as phenomenal. They made the planning process easy and dealt professionally with all of our constant changes the week leading up to. The only critique we have was for the budgeting process. The initial quote provided one price for the linens, and while my husband and I anticipated that they would change slightly because we chose some specialty linens, the price sure shot up well over the budget so my only thing is to anticipate that. They should be quoting on the highest end to allow room for totals to be lowered. We still went with our initial choices and we are happy that we did so. The suite is also a really nice bonus with plenty of room to move around and relax. Bright and airy, it’s the perfect spot to spend the day leading up to the ceremony. We will for sure be using Warehouse 109 for any future events we host.

we toured WH, we saw ourselves getting married there! It’s a family business and you can tell the passion and care they put into their customizable venue space. We had the fun & colorful Mexican wedding we dreamed of and our guests loved the unique blend of modern & vintage that WH offers! Also a HUGE BONUS is the gardens!!! We toured in the winter, but taking photos the gardens in July made such a beautiful backdrop for photos! HIGHLY REC! They were a joy to work with & exactly what we wanted!

We were able to drop off decorations a couple of days before the wedding and when we arrived, everything was set up exactly how we wanted it. Throughout the night, we received so many compliments on the venue and a lot of our guests asked us how we found WH109. It's also a huge plus that the bar packages are incredible. If you're looking for a wedding venue, WH109 should definitely be on your list.

I was able to make a decision to have it indoor or outdoor just hours before, we did have it indoors and it was so beautiful! It is so important to pick a space that you love to do indoors or outdoors because you never can predict the weather and warehouse 109 has that! I did have the bridal suite to get ready in and let me tell you it is so beautiful and spacious and made some of the best pictures with the lighting! All of our guests were continuously saying how cool and unique the venue was! I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a fun and unique wedding day! ❤️

is TOP NOTCH, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, accommodating, helpful, wonderful. The venue displays so many unique features that really attracted us and was gorgeous in photographs. Cerena was always answering my emails in a timely and helpful manner, and the entire family is outstanding to work with and so accommodating. As I mentioned already, the space is absolutely gorgeous- we loved the modern warehouse vibe mixed with all the eclectic and vintage cars and motorcycles on display in and outside of the venue, the exposed wood everywhere, the in and outdoor options (our guests loved being in and out throughout the evening with beautiful hanging lights strung everywhere outside and space for our live music inside, space for a bonfire/smores, the works!) for our guests to hang out. The space for our food trucks helped our intended laid back feel without a formal, sit-down dinner, and the venue was so helpful in all our other setup needs for a dessert table, memorial table, gift table, and space for all of our guests to sit if they chose to. It really was spectacular and we received so many compliments on a fantastic party celebrating our love! We were just so thrilled with everything about this space and the sweet family who owns such a unique gem of a venue! Thank you all for such a memorable night in your beautiful space!

n. There’s an outdoor fire pit where we had s’mores, an airstream trailer where we set up our photo booth, a garden where we had our ceremony, a vintage pickup truck and motorcycles that our guests loved taking photos with. I would pick this venue all over again if I could.

Another advantage was the gorgeous bridal sweet we used to get ready in before the wedding. Bartenders (who were the owners) were fun and friendly! The venue was a great place to take some unique pictures that we will cherish forever!

ey are hosting because they respond quickly and make you feel so incredibly special. Let me just say, this was the only venue we visited and I almost cried the first time I was there. It was perfect, and my husband and I knew it right away. We had the bridal suite which was perfect for my moderately sized bridal party and they provided us with drinks and music to get a good vibe going. One of the owners was the bartender the entire night and WOW he knew how to have a great time!!!! He made amazing drinks and I had multiple guests talk about how great he was, how often do people remember the bartenders at a wedding? Honestly, everything went so smoothly and everyone made a point to let me know how incredible the venue was. It was beautiful inside and out. There was always a spot for everyone to hang out or dance. Celina was amazing and worked with us and was so patient with all the questions and changes that I made. We switched where the ceremony was going to be like 3 months before the wedding and it wasn't an issue at all. By the way, if you have your ceremony - GO WITH THE GARDEN! Ugh, it is gorgeous and worth it. The last thing I want to say is that our wedding was on May 22, 2021. This was literally 1 week after capacity opened more and also 95% of our guests were vaccinated. This was the first sense of normalcy that all our guests had in over a year. It meant the absolute world to us. Thank you everyone at Warehouse 109, I will forever recommend you as the perfect wedding venue.

