Arielle (the owner) and Sara (our lead coordinator) at Wedded Perfection were SO ridiculously helpful the month before the wedding, their plethora of experience really helps you navigate the little details ahead of planning your own wedding. On every call, Arielle really eased our anxiety about the big things, little things, and all things in between and was so incredibly helpful at all times.
Arielle was so communicative the month before the wedding and Sara was able to come visit the venue and do a walkthrough with us and talk through details with us and the venue managers. We provided detailed layouts and instructions for where specific decorations go and when we entered everything was perfect. Sara did have to make game-time decisions but we didn't know anything about it because it was all seamless. She was so helpful on the day-of and helped us feel at ease as things rolled smoothly and according to schedule.
We loved working with them, 10/10 would recommend!
We cannot recommend Wedded Perfection enough! From the very beginning, Arielle's attention to detail was impeccable. Every element of our wedding was throughfully considered and perfectly executed. Arielle and Victoria were were always willing to helo in any way they could, making the entire planning process and wedding day stress-free and enjoyable!
However, what truly sets them apart is their ability to go above and beyond in unexpected situations When our officiant canceled at the last minute, Arielle stepped in and saved the day by stepping in as our officiant. Her resourcefulness in having that trick up her sleeve and being able to step into that role saved our wedding day. We are so grateful for their professionalism, dedication, and the genuine care they put into making our day perfect.

Arielle, our planner, was super cool and knew her stuff. She helped us plan everything and had awesome ideas. It was clear she loves weddings and wanted ours to be perfect.
On the big day, Tabitha and Sara from Wedded Perfection made everything run like clockwork. They were on top of everything, making sure the day was stress-free for us. Seriously, they were like wedding superheroes!
The decorations were amazing, and everything looked beautiful. Our guests are still talking about how awesome it was. Wedded Perfection made our day magical, and we can't thank them enough.

Arielle and her team were great. The biggest service was booking most of the major vendors directly--tent, tables, linens, florist, outdoor toilets--and handling most of the correspondence with the baker and the caterer. Day of, the two coordinators were calm and resourceful, and even helped a distraught 4 yr old who was very disappointed to discover she wasn't a flower girl.
Throughout, I appreciated Arielle's experience and the way she was able to translate our conversations about my preferences and priorities into a concrete vision.
We had a small wedding (40ish guests) in our backyard and Arielle and her team enabled me to focus on enjoying the day, and not running an event.
Arielle worked with us prewedding to gather vendors' contact info, timeline, and expectations for the wedding day. Then the day of the wedding she sent two underdressed women who did not seem to know anything about our wedding. One told us she really was a dental hygienist. These women caused so much stress to my sister, the bride, and me the officiant from not knowing or doing anything we spoke about in meetings prior to the wedding day. It was like Arielle didn't want to come and she found two women off the street. They even totally screwed up cueing the processional. They had the bride halfway down the aisle and didn't even realize they had forgotten to cue me, the officiant, and the groom. I had to jump in and take care of all the things they were not attending to and miss time with my sister prewedding. Arielle should be ashamed of herself, refund our money and get out of the business. do not hire them if you want a stress-free day.

First and foremost, we take all feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our services and address any concerns that arise. We'd like to address some of the points you raised in your review:
Team Attire: We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the attire of our team members. Our goal is to always present ourselves in a professional manner that aligns with the expectations of the event. We ensure that our team follows a dress code that reflects a polished and appropriate appearance for the occasion. I do check my team's attire by photo at every wedding and am unsure what you felt was inappropriate.
Processional Cueing: At our final details meeting your sister said and then signed off on the paperwork that also said that you and the groom would go on stage and "magically appear" when the processional music started. We specifically asked you and her in the meeting if you needed any assistance with this and were told to only concentrate on the bride, which is not the standard and part of the reason we have 2 coordinators o site. We're truly sorry for any disruption this miscommunication may have caused. It's essential to us that all aspects of the ceremony flow smoothly, and we understand the importance of precise cueing.
Team Members and Roles: We want to clarify that our team members are experienced professionals in the wedding industry, chosen for their expertise and ability to handle a wide range of wedding day responsibilities. While you had interactions with specific team members, please know that they were chosen to fulfill their roles based on their qualifications and our careful selection process. We hope that the fact that most of our team members have other 9-5 weekday jobs would have absolutely no impact on their ability to provide coordination services. Lindsey is one of our lead coordinators and always goes above and beyond for our couples. She is a single mom and has to work a second job to make ends meet.
Involvement and Assistance: We appreciate your acknowledgment that I, Arielle, personally assisted with coordinating the final details of the day, but it seems your sister did not inform you that we coordinate multiple weddings every weekend. We have amazing team members who coordinate our weddings, and I personally only attend those that I am scheduled to attend. I was not scheduled to attend your sister's wedding, which is why you had two professional coordinators from our team.
We understand that your sister's wedding day was a significant event, and we're genuinely sorry for any stress or disappointment you experienced. Our primary goal is to create a memorable and enjoyable day for the couple and their loved ones, and we regret that we fell short of this for you. However, it is clear from your feedback that your sister did not give you all of the details pertaining to her contract with our coordination services. We focused on catering to her needs as the bride and got only positive feedback from her on the day-of and after the wedding.
Nonetheless, your experiences and feedback are still valued, and we are committed to learning from and enhancing our services moving forward. We understand that emotions can run high during weddings, and we hope that you'll accept our sincere apology for any negative feelings that arose.

