My husband and I could not be happier with our choice of WBG for our wedding at Kinney Bungalow. Our guests raved about the food, the Pumpkin Tortelloni was a huge hit! KC was so great to work with. Not only did she help with getting everyone down the aisle and timing of the evening, WBG set up our decorations for us. The staff was friendly and so helpful. (And we didn’t have to spend a fortune!) WBG is the best!

KC was amazing to work with. Not only does WBG let you personalize your menu (especially if you have guests with dietary restrictions) but they also help to set up your decorations for the reception. Our wedding reception was at the Towers and it was very easy for them because they have so many events there, KC knew everything about the space, logistics, etc. Also, the food was incredible! Highly recommend!

From our first meeting with KC to our wedding date, my husband and I could not have been happier with West Bay Gourmet! KC was very flexible with meeting times and answered all of our questions leaving us both feeling at ease while planning our wedding! She can take a few days to respond to emails, but trust me when I say she knows how to execute a wedding with very little room for error! We were married at the Kinney Bungalow on September 14th and opted for the fall menu options – Filet with horseradish-tarragon crème, chicken with a lemon, white wine, caper & oil sauce AND pumpkin tortelloni with a sage crème sauce, along with passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. My husband and I had one of each dish served to the sweetheart table and we could not decide which was our favorite – I literally cut the filet with a butter knife and could not stop eating the pumpkin tortelloni! All of our guests seemed very happy with their entrees, judging by all of the empty plates, and I have never seen so many people at a wedding sharing plates in order to taste everything… Seriously, the best wedding food ever! KC and her team also set-up our wedding beyond what we could have ever imagined! Our venue allowed for us to be very creative as all décor needed to be provided by the bride & groom, and KC’s team absolutely killed it with the set-up! Between the U-Haul full of flowers and specific look we were going for, they were able to place everything perfectly and did not damage a single item – not to mention they were able to pack everything back up in our U-Haul for easy transport the next day! We could not have been happier with KC and her team and hope to attend another wedding where she is the caterer – yes, the pumpkin tortellonis are what dreams are made of!

People are still complimenting the food we served at our wedding! KC and her team were so amazing in helping set up, planning a great menu, and incredibly flexible when presented with a last minute ask. We are so happy that they were able to work with us to make our day perfect!

Amazing experience with WBG! KC was there from start to finish and then some. Not only does this company cater, they coordinate for you as well. We initially met with her at our venue where she had worked at previously, which made us feel comfortable. We reviewed food options as well as decor. We were able to drop off centerpiece items, favors, signs, etc. to her a few days before the wedding, which took off so much last minute worrying. Another aspect we loved was the bar option where we provided the alcohol. It saved us so much money and allowed us to have an open bar, which was important to us. They also go out and grab you more of something if you run out! KC was so responsive to emails, which I sent many of. Answered all questions promptly and gave her opinion when I asked. She checked in with me a couple times the day of the wedding as I was getting ready to assure everything was absolutely perfect, which it was. At the end of cocktail hour when we had returned from taking pictures, she met us with a tray of hors d’oeuvres and ensure we had some! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. We received so many compliments about the food and service. After the wedding, KC and staff cleaned up and removed everything we provided, which we had picked up the following day by family. We had some issues with the lack of staff at our wedding venue itself, but we had peace of mind knowing KC would be there. I honestly cannot say enough about our experience with WBG. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for catering services. Thank you for making our wedding day perfect!

KC and team were absolutely phenomenal for our wedding at the Towers! The food was amazing (we received tons of compliments from our guests) but what was truly incredible was the care and attention KC and her team dedicated to our day. They set up all of the decor which looked amazing, and regularly checked in with us to see what we needed. KC was there as we stepped out of the limo, asking us what we wanted to drink, getting it from the bar, and handing it to us as we stepped out of the elevator into the reception area. We truly felt like royalty. I highly recommend West Bay Gourmet!

