Let me just say our wedding would not have been the same without Jessica! I’d like to think my mom and I are pretty good planners (my husband let us have full range on planning the wedding), but Jessica helped keep us on track and brought up so many little details we would have never thought about considering - we would have been lost without her. All of our wedding vendors were fantastic, and that’s because Jessica connected us with 90% of them (the only ones we booked without her input were vendors we secured before we signed Jessica as our planner!). Throughout the planning process, Jessica was always there when we needed her - she is so responsive and gives the best recommendations and advice. Whenever we had a question or idea, Jessica found the answer and gave us honest feedback. On the day of the wedding, we were able to 100% enjoy the day and not worry about anything because she made sure everything was on schedule and set up. Most brides agree that wedding days can be a whirlwind - Jessica helped ensure my husband and I had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a better wedding - it was truly perfect, and Jessica played such a huge part in making that happen! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Wed and Prosper planned our sons wedding back in 2018 and they did such an amazing job that we chose to use them for my daughters wedding also. Our coordinator was Rachel and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was organized, creative and a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire process. She made planning enjoyable and stress free, helping us prioritize and get the most from our wedding budget. Her experience is very evident and the relationships she has with the vendors she recommends is a definite asset. Rehearsal dinner and wedding day were both executed perfectly, she and her team were incredibly professional without making it seem like a job. I recommend them 100%
Jessica from Wed & Prosper was absolutely amazing! My mom and I had no idea where to start or what to do and Jessica helped us with everything from start to finish. She was always available via text if I had questions and was always prepared for our meetings. Jessica and her assistant made everything run so smoothly the day of my wedding, I cannot thank them enough!
Rachel was OUTSTANDING at planning and implementing my daughter's wedding! Rachel is organized, efficient, and on top of every detail. Rachel brought so many creative and great ideas to the planning. She was outstanding with vendor coordination. She worked with my daughter to make her vision a dream come true. The wedding was so beautiful, flowed so nicely, and was magical! Rachel was easy and fun to work with. We were in great hands with Rachel and had so much confidence in her. SHE IS THE BEST!
Jessica from W&P is literally the BEST! She and I hit it off from the very beginning and ensured that my vision came to life! I hired Jessica as my day of coordinator, but let’s be real she basically planned my whole wedding! Every meeting we had was a joy and so very organized! My type A personality was so happy every time she pulled out her spreadsheet and made notes/updates as the day got closer. On our wedding day, I knew there was nothing to stress about as Jessica had it under control. Her assistant even drove the groomsmen to the church after our shuttle failed to arrive on time. All in all the day was an absolute dream and I couldn’t have done it without her! We still keep in contact and she is just such a fun person to be around! 10/10 would recommend Jessica and the W&P team for your next event or wedding!
Hiring Felecia as our coordinator was some of the best money we spent on our wedding! We did the "Trusted Advisor" package. I really appreciated Felecia's guidance throughout the planning process and learning all her insider's knowledge. Her preferred vendor list is great, some of the best in the business in the Houston area. They all work together all the time, which means everything runs smoothly! Felecia's to-do list and timeline are far more detailed than anything else I saw on the internet. Which means I didn't have a doubt in my mind that she would handle anything abnormal on the wedding day. My mom was actually shocked by how little she had to do, since Felecia, Rachel, and the vendors took care of so much! Felecia worked with our vendors to make sure we had our ceremony outside, despite the less-than-ideal weather. She also stuck around after the event to supervise tear-down. I really appreciate her!
Rachel from wed and prosper is UNMATCHED! She did full planning for me and I have zero complaints. Our wedding party and family were amazed by how detailed she was and everything was on point. 10/10 recommend!!!