We were completely in over our heads when we began planning our wedding by ourselves. Unequivocally, our wedding would not have gone smoothly or even come together if was not for the amazing support from Wedded Perfection. We loved having everything organized on their Trello board. It made it easy for us to track tasks (and bluntly know what some of those tasks were). The Wedded Perfection team were always prompt in responding to our questions through the board. They also helped us come up with and track our budget, which was definitely the biggest question mark at the start of the process. They also helped us make smart vendor choices, including warning us of questionable vendors.
Our day of coordinator, Tabitha, did a wonderful job. She stepped in for one of her team members when they had a family emergency, and she knocked it out of the park despite having to learn our wedding quickly. She was prepared for our last details meeting and took care of coordinating vendors in the final weeks. She ran the wedding rehearsal like a well-oiled machine. Day of, Tabitha and her team were on top of set-up, teardown, and everything in between. We learned from our families and wedding party that after my husband and I left, they were able to complete the teardown of the reception in less than half-an-hour – and with our families and party not having to do much of that work. That is just incredible! We were able to enjoy our wedding without having to run our wedding at the same time.
We have heard so many praises for our wedding, and I cannot imagine how we could have done that without Wedded Perfection’s help. We completely and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs help planning their day!
Constantly I was asked, "Was it worth it to have [Wedded Perfection as] my wedding planner?" Each time, I said, "Yes!" Arielle was an essential part of my husband's and my wedding planning experience and was a life-saver during our wedding weekend.
Although she no longer lives in Columbus, Ohio, she had excellent recommendations and contacts for our wedding! We ended up choosing nearly every vendor she suggested (with the only exception being our videographer, who our photographers highly recommended for us). Every piece of advice and guidance helped smooth out disagreements with my husband during our wedding planning process. She was really supportive when I needed encouragement about my wedding dress choices, all the changes I made with our decor, and was extremely easy to talk to and reach!
Her day-of-coordinator, Tabitha, was awesome to work with too! Her assistants, Amy and Anna, were huge life savers at our wedding, helping from transporting my forgotten veil and a vendor's tulle last minute to setting/cleaning up our reception items. Arielle and Tabitha knew exactly how to handle every situation that occurred prior and during our wedding!
We can't thank Arielle and her team enough! Our wedding was beautiful, fun, and most importantly, on budget. We 100% recommend Wedded Perfection for your wedding!
Nearly all of my wedding was DIY (I'm a control freak about design). When we entered the venue, it was breathtaking--the victorian celestial theme that I dreamed of. Arielle and her team did a wonderful job setting up the reception area and having our lumbering 8 ft moon transported from the alter to the photo booth--not an easy feat, trust me. Wedded Perfection has great resources for original elements to provide a genuine guest experience. They even found us a whiskey tasting expert, which people enjoyed quite a bit. Great company!
Wedded Perfection was incredible!!! As soon as we met with Arielle we felt like our big day was in very capable hands. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail of our wedding. We were able to chat with her before hand about the music and overall feel we wanted and she guided us in the right direction and honestly made it better than we could've imagined. The team day-of was extremely professional and a delight to have during our big day. During the reception Sara was out checking in on our guests and our bridal party making sure everything was going smoothly and making sure our reception stayed on schedule. We got multiple compliments throughout the evening about how impressed people were with our DJ and flowers. We are so happy we chose Wedded Perfection. Everyone Arielle suggested got in contact with us right away and were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall, Arielle and the Wedded Perfection team were awesome to work with and we would highly recommend them to any friends getting married in the future!
I strongly recommend against using Wedded Perfection/Arielle Gavin. The few extremely stressful moments around my daughter's wedding were actually caused by Arielle and her team. Arielle’s response to feedback, as to other reviews here, was defensive and insufficient. My daughter’s wedding was absolutely magical, due in no part to any involvement of the hired wedding planner. Although my daughter had a very clear vision of what she wanted, she and I were both pretty low key and could not have been called demanding by any of our vendors. We are not located in Columbus, so all of our planning was done remotely. For the most part, the vendors we worked with were fabulous: very professional and a pleasure to work with. The only exception was Arielle and Wedded Perfection. Based on our experience, my advice is to go with someone else for wedding planning services.

