Sam at Wedding Day DJs was a fantastic to work with! He was a big part of making our wedding day run so smoothly. He was super helpful to our timeline and we really appreciated his experience. He knows how to read a crowd too and made the music at our reception a blast!

Honestly the most amazing DJ I’ve ever encountered! Sam has such a great announcer voice and kept an amazing vibe during the whole wedding! He got everyone on the dance floor dancing and helped keep the timeline going! He was very receptive to changes throughout the night and checked in to make sure it was exactly as I imagined! We used his party booth option and love all the images and videos people took! It created a fun interactive environment for the guests. I can’t say enough good things about Wedding Day Djs and will forever be grateful for an amazing night that couldn’t have been possible without Sam!

Sam Hanson at Wedding Day DJs was an absolute joy to work with! He made everything feel approachable, customizable, and easy. We especially loved the online portal that Wedding Day DJs provided -- it made planning the music for our ceremony, social hour, and dance very easy! We really appreciated that Sam let us customize our own playlists and worked with us to find the right music and sounds for our wedding. On our big day, we were absolutely blown away by how helpful, communicative, and supportive Sam was -- he made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time! Our guests are still raving about how incredible he was as a DJ -- he kept the dance floor full ALL night! We are so grateful to Sam and Wedding Day DJs for making our wedding day such an unforgettable, positive, and FUN experience!

Sam at Wedding Day DJs was amazing!! He works closely with Mayowood Stone Barn, so I never had to worry about figuring out the logistics at our venue. His online planner was very helpful and allowed for as much customization as I wanted and offered sample playlists for every part of our day. The music during our ceremony flowed effortlessly and our guests did not leave the dance floor all night during the reception! Sam made my dream wedding come true!

Sam from Wedding Day DJs made our wedding night!! He kept the dance floor going all night. Sam was also awesome to work with in the planning stages of the wedding; he had multiple different prelude/social hour/wedding dance song playlists and recommendations to get the ball going. He also had great communication; we had a FaceTime meeting about 1 week before the wedding and he went over every. single. detail. to make sure that he didn't miss anything for the wedding day (which I greatly appreciated). I also appreciated how his priority was to support the bride and groom all night, and he did an awesome job. We also did the dance floor photo booth (newer to Wedding Day DJs) and absolutely loved it! Guests were using it all night long and loved having it directly on the dance floor. As the bride and groom, we received a copy of each photo and video and I had far more fun looking through the random photos than I did looking through our actual wedding photos. 10/10 would recommend Sam and the dance floor photo booth for your wedding! Great person, great DJ!

Picking a DJ was one of the most stressful things we did wedding planning…until we met with Sam. After leaving our first meeting I remember turning to my fiancé and saying that was exactly what I imagined our DJ would be like. Sam was charismatic, organized, and hilarious, there was no doubt in my mind he would entertain our guests. We did not want to go through a large company and be assigned a DJ the week of our wedding and hope we liked them. We loved working with Sam because from the beginning of our communications we knew he would be the DJ on our wedding day. We loved having the portal so we always had access to our contract, wedding details, and a questionnaire to fill out as we planned the details of our wedding (timelines, what not to play, song choices for first dance, etc.). We also received regular e-mails checking in and Sam called us the week of our wedding to make sure he had all the details down right. During our reception Sam made everything flow effortlessly, we stayed on time and our dance floor was packed all night! Everyone says your wedding day goes by fast, but the fastest part of the day for us was the dance because it was one giant, fun filled party we never wanted to end. If you are a bride and want your guests to have the night of their life, hire Sam and leave the rest up to him!

Sam was one of the first vendors that we booked! After seeing him at another wedding we knew he was the only way to go! Sam made everything so easy and he was so fun to work with from the start to the day of!! We got compliments all night long on how amazing he was. I am so glad that we chose him to be a part of our way. We wouldn't have wanted it any other way!! Truly the best in the business(:

We had our wedding reception this past July 2021 at Mayowood Stone Barn. Sam was class throughout the entire process. My wife and I were scheduled to marry in Summer 2020 but with COVID, we worked with Sam to reschedule to Summer 2021. He made the process seamless and stress-free. We cannot recommend the Wedding Day DJs enough. First class DJ, true professional, unforgettable dance. 11/10!

