to wedding time their communication with us was terrible, it took us 2-3 attempts to reach them constantly, they gave us a time frame that didn’t initially work and we would have to constantly call them back to get answers as this was adding a lot of stress being less than a week before our wedding. Didn’t get an actual answer on a time frame until the day before our wedding in which their attitude during our conversations was also terrible. We received responses like “we didn’t hear from you guys” (not true) and “do what you want”. It was some of the most adolescent and unprofessional communication I have received from a business. I also don’t know if they know the area as well as they claim to considering time estimation was off and the wedding was delayed by 15-20 minutes. I booked them for my wedding, and the driver never showed up to bring my guests from the hotel to the venue. Day of, their only offer was to get a new driver 30 mins out -- arriving after the wedding was supposed to start. The situation caused my entire event to start 45 minutes late as all of my guests requested Ubers or got in their cars. After the fact, I was promised a refund and they were "devastated and so sorry," which I now know to be a lie. For the next several months I chased the owner, John, down as I had to call 2-3 times a week attempting to get him, or anyone, on the phone. If I was lucky enough to have someone answer, his staff was apologetic but assured me only John could discuss refunds. Never once was I called back proactively. Over the course of 8 months, I spoke to John maybe 10 times. Each time, there was a new excuse as to why I didn't get a refund. They switched banks, the check is lost in mail, they had a fraud issue, his staff is incompetent, etc. After a while it was clear I was being lied to but I didn't want to give up as I deserved a refund. However, to date I never saw my money again for a service I booked and did not receive. I don't understand how their customer service can be so bad, and how they can run a business where no one answers the phone. Avoid at all costs.

ss, John was kind and helpful. We talked on the phone and emailed numerous times. My husband and I needed 2 buses and 2 limos for our wedding day - 1 limo for the bridal party and 1 limo for the groom’s party. We decided to take advantage of the discount for paying 100% up front, and thus paid for all 4 vehicles. John and I went over the timeline, schedule, and details numerous times via email and phone calls. An important note, we needed two limos because both sides of the wedding party needed to arrive separately about 30 minutes a part, which would have been impossible to do with just one limo.
A few weeks before the wedding, we realized we needed another bus for our guests. Unfortunately, there were none available but we knew this was our fault for waiting. John was accommodating and explained that the 2 buses could do multiple trips, which would be perfect. This was also put in writing. We shared this information with our guests. On the day of the wedding, when the first limo showed up for the bridal party, the driver informed me that he would be late picking up the groomsmen. I told him this would not be an issue since we have two limos. He told me he was the only limo and was told to do both trips. He said he had no further information because he didn’t work for John, and was contracted out. He said John hadn’t been answering his phone calls. I immediately called John, and was told that he would resolve it. I never got a phone call back and things were never resolved.
As a result, my husband and half his wedding party were forced to drive to the venue, while the other half waited for the limo and was late for pictures. In addition, I found out later that the shuttle drivers were extremely rude to the guests and refused to do multiple trips until the buses were full, which didn’t happen until the end of the night. People were sitting on the shuttle waiting for 30-45 plus minutes. Some decided to uber back to the hotel.
A few days after the wedding, I reached out to John explaining the issues. I asked, at the very least, for a refund on the 2nd limo, since we paid almost $800 for a vehicle that never showed up. It seems that there never was a second limo, despite us fully paying for it months ago and having it in our signed contract. John never responded to me. I’m accepting that we lost the money, but I think this whole situation was extremely unprofessional and unfair. Maybe a refund is out of the question, but a simple acknowledgment and apology would have been greatly appreciated. I’m sharing our experience in the hopes that our story will help someone else and to warn people to think twice before using this company.

After my mom pointed this out to them they said they would fix it but have now been ignoring her for months. "pass the message along" and have received no call back. This is a fraudulent business that has no respect for their customers.

Unfortunately on the day of the wedding the two cars supposed to be picking up the bride & groom parties went to the venue for pickup instead of the hotel. They were able to come and get us, but it was a little bit stressful and the owner was very apologetic. The bus for the guests worked out perfectly and was on time.
I would recommend calling leading up to your event to confirm pick up and drop off locations and times because they seemed to have multiple issues with that.

Each service showed up early, and helped guests in and out of each vehicle. We had given them our phone numbers and they called as soon as they arrived to let us know, and were not pushy at all. I know it's a small detail, but at the end of our wedding we got in the minibus to get back to the hotel and the driver had waters for us. I was so thirsty, I hadn't had water all day! They allowed me to book in 2 hour increments. I didn't find any other service that was willing to do so (typically 3+ hour increments).

Transportation. Yes, this really happened.
It was a beautiful spring day. As planned, I emerged from the Boston Park Plaza all decked out in my wedding dress, ready for the biggest moment of my life. I stood there looking around for the grey Cadillac DTS that I reserved. I didn't see it, though I had been alerted that my car was there. After a moment, a man approached (clad in a sweater and khakis). "Your car is this way", he said, and led me over to a maroon Ford sedan. I stopped, thinking there was some mistake. "What the f#&k is this?!?!", I demanded. He hemmed and hawed, eventually eeking out something like "I didn't know this was for a wedding". Oh, then that's understandable. No problem. I mean, I'm sure that no one else would be upset when they book AND CONFIRM a Cadillac and a Ford shows up. I'm sure that people are generally willing to pay $78 to be driven a mile in an economy car. I mean why pay $10 for a cab when you could ride around town in a maroon Ford?!? A Ford is a perfectly reasonable substitution for a luxury sedan like a Cadillac.
Alas, my groom awaited and my options were limited at that point, so I loaded my big white dress into the back seat of the Ford and headed off to the church. Upon arrival, I quickly put a stop to my photographer taking pictures of me getting out of the car. I'm sure he got some good ones of me yelling at him to stop. Fortunately, the rest of my day went fairly smoothly and I'm now a very happily married woman. And I suppose the upside of all of this is I have a ridiculous story to tell for years to come.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the driver had said I wouldn't be charged, but two weeks later, I was. I'm still waiting for them to refund my money.
So would I recommend Webb Transportation? Um... NO
