Steve was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to meet our particular needs for our wedding. When we had to postpone he was more than helpful to transfer over on contract to next year. I could not recommend him and the company enough to add that extra touch of gold to your wedding. He is highly recommended! He gets back to you very quickly with any questions you may have which helped throughout the process, especially during our postponement.

Steve and Lindsey ROCK! Their chairs were affordable and comfortable. They were able to quickly switch and accommodate when I of course had a change of heart of going from gold to brown chairs with no hesitation. They were able to do payments leading up to the reception, which was extremely helpful and could not have wanted to work with any other company. The chairs really elevated the room from a place with dingy conference bulky chairs to these. Can't recommend enough!

So, so worth it to have these chairs at your wedding!! The elegance it added to my venue was so amazing, I couldn't believe how incredible everything looked! They were set up and gone before I even realized they'd been there and were tearing down and almost done before I realized they came back! Steve and Lindsay were so great to work with too! They were easy to get a hold of and super responsive and patient. If you're on the fence about adding some extra zing to your event space by renting chairs, get off the fence and just go for it. It was 100% worth it!

Steve and Lindsey are two of the most upstanding business owners I have ever worked with. E used their gold chairs with ivory cushions and they were BEAUTIFUL. I loved that I did not have to worry about set up or tear down. The most remarkable part of my time working with Steve and Lindsey was in April 2020, when I rescheduled my wedding. After we rescheduled (no fee), they sent my now husband and I a bottle of wine called “Empathy” and a handwritten card. It was so incredibly kind and is a testament to how well they run their business. My venue was Windows on the River. Their team knew exactly what to do and who to contact to prep for the big day, which took stress off my plate. I have no regrets booking with WeddingChairs.net. I have already recommended them to other friends planning weddings. Book them!!

Steve & Lindsay are the best of the best! They are not only hard working and kind-hearted but they truly care about each and every customer of theirs! They will be sure that you not only have gorgeous chairs but will go out of their way to make sure every thing is set up appropriately and in a timely manner. You know, something that you don't really think could make or break your event, like chairs, can really be just the thing that ties everything together. The chairs were lovely and Lindsay was excellent to work with (even through postponing our wedding due to COVID). Working with them was so easy and allowed for one less thing for me to worry about on my wedding day!

We booked 300 chiavari chairs for our wedding in the summer of 2020. Due to the pandemic we postponed our reception to 2021 in hopes of a year being enough time for things to return to normal. Absolutely no problems changing the date for our chairs Unfortunately a year later and restrictions were still in place with no sign of leaving in time for our new date. At that point we made the decision to just cancel our formal reception, ending our need for these 300 chairs. One short call with Lindsay and she offered us a full refund of our deposit without even being asked. By far the easiest of our vendors to work with through this entire situation. Treated us right during a difficult time even though it cost them money to do so. Great company that will always make an effort to do right by you as the customer.

Unfortunately due to changes to our wedding we weren't able to utilize them completely but the booking process and even unfortunately the cancel process was so smooth! They even were able to refund my deposit!Excellent customer service highly recommend!!

Having to postpone and eventually cancel a wedding reception due to the global pandemic was the toughest decision, but they made it easier. Less than 2 months before the wedding I made the decision to rent chairs and I'm so glad I did. The chairs we beautiful and really pulled the room and decor today. If you're on the fence, just do it! Not only did Steve work with me up until the day before the wedding to coordinate the delivery, he also was very kind and worked with me on the quantity needed down to the last minute. COVID made planning so hard and thanks to Steve and team working with them was one less burden. I appreciate it and would recommend them.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I felt immensely compelled to do so after my much worthy experience with Steve from WeddingChairs.net. Due to the pandemic and large guest size my fiancé and I decided to cancel our Nigerian traditional ceremony of 500+ RSVP’d guests. We both have extremely large families and felt being asked to decrease our guest count to 100 people was extremely difficult to pick and choose who would fall in that category. In light of our guests health and safety we felt, since it wouldn’t be traditional ceremony we envisioned why have it anyway and still put folks traveling from all over at risk ( If you’re Nigerian or Indian or know someone from similar cultures you can relate). Contacting vendors with this cancellation notice has been nerve racking, frustrating and financially draining. Of all the vendors we selected only WeddingChairs.net treated us with such grace and respect. I honestly was shocked by Steve’s response and the options he provided. He was EXTREMELY flexible and considerate of what worked best for my fiancé and I. This is what you call phenomenal customer service that will drive customer retention! We rented gold chairs for our wedding and they were great! Steve and Lindsay were so easy to work with. They were pleasant, the chairs were priced right, and the whole process of renting the chairs was super quick. Highly recommend.

When my Mom mentioned the chairs being provided by a tent company for our backyard reception were black metal (with rust on some...), I panicked. They provided us a full refund when many others are asking us to pay the full contract even though we aren't using them. I VOW to use this company again at some point. We ordered the Silver Chiavari Chairs for our daughter’s wedding! They arrived the day before and were absolutely pristine! They looked wonderful at our venue! Like many others, we had to cancel our wedding in the interest of our guests’ health and safety. I dreaded the thought of having to reach out to vendors requesting deposits be returned. Despite the fact that we had a contract in place that would have allowed Lindsay and Steve to keep our deposit, they returned it to us and offered much sympathy and support. Due to health and safety concerns, the wedding had to be canceled and Lindsay and her company were very understanding and returned the deposit in full!
