Weber's Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

Weber's is a wonderful venue! We had our wedding reception, dinner and day after breakfast in the Atrium Ballroom. Weber's staff, especially Amber and Tina, are extremely helpful and organized. They always responded right away to our questions and made sure every detail was what we wanted. Amber checked with us after the reception took place and made sure everything went well. All of our guests loved the food and desserts, and Daniela did an amazing job with our cake; it was exactly what we envisioned! We highly recommend Weber's!

My daughter’s wedding reception was wonderful. This venue had fantastic food and desserts. The patio was an extra cost but well worth it. The Atrium room was the perfect size for 130 people. The staff was extremely helpful to plan and ease our jitters for the big day. The servers and front desk employees were so courteous. We had an issue with our flowers and wanted early check-in. No problem. Also they complimentary gave bride an adjoining room to accommodate issue with keeping the flowers cool. All the guests raved over the food and venue. What a spectacular experience for the new couple. Please consider this venue if you have under 150 guests!

Weber's was fantastic! We had a great experience hosting our wedding reception there on 6/7/2024. Weber's is no stranger to hosting large events, and every step of the way was organized, which allowed us to just sit back and enjoy our day! :) 1. Organization: Everyone we interacted with was super organized and easy to reach. Our main point of contact was Amber in Catering, who was quick to respond to emails and super helpful. Amber also had very helpful insight as I was putting together the day-of timeline. Amber was very thorough in all of our planning meetings to make sure all of the details were exactly how we wanted them to be. 2. Setup: Weber's sets up the entire ballroom for you, and will even set up some of your items too! We used centerpieces provided by Weber's, and they set up the chargers, favors, place cards, gift box/table, which allowed my husband and I just to enjoy our wedding! :) 3. Food: The food was great! We even had our cake done at Weber's as well. Weber's was happy to work around our guests with severe allergies and give them a safe meal. 4. Day-of Service: Once we arrived at the reception, the manager of the evening introduced himself and asked if we needed anything. We had servers checking on us periodically throughout the night and bringing us water frequently. They even saved some hors d'oeuvres from cocktail hour and had them waiting for us at our sweetheart table! The event staff also kept things running right on time according to the timeline we provided. 5. Hotel: The hotel rooms were very clean and felt luxurious! We, along with our guests, enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Our guests also had an easy time booking with the hotel block. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Weber's to anyone looking to host a wedding reception or other large event!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Weber's, and Amber was a DELIGHT to work with to arrange the catering and space selection throughout the whole process. She answered numerous questions with deep knowledge, had helpful suggestions from her long track record of success, and was with us every step of the way to ensure the night was planned to our liking! Night of, Joshua and his crew were communicative to the timeline, accommodating to our every ask, and resourceful to provide a meal seamlessly to a guest we did not account for. On top of all that, the food was absolutely delicious. I truly cannot think of a single point to improve, and cannot endorse Weber's catering enough!!

We had our wedding on 6/24/23 and from start to finish, Webers was absolutely fantastic. Amber was attentive and fast to respond to any questions we had and without hesitation made the small last minute changes we needed. From there, Joshua our banquet manager was honestly the best. He checked in with us throughout the night and his entire team were friendly and professional. Our guests raved about the food and our cake from Daniella and told us afterwards that it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had. I honestly had not a single worry leading up to, or the night of the event and it is all thanks to the staff at Webers! We drank the venue out of beer but the bar staff were quick to come up with solutions to keep our guests happy! I will always recommend this vendor for anyone looking for an easy but elegant wedding

We worked with Amber throughout our reception planning and to say the least, she nailed it. She helped us coordinate a timeline for the evening and make sure we had the correct amount of food, drinks etc. the venue was beautiful the staff through the evening was fantastic. I would highly recommend Webers. We received numerous compliments about our reception and we owe it all to Amber 🙌🏼

From start to finish working with Weber's was very easy. I cannot say that I have a single complaint. The food was amazing and the customer service was also right on point. Amber was incredible to work with as she communicated quickly and effectively. She answered all of my questions with nothing but a positive attitude even when I felt like maybe I was being overkill. Weber's was overall very thorough and my wedding altogether was BEAUTIFUL. I would highly encourage anyone looking for an inclusive venue to work with them. I do not have a single regret.

We booked Weber's for our March 4th wedding, and everything was EXCELLENT. Service and food was amazing! We couldn’t be happier. We got a lot of comments from our guests on the service from Weber’s: they felt the same. The sales and catering directors were always super helpful and responsive, which was much appreciated. The ceremony went smoothly and so did our reception. We will definitely be recommending Weber's for anyone looking!!

