Alexandria was the greatest in helping us plan our wedding, and making sure everything went perfectly!

Callie was our planner for our wedding in Highlands, NC in October 2021. Callie and her team connected us with an amazing team of vendors (florist, band, videographer, photographer, hair/makeup were all top notch). The day of event execution was also very good, we didnt feel that we had to worry about anything. However, there was room for improvement in the planning process itself - particularly related to communications / expectation setting, follow up, and attention to details. I also expected more from the design process e.g., ability to physically see a mock table design or 3d virtual mock ups. We do understand that it was a tough year in the wedding planning industry which likely contributed to the above. Thanks to Callie and her team for all their efforts.

We Tie the Knot is everything you could want in a wedding planner and more. Alexandra Bailey became my advocate, mediator, therapist (on occasion), friend, and guide. She not only ensures that the wedding day will be everything you dream, but she also protects the process. She prioritizes the experience of the couple and their families during both the planning process and the event. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things. The best decision I made during wedding planning was choosing Alexandra as my planner!

Alexandra was a dream to work with. She is so knowledgeable! I had a million questions leading up to our wedding and she guided my husband and me through the entire process. She is so patient brought incredible energy to every meeting and phone call, and most importantly, our wedding day! We feel so lucky that we were able to work with her!

I cannot say enough great things about working with Alexandra! She is so professional, knowledgable about vendors, patient, and accessible. Having to postpone our wedding 10 days before our original March 2020 wedding was a nightmare and we ended up having to postpone it 3 times. Callie and her team did a wonderful job planning and executing my wedding in Highlands, NC! They were so professional on the day of keeping all the moving pieces working together seamlessly. Callie is not only an incredibly kind person, but she is also a wealth of knowledge with great relationships and connections to other 5-star vendors in the wedding industry. We took Callie's guidance for vendor recommendations consistently throughout our planning, and our wedding was more magical than anything we'd ever dreamed of. A month later, our guests are still gushing over how perfectly executed every detail was, and about what a fun experience it was for everyone. Callie was great at juggling the balance of family dynamics and opinions throughout a very stressful Covid season, always being patient and gracious especially when we had to move our wedding date back by 4 months. We could not have gotten through this without her. She got me through it and I will always be indebted to her for the look on my husband's face when he saw the venue on the day of - Priceless. Callie and her team were amazing! I am so thankful to have had them on my side throughout the entire wedding planning process. My original wedding was supposed to be in March 2020, right when everything started shutting down as the pandemic picked up in the U.S. We decided to reschedule the wedding the week of the original wedding date and Callie was so understanding and handled everything - talking to all the vendors to help me find a new date, handing the finances, changing and planning the new event which ended up being just immediate family, everything! She and her team are truly the people you want to help you through the crazy process of planning a wedding. Plus she is super responsive and has amazing taste. She really listened to what I said I wanted design wise and executed it in an exceptionally beautiful way. I'm so happy I picked her to be my wedding planner and would definitely recommend her to other couples!

Call Callie. Email Callie. Make Callie your wedding planner!!! It’s honestly that simple. I remember first getting engaged and enjoyed every second of the engagement until 48 hours later I woke up panicked - oh my gosh, I now have to plan a wedding. My first task was to hire a wedding planner. I interviewed several and was honestly losing hope. I remember finding We Tie The Knots and reading their other reviews and looking through their Instagram. All the reviews, magically Instagram pictures and their professionalism are the absolute best and unmatched. Callie made my wedding happen. She was so easy to work with, she was so responsive and was always 2 steps in front of and behind me making sure I was comfortable and having some fun throughout the process. I could go on and on but do yourself a favor...pour your faith in God and Callie. You will have the wedding you always dreamed of and more. She is a wedding DESIGNER!!

I have been trying to find the words that adequately express my gratitude for Callie from “We Tie the Knots”.I knew from my first phone conversation with Callie that she was “the one” for me and I am so glad I chose to work with her. She was so helpful with helping me find my vision for our wedding day and helping secure the most amazing vendors. A month before our initial wedding day, the global pandemic was announced and everything was turned upside down, starting with postponing our wedding date. Callie handled these crazy and uncertain times with such kindness and grace and had faith our wedding day would be still be amazing. We decided to change locations for our wedding one month prior to our date due to state restrictions and Callie worked her magic to make this happen for us. Our wedding day ended up being better than anything we could have ever imagined and it was a direct result of Callie’s master planning skills. Callie went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a planner. Being a Covid bride was such a strange and trying experience and I can’t imagine what it would have been like to navigate these challenges on my own. After countless hours talking, planning, postponing, and making changes, Callie became so much more than a wedding planner to me. She became a source of strength, support, and a great friend. I am forever grateful for Callie and will cherish our wedding planning memories always.

