Kylie was the perfect choice for our January 2024 wedding in Austin!! I am not one to write reviews, but I am SO happy that we chose Wedding Day Girl and want any future brides to know where to go! I had a few phone call interviews with other companies, but I knew Wedding Day Girl was the one for me after talking to Amina and Kylie on the phone. I am the first daughter to get married, so my mom and I didn’t know where to start. We hired Kylie as our “day of coordinator”, but she was involved a whole YEAR out from the wedding. She did a lot more than I anticipated. I was able to text or email her about any questions I had throughout the process (and I had a lot!) which made feel confident in making decisions. I am typically super indecisive, but I didn’t feel that way with Kylie’s help. She helped simplify things that I thought were going to be difficult. For example, we were not able to leave signage at the venue after the wedding night. Kylie stored all of our signage in her car so my parents and I could continue to enjoy the night with our family and friends, and met up with my parents the next morning. She was so organized, prepared for anything, sweet, fun, and calming. I did not think I would enjoy planning a wedding as much I did and a huge part of that was because of Kylie. She helped our wedding day go EXACTLY the way we wanted. Thank you Kylie! <3

Hiring Amina Garrison of Wedding Day Girl was the best decision we made in planning our daughter’s wedding. Amina was always responsive to our myriad questions. Every one of the vendors that she recommended was professional, on time, and effective. However, where Amina REALLY shined was the last week before the wedding and the wedding itself. She sent constant reminders to us and our vendors; she answered text messages in minutes; she sent detailed itineraries for our big day; she had constant communication with our vendors. During the event itself, she was calm, professional, and warm. Having her there allowed me to actually be present at our daughter’s wedding, instead of worrying about every detail. At the end of the evening, she even loaded our car for us. I cannot say enough great things about Amina. I would hire her again in a heartbeat! I wish we could give her 10 stars instead of 5.

I don’t have enough words to compliment Kylie for all her hard work and dedication. She was absolutely amazing and made my vision come to life. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and was scary to have to have someone else bring it to life but once I started working with Kylie I knew she understood what I wanted and I was able to relax. I had absolutely no nerves on my wedding day because I knew she would do an exceptional job. Not only did me and my finance love her but so did our families. The number one thing I recommend for any wedding is Kylie. Hands down, best decision you can make. She handled all the nitty gritty in communications with vendors (which you think is no big deal right? WRONG! Especially as the day very quickly approaches). Having her as my main point of contact and executor of my vision was the best and easiest part of the process. She was flexible, accessible, communicative, to the point, thoughtful, detail oriented, took initiative, organized, calm every single second, kind, and genuinely cared about our wedding and happiness in the process and even more so on the day of. Her involvement, what I could give to her to take off my plate, and what all she handled blew my mind consistently throughout the process and day of. Every sentence regarding Kylie started and continues to start with, “I LOVE HER!” Do yourself the biggest favor and get yourself the gift of smooth wedding planning and an actual perfect day by getting Kylie!

5 stars isnt enough. I purchased month-of coordination and it was the best money of my wedding budget that we spent. Kylie was my coordinator and she went above and beyond. From answering all of my questions beforehand, to making sure no one bothered me on the wedding day, to WALKING MY DOG SO I COULD GO OUT AFTER MY WEDDING. That really did it for me. I have heard horror stories of planners and coordinators saying, "well I cant help with xyz because thats not my job", and Kylie took everything on and never batted an eye. I even had people at the wedding come up to me to say how great she was. Wedding Day Girl was definitely my highlight vendor and if I could do it all over again I would probably pay for a higher tier package because the level of expertise and professionalism was top notch.