There isn't another word to describe Weber's as a wedding venue other thank PERFECT. We had our ceremony and reception here and it was everything we wanted and more. Tina, Amber and Joshua were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. From the moment we toured to the end of our wedding night there was not a single complaint I could come up with. The ease of Weber's was the exact stress-free wedding we wanted. They truly have it all here. They handle the room block, they offer centerpieces and table numbers and they will set up a select amount of items for you on the day of. We got endless compliments on the food, the staff and the Atrium Ballroom. We even had a small get together on Friday night for guests that was served and bartended by the staff and they "wowed" us that night. Any question that came up along the way they were more than helpful with. They were truly incredible and we would choose Weber's again every time.

Weber’s - from start to finish was amazing and made the whole planning process a breeze. Tina was such a tremendous help and was quick to answer any questions I had. Everything from the food to service was incredible. We highly recommend Weber’s to anyone looking to book their wedding venue. You will not regret it!

TLDR version: If you have a lot of out of town guests like us and you want to have your reception somewhere with a hotel on site, Weber's is the way to go. For what you get for the money, it's unbeatable. We overall had a wonderful experience with Weber's. See below for pros and cons. Pros: -You start off working with Tina in the sales department who is extremely responsive via email. She was able to add several rooms on to our block as we had more out of town guests that wanted to stay there than anticipated. -As you get closer to the wedding you transition to working with Amber. Amber accommodated us having to come back for a second food tasting when we weren't satisfied with the available chicken options. -For the reception itself they will set up the card box, guest box, table numbers, and favors for you. They were also able to set up a simple centerpiece for us (it was only one piece so not super involved). -They didn't have the bridal suite available Friday night, but they were able to have it ready at 11:30AM so I was able to check in to the new room before I even had to leave for the church! -The bar package is the best I've ever seen at a wedding. The bartender was great as well - multiple people raved about him. -People really liked the cake and the pastry tray that we had for desserts. -We had a lot of no shows so the staff packaged up the leftover meals for us to take home the following morning. -We got a 10% discount on adult meals because we got married on a holiday weekend (Mother's Day weekend). Cons: -The entrees were a little slow to come out (we did plated meals). However, Joshua (day of point of contact) was very apologetic regarding the timing. -My husband's prime rib came out well done. However, we were able to send it back and get a new "bloody" prime rib without any issues.

I encourage any couples booking with Weber's to read this review in full. Weber's was a great place to have our rehearsal dinner & reception, but I want to warn future couples about what happened to us, and to BE CAREFUL. First the good, Weber's has great food and a beautiful venue space. The sales staff was friendly and usually responsive, and accommodated our specific requests. The weekend of the wedding, things got worse, specifically the non-existent communication between the sales staff, kitchen, and reception staff. Here are just a few examples: The rehearsal dinner food was 45 minutes late and the bartender wasn't trained. The cocktail hour originally had 2 bartenders for 120 guests. The second disappeared 30 minutes into the evening, and the bride's drink wasn't pre-made, so the bartender had to serve 100+ people while chopping strawberries simultaneously all night. The cake came out 45 minutes late and was put on the guest book table instead of the food table, so the guest book was missing for over an hour. They never refilled the cake table, so we had over 3/4 of the $800 cake leftover. We reserved and paid $750 for the patio & balcony outside of the ballroom, but there was no signage, and random people were out there for the first 2 hours of our reception. The room staff kept coming to the bride & groom to ask us things and had no idea who the pre-planned point of contact was, even though the sales staff specifically asked us to designate one. But, the MOST IMPORTANT WARNING I will give: they threw away $1200 worth of flowers, decorations, and supplies. They stole an entire package of 40 AA batteries, our light fixture, and our glue gun. The sales staff told us that we would be able to pick everything up in the office the next business day (Monday). The room staff was not told this, so all of the flowers got thrown out, and the staff was free to "take whatever they wanted." All we got were a couple of signs and table numbers back, and several pounds of (unwanted) cake. They ended up refunding us for the things they threw away, but only after going to the office and calling several times to figure out what happened in the days following the wedding. Our day turned out great, but only because of our awesome wedding party who argued/did damage control with the staff the entire time. They are a great venue, but don't trust them to follow through on all of their promises.

