By the time we hired Pam as our wedding planner, we had our Church and reception venues booked along with most of our vendors. It wasn’t until we hired Pam that we realized we had no idea how our wedding day was going to flow or if we had enough coverage from all our vendors. Pam want through all of our vendor contracts and let us know if we would need extra photography or DJ hours or if we needed extra floral centerpieces based on our seating layout. Pam crafted our entire wedding day timeline for us based on our wishes and input. On the day of the wedding, Pam and her assistants we there to greet the vendors as they arrived at the reception venue. They even decorated the reception venue as well as the restaurant where we had our rehearsal dinner the night prior to the wedding. Pam was the angel we needed in making our wedding day a dream come true. I don’t event want to think of how much stress would have fallen on my shoulders if Pam and her assistants weren’t there on our wedding day.
All I have to tell other brides is that hiring a professional coordinator like Pam allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day with our guests and focus on saying ‘I Do’ with minimal stress. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, please consider this review as a sign that it is well worth it. Spend your time in making memories with friends and family, not worrying about whether your vendors are all set to go for your wedding. Pam was absolutely perfect! She was there every step of the way, and made sure to bring everything we wanted to life. We could not have asked for better service. She was very organized, extra punctual, provided many different options and suggestions, and went above and beyond for us. Because of Pam, we had the most beautiful wedding we could've ever asked for without a single bit of stress. We would do it all over, and hire her again in a heartbeat!
Pam was the voice of reason we needed while planning our wedding. My husband and I had such a great time working with her and she always made us feel heard and ready. She has so many connections in the industry that truly, absolutely, made our wedding 100x better than if we had tried to do it ourselves. She always knew how to put our rambling visions into real words and ultimately, reality. She is also just the kindest person in every way. Pam made us feel safe in a time that is scary (spending our and other people's money isn't as easy as we thought it would be lol). She had a solution to everything! We had a freak rainstorm come in the week / day of our wedding and she stood by us and prepared us for the possibility of not getting our outdoor ceremony. Wouldnt have wanted anyone else by our side. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone I know who is engaged and starting to plan the big day.
Weddings & Event Designs by Pamela is THE BEST!!! My wedding this past March, was a vision that I had and Pam and her team made it come to life. It was beautiful, but I could not have done it without the direction of my wedding planner. She kept me organized and was thankful for her monthly itinerary leading up to the Big Day! It went off without a hitch. Thank you so much for making my day a memorable one.
Pamela and her team are AMAZING. She graciously worked with me for almost 2 full years to plan my wedding. In the middle of planning, I changed dates and venues and she was so helpful and made that transition so smooth and stress-free. There was honestly never a time during the whole planning process that I felt stressed due to Pamela’s skills. She is the most organized person I have ever met and thinks of things you never would think of which is why the decision to hire her was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process. She is so sweet and kind and is like family now!
I got married 12-11-21 I know this review is a little late but my gosh I can’t give enough praise and credit to Pamela and her team as well. She was always there when we needed her and was always very punctual. She was more than a planner for me she quickly became a friend and someone I knew I could count on to make things run smooth for my wedding. I would 12/10 recommend her to anyone. She’s the best!! The day of my wedding was flawless and I thank her for that.
If you are searching for a coordinated then stop searching and book with Pam. Pam is literally the BEST! She is on top of everything, and there for you every step of the way. I was not the easiest bride to work with. I was very distracted, and I kept telling Pam that it wasn’t going to come together. Fortunately, she worked her magic and my husband and I made it to our big day. I am forever grateful for her. She is the fairy godmother that you most definitely need! 😅 Aside from being the most amazing coordinator ever, she is so kind-hearted, compassionate, and so sweet. Her team was also bomb.com. I'm still shocked by how well they put everything together.
Pam worked with my company on a huge event as we were coming out of COVID. Because it was one of the first events of it's size in San Antonio, and my company had limited resources at the time, I called on Pam who was a true professional and she helped manage this event of 500+ people.
She was able to work with me and my team, the venue, the vendors and managed the entire run of show onsite, including load in and load out.