I’ve tried to write this review a few times, but honestly, couldn’t focus on a few great things that Rachel and her team from Wed and Prosper helped me with, because there were SO MANY! I first reached out to Rachel in Winter 2018 for a Spring 2020 wedding. From the get-go she was super energetic, cheerful, helpful and on-top of it! She knew what questions to ask and what visuals to show me to get a feel for what I wanted when I didn’t know the words or aesthetics that I wanted! There wasn’t a single vendor that she recommended that didn’t kill it at the reception. Her recommendations alone are worth their weight in gold! Not only was she organized, but she was so mentally calming! Replanning a wedding to Fall 2020 because of a pandemic? No worries! She got it covered. Awkward family dynamics? she knows exactly to how to handle it! Stress from juggling my husband and I’s different cultures? Not a problem at all! Upset because you got laid off and need to totally redo the budget for the wedding that was supposed to be in a month, but got moved? She worked with vendors to re-create a lot of the special moments and visuals to be more budget friendly, while still retaining their massive wow factor! She helped plan a very elegant wedding, not once, but twice with the reschedule and in line with COVID guidelines. Her ability to gracefully work under pressure and still be so positive and uplifting is rare, especially during the pandemic, when it was easy to get bogged down with negativity. To this day, I still follow some advice Rachel gave me during the wedding planning process that I’ve applied to other aspects of my life. I highly recommend Wed and Prosper, everyone is such an amazing team to have on your side! My wedding would not be nearly as amazing as it was without Rachel and the Wed and Prosper team!
We cannot thank Wed & Prosper, especially our coordinator- Felecia, enough for making our dream wedding a reality! We had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic which was stressful to say the least. Felecia was there every step of the way during the 2 years we planned our wedding- answering questions, recommending vendors, putting our minds at ease. She is incredibly warm, friendly and professional. We didn't worry about any logistics or details the day of because she and her team handled them all! We had the most beautiful wedding and I know it wouldn't have been possible without Wed & Prosper. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Wed & Prosper is a phenomenal wedding planning and coordination team. We worked with Felecia closely to plan our wedding. We live in Dallas and worked with Felecia primarily via FaceTime and she was fantastic. She has a great list of recommended vendors and everyone she suggested were great and easy to work with. She is reliable, organized, experienced, and has great communication skills. Our wedding day @ Iron Manor went so smoothly and everyone commented on what a great planner she was! Highly recommend 10/10 :)
Working with Felecia and Jessica from Wed and Prosper was awesome, they were a huge help and really took a lot of the stress off our shoulders. Felecia was extremely helpful and kept us on track and getting things done and made sure we didn't miss some things we definitely would have otherwise. They made our whole day go smoothly and we loved working with them. Felecia did a wonderful job and it was very appreciated.
We spent a good portion of 2020 planning my daughter’s wedding for January 2nd of 2021, and then making adjustments and changes over and over due to Covid-19. Felecia and her team were with us at every step of our journey. Whenever we reached out with questions, we received solid, actionable guidance based on actual experience. I don’t know how we could have hosted such a beautiful and low-stress wedding and reception without Felecia by our side. She is simply the most essential and calm resource you can add to your wedding planning team.
On the big day, she was once again solidly available for the whole event. Every time we needed help, she was ready to solve problems and negotiate every situation with a calm voice of wisdom and experience. Even with a scaled-back event, hosting with a planner like Felecia gave us the margin we needed to actually enjoy the day.
Finally, at the end of the night, as the parents of the bride, you might feel exhausted but so happy that it has all gone so well. With Felecia’s team, you can count on being able to enjoy saying goodbye to those last guests and then relaxing. You won’t have to spend the rest of the night cleaning up or running around to do all the last-minute checks. It has all been done with excellence. I cannot recommend Wed and Prosper enough.
They are amazing and understanding! Not knowing where to even start with planning, Wed & Prosper is helping me find the confidence I need. We are having a lower budget wedding than most weddings of today and I was so worried we wouldn’t be able to find anyone because of it. In searching for a planner, I had a schedule phone call for Wed & Prosper. Just for a quick 20 mins phone called. I ended on the phone for almost an hour because they were immediately willing to work without payment of finding recommendations over catering, Dj and photography. They are also now offering a new deal of a virtual package in PDF for for those brides that want to DIY to save money but cannot organize and juggle everything. They know all the tricks and tips and give us two consultations included.
