We Do Events (specifically Jilian) truly made our special day and wedding planning so easy, less stressful, and overall smooth. She did everything perfectly and was so helpful in dealing with tasks, big and small, that made our special day even better. Cannot recommend enough!

We are so happy we chose We Do Events for wedding coordinating services. We worked with Jilian and chose the "Wedding Management" program, working with her 4 weeks before the wedding and the day of. If you are looking for more formal wedding planning, she offers that as well. We had some issues with our wedding venue prior to the wedding and during the event. Jilian sorted everything out behind the scenes to make our special day perfect!! She really saved the day and we couldn't have ask for a more supportive, honest, hard working event planner!

We weren’t thrilled with the quality of service we got with We Do Events for the price we paid. I was very meticulous with my wedding planning and really just wanted someone the day of to be there to make sure everything went smoothly, and unfortunately we did not get that. It felt like we had to still make sure everything went to plan and several of our items went missing at the end of the night that we were assured were packed with our belongings. Reading the rave reviews earlier in the year makes me sad to think that we did not get the same from Jilian.

I cannot recommend Jilian enough. From day 1, she was responsive, thorough and detailed. She has excellent relationships with vendors and made the entire process so easy and seamless. My wedding was everything I envisioned (and more) thanks to her expertise and I would not have changed a single thing about it. As I type- A bride, I could not have done this without Jilian. I interviewed 11 planners and Jilian was the perfect fit for me. My now husband and I decided to get married at an untraditional venue with a guest count larger than what they have ever done. I not only needed help with design but with the actual flow and layout of how the day would go. We were planning the wedding from 3 states away- my husband and I having very different work schedules- we needed help. My husband was not into the initial planning phases- all the prework that comes from pick and vetting vendors to make sure they fit your design style and personality- but was heavily opinionated when it came to final details. Jilian was the perfect person to help with the vetting and recommending of vendors. Then as the wedding approached and details needed to be finalized, Jilian did what she had to to make sure we, as a couple, got everything we asked for. Our wedding would not have been possible without Jilian. The day went quickly- but I know if my mind had thought about every vendor and their needs, I would not have been able to enjoy my day.

There is not enough that we can say about the service that we received from Jilian, Molly, and the WeDo team! Planning a wedding that is out-of-state can be overwhelming but Jilian made it all manageable for us with the tools she shares and the advice she provides. On the day of the event, she made it possible for us to enjoy our day knowing that all of the details were in her hands. We cannot recommend them enough! I can't say enough good things about Jilian and the We Do Events team. We leveraged the full extent of her planning services, so ended up working with her for about 14 months leading up to our wedding. We simply can't imagine how we would've made it through the process without her help and expertise. Jilian did a fantastic job of keeping us within our expected budget, keeping us on schedule with relevant deadlines, coordinating with vendors on our behalf, and putting smiles on our faces every time we met. The day of the wedding, she was also extremely helpful in making sure things went smoothly and that, most importantly, we were able to enjoy ourselves. As a self-proclaimed "type A" bride, I was more than a little worried about handing over the responsibility of our wedding to a stranger. My now husband and I had a very specific, nontraditional vision for our big day and we happened to pick a "venue" that was brand new to hosting large events (a brand new brewery in upstate New York). Jilian was immediately up to the task, never once questioning our plans and supporting us along the way to get everything across the line. Having someone in our corner who understood the vibe we were going for while also offering suggestions based on her personal experience made her our perfect planner. Very few other planners take over the vendor communication as far out as We Do Events which was a huge selling point for us and was worth every penny. By the time the wedding day came around Jilian was well-prepared as were all of our vendors thanks to her communication. I truly did not lift a finger all day. We can't thank We Do Events and Jilian enough. Book with confidence!

We hired We Do Events on the suggestion of a friend. Best decision ever. We worked with Paulina, who is organized and professional. She took over contacting and coordinating all of our vendors. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding without a worry.

100% the right move hiring Jilian as our day-of coordinator. She and Jena absolutely knocked it out of the park. Everything went off without a hitch and if there were any problems, I still don't know about them. The planning aides and check-ins she did with us were amazingly helpful and she guided us through the last few weeks of planning like a superstar.