Kylie Knight was our lead coordinator, and I've never met a person so organized but so calm in my life. My fiancé and I were certainly not the best clients - both scatterbrained but also wanting things a very specific way - and Kylie took it all in stride. We still aren't sure how she had time to decorate our ceremony and reception areas while still keeping us company - not only did she get everything set up, she also reserved time for spontaneous requests the day of! First, the portal provided by Wedding Day Girl is wonderful and easy to use - USE IT!!! Because we input something incorrectly, there was a mix up with one of the vendors - but if Kylie had handled it, we know that there never would have been an issue. Kylie also met with us several times the months leading up to our wedding (including spontaneous phone calls) and helped SO much in creating our vision. The night before our wedding, she picked up all decor and only needed to listen to my instructions ONCE for each of the dozens of items to know exactly how we wanted them. The day of, she was always asking if we needed anything and also receptive to our requests and amazing at communicating with our guests. She met with all of the vendors, and also took care of everything that needed to be cleaned up so we didn't have to worry about it at the end of the night. Furthermore, for decorations that ended up not working (i.e., balloons not blowing up, etc.), Kylie was able to creatively arrange and fix up things in ways so one would never know anything was amiss. Days after our wedding, even though we were upset with one of the vendors (our fault btw) Kylie was so kind, sympathetic, and patient with my concerns even AFTER her job was over. I couldn't ask for a better planner. If I could have done anything different, it would let her do more of the stuff we decided to take on ourselves lol. Book Wedding Day Girl!!!

My wedding day was truly the best day of my life. Everyone on my team of vendors was amazing, but Amina was actually indispensable. We first contacted Amina about 6 months prior to the wedding for timeline and coordination planning. Her responsiveness and follow through from the initial contact made us feel secure, and as the process unfolded she demonstrated her reliability time and time again. My mom and I were pretty hands on with the entire planning process, but Amina was an outstanding resource and sounding board for our ideas; and ultimately, that translated beautifully as she was able to make small adjustments and corrections necessary to accommodate our plan early in the process. During our meetings with Amina, we knew that we could count on her to take organized notes, answer questions, and give us honest feedback on every part of the wedding. A careful listener, Amina knows when to speak up, what questions to ask, and when to ask them so that things stay on track. Her uncanny ability to dissect and decode every communication-- whether email, text, or phone call--and extract all the key information is a gift that sets her apart. During the planning journey, communications grew a bit chaotic when my "bridal vision" became somewhat clouded by all the "extras" and ideas that were surfacing from social media, friends, other brides, etc. Amina was so nice and patient and was able to stay laser focused and fine tune the details that would end up making a difference on the big day--all while respecting the budget that we had set together. As we got closer and closer to the wedding, my mom and I could rest assured that Amina was armed with all she needed to execute the perfect wedding. Amina is polite and honest. She has excellent taste. Her knowledge and expertise is something that you can only gain through years of experience, but beyond that, she is so sweet and kind. That is something that every bride, family, and vendor team absolutely needs to plan and execute (flawlessly!) a wedding. Hire Amina & trust the process, because the process is in excellent hands.

Amina and The Wedding Day girl team truly made our dream wedding a reality!! To say they went above and beyond every step of the way would be a massive understatement. If I have one suggestion to any future brides, it is to ensure you have a killer team in your corner to execute on your vision. After all your planning and hard work, when our wedding was rapidly approaching (2 months out) being able to hand over logistics to Amina saved my sanity. There is a very special peace of mind that comes with knowing WHEN (believe me, it is always when not if) something doesn’t go 100% to plan on your wedding day, there would be a solution in action without me, my husband, or our families ever even knowing. That Pete of mind made it possible for us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. From the day we hired Amina she was quickly responsive and available anytime via email and text for anything big or small. When decision fatigue set in randomly she helped me easily cut through the noise and refocus on what was really important. Leading up to our wedding, the wedding day girl portal made it so easy to stay organized and make handing over all of our vendor information as easy as possible. She went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life managing all the final details in the weeks before our wedding. I cannot explain how wonderful it was not to worry for a second about anything going wrong. I’m so grateful we had the space to be totally present with each other and our guests because of how little stress we felt on our wedding day and the days leading up to it. Rhianna was a very effective month of planner and wedding day coordinator. She handled everything on the day of and I did not have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding! She was a boss at making sure my vendors followed through as well!

Using Wedding Day Girl for our wedding was the absolute best decision and use of money for our big day. Kylie was SO AMAZING every step of the way from answering vendor questions pre wedding to providing the MOST detailed timelines for all events. She even went out of her way to provide a few money saving ideas for decor even though that was not a part of our package. Having Wedding Day Girl as our wedding coordinator was one of the best vendor choices we made when planning! Having Kylie as our coordinator was even more of a blessing. She was constantly on top of everything and when we hired her we immediately felt a weight lifted off our shoulders! She truly felt like a friend, girl boss, and our coordinator all at once. I could not recommend hiring Wedding Day Girl coordination more for your special big day!!