We loved working with KC and her team at WBG. I was planning a wedding in RI from WA which I thought would be tricky but KC made it pretty easy. She was accommodating of our dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy and my husband's other allergies) and was quickly able to offer substitutions on her original menu. While the planning experience was great the food was even better! Everyone was blown away by dinner and the brunch the next morning. We could not have asked for better service!

We cannot give enough praise to KC Bishop and her WBG team. From start to finish, the WBG team did a fabulous job of helping us realize our dream wedding. WBG was professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly easy to work with. The menu that they created perfectly matched our desired palate and budget. The setup and decor was stunning! Throughout the day of our wedding, the entire team was incredibly attentive, not only to the wedding party, but to every single guest. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or team. You will not regret working with this incredible team!

KC and her WBG team were fabulous! The food was so delicious and far from your standard “wedding food.” KC and her team helped us to get creative in planning some special cocktail hour treats including a chowder bar with clam cakes and mini philly cheese steaks as a nod to my wife being from PA! Everything was seamless! They even went out of their way to take special care of my great aunts and uncles that were in attendance. The WBG team made our wedding day stress free, setting up and breaking down all of our decor even including our favor table at the end of the night! From multiple tastings, setting the reception perfectly, to all the added personal details along the way WBG was truly fantastic. We without a doubt recommend WBG for anyone’s special occasion!

Amazing staff, amazing food. KC was extremely helpful and professional! This is the 3rd time we have used the services of WBG for a family wedding and we have been even more satisfied each time. They assisted in setting up the venue and making sure our decorations were perfect. Would recommend to anyone in the RI area

West Bay Gourmet was an excellent caterer and were great to work with. KC and her team really did a great job in putting together a great menu for our wedding at the Towers. We had little experience with planning a wedding and KC made us feel very at ease and handled everything so that we had one less thing to worry about on our big day. During the planning, they asked all of the right questions to make sure that we were getting the wedding that we wanted and they took all of our considerations and requests into account when planning the menu. We had a lot of people visiting from out of town so we wanted to have some local dishes, and KC planned a great menu that was both local and seasonal to fit what we wanted. At the tasting, there wasn't a single thing that we didn't enjoy. At the wedding, the WBG team was so friendly and helpful and everything went very smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. There was a little hiccup with the tablecloths, but they handled the situation well and everything went on as planned. Everyone loved the food and the menu had a wide variety of things for everyone to enjoy, even the picky eaters. The clam chowder and clam cake was a favorite, and even some locals called it one of the best clam chowders that they've had. It was a pleasure to work with WBG for our wedding and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

KC was so easy to work with from the beginning and ensured that everything served at our wedding was Perfect!! The bar kept all of our guests hydrated throughout the nigh!! We had so many compliments from our guests on dinner, both the filet and mahi mahi were cooked just so. From the appetizers to the crudité table to dinner, it was all AMAZING!!

WBG catered our wedding at Kinney Bungalow this past August. They did such an amazing job! KC was so calm and relaxed, helping me to relax when I'd start to get stressed about all the details. There were times when I wished that she would have responded to my emails a bit quicker, I did have to chase her down a few times. The food was delicious and we loved the special little details, like the shot of clam chowder with a crab cake. KC was able to accommodate our requests for different kinds of beer and wine. We were also able to have local ice cream and delicious cookies for dessert instead of cake. One of the best parts of using WBG was the fact that we were able to drop off all of our reception decor and favors the week before. They set everything up perfectly at the reception venue. They also packed everything up for us at the end of the night and we were able to pick the items up later that week. It was amazing to not have to worry about taking everything home at the end of the night! WBG catered the brunch that my mom hosted the next day at our rental house. The food was again amazing and the brunch was so relaxed since my mom didn't have to worry about cooking, set-up, and clean-up the morning after the wedding. Overall, WBG did an amazing job and we are very happy that we worked with them!