I can not say enough great things about her and she is definitely an asset to any event. Highly recommend her and her services.
Where to begin? Pamela was the best thing that could’ve happened to us. Her hard work and extreme attention to detail all helped create a beautiful wedding. She has an amazing talent for coordination which helped put all our worries at ease. After postponing our wedding for a year, Pamela never postponed her planning. She continued to reach out and move forward with creating our wonderful itinerary. We wholeheartedly recommend her and her wonderful team. Pamela was not just our wedding coordinator but became part of our family.
When my (now) wife mentioned a day-of-coordinator… I was sure it was an unnecessary expense given such a small wedding (max 35 people). As the special day grew closer and closer our stress grew. So many fine details to be concerned with. You want it to be perfect… Pamela was so much more than just a day-of-coordinator. Over a year out she was already having discussions with us on Zoom. She continued to check in every couple months, talking fine details, and helping us stay on track. She helped with the rehearsal the day before. And of course on the wedding day itself. Her and her assistant Jennifer absolutely took charge! Every detail was cared for, the event staff given clear and immediate instructions, and the decorations laid out beautifully and perfectly. Pamela had even saved us some hors d'oeuvres, got us a small wedding gift, and ensured some flowers were saved after the wedding. Her professionalism, energy, and attention-to-detail where remarkable. I would hire her again in an instant if we went back in time. If anyone else asked if you need a day-of-coordinator, I’d firmly say yes and give Pamela’s information. Thank-you Pamela! You rock!!!

She is very organized, trusting, supportive, caring, empathetic, very responsive and always had the best interest of my daughter, the bride.
She consistently kept us on track starting 10 months prior to the wedding day! Her strong organizational skills and the tool she utilized allowed my daughter and I to be so proactive throughout the planning stages. We received numerous comments on how well executed the wedding was. It was a perfect day for our daughter and her husband! We were able to enjoy ourselves leading up to the wedding and the day of - we knew Pamela and her assistants had it!!

After I got engaged, I felt completely intimidated by the wedding planning process. I have a full time job and know absolutely zero on how to plan a wedding. I found Pamela after doing an internet search and was referred to her by another professional in the industry. After speaking to Pamela on the phone, I knew right away that she would be the perfect coordinator for my wedding. Pamela loves what she does and it's obvious in her approach to planning. She is highly experienced, kind, flexible, organized, and pays attention to detail. She knows how to handle different personalities and helped me manage issues when I started to feel overwhelmed. She follows through on all of her tasks and took the stress out of wedding planning. It's also a bonus that she has great connections within the industry and I hired most of my vendors (who were also fantastic) based on her recommendations. On my wedding day, I basically just showed up and she took care of the rest. All of my guests complimented me on how organized, beautiful, and smooth the entire ceremony and reception flowed. The day went about as perfectly as possible. My husband and I are so grateful that we hired Pamela and would do it again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Pamela Rodriguez; it will be the best choice you could make!
We couldn't have done my daughter's wedding without Pam and Jennifer. At every step of the planning, Pam was available to help, or answer questions. When the actual wedding rolled around, if it hadn't been for Pam and Jennifer we could never have pulled off the logistics of setting up and tearing down. The wedding couple definitely wouldn't have gotten a chance to eat if Jennifer hadn't noticed they were being interrupted by guests and stood guard so they could eat!