Absolutely, hands down amazing service, advice and execution of my big day. Amina was extremely organized, responsible and INCREDIBLY friendly. She always had an answer for my questions. She made my day go by seamlessly and made me feel that I didn’t have to worry about anything. She handled all the vendors and the schedule the whole night. I would recommend 10/10 to any friend.

No matter how organized and diligent you think you are, planning a wedding is a challenge like unlike any other. My husband and I both have PhDs and thought, “We can do this!” Nope, we couldn’t. At least, not without Amina and the Wedding Day Girl Team’s help. Right from the start, Amina inspired confidence in us. We interviewed three other wedding day-of coordinators, and Amina was the only one who gave us a very clear vision of what was involved in planning a wedding from start to finish, how she would help, and what tools and tricks she could offer to help us make the best decisions. A lot of wedding coordinators will try and sell you on “fluff” (“We’ll pin the boutonnières on everyone!” “We cut the cake!” “We make sure everything arrives on time!”) that’s down very specific tasks. What separated Amina from all other coordinators was her ability to help us navigate the wedding industry right from the start. Even after just one conversation with Amina, we felt like we knew what specific tasks needed to be done and in what order, from the caterer and photographer to picking the right sized tablecloths. Amina’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine love for the couples she works with shines in everything she does. The wedding industry is incredibly complex and makes low-stakes choices (picking flatware) seem incredibly high stakes. Every step of the way, Amina pored over our vendor quotes and showed us where we could fine-tune things, where we needed to adjust based on our guest count, and also where the BS was :) If we had concerns about costs, Amina gave us a sense of what average costs were industry-wide, provided really fast and really specific advice about where we could cut back and put our money where it really mattered. And even though she doesn’t do design planning, she was always there if we wanted her input on whether something would look good or not. By the time we got to our 8-week timeline meeting, we really got a sense of just how much work we had done, and how much work there was still left to do. Amina took all of our contracts, plans, and notes and raked them with a fine-toothed comb: we had picked the wrong banquet table size (whoops!), we needed longer table cloths (double whoops), we still needed to tell our caterer about special meals, we needed to add a few extra pieces of equipment for things we didn’t know we needed, etc. etc. While this would normally have been stressful, Amina reassured us that she would have it all sorted from that point on. Also, the day before our wedding, Amina single-handedly saved us thousands of dollars on striking redundant tenting (due to a tent share contract), a major testament to her professionalism and good relations in the wedding industry. Every time we had a call or chat with Amina about something, we were hugely relieved, confident, and so excited to get married— something everyone should feel when they work with Amina and WDG! Our wedding was such a magical, joyful experience. To a large extent, all weddings are. But what most people don’t tell you is just how important it is to have someone guide you through in the months and weeks leading up to it because it takes SERIOUS WORK to create that magic and joy. We would 1000% do it again, and we wouldn’t hesitate a second to ask Amina to be our coordinator! p.s. for what it’s worth, my mom still can’t stop talking about how much she loves Amina!

Amina was the absolute best wedding planner ever! She was incredibly detail-oriented, organized and communicative. I had a very general idea of the style of wedding I wanted and Amina made it come to life in the most incredible way—reading my mind at every step of the design phase and coordinating a team of vendors to make it happen. Amina made wedding planning easy and exciting and I couldn’t recommend hiring her and her team more!

Kylie was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. I truly believe that a coordinator makes or breaks the day as they have the ability to set the tone of the wedding and ensure everyone is fully organized. Kylie was truly wonderful with all communication leading up to the wedding, helping set-up on the day of, texting me when I needed to return (I am a vendor) and cleaning up at the end of the night. While I hadn't initially planned on getting a day of coordinator, my venue required it and recommended Wedding Day Girl to me; in hindsight they were a blessing and I'm so grateful I had them! Kylie thought of anything and everything I could've possibly needed for my wedding day and made what could've probably been a stressful day go flawlessly!

I don't even know how to begin describing how wonderful Amina and her team are! I had no plans to hiring a wedding planner but hired Wedding Day Girl following a lengthy intervention by my now-husband and my mother. Not only did she hold my hand during through the bumps in the road, she was firm and politely provided guidance when I was stuck at a crossroad. I honestly couldn't imagine our wedding without her and am beyond grateful for the entire team for their patience, kindness, and support.