WBG and KC were fantastic from beginning to end. WBG put together a wonderful tasting of passed hors d'oeuvres and meal options. The food was delicious, and we had numerous compliments on the grilled shrimp that was a part of both entrées. In addition to delicious food, their service was top notch! They attended to every little detail with professionalism as well as being personable. We would higher them again without hesitation, and highly recommend them to anybody who wants their special day to go off without a hitch and not have to worry about anything except showing up! Thanks, KC, Healy and the rest of the staff at WBG! You truly made our wedding a day to remember!

KC was amazing!! From the moment i first spoke to her, and talked through what i wanted, she was so helpful. I didn't want the typical chicken, fish or steak for the meal at my wedding nor a wedding cake, and she had many ideas to share to allow us to review the different menu options and create a menu of our own that we loved! We also had a price point we needed to stick to and she helped us with that, and we ended up with a menu and price that were exactly what we wanted. She also did a brownie sundae bar for us, which was also amazing. Not only did we enjoy the food (i want more NOW!), all of our guests are still raving about it! Besides the food, KC also served as a our day of coordinator. She dealt with all the vendors and the venue and made sure everything was just right, as well as set up the venue exactly how we wanted to, and made sure the timing of the day was right. She made sure we ate! and drank! Honestly, she went above and beyond, and she was always smiling. I highly recommend WBG to anyone, and we will use them again!!

A friend of mine recommended WBG for our wedding reception and I'm so grateful! KC was a delight to work with from the beginning. She made what I thought would be a daunting and stressful task, easy. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of suggestions. She and her staff set up all of our centerpieces, decorations, gift tables, guest book etc because she didn't want us to have to worry about that on our big day since we would have plenty of other things to worry about. I wasn't sure how to arrange the seating plan for our reception (since we weren't using a venue so we had to design that ourselves) and KC was more than happy to help me come up with a floor plan. Her prices were more the reasonable for the services she provided. She and her staff even set up our candy buffet which is what we used for favors! Any of the guests I've talked to so far were so impressed with the food and the set up. WBG did an incredible job!! If anyone is looking for a caterer--go with them!!!!! You won't regret it!!!

I cannot tell you how impressed we were with the caliber of service we received from West Bay Gourmet. As many brides can agree, planning a wedding can be very stressful. We really didn't know where to begin or how all of the logistics worked, but what we did know is that we really wanted a variety of food, not a sit down, and also food that reflected the New England flavor where we live. From our first meeting, KC at WBG put our minds at ease and helped us pick a menu that was true to who we were. She was patient, flexible, understood our vision, and was actually the person who recommended our venue for us based on what we told her we wanted. She helped us find a vendor for our tent, coordinated everything, changed plans as we needed, and dealt with my type A personality and constant questions. The week of the wedding we had dropped off loads of reception decor with some simple instructions on how to set things up and a recipe for our signature cocktail, but after that, we put all of our faith in KC and her staff. West Bay Gourmet exceeded our expectations in every aspect and made our wedding better than we could have imagined. They set up all of our rustic decor so beautifully, made a kick ass cocktail, took care of all of the logistics for that day and packed up our decor and allowed us to store it at their facilities while we were on our honeymoon. During the wedding, both KC and her staff we incredible to the guests--personable and professional and KC made sure that we were fed and taken care of. Additionally, I was told repeatedly from multiple guests that our food was the best wedding food they've ever eaten. The various stations of food were a big hit with our guests and everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Everything was picture perfect and WBG was responsible for giving us a spectacular wedding. We are still beaming about how well it all turned out thanks to them! I would recommend this catering company to any bride in Rhode Island. We could not have asked for a better company and we got so much more than what we paid for. KC and her staff are experts in the industry, the food is amazing, and you can rest assure because they will take care of whatever you need them to. They are the best!

