Please stay away! Our wedding is less than 3 weeks away and have heard nothing since putting down our deposit. Have emailed both TJC and called WBG. Their thumbtack profile is gone, what I had used initially to find them, and the phone numbers I found online go to voicemail or are the wrong number. Not worth the headache when wedding planning is already stressful

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. They do not respond to emails because they’re “so busy.” At least that’s what I was told. It’s been two weeks without a response (phone or email) to my request to a partial refund after our WEDDING videographer was explicitly told by the company to NOT set up a tripod and record our FULL WEDDING CEREMONY. Apparently, we had to make a “special request” to receive more than a short video (this was never explained to us before, is not stated in their website nor contract). NEVER heard of that before and neither had any of my friends and family who have gone through planning a wedding. Who in the world would be expected to know that when you hire videographer services, you have to ask for your wedding ceremony to be recorded as a “special request”??? The videographer was prepared to do it until he was told “no” by the company. Their website stated that we should receive 30 minutes of raw video. I expected that would be the ceremony. They have not responded to what the heck that actually meant. So, the most important part of the wedding that every couple wants documented is now solely in our memories. Oh! And the livestream was a waste of money! Once again, their poor communication with our videographer… they didn’t tell him till the day of that he needed to livestream so he made it happen with his phone but the sound quality was awful. As in no one watching from home could actually hear us and could barely see us. Defeated the point. We could have used one of our phones and done the same thing without paying for it. There were also all sorts of tech issues (and lack of response to my request for help until about a week or so later) to get my photographs. That was actually resolved and I did receive that. The short 3 min video that the videographer bn put together was lovely. Those are the only reasons I am not demanding a full refund from this nightmare company. I thought I was getting a great deal when I spoke with them. Doing business with them is the only regret I have about my wedding. We are heartbroken not to have what we thought we were paying for, and I am livid that they seem to not care a bit that they failed us this badly. I just want my partial refund and be done with them forever. But who knows if that will happen since their website seems to not be in service anymore… I attached photos of their website (from before) and contract on my Google review. Nothing states special requests for recording full ceremony. False advertising.

Our photographer and videographer were great! They arrived on time and stayed until the last minute! They were very friendly and so receptive to whatever we needed!