Fitting that I write this the week of our one year anniversary! We Tie The Knots was perfect throughout my wedding planning process and I wouldn't change a thing. Alexandra and Callie worked tirelessly to give me the wedding of my dreams! Alexandra was my partial planner. She recommended multiple organizations to me for bands, hair/makeup, etc. (I picked my venue prior to having a planner and wanted to book the larger vendors myself). She was extremely timely with emails, read my mind when it came to my wedding vision, and made the process of planning a wedding 45 minutes from my venues, while in medical school, an absolute breeze. I booked WTK about a year and half out from my wedding date. Alexandra became pregnant (yay!) and told me that she was due right around my wedding date. While this could have gone multiple directions, she immediately informed me that Callie would be taking over closer to my date and we all had lunch to work out the details. It was a seemless transition. Callie and her assistant were spectacular the week of and on my wedding day. From picking up place cards for me to running out and getting Benadryl because I was attacked by mosquitoes when taking pictures - they did it all. I was able to enjoy my night with my husband, family, and friends without worry. My husband and I frequently reminisce, wishing we could relive what was a truly spectacular day/week. Highly recommend WTK!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about We Tie the Knots. From the very beginning, I had no idea what we wanted our wedding to be like, but Callie's professionalism, organization, referrals, expertise, and creativity helped navigate and guide us to an AMAZING day. She was completely on top of everything and made not only our wedding day stress-free, but our planning experience stress-free and really enjoyable. I do not know how some of the things we got to do would have gotten done without her! She helped make our special day even more special and I am so happy we got to work with her and her incredible team to do so. They made sure I had everything I needed and more on that day! Callie was nothing short of a life saver! After firing my first wedding planner (from a completely different company) four months before my wedding, Callie truly came through....not only did she help "tie" up loose ends but when it came time to book certain vendors, she provided me with a range of options, rather than just sending me to the most notorious/expensive vendor in town. I explained to her off the bat that I did not want a "cookie cutter" type wedding, and that I am very practical when it comes to money, but definitely willing to splurge on certain things. So rather than asking me what my overall budget was for the wedding, she was so good about discussing my ballpark budget for EACH particular item throughout the planning process. After my experience with my previous wedding planner, it was such a breath of fresh air to hear from Callie MULTIPLE times throughout the week! She never left me hanging, was quick and thorough when it came to responding to my questions/concerns, and if nothing was urgent that particular week, she would just check in on me to see how I was doing! That's probably what I loved most about Callie....she made me feel like a person, not just another number. When I initially had my consultation with her over the phone, two things stuck out to me: #1. She spent OVER an hour with me on the phone just to ensure we would be a good fit! (but not to take the place of a more personal face-to-face meeting--we had that too) and #2. She mentioned that she does not commit to a crazy number of weddings per year for the sake of filling up her calendar-- she only commits to what she can handle, so that she can provide the best quality services, time and attention to each bride. Ok fast forward to wedding weekend-- she was a dream. Even though I was super behind on finishing last minute touches (DIY projects for a personal touch), Callie never showed a single bit of stress or made me feel pressed for time- she did just the opposite. She helped me feel calm, confident, and well....sane. In fact, as our wedding weekend approached, she could see how badly it was stressing me out and she offered to finish everything at her house the night before our wedding. While I'm on the topic of stress........just have to keep it real and throw this part in there for anyone who suffers from debilitating anxiety....I can only imagine how stressful it is for wedding planners to put up with brides on their wedding day in general-- then there's me 😂 Unfortunately all the stress from the past 12 months finally caught up to me on our wedding day, and while all of us girls were in the hotel room getting ready, I felt a panic attack coming on. Light headed, heart racing, tight chest, trembling hands. Cue Callie....She immediately fetched me my medication to help calm my nerves, then called down to room service and ordered me the most beautiful cheeseburger you've ever seen! Hahaha....she somehow knew exactly what I needed, and continued to lend that same support throughout the whole day. It didn't stop there though, even after all the festivities were over with, and the chaos settled down, she was a huge support, and helped us navigate some grievances we had with our caterer. We couldn't recommend Callie enough!