If you’re looking for the best wedding planner in San Antonio, Pamela is your girl!!! She helped me plan/organize my wedding, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. My husband and I had to plan our wedding during the COVID-19 Pandemic and we had many changes going back and forth on dates, switching vendors, etc. Pamela helped us every step of the way and was so dependable whenever we needed to talk through something or make a decision. Pamela is the most wonderful and genuine person. She played multiple roles in our wedding besides planner. She provided so much support and words of wisdom along the way. When I say our wedding day was absolutely perfect - we wouldn’t change a thing if we could do it all over again, except maybe hire Pam sooner than 3 months before the wedding. It definitely takes a village, but Pamela and her assistants couldn’t have done a better job to make sure our day was magical and stress free. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner or even day of coordinator - save yourself some time and years off your life and make your bridal experience stress free with Pamela’s services. I cannot sing enough praises for Weddings & Event Designs by Pamela. When I got engaged, I had no idea where to start planning. Luckily, Pam swept in and made all of my worries go away! She provided check lists, to-do lists, and many vendor contacts to get me started. She was with me every step of the way when planning and was always extremely prompt in communications. Pre-Covid we would meet monthly for coffee or lunch to discuss where we were and come up with a game plan for what needed to be done next. Once covid hit, we moved our meetings to zoom and didn't miss a beat. As we got closer to November I felt at ease knowing Pamela had helped me prepare for our big day. On the weekend of my wedding, I felt so comforted knowing she was behind the scenes making sure everything was ready and on the day of my wedding everything was able to go so smoothly for me. She and her team truly did an amazing job in setting up my reception venue. When I walked in for the reveal, I was immediately brought to tears! Pamela truly took my vision and brought it to life. It was a bigger venue yet I wanted it to look intimate and romantic with a warm and inviting feel which is exactly how it looked and felt. The rest of the night was perfect and it wouldn't have been able to be so perfect without Pam helping us through it. I wish I could relive that night over and over again! I sincerely know my wedding day was what it was because of Pamela.
Pamela was very easy to work with, experienced and knowledgable. She did everything for us on the wedding day and did an excellent job! She also has great references for florist, bakeries, hair/makeup, transportation, etc. We used almost all of her references and they were great.

Pamela worked with us for the entire year that led up to our wedding even though we booked her for “week of” planning services. Pamela is amazingly organized! She thinks of everything!! Things that I had never even thought of. We met regularly with lists of homework that she or I was working on. She followed up with me on a regular basis just to ensure everything was getting done. She had timelines and lists that kept me organized and on track! She had recommendations on vendors and wonderful ideas. I loved working with her. She made me always feel At peace and never stressed out. She’s a beautiful person .
I can honestly and whole heartedly say that Pam was born to plan weddings and she is the premier planner. Without her, our wedding would have been a complete mess! My wife and I decided on a destination wedding in New Orleans and so we were able to plan and arrange many of the details either with the hotel directly or with one of their preferred vendors. We asked Pamela if she would coordinate for us on the day of the wedding “just in case” and I am so glad that I did! Looking back on it, I can’t imagine how we would have pulled everything together that day without her. Whatever the issue that needed to be addressed, she handled it for us in remarkable fashion. Her expertise and understanding of how to do things the right way allowed us to leave many details to her and just enjoy the moment without any worries. Pamela is the best!!

BOOK HER NOW! I hired Pamela for the day of coordinating 2 months prior to my wedding and I couldn't have been more grateful! I was a DIY bride with a limited budget so I knew a full blown wedding planner was out of the question. I thought of things leading up to the wedding but then it hit me. WHO's gonna help me on the day of?! I found Pamela, met with her once and booked her same day. She was so kind, so helpful organizing timeline and vendors, and assisted decorating on the day of. Pamela was always available through phone and email leading up to the day and supportive of my vision. Although my budget was limited, Pamela's fee was very reasonable when considering your wedding day memories are priceless! You know how they say on your wedding day something always goes wrong? WELL NOTHING DID! It was perfect all because Pamela made sure of it! Thank you so much Pamela and crew!

As a bride to be, I’ll have to admit, I didn’t quite know what to expect or even if I needed a wedding coordinator. I did some research and reached out to a few wedding coordinators to explore our options. After meeting with Pamela, it was clear - not only that a wedding coordinator would be invaluable but that Pamela was the perfect person for us. Pamela went above and beyond from our first meeting to the our wedding day. Her advice, recommendations and support made the wedding planning process so easy. I needed someone who was going to do EVERYTHING! I’m a very lazy person who hates doing any kind of work outside of work. Pam was very understanding and I made her promise to push me to get her contracts and such so she could handle the rest. I didn’t worry about a thing (even when the linen company brought the wrong decoration hours before the wedding, it was Pam to the rescue!). She is the nicest, most professional, super organized and has great personality. The best decision was hiring her!