We had Kylie as our Day of Coordinator and all I can say is wow. Both Kylie and her assistant Alex were amazing. She dealt with all of our vendors and kept them in line. Our bartender showed up late and she actually got us a refund from the terrible bartender company. Kylie made us feel calm on our high stress day. Her organizational skills are next level, and she was very quick to respond and help us during the planning phase of our wedding. She also made sure we had drinks in hand as well as food! I'd highly recommend Kylie to anyone who is planning a wedding!

If you have the chance to work with Amina and her Wedding Day Girl Team, it will be one of the best choices you could ever make for your wedding and your life. I could write an entire book on how amazing Amina and her team are but here are a few highlights. My husband and I live in Colorado, but wanted to have a small wedding in Austin, since we love that city and had family there. We had picked a venue at a boutique hotel that we were very excited about, but they ended up cancelling on us 6 weeks before our wedding date. At this point, Amina was already signed on to be our officiant, but we immediately asked if she could also step in as our day of coordinator. Being 6 weeks out from the wedding, we were burnt out, overwhelmed, and were going to settle on a venue we did not like and was not in alignment with our original vision. Amina stepped in and not only did she save our wedding by getting us a better venue than we originally chose, but she turned it into something way more magical and beautiful than we ever could have imagined. She truly saved our wedding and till this day, we have guests say that our wedding looked like a spread in Vogue. That’s all thanks to Amina. To say that Amina and her team go above and is an understatement. I’d also like to mention that I am healing from chronic Lyme disease, so planning a wedding was overwhelming for me to begin with. Once we started working with Amina, she took all of my stress away and I was able to actually enjoy the process of getting married. Amina and Wedding Day Girl will always have a very special place in our hearts. We are forever grateful for her. I was debating on getting a day of coordinator because my husband thought we could do it ourselves. Laughing at that now because there is no way we could have done it without Wedding Day Girl. We had Kylie as our Day of Coordinator and she did an amazing job. She managed to get everything set up, it was a short turn around for setting up. She dealt with the curve balls -- unexpected guests, who needed seats, helped with my veil when it was falling off walking down the aisle, and all the other things I didn't know about that she handled seamlessly. Kylie was an incredible day-of coordinator and went above and beyond to make our day absolutely magical! She was attentive to detail, organized, flexible, kind, and professional from start to finish. We really felt like we were in good hands during the whole process and appreciated every bit of advice and expertise she shared with us. Kylie and Amina are amazing and were so helpful leading up to the wedding. I decided last-minute that I wanted day-of coordination so we would be able to relax and have fun while getting ready instead of managing vendors, and it was the best decision. Not only did we not have to worry about anything, but Kylie, who was on-site that day, is incredible. She is so kind, funny, and attentive, and she thinks of everything. She comes up with beautiful and creative solutions (I had her snag some flowers from our florals and put them on our cake, it looked great) to any problems that may arise, and she has a calm energy that really puts you at ease. My family also all commented on how sweet she was, and how great she is at her job. I highly recommend using them, you will be so glad you did.

Really where do we begin? Amina was an absolute pleasure to work with and made every detail come to life in a fairy tail manner for our wedding. She was very helpful through a number of logistics before our month of services started—particularly with some confusing band contracts and venue details. Once her services officially began, we met for a venue walk through and she was on every detail. And we’re not exaggerating.. EVERY detail. Her online planning tool was a breeze to use and made getting all the wedding information together in a central location easy. We would recommend her for anyone getting married in the Austin area (or beyond) as she is a true gem. She impressed some tough critics—one of us works in the hospitality industry ourselves and there were a number of hospitality professionals, including one of our mothers, in attendance. Amina, you made our wedding the most perfect day and we truly cannot thank you enough. Trust us, you will not be disappointed with her services.

I had to hire a day-of coordinator per my venue's contract. As a previous event planner, I didn't think I'd need the help and boy was I wrong! If I had to re-do my wedding again with only a quarter of my budget, I'd still find a way to hire Amina and Kylie. You don't know what you don't know when you're planning your wedding, and even when you think it's a simple wedding, you'd be surprised at how much there is still to coordinate. The day-of timelines were a lifesaver when trying to coordinate with vendors and family who needs to where when. Both coordinators I interacted with made me feel supported and taken care of. Truly allowing me to relax and enjoy my day. 11/10 would recommend.

