, and spreadsheets, which helped keep us organized throughout the entire process! The forms had a lot of detailed questions that I never would have thought to ask our vendors, but the answers provided us with a ton of valuable information. Kristen was our Day-Of Coordinator, and WOW – she was amazing!! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she took charge of the last-minute details & logistics, which allowed me to focus on my final To-Dos (and a bit of pampering!). On our wedding day, she was constantly running around, making sure we were following the timeline and in the correct places at the correct times. Kristen & her assistants set up all of our personal décor perfectly and coordinated with our vendors to ensure that they also set everything up perfectly – the venue looked more magical than we ever dreamed! The cherry on top was Kristen’s kind and cheerful personality – she always had a smile on her face, regardless of whatever curveball was thrown her way! Our wedding day was beautiful, magical, and an absolute dream. Thanks to Wanderlust, Kristen, and Ali, it was also 100% stress free!

tter what time of day or night! Our wedding day went so smoothly with the extremely detailed timeline made for the entire day. Hillary and Sydnie also did a fabulous job day of ensuring the venue was set up according to our vision, planning set up and tear down times with all of our vendors, helping fix the bustle of my dress, making sure we were fed and having the best day/night ever…the list goes on and on! We loved working with Wanderlust and had the BEST experience!! Thank you to the entire Wanderlust team, especially Ali, Hillary & Sydnie!!!

he confidence in helping me to select my awesome vendor team, designing everything, and overall helping me with decision making since like most, I have never planned a wedding before and I was also not as familiar with Pittsburgh since I hadn’t lived there in over a decade. I am also an indecisive person so having a more educated second opinion was very helpful and helped me keep my sanity. Ali is also very responsive to communications and was always patient with me when I did not respond as quick. On the day of the wedding, Ali, Taylor, and Lauren made sure that day was well executed and they brought my dream wedding to life. My venue required me to hire a lot of external vendors, which I know takes a lot of coordination. Thank you Ali, Taylor, and Lauren for giving me my fairytale wedding!

e with throughout the whole process. She always responded so promptly to all of my messages and answered every single question I had! I never had a doubt in my mind that the wanderlust team would deliver anything short of perfection to our day but when we saw all the hard work that they put in at the venue we were left absolutely speechless! I can’t recommend them enough!

ed up with Renee and felt the weight and pressure come completely off our shoulders. From communicating with our vendors to making a timeline for our wedding day so we knew we were in good hands. They were very prepared the day of with set up, take down, and flow of the wedding. It allowed us to be present in the day knowing we had nothing to worry about. Our only regret is that we didn’t book them earlier and were so happy that they were available to help us with our special day. I had a vision for our wedding day, and the wanderlust team completely exceeded ALL of my expectations and made my dreams come to life. Blake and I had the wedding of our dreams and wish we could relive it over and over again. Their reputation is very well known in the wedding community and all our vendors would say, “Oh you’re in good hands! You really have the best of the best working with you!” We could not have done it without Renee, Ali, and the rest of the Wanderlust team! They were always just a phone call, text, or email away for any of our concerns/question we may have had and they just took off so much last minute stress before our most memorable day. They are truly exceptional. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for everything you all have done for Blake and I! -Alli and Blake

team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, creativity, and dedication. We couldn't be happier with the results and feel compelled to share our raving review of this exceptional wedding and events company. First and foremost, the team at Wanderlust Wedding and Events showcased their extraordinary talent in curating a unique and personalized experience. They took the time to truly understand our vision, and they brought it to life in a way that left us and our guests in awe. From the stunning décor to the meticulously planned schedule, every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. One of the standout qualities of Wanderlust is their attention to detail. No stone was left unturned, and every element of our wedding was carefully considered and executed with precision. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day without any worries. Moreover, the team's dedication to our happiness was evident throughout the planning process. They were always available to answer our questions, provide guidance, and offer creative solutions. Their friendly and accommodating nature made us feel like a top priority, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. Wanderlust Wedding and Events also showed a remarkable ability to adapt to changing circumstances. We faced some unexpected challenges leading up to our wedding, but their team remained flexible and resourceful, ensuring that our day was nothing short of perfection. In terms of vendor recommendations, Wanderlust's network of trusted partners was outstanding. They connected us with some of the best in the business, from the photographer and florist to the caterer and entertainment. Each vendor demonstrated the same level of professionalism and commitment to excellence, creating a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere. Their dedication, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt make them a standout choice for any couple looking to create a memorable, stress-free, and enchanting wedding experience. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional event planning services.