I'm sorry you feel like Wedding Perfection caused the only stressful moments of your daughter's wedding. That is very unfortunate to hear.
While we do our best to make things right at the time of an incident, only three concerns were brought ...
to our attention and all were largely out of our control:
Guests entered the venue before photos were done being taken: we do not provide security services by posting staff at the doors to keep out wandering friends and family members. Our staff was busy attending to your guests at cocktail hour and preparing the ballroom for dinner. Additionally, the only bathroom on-site was inside of this area and we cannot, in good conscience, prevent guests from availing of the facilities.
We were also made aware that a guest, possibly someone inebriated, tripped and suffered a minor injury. Unfortunately, though we would love to, we do not currently offer a service that can prevent guests from doing this. Our staff was happy to call an ambulance, sit with the guest, or fill out all necessary paperwork for the venue though if the need had arisen.
However, I believe what was most upsetting was that your lead coordinator tested positive for COVID-19 the morning of your daughter's wedding. Though you didn't get a chance to meet her replacement before the event, we were more than happy to find someone to fill in and did so. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing global pandemic and we did not want to expose any high-risk guests to a known-positive coordinator.
Though those circumstances were largely beyond our control, we did provide many services that could not have been done without us, such as setting up and flipping the space, coordinating the timeline so that the evening flowed smoothly, and of course, packing your items up at the end of the evening.
I am glad to hear your daughter's day was magical and we are happy to have been a part of what brought that to life.
Arielle and Tabitha did an incredible job planning our wedding. We had to reschedule several times because of covid and they was so kind and accommodating. When we finally got to the wedding day, everything was magical and Tabitha and Anne made us all feel comfortable and taken care of. They were on top of everything and made everything go so smoothly. I am so astoundingly disappointed with the services I received from wedded perfection. I have never felt the need to write a negative review of a company but it is honestly such an unbelievable situation I had to share.
After my first meeting with Arielle I really thought it was going to be great. She was very pleasant and seemed to have understood everything I wanted. When Jennifer showed up at my venue on wedding day to set up she arrived late and seemed to be completely lost and out of place. I had been very clear about my decor with photos and all and she had no idea what she was doing. If I didn’t have family there my reception hall would not have been decorated. Not to mention she misplaced numerous items that my niece ended up finding for her.
My sister was thankfully there the entire time to help set up and when I asked her what Jennifer actually did, she honestly couldn’t as we accept she moves a few chairs around.
She did not facilitate a timeline or schedule what so ever. I never saw her before the ceremony other that when I had to come out and explain my decor to her.
Then she showed up at 10:45 to help clean up when we needed to be cleaned up by 11. And all she did was take table cloths off of tables and pack a few items into a box.
The reason for hiring a day of wedding planner is so that I did not have to worry about anything on my wedding day and I was a nervous wreck the entire time. I would never recommend this company for anyone.
I reached out to Arielle about the entire situation and the resolution was to refund a third of what I paid for receiving little to no help from her staff on my wedding day. My absolute worst nightmare came true on my wedding day and I sincerely hope no one else ever has to go through what I did.

We appreciate your feedback and will take all of your notes into consideration. We did speak with many of your vendors and none of them or our team were aware you were disappointed.
There were many DIY aspects to your wedding that was not pro...
perly prepared for. The number of zip ties needed vs. provided, the wrong fabric on the wrong kind of arch, the directions for setup of the centerpieces, was all miscommunicated to our staff when we did our final details meeting. This put pressure on our staff to come up with backup plans and reorganize what we had to work with had to take place to create the wedding you tried to plan for, which did ultimately push back our setup time.
We know that it is very difficult to watch things being set up without getting involved, but we did have plenty of time to complete the setup with your guests blissfully unaware of the magic happening inside for your outdoor event.
Contractually, and when we finalized your details, you shared we should come back at 11pm. This was also reiterated when our team checked in with you before departing at open dancing. We do apologize that we had a miscommunication on when you wanted us to return, but our team was there as you stated, earlier than the scheduled time.
When we discussed these issues after the wedding, we were under the impression that you and your guests had a fabulous time, and you were only unhappy with the speed of setup. With the time we spent with you prior to the wedding and the day-of labor, we ended up refunding all of the set-up, half of the day-of labor, and the end-of-evening item help. This came out to 40% of your total. We know that doesn't make up for you being stressed on your wedding day, but we hoped this would help with the monetary stresses of a wedding and to apologize for any part we had to play in that stress.
We still wish you the best and hope that you continue to have great feedback from your guests.
Wedded Perfection was amazing to work with! I could chat with them any time I needed and felt the weight of the world off of my shoulders while planning our wedding! They had such great ideas on how to save money and everything was just beautiful day of! So happy we went with Arielle and Gabriella!
Arielle was great to work with and made the process easy. We hired Wedded Perfection for day of coordination for our wedding. Tabitha and Emma were professional and decorated our venue exactly how we wanted. They ran the timeline for the day and we were always ahead of schedule. It was great having someone that would guide us through the day.
These gals were great to work with as I provided the cake (A Slice of Heaven Cakes by Kristin) for a wedding they were the event coordinators of in Port Huron. They contacted me and we partnered together for this wedding. Would definitely work with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for their services!
Awful. Totally ruined my set up &clean up causing me to pay hundred and thousands in fees. Totally did not perform how they said they would and lead me to believe they would. Then when I addressed these issues came at me saying how I owed her more money which I did not. Spoke to my entire family like they were dirt. I couldn’t say worse things. So many things went wrong that I can’t even get into it. Completely awful unprofessional service. Did not contact a single vendor for me prior I did everything myself. She was AWFUL.