I contacted Wed and Prosper late in the game after rescheduling my daughter's June 6th wedding to August 21st, and honestly, I wish I had called them on the very first day of planning last year. The team was extremely friendly, detail-oriented, and SO supportive the day of the wedding. As the MOB, I actually ENJOYED the whole day because I knew Rachel and Jessica had everything under control. In my initial conversation with Felecia, I knew instantly that Wed and Prosper was the way to go -- I thought I had the event pretty much under control, but Felecia asked and commented about things I hadn't even thought of, so I was all in! I enthusiastically recommend Wed and Prosper!

Hiring Wed & Prosper was truly the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! Felecia helped me every step of the way, and made sure to cover every single detail so there was nothing left unplanned when the day finally arrived. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is certainly a stressful experience, but Felecia always found ways to not only make it manageable, but she made it fun!! As a wedding photographer, I have worked with so many incredible wedding planners and coordinators. Early on in my career, I connected with Rachel with Wed & Prosper. To see her passion for her couples is truly something to witness, and you can see the proof of it in how she takes care of her couples. As a result, I’ve been referring my couples to Wed & Prosper as my number one recommendation for wedding planners. So when it was time to plan my own wedding, there was no question who I wanted by my side; Rachel. Rachel went above and beyond and made my wedding planning process a breeze. Even though I’ve attended close to 200 weddings myself, Rachel knew questions to ask vendors and so many other things that I would have never thought of. She was truly invaluable in making sure that our wedding day was set up to go off without a hitch! Then on the wedding day, I put my total faith into Rachel and her team and didn’t worry about a single thing. Family and friends kept coming up to me to be sure and mention what a wonderful job Rachel and her team were doing at the wedding. That they had never seen such a well-planned wedding. My husband still can’t get over how much Rachel did for us and mentions it regularly. Rachel and Felicia, I am truly thankful to y’all for what you did for us. I can’t and don’t want to imagine what my wedding experience would have been without you. It was truly the best day of our lives and could not have been any better!
The smartest decision we made planning my daughter and son in law’s wedding was hiring Wed and Prosper. Rachel and Anna guided us every step of the way with wisdom, thoughtfulness and creativity. They truly care about their clients and tailoring the wedding to their dreams. Not only were they professional to work with, they were fun and caring. We are so grateful for their amazing expertise and the outstanding team of vendors they recommended. The wedding was perfect in every way and we can’t thank Wed and Prosper enough.

I don’t even know where to start, Wed and Prosper was amazing from the first phone consultation we had. Felecia was our Coordinator and she exceeded ALL my expectations! I definitely leaned on her during stressful situations that she always had a solution or a plan. She always responded very quickly when I contacted her and our wedding day, Wow! Her and her assistant came in, helped anywhere they were needed, took care of all the vendors, directed the guests and the bridal party for anything. Our wedding turned out better than I had even imagined and I owe so much of it to Felecia and her team! Thanks W&P for a day we will never forget!
Kara helped to make our wedding day all we dreamed it would be and more. I deeply appreciate all of the time and effort that went into the process and I could not have gone through the wedding planning process without her encouragement and expertise. Kara is so detail oriented and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want/envisioned for your day. She is unbelievably talented at her craft and I have already passed her name along to newly engaged brides. She's the best of the best!
