The photographer and videographer we worked with were absolutely incredible. One moment that stands out is during the first look. I was so nervous, and the photographer immediately noticed and cracked a joke that had me laughing and feeling so much more at ease. Later, the videographer caught a tearful hug between my dad and me that I didn’t even realize had happened in the whirlwind of the day. They somehow captured a quiet moment of my wife and me sneaking a laugh during dinner, and it’s now one of my favorite clips of the entire day.

It kills me to leave this review considering my two photographers were very lovely and fun to work with, however I am not pleased with the end results and after spending $2,500 for these photos I think I need to say something for others. I'm not saying don't book them- but please be very specific about what it is you're looking for and look very, very closely at your perspective photographer's portfolio. Mine seem very different from what I saw on her portfolio. After filling out an extensive packet they provided asking for "must-have photos" and facetiming with my photographer discussing said "must-have photos". I received very few, and the ones I did receive are awful. The editing is so off that my brother-in-law offered to re-edit the photos. Gosh, some of the poses/posture are atrocious! I arranged a bus to drive the wedding party to 2 other locations (added expense) where photos were to be taken for gifts for my mother-in-law and grandfather. They were the churches each of them married. I also made monetary donations (another added expense) to the churches to have these photos taken here that I won't even use. What's wrong with these photos specifically? The entirety of one of the church isn't pictured and just appears to be another brick wall. Eyes are closed, kids not looking at camera, poor posture etc. While I'm aware not every photo will be perfect, I did expect the very few special photos I requested to be at least usable. I will say after complaining about missing so many photos I requested- they provided more but again the editing is awful. Also makes me wonder how many more photos they have but wouldn't share with me. Be sure to request a up close "you may kiss the bride" photo- we received ONE from very far away and aerial view because the "photographer used her best judgement". I assumed an up-close kiss photo would be standard but if I learned anything from this entire debacle it would be DON'T ASSUME A SINGLE THING! Be very, very specific about what it is you're wanting. I thought I had been, but I was wrong. I have photos of my husband and I that are beautiful but it's the requested photos I have a huge issue with-why even bother asking me? I put a lot of extra time (and money!!) to get that all arranged-for what?

We hired Ward 3 Media for our wedding last month and they were wonderful to work with! Ben was super responsive and helped handle everything up until the day of. We booked Enrique as our lead photographer and him and George were both great to work with as well. Enrique was easy to communicate with and made it feel comfortable being in front of the camera as someone who isn't usually very photogenic. He always made us slow down and enjoy all the moments versus just going through the motions and the day slipping by. We are also from out of town and didn't have ideas on places to shoot, but they were able to provide some recommendations that looked great. We received our final photos back and they look so beautiful!! I'm so happy that we chose this vendor and Enrique as our photographer! Thank you so much!!

We can’t say enough praise around Ward 3 Media and their team. We used them for both DJ and Photography and the teams we were set up with were amazing. Ben was also incredible with the coordinating and responding to my random questions since the first time we reached out to post wedding. From our engagement shoot 1.5 years ago Holly was amazing, to our day of. The whole photo team was amazing, we received so many compliments throughout the night, the team was able to stay on schedule and coordinate so many people. They made us feel so ready for our day and they made it so fun, even through the hail during the day. Our DJ team was also amazing! They handled all announcements smoothly and kept to the schedule. They also kept the dance party going all night long! They followed our requests to the vibe we wanted for the night and played our must plays and really made the evening so fun that my feet were sore from dancing the night away. We can’t recommend Ward 3 enough when it comes to being a part of your wedding day, you will not regret it.

We hired 3rd ward media for our wedding on March 25th 2023 and we are SOOOO happy that we did! Not only was Enrique our photographer and Elena, the second photographer AMAZING. They both made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Enrique made sure that we got all of the shots we wanted and recreated pictures from our Pinterest inspo board. He was also super flexible and helpful in our timeline planning and reception. Working with Ben at the 3rd ward was super easy and they are always super fast to respond. Overall 10/10 recommend using 3rd ward media for all your wedding day photo needs!!!!

My husband and I used Ward 3 for our engagement photography, wedding photography, and videography and could not be happier we did! The photos our photographer Enrique took during our engagement shoot and wedding were stunning and during the wedding both he and Holly could not have been more fun to work with. They got spectacular shots and made taking a million photographs a delight. We love all of our photos and are so happy we went with them. We got to work with Clinton and Caleb for our wedding video and we are blown away by the results. They got wonderful aerial footage of our venue and the city skyline and they captured all the speeches and dances perfectly. Both Clinton and Caleb were so nice and easy to work with which really helps when taking so much footage over the course of a whole day. Additionally, Ben at Ward 3 was incredible helping us get in contact with Enrique and Holly, scheduling meetings, handling an unexpected change in photographer right before our engagement photos, and just being available to answer questions. Everyone at Ward 3 made the whole process really easy and we are really grateful for the work they did!

We were on the fence about video but thought we would always regret it if we didn't go for it. After working with Ward 3 Media for photo and video we have ZERO regrets. The team was our favorite of all our vendors and Ben worked with us to put together a package that included everything we wanted for a very competitive price. I absolutely loved working with Ben at Ward 3 Media! He was always quick to reply to emails and very organized. He does a great job managing the three services they offer, having benefitted from 2 of the 3 (photography and day of coordinator). We had a two year long engagement and it was apparent that he never forgot about us and remembered the trail of details leading up to our wedding day. I loved that you can pick your photographer based on their bios online-WOW! did we choose Ashton as the perfect fit! The only constructive criticism I can give is that I would've liked to meet with the photographer sooner than a week before the wedding, however, I do understand that you need to have all of your wedding day timelines and details pinned down before meeting with your photographer, but her input would have been greatly appreciated. Ben also set us up with the amazing day of coordinator, Kim. We had three meetings leading up to the wedding to tackle every detail. I loved Kim; personable, flexible and organized. She attended our walkthrough with the venue and communicated with all my vendors. She even offered to pack up my car and drive it back home so we could enjoy our A-bar post wedding reception. She kept us ahead of schedule and relaxed not having to worry about logistics the day of- I would absolutely recommend a day of coordinator to any bride. Absolutely book Ward 3 Media for your wedding- I would if I had to do it all over again!

We had a mke wedding on a Friday, and Kelly + Pearl alongside Ward 3 media made it a great event! They helped command the room, listen to our requests, and bring in some great creativity to our special day. I can’t think of anything more we looked for in our wedding shoot. 10/10.

Kelley was super communicative and helpful in our “before the wedding day” meeting. She gave helpful tips and fantastic advice. Kelley and Pearl were the best team and so good at commanding the room when we couldn’t get control of our rambunctious family and bridal party. They got all of the shots we wanted and more. Kelley asked for our Pinterest board for inspiration so we didn’t have to remind her what we really wanted to get shots of day of which was the MOST HELPFUL! Needless to say, no matter what we need photographed in the future, Ward 3 Media and Kelley are the ones we will always trust! 💗

If I could give more than 5 stars, I Would!! I hired Ward 3 Media for both photography and videography for my wedding in Madison, WI. They were absolutely amazing. Their team was professional and knowledgeable, but also easy-going and fun! I could tell that they enjoyed working together which created a super positive environment on our wedding day. Communication with the general manager of the company was also easy, and he responded in a very timely manner. The cost was extremely reasonable as well. Although we don't have our wedding photos back quite yet, we did have our wedding photographer do our engagement photos a few months ago, and those came back better than I could've dreamed of. If you're looking for a photographer and/or videographer, this is the company to go with.

Ben is the fantastic work with! He managed all details of our day from DJ to Coordination and Photo and video.
