Elena and her team were great! I loved that the package came with two photographers. They were super flexible and so great to work with. They kept everything moving on the wedding day. Elena was super personable and just knew the perfect shots to get. I had a minor dress malfunction and she even did all that she could to help me fix it! Our experience with Ward 3 Media and Elena has been nothing except exceptional!

Enrique and MiKayla were awesome! They made our day run so smooth and were so fun with our group. We are looking forward to seeing all of the pictures but have loved the sneak peeks so far!

OMG I don’t even know where to start with how amazing Taber and Elena are! It’s 2 days after my wedding, so I don’t have pictures yet, but this is just how great they are to work with! Our resort was like a maze, but they still made it on time. I didn’t know what I wanted for most of our pictures, and realized I didn’t even have our rings for detail photos when Taber arrived. From the tiny tots to our boomer parents, Taber was able to make everyone laugh and knew what to say or do to make everyone listen and pay attention to get photos done! If you need someone who can nicely be a little b!tchy to keep you on time, Taber is amazing with that too! I wasn’t stressed knowing I had someone who could keep the schedule on time while being so kind, yet stern enough so my family would listen! I cannot thank Taber enough for everything! I was about to go to first looks, and realized I needed to bring our rings and vow books and she didn’t hesitate to carry them for me! Taber is truly amazing to work with and I can’t wait to see how our photos turn out!

Our photographers were amazing. They provided direction for us and our wedding party and made sure everyone looked amazing and felt comfortable. Our DJ kept the dancefloor packed and played all our favorite songs. - Even included a few favorites we had forgotten about until we heard them out on the dancefloor. We couldn't be happier. The highlight film for our wedding is absolutely breathtaking. It perfectly captures the essence of the day. Watching it for the first time felt like reliving our wedding all over again, and we’ve already watched it more times than we can count! We hired Ward 3 Media for our wedding last month and they were wonderful to work with! Ben was super responsive and helped handle everything up until the day of. We booked Enrique as our lead photographer and him and George were both great to work with as well. He always made us slow down and enjoy all the moments versus just going through the motions and the day slipping by. We are also from out of town and didn't have ideas on places to shoot, but they were able to provide some recommendations that looked great. From our engagement shoot 1.5 years ago Holly was amazing, to our day of. The whole photo team was amazing, we received so many compliments throughout the night, the team was able to stay on schedule and coordinate so many people. They made us feel so ready for our day and they made it so fun, even through the hail during the day. Our DJ team was also amazing! They handled all announcements smoothly and kept to the schedule. They also kept the dance party going all night long! They followed our requests to the vibe we wanted for the night and played our must plays and really made the evening so fun that my feet were sore from dancing the night away. We hired 3rd ward media for our wedding on March 25th 2023 and we are SOOOO happy that we did! Not only was Enrique our photographer and Elena, the second photographer AMAZING. They both made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Enrique made sure that we got all of the shots we wanted and recreated pictures from our Pinterest inspo board. My husband and I used Ward 3 for our engagement photography, wedding photography, and videography and could not be happier we did! The photos our photographer Enrique took during our engagement shoot and wedding were stunning and during the wedding both he and Holly could not have been more fun to work with. They got spectacular shots and made taking a million photographs a delight. We love all of our photos and are so happy we went with them. We got to work with Clinton and Caleb for our wedding video and we are blown away by the results. They got wonderful aerial footage of our venue and the city skyline and they captured all the speeches and dances perfectly. Both Clinton and Caleb were so nice and easy to work with which really helps when taking so much footage over the course of a whole day. Additionally, Ben at Ward 3 was incredible helping us get in contact with Enrique and Holly, scheduling meetings, handling an unexpected change in photographer right before our engagement photos, and just being available to answer questions. Everyone at Ward 3 made the whole process really easy and we are really grateful for the work they did!

We were on the fence about video but thought we would always regret it if we didn't go for it. After working with Ward 3 Media for photo and video we have ZERO regrets. The team was our favorite of all our vendors and Ben worked with us to put together a package that included everything we wanted for a very competitive price. I absolutely loved working with Ben at Ward 3 Media! He was always quick to reply to emails and very organized. He does a great job managing the three services they offer, having benefitted from 2 of the 3 (photography and day of coordinator). We had a two year long engagement and it was apparent that he never forgot about us and remembered the trail of details leading up to our wedding day. I loved that you can pick your photographer based on their bios online-WOW! did we choose Ashton as the perfect fit! The only constructive criticism I can give is that I would've liked to meet with the photographer sooner than a week before the wedding, however, I do understand that you need to have all of your wedding day timelines and details pinned down before meeting with your photographer, but her input would have been greatly appreciated. Ben also set us up with the amazing day of coordinator, Kim. We had three meetings leading up to the wedding to tackle every detail. I loved Kim; personable, flexible and organized. She attended our walkthrough with the venue and communicated with all my vendors. She even offered to pack up my car and drive it back home so we could enjoy our A-bar post wedding reception. She kept us ahead of schedule and relaxed not having to worry about logistics the day of- I would absolutely recommend a day of coordinator to any bride. Absolutely book Ward 3 Media for your wedding- I would if I had to do it all over again!

We had a mke wedding on a Friday, and Kelly + Pearl alongside Ward 3 media made it a great event! They helped command the room, listen to our requests, and bring in some great creativity to our special day. I can’t think of anything more we looked for in our wedding shoot. 10/10.

We are beyond impressed with Ward 3 Media! We worked with lead photographer, Kelley and assistant photographer, Pearl and couldn’t be happier! They directed our wedding day photo shoot in a professional, fun, and loving way. Their artistic talents created some of the most beautiful moments. Kelley was super communicative and helpful in our “before the wedding day” meeting. She gave helpful tips and fantastic advice. Kelley and Pearl were the best team and so good at commanding the room when we couldn’t get control of our rambunctious family and bridal party. They got all of the shots we wanted and more. Kelley asked for our Pinterest board for inspiration so we didn’t have to remind her what we really wanted to get shots of day of which was the MOST HELPFUL! Needless to say, no matter what we need photographed in the future, Ward 3 Media and Kelley are the ones we will always trust! 💗

If I could give more than 5 stars, I Would!! I hired Ward 3 Media for both photography and videography for my wedding in Madison, WI. They were absolutely amazing. Their team was professional and knowledgeable, but also easy-going and fun! I could tell that they enjoyed working together which created a super positive environment on our wedding day. Communication with the general manager of the company was also easy, and he responded in a very timely manner. The cost was extremely reasonable as well. Although we don't have our wedding photos back quite yet, we did have our wedding photographer do our engagement photos a few months ago, and those came back better than I could've dreamed of. If you're looking for a photographer and/or videographer, this is the company to go with.