We live in Ohio, so I expected to have some difficulty planning a wedding in a different state, but they made it so much easier than I could have imagined. They gave us a platform to easily communicate with them and update our details as we were planning, and it informed them when we did this so they could keep up to date and answer any questions we posted. When the pandemic hit and we had to change our wedding date, they were AMAZING and kept us updated as local restrictions changed. On our wedding day, my bridal party and I were in the bridal suite getting ready and the owners would come in to make sure if there was absolutely anything we needed. They made sure to have the golf cart ready to go when it was time to move locations for pictures and the ceremony and they were just really amazing. I felt the cost for the venue was really reasonable, especially given how close they are to Chicago. All alcohol is done through them directly, and they gave us a lot of package options which was great. I also really liked that they don't require you to use one specific caterer. You can't just use anyone, they do have to have the right licenses and be approved by WH109, but they offer a lot of suggestions on companies they have worked with before, and we were very happy with who we chose. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge part of that is due to this amazing venue and the owners!

After a long venue search, we knew this place was perfect and the reasonable rental price, amazing family owners, and fact that we could choose our catering sold us! During the planning process, Cerena was responsive, professional, and always willing to work with us on our plans. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Cerena and the team really went above and beyond to make us feel supported and offered us discounts for the trouble (even though the restrictions were out of their control!). We were going back and forth on what we wanted to do, and they stuck with us through our many additional questions, changes in plans, and adaptations to follow the re-opening restrictions in the state. They made sure that planning while out-of-state was no obstacle at all. Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic, Clayton and Debbie were ready to go on their end when family arrived to set up, they quickly remedied the one extra table we needed, and consistently asked if anyone needed anything/if everything was looking good. Throughout the night they also checked on us (the bride and groom) to see if they could get us a drink or help us in any other way. They were friendly and efficient behind the bar, the venue remained clean, and guests were happy all night long. We got SO MANY compliments from guests on how unique and cozy the venue was – perfectly fitting our style. Warehouse 109 could not have been a more PERFECT venue for us!

I stumbled across Warehouse 109 while searching for venues nearby that might fit my criteria. The moment I saw the amazing photos on their website, I KNEW I needed to book it. When my fiancé and I met Cerena at the venue to do a tour, that sealed the deal. This place is fantastic. Industrial. Vintage. A ton of character and well curated style. The motorcycle wall is simply stunning. The details around the entire venue are amazing. And the garden ceremony felt like we escaped to a whole other location. We also rented the bridal suite and it was fantastic. Clean lines. Good design. And so comfortable and spacious. Perfect lighting for photos and space to relax and get ready. Add to all of that the fact that Cerena and Clayton were so incredibly helpful and patient through all of the planning! Even with the challenges of COVID, they didn’t skip a beat leading up to it, and the day/night-of service was fantastic. So attentive. Excellent staff. It left us absolutely nothing to worry about but enjoying our day and focusing on the time surrounded by loved ones. In an absolutely stunning location. We highly, highly recommend!

The two weeks leading up to the wedding were crazy with our bakery and caterer having new policies related to coronavirus, and Cerena made sure that they picked up the slack in these areas! Overall, Warehouse 109 has the coolest and most unique vibe with the wall of motorcycles and the vintage style bar, and my husband and I fell in love with it instantly! Our guests loved all the vintage props where they could take pictures and the indoor and outdoor areas made it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy the night! Warehouse 109 really helped make our wedding day perfect!!! ❤️

e put our finger on what we were looking for until we saw Warehouse 109 and we both walked out and said “this is the place”. It had the indoor/outdoor feel I was going for, a wall of motorcycles that immediately caught my husband’s eye, and an outdoor garden ceremony area we were both looking for. We have received SO many comments from our guests about how cool and unique the Warehouse is and everyone loved taking advantage of the ample photo opps! Cerena & family were so amazing to work with from the very beginning, but especially once COVID hit and everything was turned on its head. They were so flexible and so accommodating through all of it - from my panicked emails about backup dates and plans, to officially postponing, to checking in on all of the latest government guidelines and restrictions, to finally executing a downsized version of our original plans. While I was hearing horror stories about other venues all but running away with their clients’ money, Warehouse 109 was offering us discounts and Zoom services. And despite the fact that they had several other couples they were working with (I have to assume considering they only had a handful of Fridays and no Saturdays left when we booked about 18 months out), Cerena always made me feel like we were their only clients and our wedding was her priority. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect and my family was going on about how great Debbie & Clayton were and how friendly and accommodating the Warehouse team was. My husband and I are both so pleased with our experience with Warehouse 109 and we highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a unique spot run by an amazing family!