Both your linen company and floral company only had dropped off and did not take care of their end of the set up which is not something our company usually does free of charge. We also were not contracted to do clean-up but would have been happy to have a team there to take care of that for you. Typically, a full-service caterer will handle the clean-up, but you did not hire them for that either, Again, we normally do not do work for free, hence the need for an additional charge if you wanted to add that service on.
As for your vendors, we had several interactions with all of your vendors on record, but you did not contract nor pay for us to meet them at your home (the venue) in person prior to the day-of the wedding). This is something that comes with items rented through us, but none of your items were, so we would have to make sure to have extra staff for a meet like that.
I had multiple compliments from your guests and everything really was beautiful. You did an amazing job planning, and I am sorry you were unhappy with the execution. If there is anything we can do to help resolve these issues, we would be happy to do so.
Arielle was so great to work with. She was the only wedding planner we interviewed, and we knew right from the start we were going to get along. She kept us on the right track all throughout the planning process, and helped with some of the elements I had a hard time with, like figuring out the look and feel I was going for. As we got down to the final weeks of our wedding, our venue became unresponsive and hard to work with, and Arielle stepped in to move things along and get things done. We could never have done it without her. On the actual day of the wedding, some things ended up going kind of wrong with the setup, but I had no idea. Arielle and her staff made sure everything went off exactly as it should have, and everything was perfect as far as I was concerned. Arielle even took it upon herself to negotiate a partial refund from my florist because she didn't think the florist did a good enough job for what I paid for. That was totally unexpected and very much appreciated! Arielle is the best!
Arielle was amazing and super easy to work with, I would recommend her to everyone! Her personality is chill and she knows how to execute and deliver, which is critical for any bride who is placing all of her "day of stress" in the wedding coordinator's hands. Our wedding was handed off to Victoria as our day-of coordinator, I was able to truly enjoy every second of my wedding day (which was literally everyone's wedding advice) because I knew the Wedded Perfection team was over-prepared and understood my vision. Having a Arielle and her team as your wedding coordinator is well worth the investment!
Wedded Perfection absolutely made the difference in my daughter's wedding. Arielle and her team listened to what the couple wanted and represented their needs well. Communication was excellent. All the details were handled in a professional and caring way. It's clear that the Arielle is not only extremely gifted at what she does, but she also LOVES what she does. Hands down the best event service around, totally unmatched in the Detroit area. If you want to have the event of your dreams, use Wedded Perfection! Everything about their services is amazing, especially the communication! I could contact them anytime about anything and they would help! Would highly recommend using them! - I tried to write this before, but I never got an email that said that would come? So I am trying again?
I can't say enough about how worth the money Wedded Perfection was! Amazing communication, the owner, Arielle, was available at any time to answer any question and made me feel so much less stressed than I was before hiring them. During the planning process they had questions for me to ask vendors and helped me to review all of the contracts and keep everything organized. On my wedding day, I couldn't have been happier. The team was there to help me with everything and I really got to enjoy my day. They made sure I was on-time, that my vendors did what I hired them to do, and they set everything up...even my little DIY things that was freaking out about doing. They made the day perfect in every way! Thank you so much!!!
Carrie was our day of coordinator, and Arielle was our go to up until the final month. The only thing I regret is not letting them coordinate the entire wedding. They were extremely responsive to all of my Type A questions and concerns. They had answers before I had questions. Soooo professional, organized and meticulous. We planned to have an outdoor wedding, however the forecast changed the day of the wedding and the temperature dropped drastically & it ended up raining. Not ideal for an outdoor ceremony. Carrie quickly assured me not to worry and she went above and beyond to make the ceremony Everything. She worked with my vendors to change the initial plans that we had made in order to accommodate the rain, she helped with our linens, she took the stress out of timing wedding events (first dance, cake cutting etc..) I was able to truly enjoy my husband and our guests without the stress of the planning. She made sure that from the time we walked inside we had drinks, food and were comfortable. It took me a year to plan our wedding but due to circumstances beyond our control our entire ceremony had to be changed but with Carrie’s experience & background she made sure we had the best night ever. Outside of choosing my husband to marry Wedded Perfection was hands down THE BEST decision I made regarding our wedding. Now that the wedding is over I actually miss them - Ha! Would recommend for any bride or event!!!!!
Arielle and her team were amazing! They did a great job communicating with us prior to our wedding, and Arielle seemed to be available at all hours of the day. We also paid the extra fees to have Arielle come to the rehearsal and flower pickup- well worth it. Two less things to worry about. Arielle did a great job coordinating everything at the rehearsal and making everyone know exactly where they need to be and when. She also made a point to put both my husband and I first, but she was friendly and kind to everyone else as well. Lastly, my dress strap snapped while taking photos during cocktail hour. When we returned, Arielle had supplies to sew my dress back together, and bustle my train (my bridesmaids said the loops were so tiny and they never would have found them without her). I would absolutely hire Wedded Perfection again (however, I don't plan on getting married again- ha!), but I will recommend them to all brides I meet in Columbus. Thank you so much!!
I don’t have a lot nice things to say about wedded perfection. I take some responsibility for booking them. If I did homework myself, not listening to a friend last minute, I would never book them. They don’t do that much for the day of coordination. And they are very rude. My wedding planner at Scioto Reserve and our DJ, our photographer, our videographers kept our wedding went through perfectly. I don’t even know what wedded perfection did in our wedding. They dressed casual and unprofessional, they don’t try to be helpful. It is very sad that they are still business in Columbus area. I met so many helpful, passionate teams all thru our wedding planning. It is so sad that wedded perfection is a team on Columbus market that ready to take advantage of brides. When I tried to cancel our contact, the Owner, Arielle and our wedding coordinator Aleia claimed that they worked 7 hours on my wedding and tried to charge me $1050 for the service they offered, they cannot even get my ceremony start time correctly. They only brought extra stress to our wedding. Hopefully it never happens to anyone else.

