I recently got married at Willowdale Estate and we chose Webb Transportation for our shuttle service for guests. They were absolutely great! Kristen Cicerone was super flexible and when we needed to add a shuttle for pick up to bring guests to the venue, they were able to accommodate us. The shuttles all arrived on time, and guests safely got back and forth from our wedding reception safely! I would definitely recommend them and I'd work with them again!

The best! Signing up, getting the contract ready, etc. were all extremely easy. Any questions we had were answered right away, and Kristen was extremely kind and professional. I was also surprised at the prices being as low as they were! For the many different types of transportation we needed, at several different times, it was very reasonably priced. Each service showed up early, and helped guests in and out of each vehicle. We had given them our phone numbers and they called as soon as they arrived to let us know, and were not pushy at all. I know it's a small detail, but at the end of our wedding we got in the minibus to get back to the hotel and the driver had waters for us. I was so thirsty, I hadn't had water all day! It was just a nice way to end the day. Plus, every vehicle was extremely clean and comfy!

I could not have been more disappointed with this company. The limousine driver left the mother of the groom and grandmother at the pick up point. First disaster of the day. Then to make matters worse the limousine driver forgot to bring the groom and wedding party to the church. She headed straight to the reception location several towns away from the church. The groom knowing his mother and grandmother were left behind after the fact was unaware that they were heading in the wrong direction because both he and others were trying to set up other forms of transportation for his mom and grandmother. As if that wasn't bad enough the driver bottomed out 2 times and got stuck trying to turn the 14 passenger limo around in a driveway that had an incline. I can not recommend this company.

Webb rans Limo service was fantastic! We used them on the day of our wedding for 11 people. The driver was prompt, professional and helpful at the church making sure I stayed dry in the rain. The limo was clean and spacious. Overall, great experience and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

We have a medium-sized company, but not so much to have your own limousine for important meetings. We had an important business meeting, a valued customer, and to meet the limousine we needed a higher class, and we were looking for a variety of companies, we have not yet found a company limoscanner. In the claimed limousine arrived, we met an important guest, and held a meeting. The guest was surprised beauty of the limousine and the driver was polite and classy dude. With this level of meeting the guest was dovolnyi and we have concluded an important transaction for our company.

Kristin over at WebbTrans was exceptionally easy and pleasant to work with. We found WebbTrans to be reasonably priced for what we needed - two shuttle buses to transport guests after the ceremony. She worked with us on what made the most sense as many guests weren't staying at a room block, and came up with an affordable solution to help us solve the after-party transportation dilemma as well. The night of, the drivers were courteous and friendly to our guests and went above and beyond to make sure everyone got home safely. Thank you!

We used WebbTrans for our wedding party transportation, as well as for shuttling our guests to and from the venue. Kristen Cicerone was super helpful; she went over all of the details with me numerous times, helped plan the best routes and checked in to make sure everything was in order. I didn’t get a chance to meet the shuttle driver, but Bernie, our limo driver, was so nice!

Kristin, the wedding coordinator at WebbTrans.com, was very helpful. We had gone with another shuttle company for our primary service, but when we had to add a second hotel and that company didn't have availability, Kristin was great in coordinating service from that location and to supplement the original service. Proactive and helpful.

I used Webb Transportation to shuttle my wedding party to and from our wedding. They were professional and reliable. It was so nice to have all my transportation needs under one place, and I was glad I did not have to worry about paying or even tipping the driver on the day of my wedding, it was all taken care of beforehand and it was just one less thing to worry about on the day of the wedding! I would use Webb again for my future transportation needs!

Booking with WebbTrans was so easy. The staff will work with you to find the best vehicle for your needs. We provided our guests a shuttle service and booked a 20 person bus for our wedding party and parents. WebbTrans was so accommodating and helpful. They never made you feel as though you were being annoying while figuring out the logistics. They allowed me to book in 2 hour increments. I didn't find any other service that was willing to do so (typically 3+ hour increments). The seats were comfortable and it was easy getting in and out (especially being a bride in her wedding dress). The interior of the bus was sleek and clean. The driver was qualified, accommodating and professionally dressed.

Webb was so easy to work with! I left transportation until the last minute and they were so helpful and really nice. They allowed me to upgrade my reservation a few days before the wedding. We had a large snowstorm the night of the wedding and they had no problem driving our guests back and forth from the hotel in the crazy weather! They showed up right on time and everything was great. The bus was super clean! Highly recommend them!

Doesn't every girl dream of being driven to the church to marry the man of her dreams in a maroon Ford?? Yeah, not exactly, but that is what happened when I booked a car with Webb Transportation. Yes, this really happened. It was a beautiful spring day. As planned, I emerged from the Boston Park Plaza all decked out in my wedding dress, ready for the biggest moment of my life. I stood there looking around for the grey Cadillac DTS that I reserved. I didn't see it, though I had been alerted that my car was there. After a moment, a man approached (clad in a sweater and khakis). "Your car is this way", he said, and led me over to a maroon Ford sedan. I stopped, thinking there was some mistake. "What the f#&k is this?!?!", I demanded. He hemmed and hawed, eventually eeking out something like "I didn't know this was for a wedding". Oh, then that's understandable. No problem. I mean, I'm sure that no one else would be upset when they book AND CONFIRM a Cadillac and a Ford shows up. I'm sure that people are generally willing to pay $78 to be driven a mile in an economy car. I mean why pay $10 for a cab when you could ride around town in a maroon Ford?!? A Ford is a perfectly reasonable substitution for a luxury sedan like a Cadillac. Alas, my groom awaited and my options were limited at that point, so I loaded my big white dress into the back seat of the Ford and headed off to the church. Upon arrival, I quickly put a stop to my photographer taking pictures of me getting out of the car. I'm sure he got some good ones of me yelling at him to stop. Fortunately, the rest of my day went fairly smoothly and I'm now a very happily married woman. And I suppose the upside of all of this is I have a ridiculous story to tell for years to come. Oh, I forgot to mention that the driver had said I wouldn't be charged, but two weeks later, I was. I'm still waiting for them to refund my money. So would I recommend Webb Transportation? Um... NO