sive and helpful for any questions I had, from vendor recommendations to random logistical things. She also met with us several times in-person, talking through every detail and ensuring we were comfortable. Day-of, Renee and Jeannie did a fantastic job setting everything up onsite and making sure we felt taken care of. Meanwhile, Ali helped us navigate several last minute hiccups that were totally out of our control, like traffic caused by a last minute protest right outside our chapel... Ali was so communicative with our parents and bridesmaids all day to ensure everyone was in the loop and resolved the issues quickly and effectively. THANK YOU to Ali, Renee, Jeannie and the whole Wanderlust team. We would've been lost without you!

terally nobody works harder in the wedding business. We go back and when I say friends turn to family she is my SIS🩷. When I texted her and said it’s a go she said are you sure this time 🤣 I had to send receipts to let her know this is not a drill, and she put her foot on the gas and didn’t let up!! There was no delay or confusion in communication, emails and texts sent before our conversations were over! I was kind of on auto pilot bc I knew Ali was going to get it done, so many times I told her “you pick/decide”. I sent inspiration photos and she gave me more than I wanted, the venue was beautiful. Her set up and decor was better than the inspiration photos! She did it all while remaining calm and professional. Literally everything and everyone was in order. Even an hour before the ceremony I forgot my bouquet, and she figured it out! Above and beyond. My wedding party was screaming her name so happy at the job she did! Literally THE BEST!

e handed to Kristen to execute on that vision. Each of them was professional, pleasant, and experts at their jobs. My wife and I were able to go through the week before our wedding day and even the day of with extremely limited stress because of the confidence that the Wanderlust team instilled in us. Choosing Wanderlust was hands down the most impactful decision we made for our wedding and would 100% recommend them.

ons and places to start that I started to find the fun in it! Closer to the wedding, Ali and Rachel went to walk throughs with me and had so many phone calls/emails with me, and could not have been more gracious and helpful throughout it all. By the time the wedding came around, I trusted Wanderlust completely to bring my vision to life. They are so professional and pay attention to all of the details you could think of!! Ali worked with me on rentals and coordinating things that felt like it matched our colors and aesthetic, and watching Rachel work at putting it all together the day of was amazing - she is so focused and loves what she does! Lauren and Ashley completed Rachel's team and were so dedicated to making sure our day was perfect. By far the best decision I made during the planning process was hiring Wanderlust Wedding and Events!!

me feel comfortable working with her and her team. She reassured me that there isn't really such a thing as "day of" coordination and that put things into perspective with me as far as what I was getting with the Champagne package. A few weeks out from our big day, I was put in touch with Taylor and Abby. Taylor was incredible with her communication and determination to make sure our day went off without a hitch. We were unable to rehearse at our venue but that didn't keep her from coming to our rehearsal dinner and helping us run through our ceremony in an unconventional space. Throughout our day she kept tabs on how Collin and I were doing and ensured that we were happy and having a good time. It was so much more than a good time, it was truly the best day of our lives! I am not the type to be able to envision what a space could look like, so trying to plan how our table settings and decor should look was tough. I let Ali know of my concerns months before the wedding, and she pledged that her team would work with us, and holy smokes she delivered! Taylor and Abby put together our reception space and it was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed! It was absolutely stunning. They worked pure magic from start to finish and I can't say thank you to them and Wanderlust enough!

nd Wanderlust's resources, my husband and I would have been lost in the process. Even with a hotel fire the day of the wedding, Ali and her team ensured that the timeline and logistics ran smoothly, giving me and my family/friends peace of mind the entire time. Thankful doesn't even cover it! Thank you x1000000.

l for their attention to detail and organization. Whenever we became stressed with planning, they would immediately talk to us and work through things with us. Our wedding itself was executed flawlessly because of them! We couldn't imagine planning a wedding without them.

y-of coordination was an absolute dream (which lets be honest, they did WAY more than day of for us!)! They were through, thoughtful, well organized, provided great instruction, direction & support and went above and beyond to make our day the most magical day ever!!!!

y to talk to. She has a way of making everyone feel so comfortable, even when the day of nerves set in!! We all loved her! We wish she would come to Texas to help us plan our parties here! We decided to hire a wedding planner late in the planning process. But from the minute we started working with Ali, she caught us up to speed to ensure everything would be set for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding day, and the Pirates Game the day after! She was available anytime we needed her. She was very organized and well-connected to vendors in Pittsburgh. Anytime we had an idea, she was able to make it happen! She also brought so many beautiful ideas that we never would have considered that added so much to our day! We had so much during the wedding weekend because we 100% trusted Ali with all the details! Ali was there from the beginning until the end of the last event on Sunday.

expected this much perfection. When looking for planners, it was essential we found someone who was LGBTQ+ friendly. However, we also needed someone who identified with our personalities and let us shine. Kristen was exactly that person. She immediately understood the assignment. We always looked forward to our calls, knowing we could spill the latest pop culture tea and then get down to business. Kristen not only brought our vision to life, but elevated it into a stunning experience. As the brides, we had the most incredible day possible. You know you had something special when all of our guests expressed the same love as well. Everyone should work with Wanderlust if given the opportunity. They are the most lovely group of people full of passion and kindness. We love that they made our day everything we could have ever wanted, but we also love the friendship that came out of it as well!

