Warehouse 109

This venue turned out to be everything we ever wanted. Though we faced some struggles about a winter wedding, Warehouse 109 pulled it off beautifully! The venue was so stunning on its own we even got to cut a good amount off the cost of decorations. Definitely add it to your list of venues to go see, you won't regret it.

WH109 was the first venue we looked at when planning our wedding. We looked at a few more after and the decision became very clear. WH109 is a fantastic venue with amazing staff. They're professional, organized, and the perfect amount of laid back to help ease your nerves. Everything during our day went on with an issue. We were able to drop off decorations a couple of days before the wedding and when we arrived, everything was set up exactly how we wanted it. Throughout the night, we received so many compliments on the venue and a lot of our guests asked us how we found WH109. It's also a huge plus that the bar packages are incredible. If you're looking for a wedding venue, WH109 should definitely be on your list.

Warehouse 109 was amazing in every way, no one detail was left out to make our day PERFECT! I did not worry about one thing on our day! The staff was amazing in providing every needed bit of information, they were so helpful in every way. By far the best venue ever! I have been IN 18 weddings myself and have seen a lot. This place was THE BEST! Our wedding was exactly what I dreamed it to be. Warehouse 109 was the perfect back drop. The decor is beautiful and welcoming, and the service is just incredible. I did not have to worry about one thing all day - everything ran seamlessly without my help. The servers, bartenders, and owners were all so accommodating. They even checked in on my husband and I throughout the night to see if we needed water or a drink as we were busy with our guests. They went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed!

Warehouse 109 was amazing! We had our wedding in their garden and reception in the warehouse. Everything went smoothly. Cerena was on top of everything and the bartenders were great. They were beyond responsive and really worked with us. I highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Warehouse 109 enough! The entire process leading up to our wedding day was seamless and stress free. Communication was always quick and clear and their team was so flexible with scheduling walk throughs. The venue is beautiful and unique, and our guests are still talking about it. We also appreciate the list of recommended vendors, we picked almost all of our vendors from it. Thank you for hosting our wedding, it was seriously the best day ever!

Warehouse 109 was everything we dreamed of and more for our wedding venue! All of the staff were great to work with and offered a lot of guidance during the final stages of planning and help with the logistics the day of the wedding. The bridal suite was the perfect place to get ready, our ceremony in the garden was beautiful, and our guests loved having access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces! The venue already has so much character so not having to spend time and money on a ton of additional decorations was a huge plus. We received endless compliments from guests on how unique the venue was! Absolutely loved having our wedding here.

Warehouse 109 was a dream venue! I found this venue back in 2018 on Instagram and I said to myself “I’m going to get married here” Here we are and it was everything I imagined and more! Everyone at the warehouse is so kind and great to work with! The day of ran so smooth despite the rain! I was able to make a decision to have it indoor or outdoor just hours before, we did have it indoors and it was so beautiful! It is so important to pick a space that you love to do indoors or outdoors because you never can predict the weather and warehouse 109 has that! I did have the bridal suite to get ready in and let me tell you it is so beautiful and spacious and made some of the best pictures with the lighting! All of our guests were continuously saying how cool and unique the venue was! I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants a fun and unique wedding day! ❤️

Well where do I start! everything was so perfect! Compliments from all guests! Everyone loved this venue! And the staff was so nice and helpful to everyone . Even had some rain so couldn’t do the garden wedding ceremony ,but bridal party still got to take some pictures out there. I will say though the way warehouse 109 did the inside ceremony was perfect! Everyone loved it ! They are like a well oiled machine! Thank you! I gave 5 stars but should be 💯

Warehouse 109 was the one and ONLY venue we considered for our reception! We wanted a laid back but beautiful 'backyard wedding' vibe with an indoor and outdoor option. This place is TOP NOTCH, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, accommodating, helpful, wonderful. The venue displays so many unique features that really attracted us and was gorgeous in photographs. Cerena was always answering my emails in a timely and helpful manner, and the entire family is outstanding to work with and so accommodating. As I mentioned already, the space is absolutely gorgeous- we loved the modern warehouse vibe mixed with all the eclectic and vintage cars and motorcycles on display in and outside of the venue, the exposed wood everywhere, the in and outdoor options (our guests loved being in and out throughout the evening with beautiful hanging lights strung everywhere outside and space for our live music inside, space for a bonfire/smores, the works!) for our guests to hang out. The space for our food trucks helped our intended laid back feel without a formal, sit-down dinner, and the venue was so helpful in all our other setup needs for a dessert table, memorial table, gift table, and space for all of our guests to sit if they chose to. It really was spectacular and we received so many compliments on a fantastic party celebrating our love! We were just so thrilled with everything about this space and the sweet family who owns such a unique gem of a venue! Thank you all for such a memorable night in your beautiful space!