Words can not express how grateful I am to have had the pleasure of working with Wedding Day Girl/Amina for our wedding day!! It was one the of BEST decisions we could have made and I do not know how we could have done it without her! Amina is professional, gifted, talented, and an expert. When I say Amina took care of everything we asked for, plus more, that I was literally STRESS FREE, ZERO STRESS! I knew she knew what she was doing and I trusted and entrusted her and was worried free, I questioned NOTHING! Because I did not have to. I was extremely confident in her level of expertise (FYI I am "Type A" so I am not exaggerating). Her level of detail and class created a GORGEOUS wedding for us and I was 1000%+ in awe!!! First, I just want to say how amazing Amina was and all of it without meeting in person! To begin with I did not book her until probably 5 weeks before my wedding. Consider it was a very intimate wedding (25 guests) during COVID time and non-peak wedding season. Regardless, I was very stressed about last minute details, since my now husband and I planned it on our own. I was wondering if the vendors would be able to place the little details like favor boxes, escort cards, and other small things on their own. The event coordinator for our venue, as well, as our decorator team heard the stress I think in my voice and recommended Amina! She was a life saver! She gave me suggestions for last minute vendors to consider, and organized everything so perfectly. This is COVID times and we don't live in Austin. All of her amazingness was done through phone calls! Leading up to the day she helped me organize all the last minute things, including finishing my favor boxes, with stickers and all. They were absolutely perfect! There are no words to describe how relieved I felt and stress free I was since I left everything in her hands. I had the most peaceful wedding day knowing I could trust everything to her. Thank you Amina!

It’s hard to put down on paper how amazing Amina is! My wedding was a very small elopement with only 2 people, me and my fiancé, but Amina never made me feel small. From day one she was on top of things, she helped me find the best vendors, she helped me with my wedding design (and when I say “help” I mean she pretty much did the whole thing), she was always available to answer my questions and calm my nerves. The day of the wedding she was there for us every step of the way. She literally zipped up my dress and actually officiated the ceremony! She does that too! Oh and the ceremony was just perfect; we cried and we laughed a lot! She made sure to personalize the ceremony in the most incredible and special way. While we were taking pictures, eating cake and drinking champagne she packed all our stuff so that by the time it was time to leave the venue all our stuff was already in our car! We even had drinks ready in the car. Our wedding was literally perfect in every single way and we have Amina to thank for that!

