The landscape outside is well kept and perfect for spring pictures. The wedding team listened to every request and executed way above any expectations. We requested alcohol and special drinks not typically at their bar but they made sure to have it for our wedding. The food was to DIE FOR. Our guests continuously tell us several months later how much they enjoyed all courses and that it was the best wedding food they have every had. She just made the process enjoyable, even in some of the more stressful times. On the day of the wedding we were lucky enough to have Kathryn, Lindsey, and Mary supporting us. All three of them were so incredibly attentive. Our day went SO smoothly, and was even pointed out to me by members of the bridal party. As a vegetarian, I didn't expect to have a ton to eat at the wedding, but I was so wrong! Kathryn had a whole tray of vegetarian apps for me as soon as the ceremony was over. I felt so spoiled! A week later, we still have guests commenting on how amazing the food was (which people don't often expect at a wedding) and how great the space was. The separate cocktail hour space allowed some of the older guests to sit and relax away from the dance floor, which I hadn't even thought of when choosing a venue! The team at Waverly really goes above and beyond to cater to your every need. I will be forever grateful for them and all they did for us on our wedding day. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any future brides/grooms!!

Lindsey, Kathryn, and Mary were by our side the entire rehearsal day and wedding day, and made everything run seamlessly. They made us feel like family, and as our wedding was ending, we both said how much we will miss the staff at Waverly Oaks. We cannot say enough about Waverly Oaks and will whole heartedly recommend this venue to all our family and friends planning a wedding in the future. 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough!

Lindsey helped us from start to finish: planning the menu, advising on guest count and table array, decor layout, and anything that came through my creative process! Our guests were so impressed with the venue itself, the food, and the staff. The drinks and food flowed all night. Our cake from Montilio's (included in the wedding package) was a huge hit as well. The weather worked in our favor and we were able to have our ceremony outside, but Waverly offers beautiful options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, which is something that was important to me. There is also ample space to take indoor and outdoor portraits if needed. Our guests also loved the proximity to Plymouth, and we enjoyed a rehearsal dinner and after-party down by the waterfront. I would highly recommend considering Waverly Oaks for your wedding venue. It was perfect for a couple like us, who wanted most of the work "done" for them, leaving only selections like menu, vendors, and decor. Without Lindsey and Kathryn, I would not have enjoyed the wedding planning process as much as I did.

The facility itself is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for your bridal party to hide out before the ceremony and the privacy to take pictures of you and your new spouse after the ceremony. They easily turn an outdoor ceremony into an indoor ceremony at the drop of rain and never make it a stressful decision to make. On a personal note, my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer leading up to the wedding. I didn't exactly know how to tell the team at Waverly or if I even should. I finally let Lindsey and Kathryn know at our rehearsal that she would be in a wheelchair and may need some time to relax in the bridal suite when things got too overwhelming. They took it upon themselves to be not just great wedding coordinators, but also just incredible humans. They made my mom's day as easy and stress-free as possible, ensuring that I had one less thing to stress about. If you are thinking about Waverly as your venue, YES, book it, you won't regret it!

In addition to the amazing staff, the grounds are beautiful! They have a stunning outdoor pergola for outdoor ceremonies & an indoor space dedicated for a rain backup plan! Plus hardwood floors, no ugly carpet 😉 All of the food was delicious. Our guests LOVED the mini chicken quesadillas and beef Wellington during cocktail hour. I still have people messaging me about our espresso martini wedding cake provided by Montilios. They’re simply the best! You won’t be disappointed!