We were recommended Wed and Prosper by our wedding venue and I am so glad that we were! I cannot even begin to imagine how hard process would have been without Wed and Prosper. My experience started with just some general questions, information, etc. over a phone call. Once I booked my package, I was assigned my personal planner, Kara Portilla, and we set up an initial meeting. My mom and I met Kara one evening and ended up spending hours getting to know one another, discussing about what I wanted in a planner, my general budget, some vendor recommendations, etc. We immediately felt comfortable around Kara and soooo much less stressed even after one meeting with her! The only thing I had booked was my venue (who were also my photographers) and I had my dress picked out. We had no clue where to begin with so many vendor options in our area for everything else and Kara pointed us in exactly the right direction for EVERYTHING. From hair/makeup and videography to cakes and a getaway car, Kara knew exactly what I would want and who I should work with. She understood my vision for our wedding day better than I understood it myself at times. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her, even if it wasn’t our scheduled phone call day or meeting day. She helped me through some huge planning and personal stresses, as I’m sure most girls have during this time! I could tell throughout the whole planning process that Kara truly loves what she does and that she cared for me as more than just a client. I could not have asked for a better guide and support person from day one of hiring Wed and Prosper until the very end of the wedding night. I never had to worry about anything being done on time or the way I wanted it, because I knew Kara would have it taken care of! It is hard to find someone to completely trust with so many important wedding details, especially when you’re a self-admitted control freak like myself and my mother, but Kara was better than we could’ve imagined. I am very particular when it comes to what I like and what I want - I think I spent most of our first meeting telling Kara about what I don’t want and don’t like, but it turned out that this was the perfect way for her to get to know me. I know that any planner from Wed and Prosper would have been incredible - they are worth their weight in gold! Look no further if you are on the fence about hiring a planner for any amount of support on your big day!
We were so fortunate to work with Anna and Rachel at Wed and Prosper. I can't say enough great things about how smoothly the day went. They looked after every little detail which allowed me to enjoy the day and even were so thoughtful as to keep all our guests (and the groom!!) updated on the score of the football game :) Both are incredibly thoughtful and provided fantastic vendor recommendations that made my day even more amazing than I could have imagined!
I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Wed & Prosper... Felecia is the best you will ever find! They truly pour their heart and soul into each wedding and it shows <3 They did such an awesome job making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the entire day and that we stayed on track with the timeline. Whatever you ask of Felecia, she will make sure it gets done. Y'all, I seriously cannot recommend them enough! And when you mention to your other vendors that you are a Wed & Prosper bride, you can feel their relief because they know how amazing they are to work with!
Felecia is seriously a godsend. She was patient and so helpful throughout the entire process which due to my venue was a logistical nightmare. She thinks of all the little things you would never think about and kept the show not only moving on schedule but ahead so we always had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves during the wedding. We can't thank her enough for everything she did, hiring her as our planner was definitely the best money we spent towards our wedding.
LOVED! Felecia did a budgeting/expectation setting/vendor suggestions meeting with me right when we started working together. At the beginning I had a ton of questions and she had all the advice! We had scheduled calls throughout. The day of the wedding she was a rockstar and made every little thing I asked for happen. She also smoothly accommodated last minute timeline changes day of. 100% recommend!!
Kara and her staff are THE BEST! Kara is dedicated and professional, easy and fun to work with. THE BRIDE is her #1 priority and concern throughout the entire planning and wedding. Kara was with us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, through planning and venues and vendors, etc. She offers her professional, truthful opinions and really wants the bride to have HER wedding. As the Mother of the Bride, it really relieved some of the pressure and concerns you have for your daughter on the Wedding date, as Kara was always 1 step ahead of you. As for the bridal and groom parties, you knew exactly when to be ready for rehearsal, exactly what time to be at the venue on wedding day, when to get dressed, where to stand, etc....completely took the stress out of the entire process. I would 100% recommend Kara for ALL of your wedding planning. We hired a planner and came away with a life-long friend.

Felecia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was always on top of the planning and knew what questions to ask and when. Their wedding portal planner was so helpful in keeping everything straight. When the wedding was getting closer Felecia was reaching out weekly to see not only how the planning was going but also how I was genuinely doing. Day of Felecia and her assistant Allison ensured that everything I needed was done. From decor, to getting me water, to getting everyone where they needed to be, even when we were outside taking photos in the heat Felecia had a fan on her phone to help cool under my dress! I always had what I needed and everything went perfect. Even when I threw curveballs like wanting to do a fake send off before too many people left, she made it happen. You prepare for something to go wrong at your wedding but nothing did and I really credit that to Felecia and her assistant Allison. I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner/coordinator, just do it. You won't regret it. I highly highly highly recommend Wed and Prosper and their entire team.
