The newly constructed Turtle Creek Grand Ballroom is a spectacular wedding venue featuring 16-foot-high ceilings, timeless crystal chandeliers in an elegant décor, with a capacity of 300 guests. With a sophisticated setting, your event attendees have their own private entrance through the foyer which sets the scene for your special event.
For a more classic setting, the Crystal Ballroom can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 150 guests. This 2,400-square-foot space features 11-foot ceilings and showcases crystal chandeliers throughout. If you prefer an outdoor affair, the gorgeous Terrace adjacent to the Bridewell Suite is the perfect space. Each venue offers flexible floor plans, natural lighting and state-of-the-art sound systems. A wooden parquet dance floor is available for you to dance the night away.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at the Warwick-Melrose Hotel. We could not have asked for a more beautiful and professionally-managed venue. During the planning stages, the staff at the Warwick were attentive, informative, and unbelievably accommodating with all of our requests. The wedding itself was flawless; from the rehearsal dinner at The Landmark to the reception in the Turtle Creek ballroom…everything was perfection. The set-up and catering services were seamless and took off all of the pressure from our event. Needless to say, the hotel and accommodations are stunning, but it’s the staff and the service that sets this venue apart from the rest.

The Warwick was an absolutely gorgeous venue for my 60 person wedding in the crystal Ballroom. The suite booked for the bridal party was spacious and provided a lovely backdrop for getting ready photos and a first look with my dad. Would recommend!

We had our wedding reception in the Turtle Creek Ballroom and it was beautiful. We worked with Taylor McGee and she helped make our day perfect. She was very organized, responsive, positive, and always had a smile on her face. The Warwick also did a great job catering the to guests staying at the hotel. If you are looking for a venue I highly recommend the Warwick!

The Warwick is such a beautiful venue to get married at! I had my wedding there in January 2024 and we could not have asked for a better venue. The Turtle Creek Ballroom is gorgeous and everyone at the Warwick went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. They made us feel like we were the only wedding going on and were constantly in communication with us so that we felt comfortable with every decision! There was never a moment that I was worried about anything going wrong the day of the wedding because I knew the amazing coordinators and planners would take care of it! I could not recommend this venue more!

I need to give a shoutout to Ashley who was so helpful and kind throughout the process! The other reason I highly recommend having a reception here is because the food was incredible! I received so many complements from my guests about all of the food options. I highly recommend having your wedding here!

I had the pleasure of hosting my wedding at the Warwick Melrose Hotel, and it was an absolute dream! From the start, the event coordinator was outstanding—professional, attentive, and made the entire process a breeze. The venue’s inclusivity of chairs, tables, candles, and stage bars was incredibly convenient and made planning effortless.
The food was another highlight; our guests couldn’t stop raving about the mustard mashed potatoes! The culinary team truly impressed with their exceptional offerings. Plus, the hotel made accommodation for our guests incredibly easy, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay during the wedding weekend.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue that will have everything you need for your dream wedding, look no further than the Warwick Melrose! This beautiful, historic hotel will help you cut down on the number of vendors you will need to bring in with how much they provide in house! We had the pleasure of working with Ashley G and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, accommodating and provided lots of great ideas for us to consider. In addition to Ashley, her team was outstanding. I can’t tell you how many compliments I received on how quick and friendly the waitstaff was as well as how delicious the food was. This venue went above and beyond to make our wedding (October 2023) truly magical, and I can’t thank them enough.

I was given the advice when I started planning to get all inclusive vendors. DO IT! So much less to coordinate. So much less to worry about. I did everything myself concerning wedding planning and worked as a front line worker during the Pandemic. So many good things to say. Plus, Abby Rodriguez is absolutely amazing. Could not have had a better experience.
1) Food- you have to use their restaurant- TOTALLY worth it. I'm a foodie from a family of foodies. Everyone was absolutely amazed by the quality and taste of the food. I'm still getting compliments about it. Some people are even asking for recipes.
2) Abby Rodriguez- Angel on earth who is knowledgeable, organized, and amazing at her job. She helps you get all of the Warwick aspect set up prior to the wedding and if the set up/extras are minimal, she will coordinate these on the day as well. She functioned as a day of planner for us. Love her. Be good to her.
3) Things that are included- set up (if minimal extras that you bring in, they will do that as well), take down including sending your stuff to your room, clean up, bartenders, wait staff, place settings, table cloths, cake stand + knife, silverwear, napkins, etc. All of these things you don't have to go rent separately. I HIGHLY recommend this.
4) Absolutely stunning location/visuals. The Bridewell Suite has a balcony with a white tent and crystal chandeliers. Stunning! The Ball Room is as well. The hotel was built in the 1920s- the put tea lights in the windows and roses floating in water on the tables. The room glows at night.