I will say that this is a nice hotel; the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel front desk staff was very nice. That being said I highly recommend not working with this hotel for anything beyond a room block. My wedding happened during the "Stage 4" restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time every other vendor was more than happy to work with us and the changing limitations. Weber's events/sales group made a half-hearted effort at best. We were hosting a brunch the day after at the venue and due to restrictions had to change plans to purchasing our guests breakfast in the restaurant. However, it seems no one communicated this change with any staff in the restaurant; they had no idea and struggled to accomplish charging the meals to us. The hostess at the restaurant was exceptionally rude to several of my guest; and I can't help noting that it was my family members who are African-American who received this treatment.

We had our wedding reception at Weber's and I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was outstanding, the food was phenomenal, and Amber, Tina, and their teams did everything necessary to make the process stress free. My guest raved over the food and dining experience. We stayed at the hotel two days to follow and indulged in their infamous brunch and room service. The hotel is extremely clean and recently renovated. Whether to host an event or to have brunch/lunch/dinner with a loved one, you have to check this place out. We also had our wedding cake (gluten free) made by Weber's and it was the BEST I have ever had. Thank you so much Amber, Tina, our staff, and Weber's! We love you.

We had an absolute dream wedding and it was all because of picking Weber's as our venue. Amber the Catering Director was amazing throughout the entire process - answering all my emails quickly and with detail. She was helpful, flexible and so knowledgeable about all the details, timeline and little ins and outs. She gave advice but was also respectable about our ideas for the day. Weber's went above and beyond with their service the day of - so attentive and helpful. Having everything at one site was amazing and check in was a breeze. The bridal suite was stunningly appointed. It was perfect to get ready in for our group (4 bridesmaids, bride, mothers of bride/groom) but FYI it may be tight if you have a bigger party. The amount of items the staff set up for us as well as the center pieces that were included were AMAZING and so helpful. The food was simply amazing and the best. We had so many people come up and say it was the best food and service - even one of my great uncle's said it was the best prime rib he's ever had in his entire life. Weber's was responsive and just on it - very top notch from the start of cocktail hour until the very end. Our cake was from Weber's and blew our minds it was so good. Mary Beth the baker was amazing to work with to design our dream cake. Our bartender Jesse was phenomenal and kept the drinks flowing all night! Our only hiccup in the entire planning process was that the hotel group code rate that was printed on our invites was no longer working due to a website update which caused some significant confusion with our guests. Weber's handled it well and ended up honoring our rate for our guests up until the day of the wedding which I think just tells you about their attention to customer service - they keep working to make you happy! We would choose to have our wedding at Weber's again in a heartbeat and hope some of our friends do so that we can go back!

We held my Daughter's Wedding at Weber's in Ann Arbor and I want to let everyone know what a beautiful event it was. From the rehearsal dinner the night before to the Wedding day. I can not say enough wonderful things about this establishment ... they were on every detail throughout the entire day ... they were attentive to every need and what a professional team ! You will not be disappointed with every aspect of their services .. Tina set the stage and Amber made it happen !! Great job everyone and I can not thank you enough for the most memorable night we all had .... Food was 5* cake was the best ever, bar staff was working the crowd and make this PERFECT !!! Thank you all that was involved in making this a night to remember :)

We had our reception in the Atrium Ballroom - 140 people. Our experiences from planning, cake tasting, food tasting, to staying at the hotel - all were top notch! Our guests loved the hotel rooms, the buffet dinner and our Weber's cake, the patio outside the Atrium, the bar (Habitat) and music, and Sunday brunch at the hotel. What a GREAT party. So many lovely memories - and we will be back on our 1st anniversary for cake! <3

We would chose to have our wedding reception at Weber's again. Amber and Tina were very easy to work with to figure out details. The food was amazing. Staff on our actual wedding day were great to work with.

We had hoped to have our small wedding dinner at Weber’s but found that all of their rooms were booked. So, we did the next best thing and had them cater to another site. It was top notch, as we knew it would be. We met with Amber, who coordinated things for us and arranged for a tasting, as well as bringing in Weber’s baker to take our cake order. I’ve always had fantastic food at the restaurant, but wasn’t sure how an off site banquet would go. No need to worry-it was just as delicious. They coordinated with our venue, got everything set up, carved prime rib, cleared tables and wrapped all the left overs for us to take home. Many thanks to Amber, Shawn, Eric and Sage for making our dinner a wonderful part of our wedding day.