My daughter and son in law's special day went exactly as planned thanks to Alexandra! She worried about everything, so we wouldn't have to. No small detail was missed!! She became a trusted friend during the process and we couldn't not have been more impressed with her professionalism, warmth and her diplomacy. Taking my daughter's wishes into account, she provided lists of vendors which helped tremendously in the selection process. She excels in pleasing people and is wonderful to work with. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided and the attitude with which she dealt with the numerous requests made by everyone involved in the wedding. Our wedding day would not have been what it was without the help of Callie and her team of awesome women. I worked with Callie for close to a year and a half planning our wedding and rehearsal dinner plus my bridal luncheon. It was overwhelming trying to select a planner at the very beginning, but after our initial phone conversation, I knew Callie was the way to go. She was easy to talk to, warm, and she even mentioned that decor details were her love language - so I knew we would make a great planning pair. Callie knows all of the ins and outs of wedding planning, she was always prompt and timely, she eliminated and managed any issues we had with vendors efficiently, and she is also skilled at managing family dynamics, which always plays a part in anyone's big day! I always, always felt in great hands with Callie which helped to take away any additional worry or stress that brides tend to experience. Any time I was worried about something or just needed to be reminded of a detail we had selected, Callie was there to answer my questions and put my worries to rest! But, it was not until the day of our wedding that I really got to see Callie and the rest of the We Tie the Knots team shine. They handled the flow of the day and evening with utmost professionalism and efficiency. They were always one step ahead, leading us to where we needed to be and helping in any way they could. Specifically after our ceremony, I became to feel faint and Callie made sure to find me a Sprite and some saltines while I had a moment! I would also like to include that Callie is incredibly knowledgeable in particular with Old Edwards Inn and is familiar with all of the ins and outs of their unique process. It was such a relief to have someone that had planned events at the venue many times before and understood the layout and operations of the area. I can say with fully certainty that the best choice we made for our wedding was Callie and we can never thank her enough for making our dream day come to life! It is amazing to see months of emails, preparation, hard work, conversations, back and forths, all coming together for an absolutely stunning evening. I fully recommend her and her team with no reservations whatsoever!

We hired Callie to do month of coordination + design for our Atlanta wedding which included her to take over month of coordination and manage the following vendors; shuttles, florist, and a specialty vendor. Overall, we felt there were many details that were missed and I was extremely disappointed at the level of service that was provided. Unfortunately, if I could go back and change one thing about our wedding, I would have hired a different planner.

My daughter got married in August, 2018. We hired Callie at WTTK's as our wedding planner and we could not have been more pleased with our decision. Everything was executed with professionalism and precision. We worked with Callie during the year before the wedding as she negotiated contracts with vendors and kept the bride on tract with design, colors, flowers, etc. Callie managed the day of the wedding perfectly from hair & make-up, to first look, to the ceremony, reception and send off. Alexandra Bailey with WTTK is the absolute BEST person to have with you on your wedding day!! As a bride planning a wedding where all of our guests would be joining us from out of town, I knew we were going to need some help handling all of the logistics as the day came closer. We hired Alexandra as a month-of coordinator for our day and it was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Not only did Alexandra handle all of the items we expected, like finalizing our timeline, communicating with vendors and running our rehearsal. She spent the entire week of our wedding going ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure everything was perfect and that myself and the groom were completely taken care of. She offered to run last minute errands for us, picked up items from our stationer and even tied on welcome notes to our gifts for guests and arranged for them to be distributed at hotel check-in. Not to mention that our actual wedding day was nothing short of perfection. Everything ran smoothly, on-time and Alexandra was there for anything we needed, she even bustled my wedding dress! There are SO many things that happen behind the scenes on your wedding day and Alexandra will handle them all with determination and grace. I highly recommend Alexandra and working with a wedding planner to ensure your wedding day is everything you envision!