We are so sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. We do have a strict no refund policy on wedding contracts that are cancelled within 2 weeks of the wedding day, as we are not able to contract other clients at this point, but we ...
did try to give you a refund on the unused portion of your funds which was declined. We do a lot of work prior to the big day such as creation of a client portal, final details meetings, team meetings, document writing, etc. to make sure that our couples weddings run as smoothly as possible.
I was very glad to hear that you did not notice the help that Aleia and our team put in to your wedding day. Our job is to take care of the things that go wrong so that you can enjoy your day. Things did go wrong, like your welcome sign falling down which we were able to fix, your photographer almost forgetting to do a group shot of your bridal party in their cultural attire, and keeping your shoe clips from sliding. I know it seems like these are minor issues, but it’s the small details that can make or break someone’s wedding day, so I am till glad we were there to help.

We had our wedding down in Columbus and hired wedded perfection because my wife and currently live in Cleveland. Arielle was able to narrow down all of our searches based on our criteria so we didn't have to drive down and visit and see a bunch of vendors and venue's. She made getting out wedding planned and organize a breeze. Then the day of we were blown away by her and her teams attentiveness and attention to detail throughout the day.

When our son and his fiance started planning their Columbus wedding from Washington, DC, we thought the best engagement gift we could give them was a wedding planner. I am so glad we went with Wedded Perfection! Originally I worked with Arielle who was absolutely amazing to work with since day one and Aleia was the one who was my day of coordinator. Aleia and Jenny absolutely knocked everything out of the park on our wedding day. Not only is Aleia an absolute sweetheart but she gets the job done and doesn't take any BS. Her and Jenny made all of my dreams come to life on our day and made sure everything ran smoothly. From the decorations to the processes, Aleia and Jenny were incredible in every aspect of our wedding. Arielle is an absolute gem and not only did she put together the most breath taking, perfect wedding, but she was a blessing to have by our side as moral and emotional support through the whole (busy) process! Arielle was our full-time planner for our out of town wedding. She was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of and bent over backwards to help with any and everything. She traveled to the venue even when I was unable to, and executed our dream wedding from out of state. She is professional, sweet, attentive to detail, and creative. I cannot recommend her enough!
We had an amazing experience with Arielle! My husband echoed the same sentiments of other brides; and not seeing the need for or importance of a wedding planner. But, without her, everything would've been a pure mess. From my initial interaction with her, she asked thoughtful questions, provided excellent suggestions and guidance along the way and was beyond confident in her ability to manage our wedding. She's pleasant, quick on her feet and trustworthy. She worked well with our photographer, site coordinator and DJ; ensuring everyone was on the same page days leading up to the wedding. Our rehearsal ran smoothly and everyone was clear about what to do on the day of the wedding. She and her assistant arrived on time and promptly got to work determining where we were on the timeline and doing everything possible to get us caught up, as we were extremely behind. The details are what impressed me the most...the mini-emergency kit she gave me the day before, the phone call the morning of my wedding to make sure I wasn't ready to go off the deep end, having double-sided tape for my photo guest album book, handing me a tissue right before I was about to walk down the aisle, just in case of you know, those tears, etc., etc.,. She was on top of everything and made sure she was connected to important wedding party members. I can't recommend her enough for your big day-BOOK HER!!. I only wish I opted for a more extensive package (we had the standard day of coordination), but it just wasn't in the budget. Thank you much Arielle for everything! You are a Godsend and I'm so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with you!
Arielle helped me to plan some of the final details of my wedding and on the day of as my onsite coordinator. With her help (and her assistants) my wedding had order and I got to enjoy my day with little thought to the details of making it run. She helped me to locate vendors and got me a stellar deal on florals and a DJ (seriously, she saved me like $1k). She was always quick to respond and didn't mind getting her hands dirty the day of - she set up all of my centerpieces in an outdoor wedding when it was 85 degrees while still looking put together and professional. I would highly recommend her to any brides looking for a coordinator.

