We'd like to address some of the points you raised in your review: Team Attire: We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the attire of our team members. Our goal is to always present ourselves in a professional manner that aligns with the expectations of the event. We ensure that our team follows a dress code that reflects a polished and appropriate appearance for the occasion. I do check my team's attire by photo at every wedding and am unsure what you felt was inappropriate. Processional Cueing: At our final details meeting your sister said and then signed off on the paperwork that also said that you and the groom would go on stage and "magically appear" when the processional music started. We specifically asked you and her in the meeting if you needed any assistance with this and were told to only concentrate on the bride, which is not the standard and part of the reason we have 2 coordinators o site. We're truly sorry for any disruption this miscommunication may have caused. It's essential to us that all aspects of the ceremony flow smoothly, and we understand the importance of precise cueing. Team Members and Roles: We want to clarify that our team members are experienced professionals in the wedding industry, chosen for their expertise and ability to handle a wide range of wedding day responsibilities. While you had interactions with specific team members, please know that they were chosen to fulfill their roles based on their qualifications and our careful selection process. We hope that the fact that most of our team members have other 9-5 weekday jobs would have absolutely no impact on their ability to provide coordination services. Lindsey is one of our lead coordinators and always goes above and beyond for our couples. She is a single mom and has to work a second job to make ends meet. Involvement and Assistance: We appreciate your acknowledgment that I, Arielle, personally assisted with coordinating the final details of the day, but it seems your sister did not inform you that we coordinate multiple weddings every weekend. We have amazing team members who coordinate our weddings, and I personally only attend those that I am scheduled to attend. I was not scheduled to attend your sister's wedding, which is why you had two professional coordinators from our team. We understand that your sister's wedding day was a significant event, and we're genuinely sorry for any stress or disappointment you experienced. Our primary goal is to create a memorable and enjoyable day for the couple and their loved ones, and we regret that we fell short of this for you. However, it is clear from your feedback that your sister did not give you all of the details pertaining to her contract with our coordination services. We focused on catering to her needs as the bride and got only positive feedback from her on the day-of and after the wedding. Nonetheless, your experiences and feedback are still valued, and we are committed to learning from and enhancing our services moving forward. While we do our best to make things right at the time of an incident, only three concerns were brought to our attention and all were largely out of our control: Guests entered the venue before photos were done being taken: we do not provide security services by posting staff at the doors to keep out wandering friends and family members. Our staff was busy attending to your guests at cocktail hour and preparing the ballroom for dinner. Additionally, the only bathroom on-site was inside of this area and we cannot, in good conscience, prevent guests from availing of the facilities. We were also made aware that a guest, possibly someone inebriated, tripped and suffered a minor injury. Unfortunately, though we would love to, we do not currently offer a service that can prevent guests from doing this. Our staff was happy to call an ambulance, sit with the guest, or fill out all necessary paperwork for the venue though if the need had arisen. However, I believe what was most upsetting was that your lead coordinator tested positive for COVID-19 the morning of your daughter's wedding. Though you didn't get a chance to meet her replacement before the event, we were more than happy to find someone to fill in and did so. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing global pandemic and we did not want to expose any high-risk guests to a known-positive coordinator. Though those circumstances were largely beyond our control, we did provide many services that could not have been done without us, such as setting up and flipping the space, coordinating the timeline so that the evening flowed smoothly, and of course, packing your items up at the end of the evening. I am glad to hear your daughter's day was magical and we are happy to have been a part of what brought that to life.

up, and I believe everything was done to your specifications alongside your catering team, so I am not sure what you feel went wrong. I even recused your goat that was stuck in your fence that you told me to leave bleating for hours. Both your linen company and floral company only had dropped off and did not take care of their end of the set up which is not something our company usually does free of charge. We also were not contracted to do clean-up but would have been happy to have a team there to take care of that for you. Typically, a full-service caterer will handle the clean-up, but you did not hire them for that either, Again, we normally do not do work for free, hence the need for an additional charge if you wanted to add that service on. As for your vendors, we had several interactions with all of your vendors on record, but you did not contract nor pay for us to meet them at your home (the venue) in person prior to the day-of the wedding). This is something that comes with items rented through us, but none of your items were, so we would have to make sure to have extra staff for a meet like that. I had multiple compliments from your guests and everything really was beautiful. You did an amazing job planning, and I am sorry you were unhappy with the execution. If there is anything we can do to help resolve these issues, we would be happy to do so.

fund policy on wedding contracts that are cancelled within 2 weeks of the wedding day, as we are not able to contract other clients at this point, but we did try to give you a refund on the unused portion of your funds which was declined. We do a lot of work prior to the big day such as creation of a client portal, final details meetings, team meetings, document writing, etc. to make sure that our couples weddings run as smoothly as possible. I was very glad to hear that you did not notice the help that Aleia and our team put in to your wedding day. Our job is to take care of the things that go wrong so that you can enjoy your day. Things did go wrong, like your welcome sign falling down which we were able to fix, your photographer almost forgetting to do a group shot of your bridal party in their cultural attire, and keeping your shoe clips from sliding. I know it seems like these are minor issues, but it’s the small details that can make or break someone’s wedding day, so I am till glad we were there to help.