Amazing venue. Something different than your boring traditional hall. The staff was AWESOME, and was a huge help every step of the way.

We picked this venue because we wanted a place that was beautiful without having to do a lot of work decorating it and where we could have the ceremony and reception at one location. There’s an outdoor fire pit where we had s’mores, an airstream trailer where we set up our photo booth, a garden where we had our ceremony, a vintage pickup truck and motorcycles that our guests loved taking photos with. I would pick this venue all over again if I could.

Beautiful venue and all the guests were a huge fan. We worked mostly with Cerena and she was amazing, very helpful and responsive. Everything went super smooth and I couldn’t think of a better place to get married!!

We loved this venue! We decided to have our wedding ceremony in the garden, and it was just perfect. We love how unique the venue is. From the outside patio, to the vintage bar, and finally the motorcycles. Our main contact was Cerena. She was able to answer any questions I had throughout the planning process. Overall it was exactly what we had imagined.

We loved everything about warehouse 109!! The laid back vibe was perfect for our wedding, Cerena and her family were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable and prepared for our big day! We loved all of the decor available as it made our day easy to setup and look perfect!

I fell in love with this venue from the minute we walked in. It has the perfect balance of rustic & industrial we were looking for & we booked immediately. Cerena & the team worked with us through the cluster that the last 2 years has been, including helping us find a rescheduled date that would work with our other vendors. The day before/day of our wedding, venue staff was on hand to help out with anything we needed - rearranging tables to fit this type A bride's requests, offering suggestions for the decor we brought, & keeping us all well hydrated! ;) Highly highly recommend!

The staff was amazing. The manager was so helpful and patient with all my requests, and worked closely with me to make our day perfect. Customer service is excellent. Always received a reply within minutes. They are organized, friendly, and in general just really good people. Totally recommend. The venue is also excellent, with all of the decor that is already included, made everyone leave the place talking about how great the event was.

Absolutely loved working with this venue. The vintage motor cycle wall, marquee letters, and mid century/ vintage vibe was perfect for us and unique from anything we had seen. Cerena was extremely responsive and very helpful. Warehouse has a google doc workbook that made planning all the details a breeze! Another advantage was the gorgeous bridal sweet we used to get ready in before the wedding. Bartenders (who were the owners) were fun and friendly! The venue was a great place to take some unique pictures that we will cherish forever!

Warehouse 109 was so good to us - we got married during a very stressful time (covid) and the wh109 team made our lives so much easier. Cerena was incredibly kind, responsive, helpful, and supportive. She is the main contact for planning and truly the kindest person. I loved working with her. On the day of the wedding everything was perfect. The wh109 staff took care of everything and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Many of our guests complimented how nice the staff was. My husband and I are so thankful for the way we were treated. 100% recommend booking this awesome venue!

Wow. What can I say about Warehouse 109, where do I start?! They are a family owned venue and they are the FRIENDLIEST people. You honestly feel like you are the only wedding they are hosting because they respond quickly and make you feel so incredibly special. Let me just say, this was the only venue we visited and I almost cried the first time I was there. It was perfect, and my husband and I knew it right away. We had the bridal suite which was perfect for my moderately sized bridal party and they provided us with drinks and music to get a good vibe going. One of the owners was the bartender the entire night and WOW he knew how to have a great time!!!! He made amazing drinks and I had multiple guests talk about how great he was, how often do people remember the bartenders at a wedding? Honestly, everything went so smoothly and everyone made a point to let me know how incredible the venue was. It was beautiful inside and out. There was always a spot for everyone to hang out or dance. Celina was amazing and worked with us and was so patient with all the questions and changes that I made. We switched where the ceremony was going to be like 3 months before the wedding and it wasn't an issue at all. By the way, if you have your ceremony - GO WITH THE GARDEN! Ugh, it is gorgeous and worth it. The last thing I want to say is that our wedding was on May 22, 2021. This was literally 1 week after capacity opened more and also 95% of our guests were vaccinated. This was the first sense of normalcy that all our guests had in over a year. It meant the absolute world to us. Thank you everyone at Warehouse 109, I will forever recommend you as the perfect wedding venue.