When my father would be delayed from attending our ceremony due to medical reasons, Arielle jumped into action. She coordinated with everyone at our venue to start the cocktail hour early (as guests arrived). She then helped us make a crucial decision to send dinner early (before the ceremony!!) so that our guests would be taken care of, but my dad would still have time to get there and walk me down the aisle. Arielle kept a cool demeanor that made these decisions so easy to make. She did many other things for us that day, (coordinated our transportation, set up our cake, etc.) but nothing is as important as having my dad at the ceremony, and she helped make that happen! Arielle made my wedding day stress free. My wedding day was more than I could have ever dreamed of and my husband and I had so much fun because we could relax. My self, my husband and our families were able to enjoy our wedding without the stress of setting up, making sure everyone and everything arrived on time or dealing with the last minute vendor phone calls. If anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. She helped cue everyone for the ceremony and then made sure that during cocktail hour we got food and drinks as well. She also made sure we got dinner as well, which is difficult when everyone is pulling you for different things. I am from Cleveland and my wedding was in Columbus. Arielle made it very simple to plan a wedding from a distance because I was not able to come to Columbus as much as I would like. She got quotes and pictures of flowers and linens for me. Then she asked me my opinions and would go work with the vendors to get exactly what I wanted. She has a great eye for detail and knows everything that goes into having a beautiful wedding. Arielle is very down to earth, which I found very hard to find and a reasonable price. She also has a preferred vendor list, which has vendors that will give you discounts and she trusts. Everyone I worked with off of her list was beyond amazing. Arielle also was pregnant and had a baby in the time I was planning my wedding. Even after she had her baby, her and her team still responded to every email I sent quickly. She knows the answer to every question you have and you don't have to search the internet for your answers. I would highly recommend using Arielle and her team.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arielle and Wedded Perfection! WP was affordable, easy, and SO WORTH IT. My husband I had very little wedding experience and Arielle was there every step of the way; she even answered my franctic text messages at 1:30am. On the day of the wedding I swear Arielle cloned herself. She was on top of everything! She planned the day to a T and even had time to help bustle my dress (4 different times!). Thank you Arielle!
Arielle coordinated both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding in Columbus last summer. Everything was perfect and stress-free because of all of her hard work. She is professional, well prepared, and always very responsive. I had a lot of mini panic attacks but she was just a phone call away to assure me everything was going to work out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and handled everything behind the scenes on the day of. I was able to enjoy the weekend that I had looked forward to for so long because I was confident that Arielle would take care of everything - and she did! Jenny was a huge help at our wedding last month. To trust someone with the small details and not have to oversee everything on the big day was such a relief. Arielle was awesome! I never realized just how important having a wedding planner was until the day of my wedding. I thought she would just make sure everything ran on time, but she dealt with so many unanticipated potential disasters. From altering the centerpieces to fixing my dress, I’m so glad I had her there to help. I never had to worry because I knew she would have taken care of anything. Of course first impressions are great but what about the wedding day and the quality of service. My husband and I could not have been happier. I used the day of coordination package and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Arielle made my day go so smoothly. She was always prompt with appointments and always had a smile on her face. I didn't have to think and she just knew what to do, so nice! My husband and I are so happy that we hired her to be there for us on the most important day of our life. I'm seriously so in love with Arielle and Jenny! They did a FANTASTIC job making our wedding day perfect. Jenny was our point person for all of our planning needs and did not disappoint. She guided us through the entire planning process, from start to finish and I could not be more happy to have had her. As an out of state bride, I was constantly worried about something. However, Jenny and Arielle relieved my fears at every turn. They made me feel completely comfortable with the planning process from a thousand miles away! On the day of the wedding, I was a mess. I was so nervous about how everything was going to look, that I freaked out a bit, but Jenny and Arielle assured me that everything would be ok, and boy, were they right. The ceremony went off without a hitch, and when I walked into that ballroom, WOW! It was everything I could've dreamed of and more. They kept us moving along schedule and made sure that we were doing well all night. We forgot to grab an important item from our room and they ran upstairs to make sure that we had it for our bridal dance. They packed up all of our things and they continuously checked with not only us, but our mothers and our families to make sure that everyone was settled and felt comfortable all night. Overall, these two ladies are some of the most amazing women out there, and we are so happy to have had them be a part of our big day! Think twice before hiring Wedded Perfection. I am extremely disappointed. We hired Arielle Gavin and Wedded Perfection for the day of coordination and end of evening item assembly and tear-down supervision. Our wedding coordinator, Jenny, was extremely panicked the day of the wedding. 10 minutes before the ceremony I had to send a member of the bridal party to find her to get the flowers for our parents which she neglected to handout.
All of our décor (close to $10,000 worth) was purchased by myself. Several items of our décor was not returned or broken. When I ask Arielle about these items her response was "It is unfortunate that you received things missing or broken." "It is possible that these things were broken during transit, or that the hotel packed the items that they had found broken, or that the guests may have broken them?" She did not take ownership for any of my concerns. She went on to explain the "industry standard" is to compile everything at the end of the night as quickly as possible without regard to condition or packaging.
We hired a coordinator to alleviate the stress the day of the wedding and to handle the set-up and break-down. Unfortunately, Wedded Perfection only added to this stress and many of the tasks they were hired to do were handle by myself, family, or the wedding party. In my opinion it is not worth the money.

