We used weddingbug for our wedding, and we were thrilled who we matched with. 

The wedding bug sent me the best photographer and Videographer,

The photography experience with Wedding Bug and our assigned photographer, Julie, was a major disappointment. From the beginning, I was very clear about one specific photo I wanted: a full-length shot of our first dance with the dry ice when it was at its highest, which featured the illusion that we were dancing on a cloud. I brought this up several times in advance and the day off. I emphasized that this was the one shot I truly cared about—everything else was secondary. What we received was two cropped photos from the waist up, and one when the dry ice was nearly gone, completely missing the intended effect. During our first dance, instead of focusing on us, Julie was taking photos of guests—including the children playing with the dry ice. To make matters worse, she captured twenty nearly identical photos of my in-laws putting on their flowers, yet couldn’t get the one moment we specifically discussed multiple times. When I called to express my frustration, Julie casually suggested we could try editing the fog into the photo. If I wanted an artificial effect, I wouldn’t have spent $500 on a dry ice machine. She never offered an apology or took any accountability. When I spoke with a supervisor, I was offered a free photo—as if that could make up for the once-in-a-lifetime image I’ll never have for our living room wall. Beyond the missed moment, the overall quality of the photos was poor. Many were off-center, heads chopped off and our wedding party shots looked sloppy—especially the groomsmen, who were all doing something different in nearly every photo. It looked unorganized and unprofessional. I would absolutely NOT recommend Wedding Bug or Julie to anyone. Unless you want photos that look like a toddler took them, with no regard for your clearly expressed wishes, I’d look elsewhere. This experience left me not only disappointed but heartbroken that the most important image of our day was never captured.

Thank you Wedding Bug for making our wedding just perfect. Diego, our videographer was amazing. Very appreciative of the call he made to us before the wedding to ask what we wanted. When it came to the actual day, everything went perfect!

We had a great experience with our DJ and videographer from Wedding Bug. The company is easy to work with and promptly answers questions. Once we were matched with our specific DJ and videographer they were also very helpful and prompt to reply. This is a great value for the price!!

For the price we paid for 2 photographers and a DJ you can not beat it! Our photographers were amazing and really helped ease my anxiety about posing for pictures and making sure they looked perfect. I would definitely recommend wedding bug to anyone who is on a budget!

Our main photographer did amazing, we had a little issue with our first 2nd photographer, but wedding bug got her replaced 2 days before our wedding. They were really good about communicating with me if I called, thank you!

It was so easy to work with wedding bug. The photographer they picked for my wedding was professional and funny. He was wonderful. Excellent pictures too. He got shots I didn't know I wanted and am so glad to have for memories. Communication with them was easy and response time was almost immediate. They answered all my emails. I got my pictures digitally 2 days after the wedding! Everyone was so please to be able to look at them with the website link. I would highly recommend Wedding Bug to anyone.

We had an amazing experience with Wedding Bug! Once we learned who our videographer would be, we had a quick call to go over all the details. We absolutely loved working with Milan—he was a joy to have around on our wedding day, captured beautiful footage, and created a wonderful video for us to cherish. The only small drawback was the limited music selection for the video, but after going through the options, I found songs that fit perfectly, and the final result turned out great. Highly recommend Wedding Bug!

You get what you pay for and this is an inexpensive service. All we wanted was unedited video footage of our wedding ceremony, speeches, and first dance. We did receive this, but the footage was by no means anything special. Our main issue was the lack of professionalism of our videographer. He arrived wearing a bright orange parka and sweatpants. He also brought someone with him who also was wearing a bright red parka and sweatpants. This was an indoor formal wedding. My photographers had to work around them to make sure they weren’t in any of my photos. My wedding coordinator reached out and complained to the manager, but they didn’t do anything about it.

I found The Wedding Bug as I was the wedding planner for my daughters recent wedding. They were nothing short of professional, prompt, courteous and all around wonderful. They were in contact with us the whole way making sure they knew what was important to us. They executed a terrific video that made everyone cry happy tears. I highly recommend them! The prices are super reasonable, AND the quality of the photos was excellent! All of them were super clear, perfectly angled, and captured the spirit of our wedding! The photographer showed up early (yes, early!) and was very quick and skilled with her work to get our photos. Would highly recommend!

The Wedding Bug is an exceptional company to work with. Everything from the first contact was so easy from communication to professionalism. Our photographer Sharon was the best ever. She contacted us a month from our wedding day to find out what kind of photos we would like for our big day. We had no clue about wedding day photos but Sharon was amazing with guiding me through the process. She mentioned the photo dash(which we had never heard of before) and we must admit that it was a BIG hit at our reception. We think every couple should do it. Sharon encouraged us to do so many different poses with so much patience and expertise. She laughed with us and while guiding us to having a wonderful experience. Excellent services and affordable compared to most places! We had both a photographer and videographer for our wedding and both were excellent. They were both professional and listened to exactly what we wanted and done just that. We would definitely recommend them.

The stress of planning a wedding, especially with post Covid pricing, was certainly lessened using Wedding Bug. The fact that I could check off Dj, photographer and videographer off my list so early in planning and for such a great price was a relief. Our DJ met with us very early on and asked the best questions! I felt even more confident with my choice after that meeting. I don’t know how I would have run my wedding without those three key people who had our schedule and requests in their minds.

We used Wedding Bug for our wedding Photography, DJ and Photo Booth. I loved how it was a one stop shop for everything and the process for getting matched with a photographer and DJ was fairly simple. Our photographer, Hanna, who was booked through Wedding Bug was amazing. Patient, calm and took amazing photos throughout our wedding. The site was easy to navigate, and we feel we got great value on the pricing. We couldn't have been happier!!

We were thrilled to work with Larry on our big day. He got wonderful candid shots which were very important to us. He was fantastic at getting the groups all arranged and ready for their photos. He even talked us into going outside in 20 degree weather!! We've seen the proofs and can honestly say we are thrilled that we had Larry and would absolutely recommend him and Wedding Bug.

I utilized Wedding Bug for both my DJ & Photographer. It was wonderful working with them. My photographers were friendly and happy to do all the poses I recommended and the DJ was fun and kept the party going all night until the dance floor closed.

We recently had the pleasure of utilizing the wedding Bug . Their pricing was very reasonable. Our Dj was amazing he played every song requested and was able to read the crowd . Our photographer captured all of our memorable moments and more . I was a little nervous at first but after speaking with Leigh Ann from wedding bug . I felt great about my decision to utilize their services. She understood everything I wanted and was always available to explain if I didn’t understand something.

We booked our wedding videographer through Wedding Bug & could not love our experience more! We received 2:40 hours of unedited video and it is such a joy to have had so many special moments captured. We can’t wait to see the edited shortened version. Throughout the whole planning process, we received prompt responses and a great fit for videographers! Highly recommend Wedding Bug!

I was nervous at first hiring a videographer I had never met. But I am so glad I did! The communication was excellent and answered all of my questions. The day of, our videographer was so kind and personable. He did a great job of helping us feel more comfortable in front of the camera. As well as getting some great shots that we will treasure for a long time.

Our videography was so funny and easy to work with! The shots he got were beautiful. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