Warehouse 109 was a 5 from the start! It is family owned, and they truly care about their customers and making the experience perfect. The spaces they have are absolutely stunning and unique from the bridal suite, to the garden, to the courtyard and the inside reception space! The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful. We live in Ohio, so I expected to have some difficulty planning a wedding in a different state, but they made it so much easier than I could have imagined. They gave us a platform to easily communicate with them and update our details as we were planning, and it informed them when we did this so they could keep up to date and answer any questions we posted. When the pandemic hit and we had to change our wedding date, they were AMAZING and kept us updated as local restrictions changed. On our wedding day, my bridal party and I were in the bridal suite getting ready and the owners would come in to make sure if there was absolutely anything we needed. They made sure to have the golf cart ready to go when it was time to move locations for pictures and the ceremony and they were just really amazing. I felt the cost for the venue was really reasonable, especially given how close they are to Chicago. All alcohol is done through them directly, and they gave us a lot of package options which was great. I also really liked that they don't require you to use one specific caterer. You can't just use anyone, they do have to have the right licenses and be approved by WH109, but they offer a lot of suggestions on companies they have worked with before, and we were very happy with who we chose. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge part of that is due to this amazing venue and the owners!

Cerena was great to work - Covid made things very difficult but she was kind and understanding through the process. I am also a wedding vendor myself and have gotten brides ready on-site a few times - great bridal suite. Love the vibe! Definitely recommend W109.

We had such a great experience working with Cerena and the rest of the crew through this family owned and run venue. Navigating and planning a wedding through a pandemic was less than preferred but with the help of WH109 we were able to make the day exactly what we wanted. The planning process went so smoothly and Cerena was helpful and resourceful when we needed guidance. We were married out in the garden and it was a beautiful setup for our guests to enjoy. During the reception, the WH staff was attentive, friendly, and fun. Our guests had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family-owned venue if you are looking for easy to work with staff for planning, a unique venue that doesn’t need much more décor to make it beautiful, and a cozy indoor/outdoor space to make your guests feel comfortable! Warehouse 109 has so much to offer with its unique airstream, motorcycle wall, and separate garden. After a long venue search, we knew this place was perfect and the reasonable rental price, amazing family owners, and fact that we could choose our catering sold us! During the planning process, Cerena was responsive, professional, and always willing to work with us on our plans. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Cerena and the team really went above and beyond to make us feel supported and offered us discounts for the trouble (even though the restrictions were out of their control!). We were going back and forth on what we wanted to do, and they stuck with us through our many additional questions, changes in plans, and adaptations to follow the re-opening restrictions in the state. They made sure that planning while out-of-state was no obstacle at all. Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic, Clayton and Debbie were ready to go on their end when family arrived to set up, they quickly remedied the one extra table we needed, and consistently asked if anyone needed anything/if everything was looking good. Throughout the night they also checked on us (the bride and groom) to see if they could get us a drink or help us in any other way. They were friendly and efficient behind the bar, the venue remained clean, and guests were happy all night long. We got SO MANY compliments from guests on how unique and cozy the venue was – perfectly fitting our style. Warehouse 109 could not have been a more PERFECT venue for us!

My wedding was absolutely perfect. We originally planned a destination wedding year in advance and with covid we had to stay local. I couldn’t imagine doing it anywhere else. I planned my entire wedding in less than a month with the help of the Warehouse 109 staff. My guests couldn’t believe how perfect everything was—as if it took me months to plan. This place is so cute and perfectly decorated for any type of event!