As for your items, we did not transport anything, and were only responsible for packing the items, which I was assured by both my team and the venue were not broken when packed. If we can do anything else to help you recover those items, please let us know. We did contact the venue and the linen company, but neither seems to have your items. We wish you the best, and hope you had an amazing day regardless.

My husband and I got engaged on 7/4/15, and we knew we didn't want to have a super long engagement. So we picked a date-7/16/16, and got started. We found out within 2 weeks we were in over our heads, and started looking for a wedding planner. I was nervous it was going to be outrageously expensive, but after looking into Arielle, she had so many options, I knew I had to at least meet with her.
We met with Arielle and knew right away she was the right choice. She asked about our budget, our vision, and how soon we wanted to make this happen. She helped us start making a list, and checking things off right away, which was just what we needed. She helped us with absolutely everything. Questions, changes, last minute mini freak outs lol. She was there for it all.
Her staff is just as amazing as she is! Arielle was unable to make it on our wedding day, due to the birth of her first child. And I'll admit I was worried at first, but like I said, her staff is also amazing. They were with us the whole wedding day, helping us, and keeping everyone on track. They helped make our day special. And I can't thank them enough for helping make our day as wonderful as it was. We can't thank them enough!

If I could, I would give them 100 stars! We originally met with Arielle, but Jenny ended up being our day-of coordinator, with Claire assisting. Everything was absolutely fantastic, from the help organizing our vendors and helping find them right down to the very last minute. Originally I did not think we'd need a wedding coordinator at all, but with the wedding being in my parent's backyard, they insisted, so I went with it! My wedding was 8/27/2016, and there was an unpredictable, and sudden appearance of a thunderstorm, which put the entire wedding site and ceremony at risk. With just 10 minutes of dark-sky warning (and a mere 7% chance of rain!!!), the downpour arrived only 20 minutes before the ceremony was to begin. And it arrived with a force of an ocean on the west wall of our tent. The tent walls were just halfway down to hold back the bright sun, but they would not hold back the wind and sideways rain. Several members of my family and the catering staff struggled to release the walls all the way down, but the wind kept the tent wall blowing inward, and off went the table decorations, and place settings and all. The wooden ladder trellis was blown 15 feet. With the beauty of the wedding at stake, Jenny took it on herself to go outside of the tent, to release the remaining tent-wall ties, in the torrent of rain & wind – she simply stayed responsible, and didn’t think about getting drenched. And she succeeded. Then, Jenny and Claire called out that we had to tie the walls down to the ground, which got us all working together to eventually block out the torrent before irreparable damage would be done. Jenny, Claire and the catering team then quickly reassembled the wedding tent, tables, decorations, and all. And the wedding started beautifully, nearly as if there had been no surprise weather, just 30 minutes later. Without their efforts, the wedding might very well have turned out to be just the minimum, without the beauty and fun that had been planned for so long. Me being hidden away, had no idea what exactly was going on. From my bedroom upstairs I could just see the torrential downpour and a few table cloths in the yard, I had no idea how bad it really was! Then when Jenny came upstairs to let me and my bridesmaids know it was time to get ready to walk down the aisle, I saw how bad it really was... Jenny was literally soaked from head to toe, hair dripping and all! At that moment, I knew that we couldn't have done it without them, and hearing the stories about what went on while I was hidden away just confirmed that. I believe that Jenny or Claire even ran out to get an extra bottle of liquor that we were running low on at my request, to ensure we didn't run out of the bride's recommended drink! Again, I just cant express enough how fantastic these ladies were at my wedding. It would not have gone NEARLY as well as it did without them! Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would highly recommend Arielle and Wedded Perfection to anyone. She made the entire wedding process smooth and painless! She is very experienced at what she does, never got anxious or worried, very calming and knowledgeable, and very professional. She was a lifesaver for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding planning. The service provided by Wedded Perfection was disappointing and unprofessional; the owner refused to take responsibility for wrong actions and completely mishandled her mistake. In December, I set up a meeting with the owner to discuss day-of coordination. She did not show up. Before calling her to ask if she was coming, I checked our email chain to make sure I was in the right location at the right time, and I was. When I called, she told me that she wrote down the email for the following week. She did not apologize at all. She assumed that I was in the wrong, when I feel that I deserved an apology. She offered to meet me or reschedule, which I declined; I felt uncomfortable booking the services of a wedding planner who couldn't accurately keep track her meetings. This incident alone is not horrible, but the situation got much worse. About 2 months after I posted the review, I found that it had been taken down. I emailed The Knot's "Review Inquiry" department to ask why. I was told that the owner forwarded our email thread, which supposedly showed that I showed up at the wrong time, and The Knot took down my review. I re-forwarded the email thread to The Knot, and they confirmed that the two email threads did not match up and authorized me to re-post my review. The owner of Wedded Perfection altered the email thread to make it seem like she was in the right and I was in the wrong. She completely mishandled this incident by altering our emails. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional actions of this business, and I hope that others can avoid this disappointment.

