Andrea, our catering manager, is just unbelievable and always reachable, she made sure every single detail was done to perfection, their penthouse ballroom has a 360°waterview and the room is huge!! their staff was just great, including their banquet capitan Ronald and the sales room manager Jennifer, who accomodated 50 ppl from my wedding in a unbelievable room rate. God knows I looked everywhere, and this place is perfect for a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception flow, we didnt have to leave the hotel for the whole weekend, they have it all!! if you are looking for a waterfront ceremony and waterview reception, look no more, this is the place for you!

y re-decorated the ballroom with new tile and carpeting. The dance floor is really large 20 x 20. We had the buffet and were able to accommodate what we wanted. The food was really good and well received. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. We had an amazing wedding!!!

YOND to make our stay unforgettable. The people who work the front desk are the kindest and warmest front desk people we have ever met in any hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was made so special for us and they were incredibly accommodating and clean! The views are gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious as well! This hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend. Jennifer in sales is truly a dream and so caring! or to the event, so this venue was also able to throw together the PERFECT wedding on a short time table. The ceremony location cannot be beat; our pictures are stunning with the outdoor backdrop. Janira managed the event beautifully, with such professionalism and expertise, keeping in close contact with us during the weeks leading up to the event, helping us to handle last-minute changes to our guest count, and being there from start to finish on the day. Jennifer, the Director of Sales, handled our hotel room bookings for numerous out-of-town guests (who were all THRILLED with their accommodations and the service) and did an amazing job of alerting us when we had rooms booked and helping us to accommodate our guests' needs. Ronald, the banquet manager, was absolutely the best -- his staff were all polite, charming, professional, and treated us like we were royalty. The Waterstone was even able to fit us in to their restaurant at the very last minute when our reservation for the rehearsal dinner at a nearby location was unexpectedly cancelled. We are SO thankful that we chose this place as our wedding location -- ceremony and reception -- because every memory of the experience is a great one. We were both so relaxed throughout the event, knowing that everything was taken care of well. We looked at MANY venue options, and we are so so blessed that we made the right choice with Waterstone.