When looking for a venue for our wedding, I knew I wanted somewhere unique. Nothing stuffy or formal. Somewhere that our friends and family felt relaxed and comfortable in, while being reflective of our personalities. I also know that I love industrial, urban aesthetic, but didn’t want to do a wedding in the city. I stumbled across Warehouse 109 while searching for venues nearby that might fit my criteria. The moment I saw the amazing photos on their website, I KNEW I needed to book it. When my fiancé and I met Cerena at the venue to do a tour, that sealed the deal. This place is fantastic. Industrial. Vintage. A ton of character and well curated style. The motorcycle wall is simply stunning. The details around the entire venue are amazing. And the garden ceremony felt like we escaped to a whole other location. We also rented the bridal suite and it was fantastic. Clean lines. Good design. And so comfortable and spacious. Perfect lighting for photos and space to relax and get ready. Add to all of that the fact that Cerena and Clayton were so incredibly helpful and patient through all of the planning! Even with the challenges of COVID, they didn’t skip a beat leading up to it, and the day/night-of service was fantastic. So attentive. Excellent staff. It left us absolutely nothing to worry about but enjoying our day and focusing on the time surrounded by loved ones. In an absolutely stunning location. We highly, highly recommend!

We booked Warehouse 109 for our wedding reception venue over two years ago and just had our reception there this August! From our initial tour of the venue to our wedding date, the family was just amazing and so accommodating! Especially with everything related to coronavirus, Warehouse 109 made sure that our planning process was as easy as possible for us! The two weeks leading up to the wedding were crazy with our bakery and caterer having new policies related to coronavirus, and Cerena made sure that they picked up the slack in these areas! Overall, Warehouse 109 has the coolest and most unique vibe with the wall of motorcycles and the vintage style bar, and my husband and I fell in love with it instantly! Our guests loved all the vintage props where they could take pictures and the indoor and outdoor areas made it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy the night! Warehouse 109 really helped make our wedding day perfect!!! ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about Warehouse 109. My husband and I looked at several wedding venues and we walked away from each place saying “it’s nice, but…”. We couldn’t quite put our finger on what we were looking for until we saw Warehouse 109 and we both walked out and said “this is the place”. It had the indoor/outdoor feel I was going for, a wall of motorcycles that immediately caught my husband’s eye, and an outdoor garden ceremony area we were both looking for. We have received SO many comments from our guests about how cool and unique the Warehouse is and everyone loved taking advantage of the ample photo opps! Cerena & family were so amazing to work with from the very beginning, but especially once COVID hit and everything was turned on its head. They were so flexible and so accommodating through all of it - from my panicked emails about backup dates and plans, to officially postponing, to checking in on all of the latest government guidelines and restrictions, to finally executing a downsized version of our original plans. While I was hearing horror stories about other venues all but running away with their clients’ money, Warehouse 109 was offering us discounts and Zoom services. And despite the fact that they had several other couples they were working with (I have to assume considering they only had a handful of Fridays and no Saturdays left when we booked about 18 months out), Cerena always made me feel like we were their only clients and our wedding was her priority. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect and my family was going on about how great Debbie & Clayton were and how friendly and accommodating the Warehouse team was. My husband and I are both so pleased with our experience with Warehouse 109 and we highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a unique spot run by an amazing family!

LOVED the venue the second I came across it! I would recommend it to anyone! We are still getting compliments about it and how did we find it. It's also very reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly and VERy easy to work with!

I had my wedding reception here recently and from start to finish the team there was so organized and informative! I felt comfortable with all of the details and from the minute we visited we just couldn’t picture our wedding anywhere else. Day of we were greeted by Jen who was an amazing help. When I was told someone would be there all day to help I assumed they would be there to guide us around the venue but Jen was in the thick of it with us, helping distribute greenery, trim flowers for centerpieces and helping tote things (and people!) down to the bridal suite. This helped me so much as we were able to get everything set up very quickly so I could go down to the bridal suite and spend time with the bridal party and relax a little bit before the ceremony! My husband and I never had an empty glass and actually got to eat throughout the night thanks to the team checking in with us to make sure we were taken care of and Jen even helped get our bridal party wrangled for a sparkler sendoff photo that probably would not have happened without her. We seriously had the dream team! I highly recommend this venue not just for the beautiful setup and unique pieces but for the wonderful people who run it and for the amazing experience you will have!