I had such a perfect day due to the Warwick, the staff was wonderful and Cedric was always available with any needs we had (including going up to our room to bring down our gifts to my family that I forgot!). The food was exceptional and details such as having water outside in buckets to put out any sparklers that were still going were thought of for us. I felt like I was the only bride over the weekend and I know they had other events and a lot going on with covid restirctions in 2021. I loved this old historic hotel in Dallas prior to my wedding, but I cannot recommend it enough to other couples out there, it's in a fun area of Dallas and the customer service was above all else.

We got married 1/30/21 and had our reception at the Warwick hotel and it was fabulous! They helped us immensely throughout the process led by Cedric. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive and all our guests commented on how great the food was! I felt so special on that day thanks to everyone there!

We had our wedding on 11/7/2020, and it was everything we could have hoped for! The flexibility and compassion the Warwick showed through this process was amazing. We were supposed to get married 4/4/2020, and 7/25/2020, but had to push for obvious reasons. The hotel still did everything in their power to make our day exactly what we wanted! The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the service was incredible! Everyone had a fantastic time, and I am still in awe at how wonderful it was!

My daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and day after brunch were all held at the Warwick Melrose. I cannot offer enough for praise for this venue and all their amazing staff! The actually physical space is a stunningly beautiful historic site. The staff is beyond responsive; by the time I realized I wanted something done, the staff had already completed the task! The food was superb! I had more than one wedding guest compliment the both the quantity and quality of the food! Kristin Heath was my lifeline throughout the entire process. She walked me through menu tastings, ceremony setups, bar placements, not to mention Covid-19. The best decision we made related to my daughter's wedding was selecting the Warwick Melrose. I would book them again for an event in a heart beat; and have already recommended them to several friends. Professional, responsive and beyond supportive.

I can't even begin to say how wonderful our experience at The Warwick Melrose Hotel was. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that our the days leading up to our wedding as well as the entire wedding weekend went smoothly. Abby was our point person, and she was beyond phenomenal. She was fun, easy to get along with, and she understood what we wanted! I had a vision of how the wedding would be, and she exceeded my expectations. I wanted something funky, so I purchased a cotton candy machine, the sugar, and vitamins to make blacklight-reactive cotton candy. The team at the Warwick powdered the vitamins, experimented with the concoction and absolutely delivered a fantastic product. The best part? They cleaned the machine and gave me all the leftover stuff to keep! I couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better team. I went in with extremely high standards and expectations, and everyone there absolutely killed it. Everyone who came to the wedding said it was the best wedding and the best party they had ever been to. A huge thanks to everyone there, we will definitely be returning!

Our wedding was perfect! We were basically stress free during our planning. Abby handled everything. The food was AMAZING! The coordination of events was perfect and we even had a little weather to deal with. Love, love this historic hotel!! So beautiful and unique! They really met our every need without the high pressure sales. Abby was easily available and communicated every detail beforehand, even as I was changing the guest list literally up until the day before! Everyone said how wonderful our wedding was!! Cannot recommend higher!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Warwick! Abby is wonderful to work with and was very supportive throughout out the planning process. Our tasting was excellent and we had family/friends stay at the hotel multiple times before the wedding with all positive reviews. The day of the wedding, everything went on without a hitch! The staff worked well with all of our vendors and the reception was as smooth as a bride could dream it to be. The hotel itself is beautiful and I can't imagine a better place to celebrate our reception!

I don't even know where to begin. My new husband and I just got married at the Warwick this past weekend. We don't live in Dallas which made the planning process extra difficult. The hotel and especially Abby Rodriguez was amazingly helpful. Honestly, if it wasn't for Abby's help and constant reassurance, I don't know if I would have gotten through the day. Abby was also there during the entire event and making sure that us and our guests were taken care of. The hotel was amazing as it is and Abby just made it that much better. As the bride, I didn't see the room until I walked into the reception and it was better than I could have imagined. Thank you again for everything and making sure that we had the best day. All of our out of town guests also raved about the hotel and the food. Highly recommend!