We chose Weber's for our wedding because we loved the idea of having a one-stop-shop for our venue. Weber's did a great job accommodating everything at one location, including our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and lodging. It is much "cooler" than your average hotel too- we (and many of our guests!) loved how "boutique-y" and trendy it feels. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure my family and guests were taken care of. The food was excellent too! There were a few minor things that did not go as planned (ex: lack of communication about room check-in times for wedding party, or items not being set out that we had planned to be there), but in the grand scheme of things, it is very small. Overall, we had the best day ever and are happy with our choice for Weber's.

Our experience working with Weber's was fantastic. It was easy to contact the coordinator at Weber's and made planning my wedding so easy! The hotel was beautiful as well as the ballroom. Food and drinks were delicious (Prime rib is to die for). The in house pastry chef, Mary Beth, made the most delicious cake I have ever tasted. We had a wonderful experience having our reception here.

Amber and Tina were so easy to work with, and helped make our reception a blast. Both are very responsive to email and helping to think through options. Plus, the food was delicious!

We had our wedding reception in the Atrium Ballroom and it was amazing! The staff did a great job setting everything up. It was beautiful! The food and cake were delicious. Also, the hotel rooms were super nice! They have a live band play at their restaurant, so we were able to continue our dancing after our reception was over until almost 2am! I highly recommend Weber's for your wedding reception.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Weber’s. We had 100 people and had the ceremony in a section of the Grand Ballroom and the reception in the Atrium Ballroom. Tina and Amber were both wonderful to work with. We worked with Tina when we first booked the wedding and then worked with Amber to plan all the food and little details. Both were prompt with responding to emails and phone calls, and both were extremely accommodating. We wound up not using their traditional wedding packages and customized our own, and they were nothing but flexible with us. Weber’s gave us complimentary rooms for the bride and groom the night before and the night of, the courtesy block was for 30 rooms, they did a great job setting up the event rooms, and the food and drinks was great. The ONLY thing we weren’t pleased with was the cake cutting service. We had 3 flavors of cake, and knowing our families, we ordered a bit extra so that people could try multiple flavors. They didn’t cut our 3rd flavor, we received it boxed up whole at the end of the night. What they did cut, they only set out ~20 slices on a small table and were not good at refilling it. So many people didn’t take cake because they thought we were running out. I just wish we had known this process because we could have had the DJ announce that there was still plenty of cake. But this was the only thing that went wrong all night. Overall, we absolutely recommend Weber’s. They made our wedding so so nice! It was so convenient to have everything in one place, and it is such a lovely venue with excellent staff.

Our wedding at Weber's exceeded every one of my very high expectations. It is such a stunning venue and everyone treated us so well- from the wedding coordinator, Amber to the folks checking in our guests at the front desk, Marybeth, the baker, the wait staff and even the Weber's themselves. We held our rehearsal dinner, wedding reception and day after brunch at Weber's. Each event was beautiful and there were zero issues or hiccups. For the reception, Weber's had an upgrade option available to cover the pool with a dancefloor- dinner was in the Atrium ballroom. All I can say is WOW- the room was incredible. I felt like I was on a movie set all night. The dancefloor was huge- perfect for our group. Our guests were able to mix and mingle in different pockets around the dancefloor with ease, still feeling like a part of the party. Our guests stayed in the rooms surrounding the pool, allowing some to sit on balcony’s and take it all in from a greater vantage point. The event flow was incredible- very easy to move around and see everyone and lots of different areas to gather. And the Atrium itself could not be prettier. Easily the nicest ballroom we found in our search for venues. Pretty, modern lighting, nice chairs, neutral carpet. The food was delicious- we had prime rib and Tuscan chicken as our options, with a portabella mushroom as the veggie option. Our guests raved about the food, many stating that they were going to return in the near future for dinner. Amber, the wedding coordinator was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The cake was delicious- we ate it post reception in our room with the champagne they provided in the bridal suite on the side- my mother in law asked to have the cake boxed for us and sent to our room, knowing we’d be busy during cake time to enjoy. So nice! An incredible way to end the night. Weber’s staff took care of most of the room set up, which was extremely helpful. They followed our detailed instructions exactly. The rooms were beautiful- very comfortable beds and I stayed in a lovely suite the night before and day of the wedding. It was a perfect set up to get ready with my bridesmaids. They came through to clean the room and set it to make us feel extra special for the night of the wedding, complete with rose petals, champagne, truffles and chocolate covered strawberries. The brunch the next day was great. The staff agreed to set out the flowers from the previous night which made it extra special, and was so nice to use the flowers more than once. The food at brunch was wonderful. All in all- I wholeheartedly recommend Weber’s as a wedding venue, especially if you’re in the position to upgrade to the dancefloor over the pool. It was truly something special. But even without the upgrade, Weber’s made us feel so special and taken care of at every step. You’re in good hands with this local and family owned venue.