Where do I even begin? Planning a wedding from literally thousands of miles away sounded almost impossible to me until I had my first phone call with Rachel and Felecia. Upon speaking with them and having Felecia assigned as my planner, things just started to fall into place. These women are MASTERS of their craft. They have amazing lists of vendors that they recommend and I went straight down that list when picking my vendors. This made communications a breeze and everything was handled in the most professional and wonderful manner. Felecia always made herself available for my random wedding questions and our frequent talks helped me so much along the way. Making an entire wedding happen in 7 months certainly isn’t easy especially not from the other side of the country but Felecia made things so seamless! I could go on and on about the wonderful things this company did for me but reviews can only be so long lol! I am so glad I chose Wed and Prosper for our big day; it couldn’t have been more perfect!!
I can't imagine planning a wedding without Wed & Prosper! Kara was an absolute dream to work with! Not only was she very professional, organized, and devoted, but she truly cares about her brides. I felt so cared for every time we would talk through the planning process. She gave great advice on what questions to ask vendors, how to deal with certain stressful situations, and went above and beyond on our wedding day! On the day of my wedding, I truly felt like I had nothing to worry about. I fully trusted Kara to manage everything. I knew that if something went wrong, she would take care of it and no one would even know! I will encourage brides to use the Wed & Prosper team because I have never witness a more put-together group of coordinators!
Working with Kara was a dream! So fun and spunky but isn’t afraid to tell it like it is! She saved my behind weeks in advance by letting me know what would be a good idea and a not so good idea and wasn’t so easy to work with the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there and that all our ducks were in a row. After the wedding, I was pleased to hear so many compliments about how Kara handled all the mishaps we had throughout the day (that I literally had no idea happened until these people told me how well Kara handled them!) If I could get married all over again, I would definitely rehire Kara and probably do one of their more inclusive packages because of how well she handled my day of coordinating. Thank you thank you thank you Kara for being so amazing for the months prior to our big day and for being even more amazing the day of.
Working with Wed & Prosper and Kara was such a blessing to us throughout the wedding planning process. She was with us every step of the way through planning and designs. Wed & Prosper is absolutely who you want to hire if you are planning a wedding. Kara was my wedding planner and I couldn’t have possibly had such a magical wedding without her. When I first met Kara I had no vision, no idea where to start and no clue how I was going to accomplish anything. This did not throw her off in any way. She was able to guide me through the whole process in manageable, easy steps. I gave her a general idea of what I liked and somehow, like the fairy godmother she is, Kara managed to turn my likes into something I could have never even dreamed of. My wedding day ran so smoothly and I never once worried about anything going wrong. Something that really sets this team apart is that they just don’t care about your vendors and color schemes. They really care about YOU! I was planning a wedding, going to work full time, going to grad school at night, and halfway through the whole planning process I was diagnosed with skin cancer. Kara ALWAYS made sure that I was okay. She was determined to make sure that wedding planning was not something that I had to stress over and she constantly checked in with calls or emails to see how I was doing with everything. The only part of getting married that I regret is that I wont get to talk to her as often. She is professional, a wedding genius and a genuinely wonderful person. If you are at all worried about your wedding planning process or your big day itself, hire Wed & Prosper. You will NEVER regret it. Thank you Kara!!
Rachel Di’Annunzio was BY FAR the BEST decision I made in the entire wedding planning process. She is so on top of her game all the time and she truly wants you to have the PERFECT wedding. She is always available, great at navigating the difficult mother/daughter relationship, respectful of what you want and has impeccable taste. Plus she’s super fun! Seriously, if you one anything right for your wedding, hire her. She’ll do the rest of it right ;)
Hands down the absolute best decision I made for my wedding was hiring Wed & Prosper. Felecia was an absolute DREAM to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were on track and had everything we needed. She adapted to my needs and wants. I truly felt like I was getting a top of the line service from them. I could not recommend Wed & Propser more to anyone!!!!