, helped with the entire timeline and so much more. I felt so at ease with everything because of her. Wanderlust is very organized with their process as well. They sent me spreadsheets, ideas and tips way in advance so I could work on things. From there Abby created the timeline and got in touch with vendors. The day of the wedding I was so overcome with emotion when I saw everything set up and the vision come to life. She truly made it so easy for us! Thank you Abby and team!

logistics of the day. We chose the "Wine" Package that they offered as this seemed like the best fit for us. We worked only with Ali until a few months before our wedding, and emailed her frequently with questions and also to check-in to make sure we weren't missing anything. She always emailed us back quickly with thorough responses and helped make the planning process much less stressful. A few months before our wedding, we were introduced to Rachel, who was our day-of coordinator and worked with her and Ali from that point onward in addition to Kristen, who was Rachel's assistant the day of our wedding. We had several meetings and calls with Ali and Rachel to make sure we were all on the same page for what we wanted the day of our wedding to look like, and between those calls and the forms that Wanderlust asked us to fill out, we went into our wedding day confident that everything would go smoothly. On the day of our wedding, Rachel checked in with us in the morning, and then she and Kristen coordinated everything that needed to happen at the Aviary to get our reception set-up. The space looked amazing, and we didn't have to worry about anything thanks to Rachel and Kristen! We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us along the way!

vision of the aesthetics and the experience we wanted for our guests. We needed a wedding planner that could help us with the planning process, coordinate the vendors and the final details in the months and weeks leading up to the event, and execute our vision during the day of the wedding. Ali enhanced the planning process and was not afraid to take the lead and make recommendations and suggestions to us, as she brings a breath of industry knowledge, based on years of planning and executing successful events. She is well-versed in the latest trends and innovations in the wedding industry. The weekend of the wedding was absolutely perfect. We were able to enjoy every moment of the weekend without any worry or stress. People commented that I was the calmest bride they ever saw, and that is a testament to why investing in a wedding planner was the best decision in our planning process. Ali and Sydnie handled every aspect of the wedding coordination and ensuring that all the details (and there were A LOT of details and coordination) were executed flawlessly. When your guests are still talking about your wedding weeks later; you know the day was a true success. We could not have asked for a better team of professionals to turn our vision of classic elegance into our fairytale wedding.

r venue that we were not able to do ourselves. Ali along with her team (Abby, Lauren, and Kristen) executed our dream day flawlessly. Every detail was exactly how we imagined and even better. They were so helpful during the last stressful month of wedding planning tying it all together. Lauren was even available to pick decor items up from my house the day before the wedding. Steven and I didn’t even have to stress about anything on our wedding day. Hiring Wanderlust was one of our best decisions during the entire process. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!

r and Ashley. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I’m here to say DO IT! I was able to be completely present for the day, which was so joyous, so beautiful, so FUN! Both my husband and I felt Wanderlust was 100% worth the cost, and they will be the first vendor we hire when my younger daughter is engaged. What do you get when working with these ladies? We went with the full scale Gold package because my daughter was living in Virginia. They collaborated with her to bring her vision to life, they arranged and were present for vendor meetings, which was often tricky due to her need to travel back and take time off work, and always were very quick to answer our never-ending questions. I especially appreciated their expertise in finding the right vendors who could provide those special touches she wanted. And if that weren’t enough….the wedding day coordination was impeccable. I don’t think there’s any way everything would’ve been done if we relied solely on the on-site coordinator–there were just so many things to set up. Renee was such a calming organized presence that I had no worries the entire day. Flower fell off my corsage–no problem, she pulls out a pin and fixes it in 30 seconds! And the most magical thing was how they quietly cleaned up as we danced the night away–we literally did nothing. These ladies work hard, and clearly love what they do. I cannot be more happy about the service we received! THANK YOU WANDERLUST, you’re amazing! #succopweddings, #alyssavanstonphotography, #fieldandhand