Pam did a great job! I had her as a Day-Of Coordinator, I planned the rest of the wedding myself. But, she did a lot more than expected and went above and beyond. I met with her multiple times up until a couple weeks before the wedding making sure we have everything we need/want and giving us suggestions and ideas. The day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother and if something went wrong, no one told me :)

Pamela was wonderful! She was referred by a work colleague and I'm so glad that she was. I would have been lost not knowing what to do, and how to do it. Pamela knows her stuff and offers great recommendations and suggestions for your wedding. She referred our DJ Rafael, from illuminating Celebrations and he did our lighting and music. He was great! She also kept me on a timeline of things that needed to be completed months prior to the wedding, and was very organized. This helped relieve stress tremendously, knowing that someone was with me along the way to make sure everything was going as planned. Communication was easy, she is very responsive by email and via text. On top of being very knowledgeable of the wedding industry, Pamela is super sweet and genuine. I felt very comfortable from our first meeting and made a new friend along the process.
The day of the wedding, unfortunately Pamela couldn't be there due to another scheduled wedding. I knew this months in advanced so I was very well informed someone would be stepping in her place, and I wasn't left dry. Pamela left me in very good hands with her partner, Teresa. Teresa blew everyone away with how organized she was all day, from coordinating the ceremony to making sure the send off at the end of night went smoothly. I got many compliments that Teresa was awesome and a total boss. lol My dad is still saying that hiring a wedding planner was the best decision; it helped so much and took away the stress for the night. I would agree and recommend it to anyone getting married. I would also recommend Wedding & Event Designs by Pamela and Teresa because they are both amazing, friendly, and lovely gems who definitely know their stuff that will keep a bride at ease.
Having Pamela by my side was the best decision I/we made! She guided me/us through the whole wedding process and kept me calm. She helped me stay sane & find a new wedding venue when we lost our original one 3 months before our wedding date(melt down mode). One of the things that I greatly appreciated was how honest Pamela was. She was very straight forward with what would and would not work based on my vision. She would tell me if there was a more inexpensive option for something that I wanted vs letting us just go blow money! I got the wedding of my dreams and all of the details were perfect, beyond perfect. Pamela brought all of my ideas to life! With all of her wonderful help & planning, I/we were able to enjoy myself on my wedding day.

There are not enough words in the entire world to express the amount of gratitude I have for Pam. Oh, my sweet Pamela! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was a godsend. She was so affordable and really went above and beyond her job description. She is so organized and efficient. And she will not let you escape responsibility! lol she keeps you in check to make sure everything is getting done on time. The day of the wedding, I had several people in my wedding party tell me that they were amazed by the things she was doing. She really kept me calm and easygoing. I knew everything would be fine with her there. I could not have had this wedding without her. I would refer her to anyone a thousand bajillion times. She is amazing.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Pamela at a wonderfully unique and beautiful wedding reception in San Antonio. Not only was the entire production flawless, Pam and her team were so professional and accommodating toward me and my band that it was easy for us to focus on our jobs as entertainers. all the brides who might not realize this yet, you NEED Pamela! She was so helpful, and she thought of so many details that didn't even occur to us. Before we hired Pamela, I was pretty stressed out about the wedding planning. I immediately felt at ease once we met her. She was so sweet and personable and a total professional. Her costs were reasonable, she took care of all the details, and she really came through when anything unexpected happened. I would recommend her to any bride that needs some guidance but doesn't want to break their budget on a coordinator.
Pam was fantastic! Even though we booked day-of assistance, she was always available to answer questions and give advice. She has great connections, which made our day that much more special. I have only good things to say.
