Wayne Ace

Our drivers were great! We hired Wayne Ace Bus & Limo to run a guest shuttle for our wedding as well as a party bus for the bridal party. Comments from our guests were that the shuttles were on time, easy to find, and ran smoothly. Our bridal party shuttle had to do a lot of running around and our driver didn't miss a beat. If you want good service and a great price - go with Ace!

Super easy to work with. Our driver was on time and was very flexible! He put up with a loud and crazy wedding party so well. Booking the party bus was one of our best decisions for our wedding day!

Wayne is a gruff guy, but did a wonderful job coordinating the transportation at our wedding. We had a shuttle running from The Lageret in Stoughton to John Nolan in Madison. We thought it would be a nice compliment to the open bar. I did not have a chance to ride the shuttle but all of the guests sure thought the driver was a nice guy and were very thankful to have a safe ride home. The bus was clean (as could be with a bunch of drunk wedding guests) and all of the "pick up" and "drop off" times were very accurate! We rented a smaller bus for the wedding party to take a cruise after pictures and before dinner. Our driver was AWESOME. She was extraordinarily friendly and sweet. She was even dancing to our music! Overall without Wayne Ace's Transportation our wedding would not have been complete. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of transport.

I don't know...these guys were just...not the best. The best price, for sure! He gives amazing deals. But the communication is awful...you would have to call or email several times. We ordered a 32 passenger bus and a school bus. The 32 passenger driver was very nice and welcoming..granted he barely had to drive us anywhere. However, the school bus driver, who was transporting guests back and forth from the hotel to the reception and back, was the most unfriendly guy ever. He took way over an hour for a trip that was 40 mins round trip. No idea where he was. And there was no number to call to get in touch with him to find out where he was..couldn't call Wayne (though we did) because he never answers. Wayne is very easy going and doesn't need much communication..he just said to provide him with a schedule the week of the wedding. Okay so I checked off this vendor in my head and focused on other things. So I gave him the schedule for the two buses and he wrote in an email back saying that it looks good. I was concerned because we had an early start time, so I double confirmed the time. And after that email he said that wouldn't work...I'm thinking he didn't even look at the schedule I sent him...so that had me worried the entire day that buses weren't going to show up. I also emailed him several times after asking for a confirmation about the revised schedule, and never received one from him. So if you're okay being a bit anxious on your wedding day about whether things will work out or not for transportation, then yeah! I would totally go with Wayne because his prices really can't be beat.

The driver was so kind and so fun! He was on time and made every stop we needed! So much fun. Loved working with them!

I am not one to give bad reviews, however, I feel like I need to warn other brides and grooms out there. We booked a 32 passenger bus at least 7 months before our wedding. We paid our deposit and everything was good. About 3 weeks before the wedding we had a change of plans and needed a larger bus. We called Wayne, as always he said he was not by his book and would call us back. Also per usual he never called us back (this happened approx. 5 times). After we finally got ahold of him he confirmed the 45 passenger bus was ready and would not be any extra charge. Great! Come wedding day, we walk out of the church to see a bus that was not the 45 passenger- he sent the 27 passenger bus! We were jam packed on the bus, the driver was not nice at all. We called Wayne right away and he came up with all sorts of excuses..his best one was that he was tired when he wrote up the contract. As a bride/groom, there is a lot of planning and money that goes into a wedding and for them to send a bus almost half the size of the one requested definitely put a damper on the day. After the day, we found out that there was another event by ours that needed the 27 passenger bus and that is probably why he sent that one...to streamline things for him. Sadly, we were extremely disappointed with the customer service from Wayne Ace. His communication and customer service was well below average. Thankfully our wedding party didn't seem to mind sitting in the aisle and on each other's laps! Just be cautious when booking with Wayne Ace.

My husband and I just got married this past Saturday. We used Wayne Ace for our party bus. My husband and I and our entire wedding party had a blast on the bus. We were allowed to bring a cooler on the bus, which of course the guys all loved! The driver was fun as well and let us play music on the bus. The bus was very clean and arrived promptly! Very good experience!