Alexandra Bailey - WTTK is truly an angel sent from heaven above. I hired her for full planning a year and a half before our wedding. My family and I had never planned or been a part of wedding planning before and Alexandra could not have made the learning process any easier and enjoyable. My mother in law found Suzanne and We Tie the Knots. Did my mother in law miss the mark??? how could I say no??? WELLLLL...... My mother in law found a true diamond. Suzanne is so wonderful and helped with everything through out the entire process. BUT..... what about the big day? WELLLL..... when I say I did not worry about a thing, I mean it. She literally took care of everything all day/night. Talk about organized?? When we got in our get away car, ALL our stuff was already packed neatly. I didn't have to find my shoes, my phone, anything! It was all right there. that was seriously awesome. Another important point, her vendors and contacts are SUPERIOR and the BEST!! Every single vendor she put us in touch with, we used! I think that says a lot and about how much she cares about her business. I could go on and on, hell I am trying to kill time at work!! But alas, I will end it here with this. Suzanne will make all your wishes and dreams come true.

Suzanne White exceeded our expectations by a large measure. I figured that she would go through the motions (for what that's worth) but she absolutely nailed it! I was impressed by her capacity to juggle all of the tasks of our wedding. She made it easy for us. If she is available for your wedding, you would be silly to not book her immediately.

Alexandra Bailey with We Tie the Knots was beyond amazing to work with! She came on as our month-of planner and took everything off of our plate. She was organized, responsive and super professional. She took over all vendor contracts and came up with the perfect timeline for the night. The wedding was a dream and we can't imagine our big day without her! We chose to hire Suzanne White as our coordinator and it was easily one of the best decisions we made! She was always professional, considerate and on top of her game. Leading up to our wedding she worked extremely well with my wife, our vendors and the staff at our venue. Her level of organization, scheduling/timelines and knowledge made the planning process much easier for us. The vendors that she paired us with were absolutely wonderful!!! The planning phase was great and we could not have ask for more, but the weekend of our wedding was where she shined the brightest. Her organization, attention to detail and ability to control the chaos of a wedding was on point, for us it was totally seamless!! Hiring We Tie the Knots and Alexandra was the best decision to help plan our dream wedding! We knew planning a destination wedding in the mountains of NC was going to be difficult from Florida, thankfully Alexandra was there with help and advice every step of the way. She was always accommodating to my schedule for phone calls and a pleasure to work with. She put me in contact with excellent vendors in the Atlanta area and facilitated all the meetings/emails /phone calls which made my life a lot easier. As expected with any wedding, there were a few hiccups along the way, such as having to change the candle/ table design for the reception at the last minute due to a change in the fire code. But Alexandra took care of the issues one by one with ease. She worked with the Florist and they came up with a solution and the reception design turned out absolutely stunning and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The wedding day was perfect (even with last minute changes to accommodate for rain) thanks to Alexandra managing vendors, keeping the day on track, and executing my wedding day vision. I honestly was not stressed at all the whole day because I knew everything was in good hands. You will not regret using Alexandra or We Tie the Knots for your wedding!

Suzanne White helped plan our June 2017 wedding in Atlanta and it was the best decision we made. She made planning during our 11 month engagement enjoyable and delivered on our big day in a big way. LOOK NO FURTHER! Working with Suzanne White at We Tie the Knots was one of the highlights of my daughter's, year and a half engagement! She was absolutely incredible! Suzanne is an excellent communicator. She works with a check list so everything is organized perfectly. She made herself available to us at all times by text, email or phone unless she was at another wedding and had to focus on that event. (Even then, she would give us a heads-up that she could have a delay if we needed her due to another wedding). We were so far ahead that on wedding week all of our last minute details were complete, so we could just relax and enjoy the days leading up to the event and have that time to enjoy family coming into town. One of the special skills she had was her ability capture "MY" families vision for the wedding. Suzanne's suggestions were in line with everything we love and fit our style and taste. Suzanne suggested a few top-notch vendors that she trusts and they all did a great job for us. How Suzanne can juggle 15-20 vendors perfectly and not break a sweat was truly amazing! So calm under pressure. We also enjoyed her sense of humor. Sometimes in the stress of planning a good laugh is just what we needed! Finally, when your wedding planner remains calm and confident...the wedding party feels like everything is under control. That is a GREAT feeling. My daughter's wedding was weekend was enjoyed by so many people. It was so much fun, so beautiful and so memorable. Suzanne White helped facilitate that great experience!!! I'd highly recommend her and I'd most definitely use her again!

