I appreciated the helpful customer service. We had chauffeur, Scott C., and he was awesome! I very much enjoyed working with him. He was super friendly and accommodating. I loved that he communicated with me thru texts. He really helped in the success of my couple's wedding day. Hope to work with him again!

The booking process was easy and we were even allowed to bring our dog on the bus, she had to wear shoes but not a big deal for her, just some funny walking at first. For booking, we had to send all of the stops we wanted to do take before hand due to a Chicago ordinance. If you are taking alcohol on the bus and you are traveling into or out of Chicago city limits you have to pay for a security guard to be on the bus as well. The booking part was easy and without any hiccups. The bus arrived on time and was clean. The problems started right after arrival though. The driver claimed to not know the address of the first stop, which I confirmed was in the email with all of the stops. After one stop downtown, the driver, Dan, dropped us off at another spot and our photographer told him where to pick us up and when. When it was time to be picked up, the bus was no where near what was agreed and did not know his way around the city to get back to us. Thankfully our photographer was able to give him turn-by-turn directions. After being picked up and we were going to our next spot, driver made a complete circle back to where we were just picked up. We also sat in silence and in the dark because he was not sure how to turn the music or lights on for the back..after the lights and sound system were already on for the first trip. Overall, I would not recommend WayToGo as a transportation company. The driver was not familiar with the bus, he was not familiar with the city or the best routes to take. There were also some instances of hard brakes, swerves, and hard turns during the ride that made everyone feel uncomfortable. The price for a 6 hour charter in October with 18 people was $1987.

ine. They were extremely accommodating throughout the entire booking process. In addition, our photographers told us that our driver - Nicholas Sawyer - was the best trolley driver they’ve had. He knew the best routes to take, knew exactly where we were wanting get to, and even personally helped the bride and guests up and down the stairs. Highly recommend!

re also supposed to run trips back to the hotel every hour (the drive was about 50 minutes round trip) and the timing was off all night. I am not sure why that happened, but at the end of our wedding the last run was supposed to occur at midnight and the shuttle didn't arrive until 12:20, leaving our guests stranded outside until he arrived. Overall the driver was not very helpful and I was not impressed with the services provided.

The one thing to not make this 5 stars is just that when there was a bigger bump on the road, it cut out the speaker a few times and we had to reset it, but other than that, it was an amazing ride and mode of transport for our big day! We would definitely recommend this company for any couple looking for an affordable, but classy, clean and fun mode of transport!

The driver jammed out with us (we almost missed the church) but he was helpful, careful, considerate, and I would not have gone with ANY other company. The best part was the Fusion Trolley. It has Limo style seating with cup holders and cushioned seats, but the antique and rustic wood trimmings as well. It was beautiful, luxurious, comfortable and a total dream come true!

an other limo vendors I reached out. Granted, still think it can still be a little pricey but it was better than most places. One of the weird things was one limo driver called me the night before and was asking if I can be ready any earlier than 7:30am (which is already early) when I had booked this in advance. That was just kind of a weird thing to ask. I did not get any emails like others regarding the business going out though.

re are not a lot of trolley companies, and they wanted to give people time to find another trolley if their deal with the bank didn’t go through. We chose to trust them, and I am glad we did. The trolley was amazing. It was white, had a balcony off the back, air conditioned, and had comfortable limo seating rather than benches. It was better than what I envisioned. The driver was on time, actually early, and was very helpful getting the ladies in heels and dresses on and out. Overall, very satisfied.

other trolley companies. I had a bridal party of 20 people so I needed something more spacious. We fit very comfortably on the trolley. The owner was very responsive at all times which I really appreciated. We did have a bit of a scare though where 3 months before our wedding this company announced they would be no longer in business. This left us in a bit of a panic since we thought we had transportation set and were set on a trolley. There could have been a bit more communication on what those with reservations should do (if the company will find us new trolleys or if we're off on our own) . Two weeks later we were notified that they were back in business. The day of service was great. They came on time and nice and clean trolley. I also loved how the driver helped all the bridesmaids and me off the trolley. It was really really sweet of him. =) I'm still giving 5 stars because honestly everything from the customer service to the day of service was great and the price was right.

Then, a few weeks later I got an email saying they were back in business and curious if I wanted to rebook. This seemed a bit shady to me. Needless to say, I did not rebook, but be wary if this company if you do book with them in the future.