Where do I even begin?! I had four months to figure out how to put a wedding together and choosing Felecia as my wedding planner was the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. She was with me every step of the way and made sure to uphold my vision from beginning to end. She always had our best interest as a couple in mind and helped guide me through the planning process. My wedding was such a perfect day and I want to take Kara for everything. She actually saved the day when one of the groomsmen showed up and somehow his suit was the wrong color. Kara got on the phone with the managers and in the end we had a new suit and it was tailored right there at the venue. Kara was accessible whenever we needed her and so positive during the planning process. I would recommend Kara for anyone’s special day. Thank you so much for everything!
Felecia was amazing during the wedding planning process! She made sure my voice and ideas were a priority and made my vision come to life. My wedding was more than I ever could have imagine due to Rachel and her team. Rachel was so detailed in the planning process and was always one step ahead making sure to take care of me. I wanted to do some "non-traditional" things for my wedding and Rachel was fully on board and wanted to do everything she could to make sure me and my husband had the best day ever. It was a day full of love and laughter and I couldn't have imagined it without Wed & Prosper!

Rachel and the Wed and Prosper team are amazing! We own Uncle Bob's BBQ and Catering and have worked with her team for years catering weddings around our area. When it came time for our son to get married we immediately called her! Kara and Rachel did a wonderful job and I was able to enjoy the day with my new daughter in law and family and did not worry about anything. They were so amazing that we are taking Rachel and Felicia to Cancun with us to plan and coordinate my daughters destination wedding this coming April, 2019. If you are looking for perfection and stress free planning, they should be your first choice. Their integrity and talent speak for themselves.

From the beginning, she made wedding planning easy! She is extremely communicative, organized, trustworthy, creative, knowledgeable, reliable, a great listener, innovative, patient, and has a brilliant eye for design. Let's be honest - she was also an amazing therapist! She knew the answer to every question I asked, and made sure to take care of even the tiniest detail. My wife Mary and I were married in August and we had Kara Portilla as our wedding coordinator. Let me tell you, from day 1 when we met her until after the wedding, she made us feel so at ease. She took a lot of the stress of planning away from us so we could concentrate on other things. Kara is phenomenal from start to finish and I would definitely recommend her to anybody getting married. We started planning 8 months in advance and she was always in contact with us either in person or by phone. We cannot say enough good things about her. If I could give Kara Portilla with Wed and Prosper 10 stars, I would. We had the most wonderful experience with her- she was professional and helped to make our day even more amazing than we hoped... which was especially important because we planned our wedding long-distance. Beyond that though, Kara is lovely and made us feel like we mattered to her. After every call, I felt like I had just been talking to a good friend about our plans, hopes, and vision for the wedding- and then she delivered. I could go on and on about her, but suffice to say, I highly recommend her and Wed and Prosper overall!
I can't recommend Wed and Prosper enough! Rachel and her team were absolutely amazing and I could not have done it without them! She helped me so much from staying within budget, designing the look of my wedding, providing her expertise to calming our worries. I showed her pictures of things I liked and she designed the whole thing perfectly! I was never stressed or worried during the planning process because I knew Rachel had it all handled. Hiring Wed and Propser was the best decision I made for my wedding!!

I could not have asked for a better person to guide me through not only my wedding day but my entire wedding experience. Kara was my backbone throughout the whole thing.
When hiring a wedding coordinator I know that my main concern was finding someone that actually cared about ME and MY day. I didn’t want someone that just looked at my wedding like another weekend job. I needed someone that I could call when I had concerns on the flowers I picked out, the food I chose, or shoot even the wedding dress I bought! Kara was one call/text/FaceTime away for me at all times and in my opinion that’s what every girl needs.
As far as vendors go, Kara made sure I was prepared before meeting and hiring each and everyone of them. Once they were hired Kara contacted them to make sure everyone was on the same page so that everything would run smoothly on the wedding day.