I cannot express how incredibly happy and thankful we are for choosing WBG to cater our wedding!!! KC and her team are rock stars and were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the wedding planning process. They are organized, professional, energetic, flexible, and their food is amazingly delicious and creative, with a lovely local flare. On our wedding day, they made everything happen while providing fantastic service. From the start, I knew that everything would be ok after meeting KC. We had our reception at the Towers, which does not provide any real event staff, and we weren’t hiring a coordinator of our own. But, KC was so organized and had done so many successful events at the Towers previously that we knew we wouldn’t have to worry. She and her team go beyond the call of duty – from coordinating rentals, to setting up all of our decorations (and taking them down), to making batches of sangria for us in advance of the wedding, to making sure the groom and I (and our entire wedding party) had everything we needed at all moments of the night. WBG was also extremely respectful and accommodating when it came to our budget. High quality food was very important to us, and we really wanted to do a seated dinner, but we were also working within a fixed budget. KC put together a few different options for us, all of which stayed within our price range, which was greatly appreciated. Finally, WBG is very flexible when it comes to food options – they have some many options to choose from and can do almost anything. And the food itself is delicious. One particular item that was a huge hit was the passed “lamb on the bone” during cocktail hour. Our entrees (salmon with tropical fruit salsa, rosemary lemon chicken) and all of their accompaniments (couscous with fresh peas and mint, grilled vegetables, salad, bread) were all incredibly delicious, too. I would highly recommend WBG to anyone, especially if you are planning a wedding and want someone whom you can truly rely on!

From the moment I connected with KC at Westbay, I knew she was going to be my caterer. I instantly felt so comfortable with her and knew that I could leave everything to her and not have to worry. I was willing to hire her without even tasting the menu because she put me so much at ease. When we had the tasting, it was just the cherry on top. Her food is unlike any wedding food I've ever had. It was more like restaurant dining than it was being at a wedding. She provided me and my guests with a top notch menu, and the execution was flawless. Many of my guests were ranting and raving about the food and they said that it was hands down the best food that they have had at a wedding. The passed Hors D'oeuvres and stationary crudite table during cocktail hour were to die for. Both of my photographers said "we've had a lot of wedding food. A lot of it was disgusting. This is by far the best we've ever had." My experience with KC was so personal, and everything was so tailored to fit me and my husband. From start to finish Westbay was the perfect caterer, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I can. I look forward to having a longstanding relationship with them as well.

I cannot recommend West Bay Gourmet enough. KC was amazing to work with throughout the planning process. She told me not to stress about anything, and she was right! One thing that set them apart was the fact that they have a day-of-coordinator included, and this was a life saver. Lindsay was our coordinator, and she ensured that everything went smoothly, and we were fed and happy the entire night. The entire staff was happy and wonderful, and they decorated the venue (Narragansett Towers) beautifully, without needing any direction. Go with West Bay!

KC and her team made us and all of wedding guests very happy! We were responsible for all of the set up, food and logistics at our venue, and KC's team made the whole process very easy. She coordinated with the rental company (and even ran out to get soup bowls the day of the wedding after they were accidentally left off). We used WBG for passed hors d'oeuvres and stations, including a carving station and Autumn in New England. We had a few guests with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten free, and KC was very accommodating. KC and her staff made sure my husband and I were well fed throughout the reception, bringing us special plates of hor d'oeuvres. We also hired a bartender through WBG, and bought our own alcohol, which helped cut costs. We served beer, wine and a signature cocktail, and they kept the guests happy. Thank you, KC and team for making our reception so seamless!

KC and company truly made our wedding happen - the food was amazing, the servers friendly and professional, and they took my jumbled notes and turned my venue into the perfect vision. My only regret is that I did not get to eat more of the food! KC from our first meeting was able to help us come up with the perfect menu and also help out with some special requests such as a special meal for my father who not too long ago finished with chemo treatments. That meant a lot to me and KC totally understood and worked with me. If you choose WBG for your event you will not be disappointed. From setup to take down they were perfection.