Our daughter's wedding was at the Warwick on October 27th. Our friends' and family had a wonderful time. The rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. When I got home I realized that I had lost my license. I called them and they had found it. Within 48 hours I had my license back in my hands. Our guests' especially loved The Library (Bar), where you could also get a bite to eat. The food there, at the restaurant and at the reception was delicious.

We were married last New Year’s Eve and the Warwick provided the perfect backdrop for our Gatsby esque black tie affair. Abby Rodriguez made the planning process smooth and efficient and every member of the hotel staff seemed ready to help with our needs. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was, dancing into the New Year in the ballroom, and enjoying the after party in the Library Bar. I can’t recommend this gem of a hotel enough!

We had my son's rehearsal dinner here at the Melrose Hotel in the restaurant. It turned out so beautiful with the gracious help of Abby Rodriguez. She made sure everything was perfect! The Melrose was spectacular! The ballroom was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the food was great. All or our guests were raving about the wonderful wedding. The passed appetizers were delicious, and the entrees were unbelievable. My daughter, the bride, and her groom were both so happy. Also, the rooms for the guests were spacious and very comfortable.

We got married at the Warwick Melrose in November of 2017. Abby is a phenomenal social catering manager and does her best to make sure the wedding event goes smoothly and flawlessly. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and so easy to work with .The chef--I can't say enough good things about him. We wanted a "southern homestyle cooking" theme and he delivered. People still talk about the food! I highly recommend Warwick Melrose if you're considering getting married there. Another perk--they give you the Bridal Suite for free the night of the wedding as a gift! It's a beautiful room.

If I could rate this a 10 out of 5 I would. We were completely delighted with the excellence of service, quality of food and beauty of this venue for our daughter's wedding. Our contact, Abby, met and surpassed our every request during both the planning of our event and on the day of the event. The in-house chef (rather than a caterer) provided for the highest quality and freshest (and hot!) meal preparation. The hotel manager ensured that no detail was left unattended. Classic, elegant, and professional describes this venue and the service! I'm writing this as the Mother of the Bride - but my daughter whole heartedly agrees!!

I was married and had my reception here on April 29th and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and the venue itself had the perfect blend of modern amenities along with an "old school" vibe--our guests particularly loved the Library bar! We had 55 guests and had our reception in the Landmark Restaurant, and it was the perfect size for our smaller group. But the day wouldn't have been possible without the help of Abby Rodriguez. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly special wedding. From the very beginning, she made sure everything ran smoothly and helped us with food and beverage selections (the food was delicious), coordinated with outside vendors and even made sure I walked down the aisle on time. No request was too big and we felt like Abby, plus the entire hotel staff, worked tirelessly to make sure we had the wedding we dreamed of. Everyone at the hotel had a such a welcoming and positive attitude that our guests felt taken care of and I think it helped set the tone for a fantastic night.

DREAM Wedding. Kelley and her entire staff were such a pleasure to work with through the entire process. The venue itself is stunning, and we continue to get compliments from our guests on how wonderful the food, service, and atmosphere was. Kelley is truly a professional and handled my wedding as if it was the most important event in the world! Her reassurance and joyful attitude helped me, my husband, and my family feel as ease and know that our money was well spent. It was wonderful to be able to have friends and family stay in the same place as the wedding, and the Library bar was an awesome and fun gathering place throughout the weekend. We absolutely loved our reception and experience with the Warwick. Kelley was great to work with and very knowledgable. I initially chose the venue because of the foyer - I wanted my guests to walk in and be wowed. One of our favorite parts was definitely the food - our guests loved the macaroni martinis. No regrets over choosing the Warwick!

We had our reception at the Warwick for our wedding, and I honestly could not be happier for the way that things turned out. Kelley was a great help, especially the day of. We were running behind with pictures and she was so accommodating and making sure everything still flowed perfectly. Everyone at the hotel was so great the entire weekend. It ended up being a beautiful wedding and reception.
Also, it was pretty fun having the library bar at the end of the night!