She answered my questions promptly, offered guidance, and is so kind that I was honestly sad to not be working with her anymore once the wedding was over! The food at Waverly is also amazing. The tasting we did was phenomenal and you get to try so many options! Our guests commented on how good all of the food was repeatedly. live in Kansas. My family is from MA and his is from PA. From the start we knew that planning a destination wedding was going to be stressful for us. Little did we know that Lindsey and Kathryn would be helping us every step of the way and would help make our planning process absolutely flawless! The venue and catering was actually the least stressful part of it all thanks to this amazing venue! The accommodations they made for us to have a tour and food tasting whenever we came to town to visit family made us feel like they truly cared about us as people and not just another couple getting married at the venue. And it didn't stop there. Lindsey and Kathryn are true pros when it comes to planning a wedding. Lindsey was always able to answer any questions I had no matter how far out or how close the wedding was. Whether it was about what time guests should be picked up, to what kind of signs I needed, to where to have our rehearsal dinner, she always had input for us and always responded in a timely manner. She is absolutely amazing when it comes to helping you plan for a wedding and the best part is that her and Kathryn are also there on your wedding day!! From day one from our tour all the way to our wedding day, they were there through it all. I remember I didn't get any of the appetizers during cocktail hour because we were busy taking pictures and Kathryn ran off and brought me back my own plate. It probably didn't seem like that big of a gesture but to me that meant so much. Kathryn even helped my Dad fold his pocket square and put on his cuff links that I got him as a gift. She truly does it all! Oh and they don't stop there! Lindsey, Katherine and their staff set up and break down all your decorations for you on wedding day!! How amazing is that?! One less thing to worry about! And they do an amazing job at it! I had candles that I wanted to use but didn't know exactly where to put them and they were totally okay with that and said they would find places to use them. They are just so amazing at what they do and some of the nicest people I have ever met. We have received nothing but wonderful reviews from our friends and family saying how beautiful our wedding was. Some went as far to say it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and several asked how we found this hidden gem of a venue. A big part of that goes to this venue and its staff. It is drop dead gorgeous and the people working there are truly amazing. Our guests have also been raving about the food. SO SO GOOD! And the amount of choices you have is almost overwhelming! Kathryn also helps you and your photographers find places to take pictures for golden hour around the course so you aren't wasting time. You even get to ride in a golf cart with a Just Married sign on it. How cute is that?! Also not to mention just how beautiful the venue is in general, there are so many places for beautiful photos. The high ceilings and massive windows make the venue opulent but the fresh cape-y feel keeps it from feeling snooty. Lindsey is everything you could ever want in a wedding coordinator. Stunning landscaping surrounds the outdoor wedding area which consist of every brides dream setup with a beautiful outdoor brick catwalk leading to a white pergola flanked by flawlessly manicured grass where guests sit. They have a charming and glamorous bridal suite with a private bathroom/changing area for the bride. The reception area is spacious and elegant with a flat floor so guests don’t trip on anything. The bar just outside of the guests reception is not just one of those pop-in corner counter units, but rather a full built-in bar with surrounding seating for a fabulous cocktail hour and resting/gathering area for guests during the wedding. Beyond the venues fabulous decor is the wonderful and incredible people running the events. They are hard workers! Everyone at the venue from the top down we’re simply wonderful. Lindsay, the wedding coordinator, is amazing and organized. She’s professional, responsive, explains things well, gives sensible tips and advice, and has a panache for working with Brides, grooms, and their families. She and Kathryn kept everything running exceptionally smooth. Kathryn, the owner, is kind, welcoming, and so open to accommodating needs and wants. She treated everyone involved meaningfully and respectfully. The chef (I wish I could remember his name!) is top-notch! Our guests couldn’t quit raving about the food. Many said it was some of the best food they had ever had. The food tasting was spectacular. I’ve had other children get married and this food tasting was beyond the norm! A generous selection of every course and I don’t have words for how good the food was. Those who attended talked about the tasting (feasting) for weeks after! The wait staff and bartenders were spot on. There was never an empty glass, they were attentive and professional. They really seemed to care about the family and guests - something almost unheard of these days. From the wedding party to all the guests in attendance everyone raved about the venue and food. I had many guests tell me it was the best wedding they’d ever attended; a high compliment considering some of the guests have attended hundreds of weddings and others had just attended several this year. We couldn’t be more grateful for the immense work the Waverly Oaks team put into our daughter’s and new son-in-law’s special day. They helped make it a wonderful day we will always remember. I’m short, you can’t do any better than to pick this venue for your wedding.

solutely BREATHTAKING. The minute we toured Waverly, we were obsessed with the sprawling golf course, the charming patio, the open cocktail space and of course the grand ballroom. Second, Lindsey and Kathryn made the day absolutely seamless. They were so thoughtful, caring, organized and their attention to detail put me (who is very Type A) at ease. Having a team like them behind you for your wedding day is truly underrated. Our guests raved about the food and commented how the venue had a place for everyone. If you didn't want to be on the dance floor, you could be in the cocktail space or outside by the fire pit (instead of just sitting at your table). It really was a dream come true and I can't thank Lindsey, Kathryn and the Waverly team enough. If Waverly is on your list, I promise you won't regret it.