My husband and I choose WBG as our wedding cater after doing lots of research on line. From start to finish working with KC and WBG was an absolute pleasure. KC was always available to answer any questions we had and make changes as necessary. The day of our wedding it ended up raining during our outdoor cocktail hour, KC and her team quickly jumped into action and had all of our guests under the tent and carried out the rest of cocktail hour there. My husband and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process, not to mention the food was absolutely delicious, it was just as good at our tasting for 4 then it was at our wedding for 100! We would recommend WBG to anyone who is looking for a catering company who is attentive to their clients and serves delicious food!!

I cannot say enough good things about WBG!! They were professional, attentive, accommodating and all around fabulous. I can't imagine my wedding going as perfect without them there to make it that way! They are not only caterers but act as wedding coordinater. Their food is beyond delicious! If your looking to do something better than your traditional wedding food they are your people! They grilled steak, chicken and fish to perfection. Their couscous and pasta was out of this world! So many compliments on the food and they go above and beyond. We dropped off all of our decorations (and there was a ton of them!!) and they set everything up so perfectly. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. I don't live in Rhode Island but I will continue to recommend them any chance I get!! Thank you west bay gourmet!!!!

I do not know where to start in expressing my gratitude for WBG's tremendous work. Their team did a fantastic job with the catering for our wedding at Glen Manor House. I cannot say that I was surprised as it was so easy working with Donna and KC from the very beginning. My husband and I were never stressed or worried about the catering -- and trust me when I say that I was stressed about many wedding related things. Donna and KC were always warm, professional, enthusiastic, and patient in their exchanges with us. They answered all of our questions and reassured us every step of the way. They made our vision a reality. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on the appetizers, meals, drinks, and service. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS and the atmosphere they helped create was breathtaking! From the way they warmly greeted us when we finally met in-person to the perfect color of the napkins on the tables -- everything was perfect. I spotted some of the staff at the end of the night and gave them a few high fives but that does not do them justice. They were all superb, friendly, and accommodating!!! I could go on forever about them. They were remarkable! West Bay Gourmet is the epitome of what catering companies should aspire to be. We hope that we will one day be able to work with them again.

KC and her team at West Bay made our wedding day so special! She set everything up for us and even went above and beyond to order sides for our tent the day of because of horrible rain ! The food was delicious and everyone who attended our wedding really enjoyed it! We still have people recalling us how good the food was! Thanks KC and West Bay!!!

I can not say enough good things about KC and the team at West Bay Gourmet. They were awesome from the day we first contacted them all the way through the wedding. They did a beautiful set up and the food was amazing. We opted for a little less traditional cocktail style reception with a "new england" station, pasta station and late night sliders and tater tots and everything was perfect. They were great all around. I would recommend them to anyone!

When you set up a n appointment to meet with them you receive sample menus of what food they have done at other weddings. They ask you to pick out item which you would like to try. On the first meeting they give you a tasting of which items you wanted to try. OMG THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING!!! They understood the vision of what I wanted for food and worked with me and my budget to get there. The one thing people keep coming up to me after the wedding saying is "OMG THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!"

West Bay Gourmet is amazing. The food was fantastic, the service and staff kind and professional. West Bay was highly recommended to us for our wedding and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding or any event. I would undoubtedly hire West Bay again.

West Bay Gourmet (WBG) was an excellent catering service. Donna was the one who coordinated our event, and we loved her! She was clearly very good at her job: kind, efficient, and had great menu suggestions. There were times when she or KC (the owner) didn't respond to my emails as quickly as I would've liked, being a Type A organizational maniac, but they ALWAYS answered phone calls. For the reception, we had stations, and most of the food was grilled because there was no on-site kitchen. And it was all delicious. There are so many weddings nowadays where the food is made too far in advance, and therefore, just not very good. Everything they had tasted fresh and fabulous. Most of our guests told us how much they enjoyed the food. The menu was designed just for us, with a lot of seafood (beach wedding), and great sides and sauces. Also, they didn't whisk things away too quickly, which is my number one complaint with wedding caterers. Donna was also in charge of setting everything up from place settings to decorations, and everything looked beautiful and just as I imagined it. Donna and WBG delivered the best food I've ever had at a wedding (and I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding!), and they were nice, fun people to work with. I would recommend them to a friend.