I can't really say enough good things about this venue. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but the service completely exceeded my expectations. Every person on staff there made my wedding weekend feel so important. Pretty amazing when you think they do this every weekend. Even the valet made me feel so welcomed as the bride for the weekend every time I came and went (which was like a hundred times throughout the weekend). The venue itself was set up perfectly because you have the whole side of the first floor. It worked out great because people who didn't want to be in the ballroom dancing could hang out at the tables along the hallways right outside and chat and have a drink. The space really gives you options with this layout to accommodate different types of guests and allow them to not have to be inside dancing to the music if they don't want to be. Kelley is the wedding coordinator here and she was FABULOUS. I literally knew nothing about planning a wedding and it was ok because she just took care of everything. She made me feel like I was her only client - which is super hard to do when there are wedding every weekend! She never took more than a day to respond to an emial - and trust me, I emailed her a lot! I feel like you really get so much for your money here. It's an amazing location because it's close to everything in uptown/downtown dallas, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning (I'm an architect and am a sucker for the old architecture of the building so I may be a little biased :)), and the quality of the food and service just can't be beat. They were extremely generous and gave us wonderful room rates for our out of town guests. That was really a big deal for us because we had so many out of town guests and I personally feel like you can't ask them to pay a lot of money to stay at a nice hotel, but all of them were amazed at how reasonable the cost was for such a great place. That was a huge plus and just goes to prove how accommodating the hotel was. I wish I I could do it all over again! You absolutely will not regret having your wedding here!!

I just had the best day every at the melrose. Kelley made sure everything went perfectly and smoothly. She took care of EVERYTHING and was more than happy to answer any email I sent her over the course of planning the wedding. The venue was beautiful and Kelley let me wait until the last minute to decide whether we would chance setting up upstairs for the ceremony or just set up downstairs due to an overcast day. In the end, we were able to set up upstairs and luckily didn't get rained out!
The terrace was beautiful and the ballroom was a dream. Kelley handled all the little decorations I gave her and set them up exactly how I wanted them without me having to worry about them at all! The hotel took care of our every need without complication and dinner from the in-house restaurant was delicious.
I am so happy with my decision to get married at the Warwick Melrose Hotel. If I had to do it over, I'd choose the same place!

Our wedding at the Warwick Melrose was perfection. Kelley helped us with every little detail and suggested vendors that were top notch. We received compliments all night on how amazing the food was and how beautiful the hotel was. We had our ceremony out on the terrace and the reception downstairs in the ballroom. Thanks to Kelley's meticulous planning and the professional Warwick staff we didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding. Vintage elegance. Tradition. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty - and that's before they know you're the prospective bride. The Warwick Melrose prides itself on service and tradition for good reason, they excel at both. We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all at the Warwick Melrose, all under the thoughtful supervision of Miss Kelley Grosskopf - who is, without a doubt, one of the most talented individuals I've ever met. Every curve-ball I threw at her, she promptly turned into a home run without breaking a sweat. We had a little over 100 guests, were married on the terrace and held the reception downstairs - we had plenty of room. The food for both events were absolutely outstanding, had impeccable service, open bar (the Library Bar was also available to our guests), and we had an amazing party into the night. I received many compliments on the venue, from the staff to the details, all were very appreciated - even my other vendors complimented my choice! I highly recommend the Warwick Melrose for any occasion you might host - especially for the chance to work with Kelley, she will bend over backwards to make your vision come to life! You'll be amazed!

We had our wedding at the Warwick. We live in Dallas but are not from here so a hotel was the ideal choice since we would have a lot of out of town guests. We wanted a venue that was beautiful on it's own and allow some of our guests to see some Dallas history and be close to uptown and shopping. It was the perfect location and we loved it. Kelley is so professional, sweet and a pleasure to work with. She was so attentive and helpful throughout our engagement. My mom and I always felt so special after meeting with her after any appointment. She is wonderful. I highly recommend the Warwick Melrose.

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Warwick Melrose Hotel. Everything was amazing, it was truly the best night of my life! We knew the moment we walked through the doors that this where we wanted to hold our wedding. The hotel itself is breathtaking. We worked with Bethany in the beginning and were very impressed with how detail-oriented she was. We had the pleasure of being introduced to Kelley during our tasting as she took over the planning. It was hard to decide on the food because everything we tasted was mouth-watering. Kelley did an amazing job, was very attentive, friendly, and organized. The ceremony space was perfect for our wedding of 90 guests, the reception hall was beautiful, the food was unbelievable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were classic elegance. All of our guests had a great time and we had the perfect wedding!

