No prior dance experience or natural talent is required—I am here to bring out your comfort and confidence in a fun and enjoyable way.
With years of experience perfecting dips, lifts, and fluid movement, I ensure every element flows naturally. Dramatic moves become effortless, creating a performance that feels authentic, comfortable, and uniquely yours. Each lesson will also be recorded for your review, so you can practice and perfect at your own pace.
Lessons take place in a stunning private studio, featuring polished wood floors, sparkling chandeliers, and full-length mirrors—fully reserved for your sessions. You’ll have the space entirely to yourselves, for a truly personal and focused experience.

Natural Wedding Dance is a San Diego–based studio specializing in preparing couples for their perfect first dance. Packages range from 3–12 sessions and can include everything from walking down the aisle to a romantic kiss dip—ensuring your once-in-a-lifetime moment is flawless.
With over 30 years of experience in dance and fitness, I help couples in San Diego create wedding dances that feel fun, natural, and completely “you.” Whether you want a simple and romantic first dance or an unforgettable performance that surprises your guests, I’ll guide you every step of the way with easy-to-follow instruction and personalized choreography.
My background includes professional performance and competitive dance experience, including appearances with Dancing with the Stars San Diego and work alongside choreographer Dmitry Chaplin from So You Think You Can Dance. But my true passion is helping real couples — even complete beginners — feel confident, connected, and relaxed on the dance floor.
At Natural Wedding Dance, every lesson is designed around your personality, music, and comfort level. No pressure, no awkward routines — just a meaningful dance experience you’ll actually enjoy together.
When I’m not teaching, I love playing the harp, creating healthy recipes, and designing costumes. I’d love to help bring your wedding dance vision to life and make your first dance one of your favorite memories of the day.