I originally had gone into our wedding thinking I wouldn’t need a day-of-coordinator but a family member insisted I should get one. And oh how glad I am I listened to them because hiring Amina to help me with our wedding was the best decision I made and worth every dollar spent. She was so helpful, so thoughtful, and made herself available to us 24/7 even if it was just to listen to me ramble on as I processed my own thoughts and ideas, always giving advice and suggestions when needed. She took on almost everything the few weeks leading into the wedding and it made that whole month so relaxing and easy for us. Now for the wedding day, she did a phenomenal job at setting everything up. It looked better than I could’ve imagined. I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she just blew it out of the park. I couldn’t be happier. And during the reception, she was so organized and great at keeping me and my husband focused and on schedule knowing we were very overwhelmed with a lot of nerves and adrenaline and maybe even a few drinks in our system. Now aside from the fact that she’s incredible at her job, she’s also just a joy to be around and so pleasant to work with. She made us feel so cared for and like we were old friends from start to finish. I couldn’t have pulled off our wedding without her and I couldn’t recommend her more. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am that I hired Amina with Wedding Day Girl to be the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding! Since my daughter and I both work full time we needed not only someone who could handle the day of coordination but also contact vendors and create a timeline schedule ahead of time. Amina with the Wedding Day Girl definitely offered these services and so much more…. Amina turned out to be Amazingggg! From our first meeting on, she was such a pleasure to work with…….. We hired Amina for decorations the day of and she IS absolutely amazing she took my vision and totally expanded and made it look exactly how I had imagined it! Although we didn’t have her on for coordinating she was such a wealth of knowledge and support. Me and husband are so thankful to have found her! She really took so much stress off the day of. best decision i made when beginning my wedding journey was hiring Amina Garrison (owner of Wedding Day Girl). she was a literal God sent, she helped me every single step of the way. what began as a 120 person wedding, transitioned into a 15 person dinner/reception due to covid-19. Remember when I thought we didn't need a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator? I do...and oh how I was wrong! Amina made our day (2/15/20) more than perfect. We wouldn't have known if anything went 'not as planned' even if it did because she was THAT good at making sure everything looked beautiful and well thought out for both our guests and my husband and me. During the planning stage she was SO available and thoughtful, always giving advice if needed and her suggestions were always what we ended up going with. She was fun, smart, accommodating, and a BOSS at getting things done. I don't usually write reviews (but I definitely read them), but she is worth my time in this case. She deserves all of the 5-star reviews she's received thus far, and we are so happy we made the decision to work with Amina. Let me start by stating that I have never written a review about anything on line. I just feel it so necessary to let all brides-to-be know that there is no reason to search anymore for a wedding coordinator in the Austin area. I believe she travels as well, by the way.. Amina is so extremely professional, cordial, sweet and above all is so knowledgeable and has years of experience in the wedding planning arena. She goes above and beyond what she should be actually doing. She was incredibly easy to get in touch with, she had brilliant ideas with decor, the timeline and just coordinating everything for the wedding. She knows the ins and outs with vendors and the communication with the vendors really helped. Planning a wedding is so intricate, and she does not miss a beat. The final result of my wedding was so spectacular, and my guests were so very impressed with how everything was choreographed, how everything was set up and just how exquisite the ballroom looked. Between the look of the ceremony room, the ballroom and the cocktail party, my guests are still talking about it. I tell them all that Wedding Day Girl (Amina) was the best!! As a couple planning our wedding from across the country, we knew from the beginning that we were going to need some serious help making the vision for our wedding come to life. After extensive research, we thought Amina would be the best option. Then after meeting, we were CONVINCED that she would be the perfect coordinator, designer, counselor, organizational queen, and friend that we needed throughout the process. She was amazing from the very beginning, working to get to know us as a couple and our families, laying out a great timeline and guiding us through the process. Meetings with Amina were calming, rather than stressful, because she was so organized, focused, and on top of every single detail! Amina is the best at listening to your vision and creating and out-of-this-world event that is not only completely dedicated to that vision, but ten times better than you could even imagine. She goes over and above to make your planning process and wedding day absolutely perfect. She led us to the most incredible vendors and made sure her discounts went directly to us. Amina was extremely flexible with my schedule as I was finishing school, working full time, and living on the east coast. She always found time to meet with me when I would be in town for a quick weekend...even at 8am on a Sunday! Our wedding was perfect, all thanks to Amina. My husband and I were able to completely relax throughout the day and truly enjoy it, knowing that Amina was taking care of everything. Every detail was organized and planned down to the minute with the most impressive timeline I have EVER seen. The staff that Amina brought with her were so wonderful and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. I felt so taken care of! The ceremony and reception were stunning and exceeded all of my dreams. Our guests are still talking about how it was the most amazing wedding they've ever been to :) THANK YOU AMINA!!!!!

Choosing Amina and the girls was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. If not THE best decision. As an out of town bride, Amina directed us to the best, along with her sweet personality, professional judgement, and calm nature. Our wedding was a dream for us a couple and we couldn't have asked for anything more. But not only did Amina provide value during the entire process, but the day of help alone justified the expense! Amina and her crew kept my hubby and I in our blissful bubble, regardless if anything happened to go awry. We were SO fortunate to have found this company and I would do it all over again!

The day was perfect! We hired Amina for Day-Of Coordinator and it was worth every penny. She was enthusiastic about learning all aspects of our wedding and getting to know even the smallest details that were important to making our day special. She coordinated with the venue and vendors to make sure all logistics and timing of the set-up were aligned and that everyone knew our expectations. The minute by minute timeline she created for all the vendors was so meticulous and thorough, which left no room for error on our most important day! Amina arrived early on the day of our event, and worked all day alongside the vendors to ensure set up was as we discussed and that all the items I had given her prior (escort cards, table numbers, guest book, menus, photos, outdoor fans, etc.) were where they needed to go. She was there for the entire evening coordinating with the venue so that the food and beverages never stopped and that not only my husband and I, but also our parents, were cared for up until the end. There are so many moving parts to a wedding and without Amina, our evening would not have been so smooth. From getting the wedding party (AND MYSELF!) down the aisle, family photos, special dances, cake cutting, toasts, etc. My husband and I are certain that we would not be able to fit everything that we wanted to fit in without her constant awareness of time. She kept us on track so that we could take in and enjoy all of these important moments without having to think about what time it is and what’s next! This was the best! Finally, she stayed after the wedding ended with the vendors to break down everything that she had staged earlier that afternoon. All of my items were carefully boxed up and given to me the next day, including all my gifts and cards! Amina brings a unique combination of creative ideas, strong planning and organizational skills, and has excellent relationships with vendors. She is so sweet and caring and will do whatever she can to make sure your day is executed flawlessly. The event was managed with the utmost professionalism, so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing except to have the best day/night of our lives. I would recommend and hire Amina in a heartbeat!