On the wedding day : Kara planned everything down to the minute and IF anything did go wrong.. I will never know about it because she handled it quietly. (That was my favorite thing) She allowed me to have a completely stress free day as well as my mom and the mother of the groom and that’s more than I could have ever asked for.
There are so many things I would love to share but it would take a book. If you are looking for the best, Kara with Wed and Prosper is where it’s at.
Kara was our day of coordinator for our June wedding! Our photographer had suggested a few wedding coordinators for us to look into but our first phone call to Wed and Prosper and I was sold! They have such a great team and their initial Smart Start meeting to go over budget was exactly what my husband and I needed! Kara was the sweetest most diligent planner! She went above and beyond to make sure she understood our vision for our wedding and that it was implemented perfectly. Day of I didn’t have a worry in the world as I knew she had it all under control. Her master timeline was amazing and so perfectly detailed that everyone- all our vendors and family, knew exactly what was supposed to happen and when! Kara was so on top of things I had numerous people come to me that night and in the following weeks to tell me how great she was and how cute she was with her utility apron and earpiece. It was obvious to even those not involved in the planning that she knew exactly what was going on and exactly what to do. I’ve already given her name to many friends and would encourage everyone to use Kara for their wedding!
My husband and I got married this past July and I’ve got to say, we could not have pulled off such a magical day without the help of Felicia from wed and prosper and her team. Felicia is amazing! During the wedding planning process she helped my mom and I plan everything from the big moments to all the little details we wouldn’t have even known to think of. When wedding day came around the wed and prosper team pulled everything off with such ease! I can honestly say that my wedding days was one of the best days of my life and it’s all thanks to the help of Felicia and her team. Thank you!
This was the hands-down the best money well spent of the ENTIRE wedding! Felecia was an absolute blessing throughout the wedding planning process and on our big day. During our weekly meetings leading up to the wedding, she alleviated my mother’s stresses, which in turn alleviated all my stresses ;) by letting her dial into our meetings. Felecia was a great resource for recommendations and extremely professional while keeping us organized. The Wed and Prosper planning process set our big day up for success and our day couldn’t have gone better. If anything went “wrong” that day, I have no clue because Felecia and Bernadette took care of it. If you’re on the fence about a day of coordinator, don’t be: Wed and Prosper was the most invaluable part of our big day.
Kara was a complete JOY to work with. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her help and guidance. Wed and Prosper had great options on their preferred vendor list which I found extremely helpful. They also had a great online wedding planning tool that I really enjoyed. Kara was on top of things all the way through planning and our wedding day. She was the perfect planner and everyone at my wedding loved her. I would highly recommend her to any bride!!!
First item of business after picking your venue ( or maybe even before then) is to hire Wed and Prosper!!! I used them as a day of coordinator, and am so grateful I did.
While everyone usually experiences a decent amount of stress leading up to their wedding, mine was amplified due to some unexpected life events and Felecia was my rock during all of it. She made sure I had thought of everything possible for the day, and had plans A-F created to make sure we had everything we imagined for our day regardless of what obstacles were presented. She made sure I was always focused on what was important about the day. By using Wed and Prosper, I was able to spend my weekend just enjoying all my family and friends, and not stress about all the other things because Felecia had managed my timeline and expectations leading up to it. Their only goal is to make sure you and your spouse have the exact day you have always wanted, and they will do everything possible to make sure that happens.

My wedding day was BEYOND my wildest dreams thanks to Rachel and her team! From day one of wedding planning, Rachel went above and beyond from finding the perfect vendors to coordinating the perfect day. For a year and a half Rachel was only a text or phone call away. She constantly kept in touch with me, updating me on wedding details and just checking in on me. I will forever be grateful for her kindness and hard work. I cannot imagine how hard it is to be working with multiple brides at one time, but Rachel made me feel like I was the only one! Felicia also played a large role the day of our wedding. Rachel and Felicia made our day go as smoothly as possible. We had no "hiccups" and I truly believe it was because of Wed & Prosper.