We had the best wedding at Weber's and it was the perfect atmosphere for our big day! We already knew Weber's had outstanding food (especially the Prime Rib!) and a great bar, but integrated with the reception halls and hotel, it was the perfect all-in-one location. Our guests enjoyed the amazing live music on Friday night after our rehearsal, then again post-wedding on Saturday followed by a great brunch in the restaurant on Sunday. The grand ballroom looked stunning - completely transformed for a wedding compared with what we had seen setup for company meetings. It was an elegant, cozy atmosphere even with our large crowd. Amber was great to work without throughout the process, helping with our special requests, dietary needs, and our absolutely amazing scotch bar that was our must have. Everything worked out so well and our guests have all been saying it was a wonderful party, not just a reception, and I credit Weber's for providing us with such a great atmosphere for the celebration.

If you are looking to have your wedding in Ann Arbor, seriously do not look any further! Weber's provides the best service without any doubt! From our very first meeting with Tina to our last follow up post-wedding with Amber and every communication in between, my wife and I could not have been happier with our experience with the entire Weber's team. Leaving our initial consultation with Tina, we knew that we wanted to go with Weber's but we didn't have to make that decision at that moment; we had a complimentary 2 week hold where we were encouraged to look at other venues and complete thorough research on all our options (nothing came close to Weber's though). We worked closely with Amber throughout the rest of our planning and every communication with her reaffirmed our decision to have our wedding here. We happily went with their in-house baker, Mary-Beth, for our wedding cake (which was stunningly beautiful and exactly what we were looking for) and again we were blown away with how in-tune the staff was with one another and how well they all represented Weber's mission. The Atrium Ballroom and patio was the perfect space for our wedding guests, allowing for an intimate affair without feeling like you were on top of one another. Throughout the evening, unbeknownst to us (the bride and groom), staff would check in with our designated wedding party point person to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything they could do. Every staff member at Weber's takes great pride in their work, and going with them for your event needs is the best decision you can make!

Overall, I would give Weber's between 4-5 stars. just because we had a few issues throughout the wedding planning process and the hotel front desk, but the wedding day itself was wonderful. We had our morning Indian ceremony in the Atrium Ballroom and an afternoon luncheon in the Grand Ballroom. To begin with, Tina is awesome and we loved working with her from the beginning. We were having a unique wedding at Weber's (Hindu ceremony and Indian luncheon) and they promised they could make it happen for us. While we did meet several bumps in the road with Weber's that we had to discuss with them, the day turned out beautiful. After you book through Tina, you end up planning the wedding with Amber who was good to work with as well. Since our day was unique compared to most weddings they do, they definitely both had to work hard to make the day right for us and we appreciated that. The head chef worked with us throughout the year to make the Indian dishes for the luncheon. He had never made Indian food and therefore we had about 3 tastings before we thought it was fit to be served. Ultimately, our guests really enjoyed the Indian luncheon! My husband and I as well as our guests stayed at Weber's Inn and that's probably where our biggest complaint was. Since we had so many out of town and out of country guests, many stayed for multiple days. There were some bumps in the road making reservations and some confusion upon check in (when my husband and I were checked in late one evening, they actually checked us into the wrong room first). I'd say the biggest flaw with Weber's is there front desk isn't 100% on top of things and aren't as friendly as I would expect. I would have liked this aspect to be a bit better for our guests. Ultimately, we were happy with the wedding planning process and the actual day turned out beautiful.

We absolutely loved Weber's Inn as our reception venue! Both Tina and Amber were awesome to work with. They were super helpful throughout the entire planning process- quick to reply to emails, patient with my MANY questions, and overall pleasant to work with. We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom and everything looked absolutely beautiful. I went over the details of how I wanted everything to look/be set up with Amber prior to the wedding day and it turned out exactly how I envisioned it. We even got several compliments from our guests on the food. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly and efficient. We really couldn't have asked for a better reception! My husband and I also stayed at Weber's on our wedding night. Tina even helped to arrange a room for my parents. The rooms are modern, spacious and super comfortable. Our suite also served as the bridal suite that morning for hair/makeup and it was the perfect space to fit 10+ people. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Weber's Inn to any couple planning a wedding!