KC hands down saved my wedding! She cares about her brides and wants to give them the best day ever. How does she do this? By listening to them, helping them, and providing them with amazing food! West Bay Gourmet has hands down the best food in the area. My guests are still telling me how they can't get over amazing the food was. KC also went above and beyond to help me with a frustrating venue, a rainy weekend and helping me find a new ceremony location all just a week before the big day. I can't say enough good things about her and her team (which all were kind, congratulated me, and all made sure I had anything I needed that day).

From suggesting where to setup decorations to how to buy linens for cheap, West Bay Gourmet was awesome. They were on top of everything, the food was excellent and so was the service.

West Bay did a great job for our wedding. The food was sooo good, our guests keep complimenting. West Bay really worked with us to make sure the catering fit our needs - we did a mix of buy-your-own and them providing for the bar; we had guests assigned to the seat and West Bay planned accordingly meal-wise; we had servers going around with wine during dinner... little things that made a big difference to us. West Bay was also extremely helpful with extra items - during planning KC was so helpful with things like timing of the evening, recommendations for a cake baker, and other random items. West Bay also takes care of all of the things that 2 weeks before the wedding I panicked wondering who does it - like setting up place cards, putting out table numbers, getting the bathroom basket to the bathroom, etc, etc, etc.

My husband and I found West Bay through the Knot and went for a food trial when we realized that they were located maybe 5 minutes from our venue. The food was AMAZING and we did not have to eliminate anything KC offered because of flavor. Everything tasted divine. We had a stations dinner, but a buffet or plated meal was also an option, that included a little bit of everything and some wandering appetizers. Appetizers included a herb cup caesar salad, coconut shrimp, bruschetta with goat cheese, a mushroom puff, a spinach triangle and a mini beef wellington. We had a carving station with chicken, beef tenderloin and roasted vegetables. We had a pasta station that included "add your own" toppings and salad. And we finished with an ice cream sundae bar at which we served local Brickley's ice cream and yummy toppings. KC was willing to work with us regarding cost, layout, etc. On the day of the wedding, KC did a great job making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. Her employees were efficient and very pleasant to speak with. And again, the food was fantastic! KC was also a great help to me while planning my wedding. Since she was so close to our venue, if I had any questions or concerns, I asked her and she was more than happy to help.

Everything about West Bay was great. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking for catering for their wedding. Beyond the exceptional food, they helped with set-up of tables and place cards and even made sure to check on my husband and myself during pictures as well as occasionally throughout the night to see if they could get us anything to drink, etc.

The circumstances surrounding our wedding were most unusual...we had to reschedule due to a hurricane! For a year, we planned to be married on 8.28.11. Then along came Hurricane Irene, due to hit our location, Narragansett, RI, on that very date. We had family and friends visiting from all over the globe, and were beside ourselves as we considered the reality that the wedding we'd planned might be a washout. We called our caterer, KC Bishop at West Bay Gourmet, and she immediately went to work rescheduling our wedding for a day earlier. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner (which also would have been catered by West Bay Gourmet), and we packed what would have been a 6-7 hour reception into 3 1/2 hours, but KC pulled it off so seamlessly that all our guests said, had they not known of the storm forcing a change of plans, they would have thought everything went perfectly according to plan. We couldn't agree more. The food and the service were amazing, and the storm actually added to the excitement and atmosphere. KC and her team are sure that nothing was compromised. And the bonus? The Weather Channel, the Associated Press, and several local newspapers covered our wedding - so we will have our memories, and the press to support it! We would strongly recommend West Bay Gourmet for any event. They went above and beyond to make our wedding especially memorable, and we look forward to having them serve us and our family and friends at an anniversary party (or two, or three, or...) in the future.