If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, just do it. They handle the details of the day so that you and your family and friends can actually enjoy themselves. Jilian and her assistant were on top our slightly chaotic venue and vendors. She made sure our alcohol was set up when it seemed like it wouldn’t be in time and even sewed up my bustle to ensure it would stay up when the loops didn’t work. A very nice touch was she sent us a new year's card going into the year of our wedding. It made us feel excited to work with her. Although she was only our day-of coordinator and didn’t plan the whole wedding, she was available any time we had questions and offered wise advice. Her affable and authoritative manner made me feel more at ease leading up to the big day when I was a bit stressed. Plus, her alcohol buying spreadsheet was spot-on with the exact amounts that we needed to purchase.

My husband and I cannot picture getting married without the help of We Do Events. Jilian and her team were so helpful in keeping us organized and on top of planning and executing our wedding day. We reached out to Jilian after we had all of our vendors selected but needed help with organizing our wedding weekend and making sure the day ran smoothly. And BOY did they! Jilian ran our rehearsal the night before and made sure everyone was familiar with how the ceremony would look. On the day of the wedding, Jilian and Paulina were on top of all of the décor, setup, and being a liaison between us and our venue to smooth out any bumps in the road. Jilian was always available for any question we had and with her wedding expertise, she was able to suggest so many wonderful ideas we used in our special day. If you think you need a wedding coordinator - you do! And if you're thinking about We Do Events - you're choosing the right company!

We booked We Do Events for Wedding Management/Day of Coordination in October 2022, and honestly it was the easiest decision we made. It was clear they were the right fit from the first phone call. Jilian went above and beyond our expectations for what working with a wedding coordinator would be like, and we're so grateful we found her! What really stood out was how thoughtful she was in aligning her plans and recommendations to what we wanted for our wedding day. And providing insightful advice when we were out of our depth. We really felt like we were working with a pro, but also a pal. The resources she provided were thorough and useful, and it was always easy to ask questions and get information quickly when we needed it. On the day of our wedding, the We Do Events team made sure we were stress-free and always having a great time. They took on extra responsibilities to keep the party running smoothly, and even facilitated a few fun and last-minute ideas (group photo of 160 people? No prob!) Simply put, go with Jilian. Working with Jillian and Paulina was truly a dream throughout the process of planning our wedding! I don’t know how I could have done it without them - they were both so attentive and thoughtful and truly thought of every little detail to review beforehand. The planning tools and detail checklists they offer their clients are fantastic - I felt like no stone went unturned. Paulina generously offered her time to meet with me on several occasions to review each detail and was always available via text if something urgent was needed. I truly felt the stress melt away knowing that Paulina was going to be there during my rehearsal and wedding day to oversee the flow of events. Everything went SO smoothly the day of the wedding - I couldn’t believe how perfect it was. Paulina was so resourceful - prime example was my father in law was missing his bowtie the day of the wedding - and Paulina sprang into action, immediately found a solution and borrowed one from the catering team! Everyone was so impressed and could not stop talking about her after the wedding and said how organized and professional she was. Hiring We Do Events and working with Paulina was no question the BEST decision I made throughout the wedding planning process. I would highly recommend We Do Events and working with both Jillian and Paulina - two amazing women who are passionate about the wedding business and fantastic at what they do.

I had interviewed quite a few wedding planners prior to finding We Do Events - and specifically, Jilian. Her energetic personality, her genuine love for wedding planning, her organizational skills, and attention to detail were what completely drew me in from the very first phone call. I did a partial planning package with Jilian as by the time we had met I had already hired the majority of my vendor team. Something I really struggled with and needed Jilian's expertise for was design, and of course day of coordination (an ABSOLUTE MUST). Jilian helped my many ever changing wedding ideas come to life with custom vision boards that she updated every time I changed my mind (which was often over the first few months!) I met with Jilian monthly early on in the planning process and then we progressed to bimonthly and then weekly leading up to the wedding. She came to each call with a strategic agenda, action items for her, action items for me, and open time for questions, venting about wedding stressors, and chatting about non-wedding related life updates. She provides an interactive planning checklist to help keep on track, a budget tracker, timelines for your vendor team, and even a day of mini pocket timeline for your family and bridal party! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and was completely flawless. If there was anything that went wrong or not to plan, I didn't know about it because Jilian and Jenna were on top of EVERYTHING all day! My mother who had originally been a skeptic of having a wedding planner was so thankful and happy we decided to hire We Do Events for our wedding day. Because of them, we had nothing to do but embrace the joy of our wedding from start to finish. Jilian and the team even broke down the reception/ decor so we could head straight to our after party! I absolutely could not have planned this wedding without the help of Jilian - I HIGHLY recommend We Do Events planning services to all couples planning weddings! I wish I could hire her again!!