We did not have our reception here. But we did order our cake from Weber's. Mary Beth was great to work with and the cake was both beautiful and delicious. They have so many different flavors to choose from. Because our reception was somewhere else, though, we did have to pick up the cake ourselves. This was not a problem with our cake (3 tiers, not columns) but may be something to be aware of if you have something bigger.

We recently had our wedding reception at Webers. The staff was great to work with. Tina and Amber had quick response times and were always welcoming of any questions. The staff the night of our wedding were attentive and enjoyable to work with. We were very pleased with how everything was handled!

We LOVED having Weber's as our venue! Amber and Tina were amazing to work with- they were very prompt with their communication, flexible, and really cared about making our day special. They were worth every penny! Tina always sent us reminders and made sure she was always available if we had any issues. During the wedding planning process, Amber was so understanding and flexible whenever I emailed her numerous times with questions and with updated details- and she was extremely helpful with our wedding reception decorations, going above and beyond to help make everything look beautiful! The food was SO delicious- everyone raved about how tasty everything was and was hoping for seconds! We also had our cake by Mary-Beth, and it was very delicious and oh so beautiful (I may have teared up a little bit looking at it because it looked exactly the way I wanted and all we had done was just communicate via email with pictures!!). We even had a bit of cake leftover because there was more cake slices than guests- but it was all gone by the end of the night because everyone wanted seconds! The bartenders were very helpful, and Bill especially was great. They always made sure we (the bride and groom) had drinks when we were empty-handed, and were extremely professional and friendly with all our guests. I have nothing but the highest praise for Weber's for helping us create the perfect night. Book them as soon as you can!!

We had our ceremony, reception and day after brunch at Weber's in July 2016. All 3 events were wonderful! Weber's went above and beyond our expectations and made a perfect wedding weekend for us and all of our family and friends. Tina was my first contact with Weber's and she was very patent with the scheduling process. Amber was excellent as the on-site coordinator! She worked through all of the details and continued to answer questions and make adjustments. NaKita at the front desk did a great job with a room mix-up. Cathy scheduled a great Sunday brunch in the Habitat Lounge. Every step of our weekend went smoothly and Weber's did a great job with some last minute requests. It is the perfect venue for out of town guests and a great place to host all of the events on your wedding weekend. The cocktail party they throw in the Habitat Lounge in between the ceremony and reception kept our guests engaged and having fun. We also had rave reviews on the dinner that was served. Our guests favorite part was the Cheesecake Bar!!! Thank you again Weber's. We'll be back again soon for dinner!!!

We could not have planned our wedding without Amber and Tina, the wedding coordinators at Weber's Inn. Both of them were amazing, and I recommend them to anyone who is considering having their wedding at Weber's Inn. We loved everything about our day. Everything was perfect. Weber's was wonderful, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were plentiful! Our cake was spectacular, as well. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. Our guests enjoyed staying at Weber's for the weekend. Thank you for being so accessible and kind and helpful. My mom had nothing but great things to say about Amber for helping her with the decorations and always returning her phone calls. I also appreciated both of them responding to my emails in such a timely manner, and for answering every stupid question I had. You definitely made planning our wedding from a distance much easier, and I will always be grateful for that. I most definitely recommend Weber's Inn to anyone considering it as a venue. My husband and I look forward to going back to Weber's one day for an anniversary dinner. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. I already wish we could relive that day at least one more time, it was so amazing. So, THANK YOU, again! I cannot say that enough! I truly appreciate everything you have done for us. You are the best!

We used Weber's for our wedding reception, hotel rooms, and for lunches and breakfast for our out-of-town wedding guests at their restaurant. We had a great experience with every one of them, and we were happy with every aspect of our wedding weekend. Amber and Tina were incredibly helpful and very responsive with all of our questions and requests. The service staff the day of were very professional, nice, and helpful. We got a few comments from our guests and family on how great the service staff was during the reception. The hotel rooms were brand new and gorgeous. The restaurant staff was very helpful and accommodating in setting up lunches for large parties during the weekend for our out-of-town guests, as well as a brunch the next morning for all of our guests. Overall, we had a great wedding weekend and are very glad we chose Weber's.

Upper Echelon, above all expectations. Our Wedding was on May 7th & perfection was the word of the day. Our event coordinator fine tuned all the details & promised us everything would be as planned & it was perfect! From start to finish our wedding was exactly what we wanted, the venue was stunningly, the service was impeccable, the food was delicious, our cake was better than words can describe and our guests were completely thankful...