Mariah, with We Tie the Knots, is incredible! She was beyond helpful leading up to the wedding, and the real magic happened on-site. There were many changes due to weather and Mariah stepped up BIG time, allowing me to focus on the fun and importance of the day opposed to the logistics and details that needed to be sorted out. I heard about so many fires, big and small, after the wedding that she was able to put out without me or my guests ever even knowing about. Her creativity and organization blends together in an amazing way. After running almost an hour behind, Mariah helped to keep the show on the road, even coming up with the idea of our band leading guests from dinner to the dancing venue with a line of horns in order to move people from one space to the next. It was both fun and functional! I can't recommend Mariah and the We Tie the Knots team enough. Allow yourself to enjoy the most special day of your life by trusting in professionals who listen to what you want and know what to do to insure it's what you get - no matter the hurdles that pop up along the way!

We hired a wedding planner from "We Tie the Knots" for the month of planning. Our representative for the Athens, Georgia area was booked so we were assigned a planner in the Atlanta area (Alexandra Bailey). The initial meeting and phone calls went great! It appeared we were going to have a wonderful experience. I began to think differently the wedding weekend. She was late getting to the reception venue for a meeting the day before the wedding. The rehearsal was confusing due to the planners apparent lack of knowledge of wedding protocol for seating of the family. The day of the wedding, she forgot to have the candles lit in the church for the ceremony and in the reception venue. For the send off she did not have enough sparklers ready. She also left behind linens to be returned that she was responsible for.. All in all the wedding was beautiful and it was an amazing night. We had just anticipated the planner making it a more relaxed weekend instead of making it more stessful. Hopefully this is an isolated case concerning this one planner.

Hiring Sarah Beth was the best decision I made for my wedding. Being the first one to get married in my family, my parents and I needed some serious direction. We met with Sarah Beth for an initial consult and immediately felt at ease. We hired her for partial planning and I feel like she did so much more! She was so knowledgeable about vendors so all of the major bookings were such a breeze. She also kept me on my toes with reminders of little things that needed to be done and was always available for advice and support. She was happy to answer any questions from my family as well. She is so sweet and fun to be around, which made planning even more enjoyable. I also felt like she was just as excited about every detail of my wedding as I was, which helped me to stay positive throughout the process. All of her suggestions were great and my wedding turned out more beautifully than I could’ve hoped. Her day-of support helped me to stay calm throughout my wedding day. I feel like I was definitely able to enjoy the day (as every bride should) knowing she and her assistant were there to handle anything and everything. Thanks so much to Sarah Beth and WTTK! I can’t imagine what my wedding day would’ve been like without her.

I am so grateful we had the pleasure of working with Suzanne White. She brought excellence to the entire process of planning our wedding. I do not know what we would have done without her and very quickly realized we needed her for our rehearsal dinner as well. I am very happy we were able to snag her and use her expertise for setting up and MC-ing our rehearsal dinner, making our entire wedding weekend seamless. My husband and I are quite particular people and Suzanne brought perfection, elegance, grace and helped make moments memorable and beautiful. Working with Suzanne from We Tie the Knots was such a great experience when planning our wedding. From day one, Suzanne was incredibly helpful with making sure all of our needs were met and was always very quick to respond to all of my emails/texts/phone calls. She made wedding planning such a stress-free experience for me. Even when we had issues with vendors, she always handled the situation flawlessly and was able to get everything corrected. With her help, the wedding went smoothly and it was as perfect as a I always imagined it would be. Hiring Sarah Beth as our month-of wedding coordinator was an invaluable decision. We had the most perfect wedding day and it absolutely would not have been possible without Sarah Beth and her assistant, Tate, pulling everything together and working tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly. Sarah Beth worked quietly behind the scenes with our vendors in the few weeks leading up to our wedding, and if there were any kinks, a stressed out bride wasn't hearing about them! Everything came together perfectly and we know we had her to thank for that! She had an answer for everything, and if she didn't, she was quick to find out. Even though we only had her for the month-of, she does make you feel like you are her number one priority! My mom made a lot of the decor items for our wedding and Sarah Beth so graciously drove out to my parents' house the Thursday before the wedding to load her car with everything so that we would not have to worry about it on wedding day. She handled our seated dinner layout (for 215 people!) with grace and we knew we could trust her to make sure everything would be perfect come dinner time. She and her assistant Tate were a joy to be around on wedding day. Sarah Beth and I knew each other from college, so it was very comforting to see such a familiar face on such a hectic day. She is a calming light - what more could you want on your wedding day!? I would without a doubt recommend Sarah Beth and WTTK. My mom and I were able to relax and enjoy the day completely, with full faith that Sarah Beth had everything handled. Amazing decision!!!