We used Wayne Ace to transport our wedding party from the church to the reception. We were very pleased with the service as well as the limo. It was nice there were cup holders for guests to use and plenty of room for everyone to sit. The driver was on time, knew where to go, and was very pleasant. Would highly recommend!

We got a limo bus for our wedding. They said it would hold 30 people. We had 20 people on the bus and it was very comfortable. Everyone could spread out and not be right on top of each other. The only bad thing I would have to say is the bus doesn't have a place to store beverages. We had to have coolers on the bus to keep drinks cold. They do have cup holders though, which is a bonus!

I would recommend Wayne Ace to anyone! Lee, our driver was on time and knew exactly where he was going.

We used Wayne Ace for our wedding last November to shuttle our wedding party around Madison for pictures and to the reception. The price was beyond fantastic (at least half what everyone else charged) and we got a beautiful bus to boot. The driver was kind, courteous, on time, and safe. I really could not have been happier with the service we received from Wayne and his crew, and I have recommended them to several friends and family.

I chose a bus for our wedding transportation so the bridal party's sig others could also come along. It was a lot of fun! Wayne Ace has by far the cheapest prices in the Madison area, by like $500. Their buses are not as glamorous as some of the other party buses, but for half the price I thought was worth it. Plus we only used the bus for transportation from the church to the reception with a couple stops inbetween, so it didn't bother me that it wasn't that fancy. I would recommend this company to others for sure!

We used this company to get guests and wedding party from location to location. The bus driver was very friendly very open to everything we wanted. The bus was clean and well maintained. I would use this company again.

I had a horrible experience with Wayne Ace. I booked 2 31-passenger shuttle vans to transport our guests to and from the ceremony. I found them at the Madison bridal expo, and saw the nice shuttle they had parked outside the Alliant Energy Center. We booked them on the spot. Closer to the wedding, I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to confirm the plans, but after about 5 days, I finally did. The day of the wedding, I get a phone call as I'm getting into my wedding dress from one of the shuttle drivers, acting like he has no idea what he should be doing (I had confirmed everything with Wayne the day before). So here I am about to walk down the isle in a couple hours, and the shuttle driver is being a complete jerk to me. Very poor communication on their part. I should NOT have been bothered. Then to top it off, instead of arriving in the nice shuttles we saw at the expo, we had two BlueBird bus things that looked like old prison vans. It was extremely embarrassing, as everything else at our wedding was high end. I felt like we got completely taken advantage of. The drivers were rude, and even after the ceremony they were causing drama, because they didn't know what they should be doing. Seriously, stay away from this company!

We loved them as our limo service. Just had a driver that didn't know the best route to our locations but we made it through because we had someone on the bus to direct them.

We didn't want to overspend on this category... we went with the 31 passenger, which was great for us. It wasn't fancy, but we weren't looking for leather seats and a stripper pole. 4 hours at $550 is probably the best deal in the area.

We went with Wayne Ace Limo because of their cost. We were informed that the limo we were going to be getting was exactly like the ones they had at the wedding show. But when it showed up the day of our wedding it looked like a prison bus painted black. We were told that the limo would seat 30-35 people which it did but also was told that it would have lights, champaign glasses, and that it would be elegant. After our wedding We called Wayne and we gave us back our security deposit which is better than nothing but this limo bus was very embrassing. We made the best of it and decided to get our picture taken with the bus making it a joke. You know its bad when the driver even says after you tell him it looks like a prison bus that he gets that ALL the time.... My advice is to make sure you look at the exact limo you are getting before it comes to pick you up the day of the wedding.

Wayne Ace was a reliable and affordable solution to transporting family and friends between the Ceremony location and the Reception and not have to worry about traffic and parking on a Friday in Madison, WI. They were timely and friendly and had an affordable cost for a limo bus. I would recommend Wayne Ace.

I used Wayne Ace despite some other people telling me how unprofessional he was. I never dealt with him other than on the phone but those conversations gave me the creeps. The people he sent to drive the buses were great and super nice (used twice) and I would recommend them for that reason. If you don't care about the quality of bus, then by all means use this company. I was told there was an Ipod player (which there isn't--need an adaptor cord) and a "stripper pole" (which is actually the bar you hold on to when getting on and off). Just FYI.
