We used the Waterstone Resort as the main hotel for our out-of-town guests and for the venue for our Friday Night Dinner. Karoline was incredible to work with, she was responsive, personable, considerate, helpful, informative and an overall positive energy to be around. We had a weather hiccup the day of (it was too windy to be outside), and she helped to swiftly adjust our party into an indoors area. Thank you Karoline, Maite, Farhan and the rest of the Waterstone team!

I don't even know where to start but this is the most beautiful, professional, accomodating, and affordable place in all South florida, I dont even know why would anyone wouldnt get married here. Andrea, our catering manager, is just unbelievable and always reachable, she made sure every single detail was done to perfection, their penthouse ballroom has a 360°waterview and the room is huge!! their staff was just great, including their banquet capitan Ronald and the sales room manager Jennifer, who accomodated 50 ppl from my wedding in a unbelievable room rate. God knows I looked everywhere, and this place is perfect for a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception flow, we didnt have to leave the hotel for the whole weekend, they have it all!! if you are looking for a waterfront ceremony and waterview reception, look no more, this is the place for you!

y re-decorated the ballroom with new tile and carpeting. The dance floor is really large 20 x 20. We had the buffet and were able to accommodate what we wanted. The food was really good and well received. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. We had an amazing wedding!!!

YOND to make our stay unforgettable. The people who work the front desk are the kindest and warmest front desk people we have ever met in any hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was made so special for us and they were incredibly accommodating and clean! The views are gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious as well! This hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend. Jennifer in sales is truly a dream and so caring! Thank you to The Watertsone for giving us an incredible wedding weekend-one we won't forget!

or to the event, so this venue was also able to throw together the PERFECT wedding on a short time table. The ceremony location cannot be beat; our pictures are stunning with the outdoor backdrop. Janira managed the event beautifully, with such professionalism and expertise, keeping in close contact with us during the weeks leading up to the event, helping us to handle last-minute changes to our guest count, and being there from start to finish on the day. Jennifer, the Director of Sales, handled our hotel room bookings for numerous out-of-town guests (who were all THRILLED with their accommodations and the service) and did an amazing job of alerting us when we had rooms booked and helping us to accommodate our guests' needs. Ronald, the banquet manager, was absolutely the best -- his staff were all polite, charming, professional, and treated us like we were royalty. The Waterstone was even able to fit us in to their restaurant at the very last minute when our reservation for the rehearsal dinner at a nearby location was unexpectedly cancelled. We are SO thankful that we chose this place as our wedding location -- ceremony and reception -- because every memory of the experience is a great one. We were both so relaxed throughout the event, knowing that everything was taken care of well. We looked at MANY venue options, and we are so so blessed that we made the right choice with Waterstone.

Our wedding, (11/21/2015) at the Waterstone Resort & Marina was a magical & memorable one thanks to Fran and her team. We had a welcome reception for our family and friends staying...

at the resort which totaled 15 rooms, on Friday evening. Jennifer did a great job with all the reservations! Our gift bags were given to guests at check in and all went well. On our wedding day we were blessed with rain so our ceremony had to be moved inside at the last minute and Fran took care of all the necessary adjustments making it a smooth transition. Our reception was on the top floor overlooking the ocean and intracoastal. It was beautifully decorated with floral arrangements from Blooming Buds in Boca Raton. We chose the buffet and the food was incredible! cake was provided by the resort and made by Scrumptious Susie. It was beautiful and scrumptious too! We used Mike Sipe Entertainment and I would use them again. We had DJ Ness, Alexander Star and two additional band members. They were all excellent! Everyone is still talking about our wedding and how amazing the entire evening was! We can honestly say that we had a great time at our own wedding! Thank you Waterstone Resort & Marina!

our special day truly amazing! From the ceremony outside along the intercostal to the cocktail hour and reception upstairs in the penthouse. It was exactly how we wanted the wedding to be. The staff and the food was amazing. People are still talking about how the wait staff was so attentive and the food was hot an amazing not the banquet food that you sometimes get at weddings.

mmodated. The staff here is so friendly and so ready for anything. They gave our gift baskets out without a hitch. They provided clean up for the suites to fix them up before the photographers came. I really had such a great stay here. Everything about this hotel was fabulous. It was so close to our venue and the valet was a huge help everyday.

re the last day to get the rate. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We did our first look in the presidential suite and most of our photos downstairs. We when got back to our room the night of the wedding we had champagne and chocolates waiting for us. I plan on staying here again for a weekend just to feel like I am somewhere exotic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone getting married in the area or to anyone just looking for a romantic weekend wanting to feel like they've "gotten away from the busyness of life".

hotos. The staff there was amazing, Jennifer Graham, helping me to reserve the right rooms and keeping me up to date on the progress of my guests. The team's service was very attentive and really helped me to feel secure in my decisions. Also, on the weekend of our wedding, the front desk attendant STORY was amazing! He was incredibly kind and was so helpful to me and my family. He made us feel so special and really helped us with all of our needs, water, carrying luggage, parking, etc. I was so relieved he was working the majority of the weekend I was there!