Sam was Amazing! He was so easy going and professional. He nailed everything we requested! He worked so well with our venue, photographer, and pastor to coordinate our ceremony and reception. We literally did not have to do or worry about a thing! He kept our guests dancing the whole night!

Sam Hanson was our wedding DJ and he seriously was AMAZING! He kept things moving along, listened to all of our requests, nailed all of the sound for the ceremony, and did a nice job guiding the dinner and the reception. He really made the night fun and we would highly recommend hiring him for all of your DJ needs!

Sam was so nice and helped guide things along throughout the whole night. The dance floor was packed the and my husband and I have received many compliments on the playlist! We also rented their photo booth which our guests had so much fun with!

Sam was amazing! He made sure we were "on the same page" before the wedding day and on the day of. He was excellent at picking the right songs and keeping the dance floor PACKED! We cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for the work Sam did.

Sam did a fantastic job as an emcee and DJ for our wedding! He really took the time to make sure he knew what we wanted for everything (introductions, names, songs, timeline) and helped everything run smoothly the day of. I highly recommend him for your big day!

Sam did a great job as the DJ at our wedding reception. He was professional, accommodating to our needs, and very helpful. He would regularly check in with me during the reception to make sure everything was going OK and asking if there was anything he could do. He really made an effort to be sure that everything was just as I wanted it. There was a good variety of music that kept the dance floor packed all night, and the photobooth was a big hit with guests of all ages. I was very pleased with our experience, and would highly recommend Wedding Day Djs.

We absolutely loved our DJ - he played great music and kept the party going literally all night long! This DJ service came highly recommended to us by every venue we toured, and now we know why. We paid for 6 hours of music and for a 4 hour photobooth. The photobooth was a huge hit - we had people coming up to us all night telling us how much fun it was. I was a little nervous before the wedding because rather than communicating with the DJ himself, like I had since the beginning, I was now communicating with a secretary. This was concerning because some things that I was told early on, she was telling me the opposite. For example, when we booked I was told by the owner that the photobooth would come with an attendant. About a month before the wedding when we went to meet with the secretary about our music selection, she told us the photobooth wouldn't have an attendant. After the meeting, I provided an e-mail stating an attendant would be provided. In the end, it all worked out, but it was just some additional stress. Overall, I would highly recommend Wedding Day DJs! They were very experienced and definitely helped make out wedding reception a huge success!

Sam was AMAZING!!!! One of my worst fears about our wedding was that people wouldn't be on the dance floor. That was not even close to the case. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. Sam did an awesome job of keeping the guests entertained and was great at reading the vibe of the room. Tons of our guests commented on how awesome our DJ was. I am so happy that we chose Sam and Wedding Day DJ's. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a DJ. I can't thank them enough for helping to make our day absolutely perfect!

The DJ was the only disappointment of our wedding. They sent a guy we never met. He arrived late and didn't have anything set up 5 minutes before the ceremony. The videographer basically had to set everything up and use some of his own equipment. We weren't fully set up until after people started walking down the aisle. Sound was an issue all day. I kept hearing people say they couldn't hear, and nothing was done to adjust the volume or anything. The "guaranteed playlist" was definitely not guaranteed. He only played a handful of the songs we wanted, and played songs on our "do not play" list. We asked him to play our stuff and he continued to play music we didn't like. He didn't really seem to run the reception like I've seen other DJs do. I figured he'd give us a bit more instruction for things like the garter toss, and giving a thank you at dinner (which ended up just not happening). He was pretty quiet for a DJ. He didn't follow all the specific instructions we provided in the forms provided prior to the wedding. A playlist on an iPod would have been better than this DJ. This was not at all how Wedding Day DJs described themselves when we hired them.

Our wedding venue recommended Wedding Day Dj's to us, and we are beyond happy with our decision to book them for our wedding! They brought all their own supplies, were polite, and interacted well with the crowd. We chose not to create a recommended playlist for the dance, which allowed our guests to make song requests. Our DJ was incredibly friendly and treated everyone with respect. We also had the photo booth provided by Wedding Day DJ's. Our guests enjoyed taking pictures in the photo booth all night with the variety of props!

They were very accommodating supplying the sound system, slide show projector and screen, and great music for the dance. They played to the crowd.. all for a very reasonable price. Our guests were on the dance floor throughout the night! So fun!