From the beginning, Weber's was easy to work with and the hotel is beautiful! Both Tina and Amber helped me through all the planning and they were a godsend. Every email always got answered and my requests taken care of. We got our cake through Weber's as well, and Mary Beth is the best!!! Our family that stayed in the hotel did nothing but compliment how great of a time they had. With the restaurant, habitat lounge and poolside cabana they were well entertained despite the snowstorm!! The staff at Weber's went above and beyond. When there was nowhere high enough to steam my dress, they came and installed a hook in my room. When we didn't have enough chairs for hair and makeup, a chair appeared! They setup my ceremony and reception rooms perfectly. And at the end of the night when all I wanted was an iced tea, the bartender brought me a pitcher!!! If you are deciding where to have your wedding have it here! And stress no more!!

It's been two weeks and I still cannot get over how amazing our day was and how everything turned out at Weber's! We had our ceremony in the Atrium Ballroom and the reception in the Grand Ballroom. We had 140 guests come and it was so amazing! Weber's did the majority of the setup, which freed this bride up to do other things, and more importantly, RELAX on my big day. The food was amazing, even better than at our tasting. The cake was PERFECT. Marybeth did an amazing job and it turned out better than I expected. That's actually how the whole day went: it was truly a million times better than either of us had expected or hoped that it could be. Weber's was incredibly acccomodating for us and what we wanted/needed and I couldn't imagine having a wedding as nice as ours anywhere else for a more reasonable price. Weber's gives you a whole lot of bang for your buck and everyone had a great time. Not to mention that the beds are the most comfortable that I have ever slept on at a hotel. Truly amazing. I would recommended Weber's to anyone who ever needs to throw an event of any kind. Amber helped us with the details and was amazing, and Tina helped us with our contract and was also amazing. We can't say enough good things about this place.

So happy we chose Weber's Inn for our wedding reception! We had been to events there before, so we knew it would be perfect. We received so many compliments on the food and how beautiful everything was. We worked mostly with Amber, who was wonderful. She thought of every little detail, and many things we did not even know we needed. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and updated. No complaints at all.

We had so much fun on our wedding day at Weber's. The waitstaff and bartender were so incredibly nice and organized. They were also very accomodating of us as bride and groom throughout the night to make sure we still got to eat some. (leaving our meals out longer, serving us drinks first). The food was delicious. Amber was the one we communicated with the most throughout the process and she was always very responsive, professional, and knew exactly how to make things as simple as possible. She was such a pleasure to work with. The room looked beautiful and our guests loved their hotel rooms and not having to drive home after the wedding.

I am disappointed about my experience with Weber's for my wedding day. I booked the room on a Friday night for my Saturday wedding, and I was having my bridesmaids stay there with me to get our hair and makeup done in the room the next morning. I called in October and asked if we could check out past noon, and the receptionist said it's no problem and there would be no late check-out fee. I called two days before my June 13 wedding, and checked to see if I was still set to check out late. The woman on the phone told me they do not grant late check-outs on Saturdays and we would have to be out by noon. I explained what I was told 8 months earlier, and she offered no suggestion or accommodation, and kept restating that we couldn't check out past noon. After several minutes of trying to get some sort of solution from her and explaining that I booked the room because of what I was told, she abruptly put me on hold then told me we could stay until 1:30pm but if we left late we would be charged a half-day rate. When I went to check in on Friday evening, I asked to speak to a manager about this issue and to express how disappointed I was by the terrible customer service I was given. One of the three people standing there was actually the woman on the phone, and I told her that she had treated me very poorly over a mistake that wasn't mine. She insincerely told me "I'm sorry" several times, but again reminded me of their policy. I explained that I understood the policy and why they have it, but it was not my fault that I was given incorrect information at the time I called. I also explained that I would not pay a half-day rate if I happened to check out at 1:40 instead of 1:30, and she assured me I wouldn't be charged. We left the room around 1:45pm, and of course we were told we had to be charged a half-day rate for checking out late. This miscommunication caused a delay, which then made us late to my wedding ceremony. It is now 10 days later, and I noticed a charge on my credit card from the hotel. My husband was told, of course, that it was a half-day charge. He explained the situation yet again, and the charge was removed, but not before being rudely told "for future reference, we can't grant late check-outs until the day of." I have never experienced such poor customer service, and throughout this entire situation the hotel staff has made this out to be my fault. I am appalled by how rudely I have been spoken to by the manager, especially over a miscommunication that was absolutely NOT my mistake. Rather than taking responsibility for their miscommunication, they repeatedly made me and my family members feel insulted and small. I would highly recommend that brides and grooms look elsewhere for any kind of wedding accommodations. I had spent many occasions at Weber's, in both the hotel and restaurant, but this was certainly my last time spent with this property.