West Bay did an AMAZING job for my wedding. We are still receiving compliments on their delicious food and amazing staff. We couldn't have done it without them. They made the day completely worry-free, both my husband and I were able to enjoy every minute. West Bay is trustworthy, accommodating, and friendly with hardworking and fun staff! We could not ask for a better caterer, who truly went above and beyond!

I couldn't have been more happy with West Bay Gourmet! Their staff was so friendly and helpful but most importantly, the food was delicious! My guest raved about the food and loved the dessert table we had in place of a wedding cake. Their displays were beautiful and they did such a great job with everything. KC (the owner), was great to work with and I was so confident in my choice even before the wedding that I wasn't worried about anything. I would definitely hire them again if I ever need another caterer!

KC Bishop and her staff were terrific and the food was great! KC and I hit it off immediately. She was responsive and relaxed and I felt confident she would give me great food and run the show. She did. We went a little untraditional with passed hor douvres and an antipasto table (with West Bay's fabulous gourmet pizza!) No wedding cake but great cupcakes and cannoli's. She helped run the evening smoothly and she was fun to work with. She knows a lot about the South County, RI venues - I recommend her to anyone who wants a fun relaxed caterer!

West Bay Gourmet was so easy to work with and the food was delicious! From the first tasting we went to to the cocktail hr hour de'ourves to the seated dinner, everyone raved about the food and the service! The servers were attentive without being obtrusive and the food came out hot and in a timely manner . KC was a joy to work with and she did a great job of keeping everything organized beforehand and on the night of the wedding. The food was great, fresh, and a reasonable value. We were very pleased with West Bay !

We would highly recommend West Bay Gourmet for wedding/event catering! KC is great to work with and very helpful, especially as we were planning the wedding from out of town. We were able to build the menu that we wanted through bringing parts of different sample menus together. The food was excellent and we had many compliments about the food throughout the night. We decided to offer a sundae bar, which the guests at our wedding loved! KC also helped us incorporate the citrus theme from the reception into the bar with a citrus sangria that was amazing! The only complaint that I heard was that the waitstaff were a little too quick to bus the tables in some cases - some guests were saving cupcakes to eat later in the night and when they came back from the dance floor their place had been cleared.

West Bay provided superb food for our wedding day. Meats were moist, breads were fresh, and vegetables were warm. Crazy, but from planning many events professionally, these three things are the things that usually are missing in catered sit-down meals. As I visited each guest table, guests couldn't stop raving about the wonderful food. Additionally, West Bay easily met our alternative food planning: we supplied our own alcohol and had an ice cream sundae bar instead of cake. It was a hit and everyone went home happy and with a full stomach. Very worth the money spent.

I would absolutely recommend this caterer to anyone! They were so nice through everything and their food is amazing! The cheese display was so pretty and they set the tables up beautifully. They were also much more reasonable than other caterers I called. My only cons were that we were not made aware that they planned to shut the bar down an hour before the reception was over and I specifically asked that the chicken be thinly sliced and it was a full breast. Neither of these things even really made a dent in our fabulous day but just something I would talk about with them ahead of time!

We loved our entire experience with them from our first consult through the actual day. The food was delicious! What impressed us most was the efficiency of the staff the night of the wedding -- dinner was served and cleared without any downtime in between (which was great for us because we wanted to celebrate!) They worked very well with all of our other vendors and were simply excellent!

Everything that West Bay Gourmet did was outstanding, from the planning, the food, the organization, everything. KC was super friendly, extremely helpful, and constantly professional ever since our first sit down with her. I highly recommend them! I wish I could give them 6 stars!

While this vendor seemed to have it together through our planning process they did not follow through with much of what they promised me. We did not get kids meals, we did not have our own personal waitstaff person while doing our pictures to give us food and drinks as was promised repeatedly and they did not set up the food tables as we discussed. Very disappointed in this vendor and I recommend you stay away from them.