Hiring Sarah Beth with WTTK was the best money we spent on our wedding! She is professional, fun, sweet, creative, responsive and SO organized! We hired Sarah Beth to be our month-of coordinator but she was so much more than that. She attended some of our venue meetings, stayed in contact with our Duke Mansion venue coordinator and happily answered all my wedding questions throughout the year! She contacted all of our vendors and created a detailed and thorough timeline of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. I knew from our first meeting that we were in great hands and I completely trusted her to execute our vision. From the start of the wedding weekend, Sarah Beth and her assistant Tate took care of everything so that my husband and I, our wedding party and families did not have to do a thing! Come wedding day, Sarah Beth made sure all the details were executed perfectly - from the table setup, to the flowers, to the specialty linens on certain tables, it was all exactly how we had envisioned. We had to unexpectedly move our ceremony indoors last minute (15 minutes before the ceremony start time) and I can't thank Sarah Beth enough for her quick thinking and ability to stay calm because it could have been a total disaster. But instead it was the most perfect, intimate ceremony that my husband and I and all of our friends and family absolutely loved! Oh and she made sure we were well fed and our drinks were full all night long! Can't recommend Sarah Beth enough, she was the reason my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding stress-free!

First of all, I would give a billion stars to Suzanne. There are not enough words to describe how amazing/wonderful/dedicated Suzanne is at planning weddings. It was an absolute pleasure working with her in the months leading up to our wedding. We hired her for day of coordination and design – and she was with out a doubt our saving grace. She is extremely organized and a total powerhouse when it comes to planning. I don’t know how we would have done it without her. She really cares about her clients and their happiness, which is very apparent when working with her. Within seconds, Suzanne was there to fix any issue that popped up (even if it was red wine spilt all down my dress). She is also the most cheerful, positive person I have ever met and always had a smile on her face! Any engaged couple looking for a planner should definitely consider working with Suzanne, you will not be disappointed! Suzanne helped us create the wedding we have always dreamed of, I wish we could do it all over again! Best. Day. Ever.

We used Day-of Coordination service with Suzanne. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service. 1. She failed to collect all of our belongings. 2. There was supposed to be sound system I rented for the ceremony however she failed to coordinate on that part and we didn't get to use it. 3. She took all the place cards at the rehearsal on Friday. I realized there are some typos and problems in them and I messaged her twice to ask her to change. BUT later at the wedding we noticed that quite a few guests place cards are still noticeably wrong and they didn't fix what I ask them to. 4. We set the time that 12 to 1 PM as the casual cocktail hour at the reception or at least the guests should be allowed to enter the venue. But from what we learned, when our guests arrived at the reception, she refused to accept them and behaved rather rude about it. Also, I noticed that the photographers didn't get a chance to take the stage shots before the reception due to their belated preparation. 5. There was disagreement between her and our bridal party concerning the toasting schedule. She handled the situation in an aggressive and discomforting manner, which caused discomfort to us and our bridal party. 6. I booked the reception venue till 4:30 PM but she was fairly rushy and pushed us to cut the cake when it's not even 3 PM. There was plenty of time after that since we didn't have dancing at the reception. Also during the reception, she literally interrupted us (multiple times) while we were greeting the tables. 7. More specifically, she grabbed me away from the reception and almost threatened me to start cake cutting. And when we tried to continue conversation with our guests, she just stared at us with grudge and grumpiness until we were forced to head to the cake table. 8. During the reception, the bridal party wanted to give us a surprise by playing a video through the projector. But she strongly protested the idea and caused a controversy over it. 9. She's not very good at problem solving. The speaker and audio system at the reception place were not functioning well earlier and she didn't try hard coordinating with the venue staff to fix the problem and instead left the mess with us; one of our groomsmen solved the problem within 10 minutes, which made us wonder why she was unable to do so. 10. Also, some folks of ours overheard she's talking to her assistant that we were not her favorite crowd. In all, I hired the planner for coordinating the whole day to make everything go smoothly. BUT we found her rather bossy, rude, and hard to work with and she would make a scene when things didn't go under her way. Actually with her being there, more problems popped up and we were not satisfied with that. As a bride, I was already stressed out with everything and the last thing I want is constant interruption and bossy/aggressive communication from her who's supposed to coordinate everything in a more subtle way. It upset me and killed everybody's mood. And in an ironic way, she'd actually behave more like a bride. Moreover, it's been over a month since I sent the complaint to the company. The person who dealt with this told me she would be in touch soon but we never heard a word from them.