Weber's did a fantastic job with our wedding reception. We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom and it was absolutely beautiful in the room. Amber helped us through the planning process and was very helpful. She was always responsive and tried to help us whenever she could. The food was delicious and the wait staff during the night were helpful and very polite. I would absolutely recommend Weber's to anyone planning a wedding!

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process including the night of the event. Our first food tasting didn't go so well. Most of the food wasn't bad. It was just boring, so we asked them to do it over and punch up the flavors which they happily did. The food turned out great. The cakes were tasty (from the start) and beautiful when they were complete. The bottom layer's fondant was a bit more brown than the burgundy we were hoping for, but it still was beautiful and delicious. Overall, we'd definitely recommend them again.

Soooo, the good first. The room looked nice, Weber's put out all of our stuff (favors, place cards, seating chart), our cake by MaryBeth at Weber's was fantastic and looked beautiful. Amber in sales and catering office was prompt and good to work with. Bar service was great. Late night pizza was a hit. The bad: we were supposed to have different sides with each entree. Weber's ended up serving the same 2 sides with both. Many people complained the steaks were "raw". We were told there would be an on site person there to assist with any issues, etc. I don't know if that on site person was sitting in their office or what, but no one EVER saw that person. I had a lot of stress when we got there and no one was around. We had to coordinate the bridal party introduction with the help of our DJ. A waiter spilled a bottle of champagne on my mom's dress (accidents happen) but she missed the first dances because of it. And our hotel service was sub par, we we're put in a main floor cafe suite next to the ping pong table where little kids were running back and forth by our door wall. I had to ask 2 days in a row to get the room cleaned and towels picked up, it wasn't until the 2nd day that it did. So on our wedding night we got to come back to an unclean room and the chocolate covered strawberries you get with the wedding package were wedged between the TV and the wall. I didn't feel like a bride or like it was my wedding night at all. I would think they could make it a more special evening or make their wedding suite a priority to be cleaned first. (We were the only wedding in the hotel that night). The hotel seemed a little rundown compared to past visits. I noticed a microwave sitting in the hallway that stayed there for 3 days and a tray we placed in the hall stayed there until I called for it to be picked up a day later. I've been in contact with Weber's about all this and have yet to hear much back from hotel staff yet.

Amber and the staff at Weber's were amazing, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. We ended up having a number of last-minute cancellations before the cut-off date and a low bar bill, so we ended up getting a refund. We did an afternoon reception, so we didn't have a minimum and went off of the lunch menu. The sundae bar was a huge hit with our guests. The only "issue" we had was the price of the rooms. We reserved a block for guests at the reduced rate, but it still ended up being much more expensive that other hotels in the area. It wasn't a big deal - our people just stayed elsewhere.

We had our wedding at Weber's Inn on August 24, 2013. Amber went above and beyond to help us make the personal touches we requested. They worked with us on menu changes and everything was beautifully presented. Our guests loved the contemporary feel of the venue space. Highly recommend Weber's Inn! :)

Good food and drinks. Pricey

We chose Weber's for their extensive choices and reputation for amazing food and events. They were also a good choice for all of our out of town visitors. Everything was wonderful. The food was fabulous and came out very quickly. We worked with the coordinating staff to come up with a custom dinner options which everyone enjoyed. The wait staff was worked quickly and was very accommodating. The room set up worked great. Weber's provided some centerpiece options in their package, which we were able to incorporate with our flowers We chose to use their bakery, and Marybeth did a fabulous job on the cake as well as some cupcakes we did for the rehearsal dinner. All of our family and guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire evening and the hotel accommodations.

Weber's was always our top pick for reception and we are both so glad we went there. The food was delicious, the cake moist, the cheesecake, well it's cheesecake, of course it's good. The room looked beautiful and we used one of their options for centerpieces that saved us from having to spend money there. We did have a couple issues with the front desk and housekeeping, but I spoke with the GM after the wedding addressing these and he offered us a free night and a dinner credit so we could come back. Our return visit was nothing short of fantastic. I would recommend Weber's to anyone. It was so nice that they did all of the prep work and tear-down as well and all of our guest loved it as well.