Arielle was great to work with and was very accommodating. I live in Oregon and planned a wedding in Ohio and she always made herself available to me despite the time difference! So happy I got to work with Arielle and highly recommend her!

Having a background in restaurant management, I knew that without someone to take point, I would spend my entire wedding day running around and trying to organize everything and everyone. With this in mind, I set out to find a day of coordinator that would do an amazing job and not break the bank. Arielle Gavin was the answer to my prayers. I could call her any time and she would be there to help me with anything I needed. She recommended multiple vendors who ended up being absolutely fantastic! She was able to deal with my super organized personality and helped me with all of the little details that worried me so much. Day of, she and her staff went WAY above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. When we ran out of red wine, she gathered money from us and was able to send one of her staff members to get more with barely a blip in the bar service. She and her team picked up the slack when the caterer did not help with set up as much as we all originally thought. She followed all of my (admittedly extensive) instructions for the multitude of small details that made our big day special. She kept everything running on time and calmed my flower girl so she could walk down the aisle. She and her team even dressed up for our Halloween wedding! I can not thank Arielle and her staff enough for all of the hard work they put in to make my day completely stress free and let me relax and enjoy everything! I would HIGHLY recommend Wedded Perfection to all couples getting married.

Arielle was resourceful/helpful and never pushy. Her wonderful smile and personality helped both me and my spouse to remain calm and focused on each other throughout our ceremony. Arielle is clearly a natural planner and loves what she does-it shows in her enthusiasm and attention to detail! Thank you Arielle!!!!
We are so glad we hired Wedded Perfection for our wedding day! Although we hired them as a day-of coordinator, they helped from the day we met (a month before the big day) with ideas and communicating with all my vendors. They made sure everything was in place for our wedding day, and we didn't have to worry about a thing! They were organized, kept everything flowing smoothly, and took care of wrapping everything up at the end of the night. Arielle and her interns are professional and fun to work with. I can't imagine what I would've done without them!

I thought having a wedding planner would be expensive, but the amount of time and money that Arielle saved me is unbelievable! Her packages are a great value, and every time I had a problem or question, she had a solution, which was extremely valuable. Thanks to Arielle my wedding was amazing, and I stayed under budget!

There is no doubt in my mind that Arielle and her team are the best in the business. She is organized and proactive. She is able to make suggestions without seeming aggressive. She is compassionate and empathetic. She thinks of things before you think of them and she thinks of things you would never think of. And she seems to genuinely enjoy what she does. Her team is respectful, positive, and communicates well. We had a dream wedding and there is no doubt in my mind that Arielle and her team are responsible for it.
Like many others I was unsure about getting a day of coordinator but I am SO GLAD I did! Arielle made our day run so smoothly. She took the stress out of the day and was able to pick up all the loose ends. She was a great asset to our wedding and I would recommend her to any bride not wanting to worry about the details on her big day!
We hired Arielle for the day of our wedding to tie in all of the loose ends and to keep the bride calm and worry free for all of the unavoidable mishaps that are unfortunately an inevitable circumstance. Arielle has a team that has headsets that they are in constant communication with on the day. I was extremely impressed. Also, anything that may have gone wrong or not exactly as planned was taken care of and corrected without the bride knowing. We had a great time and a smooth transition from one place to the next with Arielle being our coordinator. She was such a delight and I couldn't have done it without her.
Everything went really smoothly, and the things that didn't Wedded Perfection took care of, and I didn't know until my mother told me afterward. I would definitely hire Wedded Perfection again!
So I was not going to post anything about using Wedded Perfection as my wedding planner because I truly did not have very many nice things to say. However, i have seen 2 reviews posted by Wedded Perfection with my name listed as the writer that I have not written(I have a very uncommon spelling of my name). Both were posted before my wedding even occurred with 2 different wedding dates! The truth is Arielle was late on the day of my wedding; by an hour and a half and essentially useless. The event coordinator at Scioto Reserve and our DJ Gene from Buckeye Entertainment made sure our day ran flawlessly and I could not thank them enough or say enough nice things about them.

Hiring Arielle as my wedding coordinator was by far the best decision I made in the entire wedding planning process! From the beginning, she was quick to reply and super helpful through email. On the wedding day, having her there was the difference between being able to enjoy the day or not. A couple things went wrong and I didn't even know about them because she too care of it and didn't bother me with it. She was fantastic, organized, and on top of every last detail... and I would recommend her to anyone!!!
We chose Wedded Perfection for our wedding planning needs because we loved Arielle's attention to detail and style, but what we got was so much more than a planner. My husband and I were very hesitant of who we chose because a planner can be so expensive. We feared getting someone who was going to cost a lot, and not really do anything, but Arielle was very budget conscious, explained exactly what she does super clearly, and made us feel very comfortable. She was there for us throughout our whole wedding process and was always willing to help and suggest ideas when we were unsure of what our next step should be. Arielle created our day beautifully and we could never thank her enough for all she did to make our day great. We loved our wedding and will definitely tell all of our friends to her services in the future.