The Warwick Melrose Hotel is a beautiful hotel and it was the perfect place for my reception! To start, the fact that they have only one ballroom is so great since you're not having to compete with another wedding or deal with random people stopping in. The Library Bar located at the hotel was perfect for hanging out after the reception. As to the reception itself, the ballroom and foyer were so beautiful and perfect. The food was absolutely amazing and their bar service as well as service staff were professional and perfect! Bethany, their wedding coordinator, is amazing! I was planning my own wedding and found myself so confused and overwhelmed - she was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns and did so without ever making me feel like I was bothering her. She made sure everything went perfectly on my wedding day and suffice it to say things went PERFECTLY! The staff at the Warwick are so great and professional and all my guests felt very well taken care of. If you are looking for a reception venue that will go above and beyond to make sure your big day is perfect I would look no further than the Warwick!

Having our wedding here was the best thing we did. The building and ballroom are just beautiful. The pictures online do not do the place justice, it is much more breathtaking in person. Bethany Wittenberg made the experience easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to help us with every detail, including help with vendors. She organized everything, so the day of I was stress free and had nothing to worry about. The food was outstanding, the sit down dinner was so perfectly timed with the amazing service. We had the ceremony and reception here and comfortably had a little over 100 people and a live band. The whole night ran so smoothly, it was truly my fairytale wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better place and for a better person than Bethany to work with. I can't say a bad thing. The night of the wedding we had a beautiful suite with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries along with a personalized note from Bethany. What an amazing day, we will be back to celebrate many anniversaries here.

The Warwick Melrose Hotel was the PERFECT venue for our wedding reception! We had 170 guests and a band in the main ballroom for our December wedding. We are still hearing rave reviews about the amazing food, guest rooms and service from our friends and family! Everyone LOVED heading to The Library Bar after the reception - Aubree Anna was performing that night, and I must say she is exceptional. The Warwick has become a very special place for my family - we look forward to creating many more memories here, for years to come!

We selected the Melrose as our venue because the facility is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to accomodate you. Living in Houston and planning my wedding in Dallas was no easy feat but with Bethany Bustin leading the way I was confident all would be okay. And it was better than even I could imagine. Bethany is meticulous and captured all the details I tended to overlook. The ceremony was held on the terrace and the reception in the ballroom. All my guest are still talking about it! Especially the food - not typical wedding food at all. I loved it and would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to have an upscale wedding.

When I was picking out our venue, I had a few options, but what sold me on the warwick was Bethany, the coordinator. After touring the site and going over what our wedding would look like, I knew I would be in good hands with her. I was definitely not disapointed! Our wedding was beautiful and everything we wanted it to be. Bethany made sure every detail was perfect and the food was amazing! People could not stop talking about how great the entire meal was. The entire staff was so caring and accomodating. You cannot go wrong choosing this venue, everyone is so committed to making all your dreams come true!

My daughter selected the Warwick Melrose Hotel for her reception on March 10, 2012. From the very first day of planning with Bethany, we were treated with professionalism and care. We knew we would be in very good hands! The night of the reception could not have gone any better. From the beautiful up-lighting to the outstanding service by the experienced wait staff and managers our guests were given the royal treatment. The rave reviews came flowing in from our guests over the food. The chef truly outdid himself with our fabulous meal. Many of our guests also stayed the night and were treated to the great rooms and service from the hotel staff. I cant imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Our friends, family and of course the new bride and groom said it was by far the best reception ever!

From the day that I decided on the Warwick Melrose Hotel for my wedding ceremony and reception to the day that we checked out to go on our honeymoon, the service and staff have been excellent. Everyone was very personable, attentive and professional, especially Bethany, our wedding coordinator. If you have a special event coming up, I would highly recommend the Warwick Melrose Hotel!

I knew the Melrose was right for our wedding as soon as I saw it. It is classic and elegant. Exactly what I wanted. Jackie, who is no longer there, was a great help planning. The food was excellent. The guest rooms were beautiful and affordable. The only problem I had was it was very hot in the ball room. I definately recommend having your reception here.