Mariah is a solid professional, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. I wasn’t sure if my parents budgeted for a planner, but after talking with Mariah, I was willing to that I would pay for her services myself. There is NO way we could have pulled off the big-day event without all of her creativity and high-level contributions. She was personable and easy going but also had the perfect balance of “let’s do this!” Mariah allowed me to enjoy my moments, so for that alone, I cannot thank her enough.

I could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Sarah Beth (our Uncle really fell in love with her!)! For as laid back as I felt about the wedding I think she truly pulled all the pieces together that I was REALLY hoping for and put together such a gorgeous, amazing wedding! I couldn't have imagined it any other way! She was so easy to work with and handled all communication and organization we needed. Her day-of assistant Tate was also super sweet and helpful! I would highly recommend using Sarah Beth for your wedding planning! The most important thing that Sarah Beth made sure to take care of was giving Eric and I some alone-time during Cocktail Hour (after photos) and a chance to eat some food and just enjoy being together before the reception really kicked off. Most people we talked to said "make sure you get to eat" or "I bet you didn't get to really eat!", but after all the planning that went into catering, and how excited we were for our guests to eat our International selections, we were SO happy to get to enjoy what we had put together! You could tell every step of the way that she cared so much about the overall happiness of bride and groom and it meant so much to have her with us!

Suzanne White is my saving grace and helped me plan the wedding I've always dreamed of!! Not only is she the BEST wedding planner out there, she is also a dear friend. I encourage any of you engaged ladies out there searching for an extremely detail oriented, highly motivated, funny, sweet, beautiful, and professional wedding planner to look no further. If you want something done right the first time, call Suzanne. She ensured every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed-- TWICE (for good measure)! We love you and thank you, Suzanne!

Suzanne was absolutely the best! She made sure everything went smoothly and always had an incredible attitude with a big smile on her face. She was always ready to help. Sarah Beth was a dream to work with- especially for a Type A bride like myself. She took the time to truly understand our vision and made it come to life before our eyes. I don't even know where to begin when speaking on behalf of We Tie the Knots. Hiring Morgan from WTTK as our wedding planner was the best decision we made when planning our wedding- and a lot of decisions are made during wedding planning! When I started meeting with wedding planners, my mother who was helping me plan was very skeptical about needing a wedding planner and believed that it was money that we could put towards something else and plan it ourselves. However, after her first time meeting Morgan she was convinced. Morgan had such a clear vision of what I wanted for my wedding day- maybe even more than I did. For example she made a pinterest board for our wedding, that had more pins that I used for planning than my own wedding pinterest board. She also has connections to some AMAZING vendors who I never would have picked on my own. Wedding planning can be very stressful, but every time I met with Morgan I would have an overwhelming sense of relief after the meeting because she was always so organized and reassuring that everything would go as planned. And she was right, I can't even begin to express how absolutely perfectly our wedding day went and I know that it was all because of her. I would recommend this company to anyone getting married!

Morgan was the best decision I made when planning our wedding! I couldn’t have done it without her given I was planning it from out of state. From the get go she was organized, professional, diligent, and so fun to work with. I worked with her from a year out and all the planning went smoothly. She was thoughtful in sticking to our budget, creative in suggesting ideas, and efficient with timelines and to-do lists mapped out. I didn’t even know where to start with vendors and thankfully she took that research off my hands, as well as coordinating with them directly to iron out the details and negotiations. Day of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing as we knew she had it all under control. The whole day went perfectly and we attribute that to Morgan! We couldn’t recommend her more; absolutely lifesaver.

We hired Sarah Beth to coordinate our wedding in April and it was the best decision we made for our wedding. Within days of signing the contract, she made sure all loose ends were tied and was key in making recommendations that would make our day truly beautiful.