From our very first introduction call with Jil, I knew she was going to be hands down the best decision we’d make throughout the entire planning process. My husband and I decided to book a summer camp in the Poconos for an entire wedding weekend and our vision would not have been able to come to life if it weren’t for We Do Events. She worked seamlessly with the camp staff and our vendors to make sure the day went as planned. We also had a ton of DIY elements and details that we wanted incorporated and Jil and her team absolutely nailed it! I am very type A, and it is usually hard for me to put trust in someone else, but I always had full faith in Jil from the very start, 1000%! She always made sure we were on the same page, was extremely organized, and handled everything that was thrown her way with such grace. She is absolutely incredible and we will be forever grateful to her for giving us the wedding of our dreams! Hiring Jilian and her team to run our day was truly the best thing we did for our wedding! We had a venue that was full service (catering included, their wedding planner included, etc...) but we still felt like we needed someone independent who was there specifically for us and not for us and the venue. Jilian was fabulous helping us think through the details in the calls leading up to our wedding and then Paulina was with us on the day of. Things truly went so smoothly and we were stress free the whole day because of the We Do team. They managed our other vendors, reassured us when we started to get stressed and just really were our best advocates. We couldn't recommend them enough!

Best decision I made was hiring Jill. She made the whole wedding experience easy and low stress. The weeks before the wedding we knew we were in good hands and she handled all of the communication and coordination leading up to the wedding. My husband and I truly were able to just enjoy our wedding day and did not have to worry about a thing. We had a big wedding (250plus) and it truly went off without a hitch thanks to Jill. There were a lot of logistics to manage throughout the day and she handled it all. We also appreciated Jill's flexibility to truly utilize her and her team when and where we needed them most. I would definitely recommend hiring We Do Events and Jill, you will not regret it!

If you are still wondering whether you should hire a wedding coordinator: YES. And definitely hire Jilian. She's awesome. We hired Jilian and her team to help us coordinate our wedding in the Poconos this past June. Jilian was really wonderful throughout the whole experience, from getting to know us, to connecting with our vendors, to make sure everything went according to plan on our wedding day. Jilian was so positive, got excited about our vision, and was so accommodating and supportive throughout. Our wedding was not simple, and there were a lot of DIY moving parts, but our number one goal was to enjoy the day and to feel truly present for it. With Jilian's support, we were able to do just that. We are so grateful!

It is safe to say our wedding would not have come together the way it did without Jilian. From our first call together, Jilian had a know-how and calm that made me instantly more confident that our wedding weekend was going to come to life! Jilian from We Do Events was nothing short of lovely and amazing. I knew from my first introduction phone call, I wanted her to be my ‘go-to’ person on my special day! She was extremely organized, communicative, and offered so many helpful tricks, tips and suggestions to make not only our wedding day perfect but the months and weeks leading up to it to be easy. Jilian went above and beyond to make me feel like a BRIDE and anticipated my moves before I knew I even needed to make them! She came prepared on the wedding day with a ton of emergency ‘just incase’ goodies which I totally appreciated. She was also the sweetest and kindest human who I loved getting to know during the process.

My wife and I cannot thank Jilian and her team enough for all of their hard work, partnership and execution before, during, and after our wedding weekend. Jillian is the BEST BEST BEST! We truly couldn't have pulled off our wedding without this incredible woman and her team. From postponing our original date due to COVID-19 to beginning our planning while living across the country, Jillian definitely had her work cut out for her. Not to mention many aspects of our wedding were totally DIY. From start to finish Jillian went above and beyond to guarantee our happiness and ease our workload. Planning a wedding is super stressful, but with her guidance, we had very little to worry about.

We worked with Jilian on our covid wedding that encountered too many issues. First, we had to postpone our initial wedding a full year, then we tragically lost both of my in laws due to covid and ultimately cancelled the wedding fully. As you can imagine, this took a LOT of communication with our guests, our vendors, and everyone. Jilian was absolutely INCREDIBLE during this whole experience, and even gave us a full refund when we cancelled despite hours of work she had done with us around our postponements, delays, and concerns. We only wish we could have had our big day with her, but would undoubtedly put any wedding in her hands as she is the upmost professional, communicative, helpful, and supportive with whatever might come up!!