Don't even bother looking anywhere else!! (We didn't 😁) It took us a while to get started with our wedding planning because I couldn't even find pictures of a venue we would like that was not astronomical in cost. Warehouse 109 has absolutely everything you could ever look for, including an incredibly friendly and family oriented staff. Our guests had an amazing time, and so did we!!!

They made my wife's dream wedding a reality Warehouse 109 is a beautiful space and multiple people said to us how they felt they were attending to a fairy tale wedding. From the garden to the courtyard to the venue itself, everything was perfect and unique. I also wanted to express how happy I was with the people who represented Warehouse 109. We were so impressed with how hard everyone worked and how attentive they were. The bartenders were on point and despite my friends and family's attempts, there was never a line and were always there for a great conversation. I cannot tell you how impressive the Warehouse 109 family is. Debbie checking in on us before the wedding and making sure we were in good spirits. Clayton was working his behind off, but had a smile on his face the whole time and any request we had, he made happen. And Cerena was extremely helpful acting as a wedding planner with every question answered in a timely fashion. They made my wife's dream wedding a reality.

Had my wedding at Warehouse 109 In May. My experience with this venue was about half good half not so good. Communication was not so good. I felt as if I was bothering the owner when I had questions. Prices were decent but everything is charged separate so the lower venue cost adds up with all the essential things you have to add from them. Overall the wedding went great, I went with their preferred vendor Angelis for catering which was great. And the outside ceremony was excellent. I loved the antique warehouse theme it went perfect with everything. I would just highly recommend having some sort of wedding planner or day of coordinator if your going with this venue, communication is not their top quality.

Very cool venue, but overlooked details that were expensive and inconvenient considering the amount of time planning. However; Jen, the venue manager, was AMAZING & super helpful!

Warehouse 109 is hands down the best venue in the Chicagoland area! The entire staff at Warehouse was so friendly and helpful during the planning process, which was such a huge help. You also get a day of coordinator on site for the day of that was a total lifesaver! Our wedding was a dream come true, we can’t thank you enough Warehouse 109!

I had both my ceremony and reception at Warehouse 109 and I cannot imagine a more perfect venue for us. The bridal suite, ceremony garden, and the warehouse itself are all picture perfect spaces. Cerena was my point of contact throughout the entire planning process and she made it so easy and stress free. Jen was our day-of manager and she was awesome, so nice, and SO helpful. She made sure our day went smoothly and that we were happy at all points throughout the day. I couldn't be happier with how the day went and I really recommend this venue to anyone. Our guests all had a blast and the bartenders did a great job handling my crazy family and friends. I couldn't have asked for a better venue or group of people to help with our wedding day.

We had our reception here and omg was it perfect. Absolutely perfect. Cerena and her family were so helpful and amazing. It’s just an incredible venue, there’s so many great things that warehouse 109 allows that most venues don’t. It’s truly a unique and wonderful space. Don’t miss out on this place! It’s stunning! We were able to get arrive as early as 10 AM to set up, we had all day access, they had already had all the tables and chairs set up when we arrived. We’re able to stay till midnight which is awesome too! Most venues have you end the party kind of early. We had so much fun and our guests loved the whole place!

We had our wedding reception at Warehouse 109 this past New Years Eve (12/31/18) and it was absolutely amazing. The owners and family that run the space were absolutely phenomenal! Cannot say enough positive things about them, the whole planning process and the venue itself. I had a specific look I wanted for our reception and this exceeded my expectations. Every single guest was in awe with the space!

We only looked at one venue and knew it would be perfect for our wedding day and it certainly was. If you want to be able to have a unique wedding and customize it to your liking then this is the place. All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how perfect the venue was for us as a couple and it really melded so well with the vision we had for our day. It’s a family run business and they run it as such. They make things personal, are so attentive and quick to answer questions and they made sure I was taken care of all day. We were the first couple to use the garden ceremony space and it was beautiful and accommodating for larger numbers. We were even able to have our dogs as part of the ceremony. I would absolutely recommend taking advantage of their bridal suite. It was a AMAZING to have the morning there and my hair and makeup team loved it and thought it was easy to work in. Our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect and I don’t think it would have been so perfect at any other venue.