Working with Amina was amazing!! She always smiled, always encouraged us and helped cheer us on throughout the process. Then came the wedding day. Amina specializes in her organizational packets she sends to vendors. She creates a timeline down to the minute of all that needs to occur for a flawless wedding. I relaxed all day knowing she was at the helm. Everyone knew where to be, what to do and what was expected. And she worked tirelessly for days setting up and then tearing down. I was able to be the hostess at my daughter's wedding instead of the organizer!! I walked around relaxed and only needing to care about our guests. At the end of the night, Amina made sure everything that needed to be collected was packed into a couple of cars. I didn't even have to collect the wedding gifts!! She did it all. ALL!!!!!!!!! And we grew to be friends in the process. I cannot express deeply enough how amazing she was to us. Amina and her staff care about their brides, and they are well aware how a well-planned day leads to a memorable wedding. Would I recommend her? All day long and twice on Sunday!!! Amina cannot be matched as a wedding planner. She was worth every dime and much more. Thank you Amina for all you did for us...you are amazing!!!

Amina with "Wedding Day Girl" is a one stop shop to everything a bride could ever need. I started planning early. By the time the big day came, I was pretty confident that I had all my ducks in a row and that everything would be good to go. I wasn't sure that I even needed any assistance. Hindsight, I thank my lucky stars that I went with Amina. You just don't know what you don't know. With so many last minute details and coordination necessities, I don't know if it all would've happened at all without her. I am still in awe of how organized and knowledgeable she was. Anything that I thought might be a potential disaster was suddenly made perfect. There is nothing like having a sense of calm and a confidence that everything is in the best hands on the most hectic and best day of your life. If I had it to do all over again. Wedding Day Girl would be at the tip of my list.

We are so grateful for Amina helping us organize and plan the most perfect wedding day for our daughter. Hiring Amina was the best decision we ever made in regard to our wedding. We interviewed several planners but, I just knew from our first meeting she was going to be my pick!! Best pick ever! I am not very organized which is why I needed her to help with planning my wedding!! She literally made every one of my visions/dreams come true on my big day. I had Amina as my day of coordinator and she was so great. She knew everything I wanted and kept in constant communication with me making sure I was not only happy, but giving me her advice, thoughts, input, etc. Her employees are also amazing. Whitney and Mara helped on our big day and they were just as wonderful as Amina. My bouquet showed up and I was unhappy with it and they were working so quickly on trying to fix it. They were so sweet, so on top of it, work so hard, and really knew what they were doing. These girls are amazing and great and I've already recommended them to all my engaged friends!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Amina. This woman was more than a wedding coordinator she was an answered prayer! She not only organized and planned everything perfectly in the weeks coming up to my wedding but made sure everything from my rehearsal dinner to my late night wedding snacks went off with out a hitch. Her experience and creativity helped my dream wedding come to life, all the while making sure I never had to sweat the small stuff the day of! She made sure all the vendors contracts were correct, had their timeline and even the day of making sure to pay them for me so I didn't need to worry about tipping! Talk about organized!! Amina even helped me pull off a few wedding day surprises that my husband didn't even know about. I cannot say enough good things about her and the way she made me feel. I was able to be relaxed and truly enjoy every second of my special day that went by WAY too fast! We hired Wedding Day Girl for our wedding - and honestly - it was the best vendor hire we had, and we had some killer vendors if I say so myself. My husband and I were looking for someone special to be apart of our celebration - we instantly were drawn to Amina and it was completely obvious to us she knew exactly how to step into our wedding and be the person to lead the charge. She helped us finish working with the venue and finalizing the details they needed as well as finish up some missing things we apparently didn't finish up with some of the vendors.