My mother-in-law purchased Pam's services for me as a present and probably the best present I could receive! Pam kept me on track with worksheets and time lines. She would comfort me when I had mini breakdowns over planning and promised everything would turn out- and it did- thanks to Pam! Pam came to us by accident and it was the best accident that could have happened!! Due to unforeseen circumstances, she stepped in for our original wedding planner in July 2015 when our wedding was on October 24, 2015. Needless to say, I was a stressed out bride knowing that we had been planning our wedding since September 2014, lived in Houston, TX, and we were getting married at Bella Springs in Boerne, TX. Pamela stepped in and wanted to know every single detail of what we wanted, our vendors were already set up so she made sure everything was in place for our wedding day. There are not enough words to describe how amazing she was and how just talking to her calmed me down. She was prompt, organized, and thought about every detail when I didn't even know it was a detail. The day of our wedding came along with Hurricane Patricia and my dream of an outdoor wedding was jeopardized. Pam stayed calm, arranged for all of the vendors to have an earlier arrival time, and had contingency plans in place. All of a sudden at 4:15 in the afternoon, the rain stopped and even though the ceremony site had already been set up indoors, she made our outdoor wedding possible. She had the outdoor seating set up, dried, ceremony site set-up and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams outdoors just like I had always dreamed of. She is considered a part of our family, and we absolutely love her. I would recommend her to anyone needing a wedding planner. I could go on and on about her services, but I hope you can see how amazing she is.
When you're too lazy to plan your own wedding, hire Pam! I am sooooo glad I found her, my life was so much easier having her run it all and keep me on track! There aren't enough thank yous to provide to this wonderful woman. I only hired Pam for her day of services but man...she was there whenever I needed her. Choose Pam, you can't go wrong!!!
Pamela is truly a wonderful wedding coordinator. She makes sure all of the details are covered. Even things I would have never thought of, she had them on her list. My husband was impressed that she also considered his input, unlike other coordinators that we interviewed who didn't seem concerned with the groom. She minimized my stress and I whole-heartedly recommend her for any event.
Pamela came highly recommended to us through a colleague, and they were so right! In a wedding planner, it was very important to my wife and I that we work with someone that we had a connection with. At our very first meeting, we felt the spark and were hooked. Pamela is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry due to years of experience. She recommended great vendors to us that fit within our budget, but didn't sacrifice quality. First and foremost, she looked out for our best interests and didn't make any decisions on what kind of commission she'd get from a vendor for a referral.
There were a couple times where we weren't sure if a wedding for us (hello elopement!), but she sat down with us and had a heart-to-heart and reminded us of why a wedding was so important to us. That made us feel like family and not just a client.
Pamela's star shined brightest on our wedding day. Through countless hours of planning, we had a vision for what our big day would look like, but we had no idea it would be that grand! Pamela and her team were incredible and made all of our details come to life. Not only that, but she made sure that our day, from getting ready, to "I do", to our reception, and finally our farewell went off without a hitch. She made it so my wife and I could enjoy ourselves with our friends and family. Many of our friends and family commented to us about how wonderful everything looked and how professional and kind Pamela and her staff was. Many of them also said it was the most beautiful wedding they'd attended.

We met with Pamela a few months before our wedding to go over her day of services as we'd be taking care of the planning. From our first encounter, Pamela felt like a part of the family. She was very warm and engaging, she had vast experience with planning and day of coordinating, and even though we only needed her to do day of, she went above and beyond to help us stay organized and not miss a beat. When the big day came, Pamela and her assistant were on top of everything, which made the evening run smoothly. My husband and I felt we were in great hands every step of the way. My wedding day absolutely perfect and it would not have been possible without the expert direction of Pamela! Planning a wedding long-distance from New York had me on edge, but after a few months of Pamela's expertise and professionalism, I knew I was going to be able to sit back and relax (as much as a Bride possibly can)! She is detailed-oriented, poised, knowledgable, and resourceful; all the qualities a Bride should seek in a planner. She maintained continuous contact with the vendors and kept me in check when it came to staying on a planning schedule! She made suggestions that I had not even considered and took complete control of the weekend's events. So much so, I was able to take a bubble bath and take a nap on my wedding day. How many Bride's can say that?! Everyone always says there will always be that "one thing" that goes awry on your wedding day. That never happened on my wedding day, and I will can say with all confidence it's because I had an amazing planner! Thank you, Pamela!
Pam was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We used her for a day of wedding planner but was more of a planner for the last month before the wedding. She was so helpful, quick to respond at any time of the day or night (had emails at 12am), never stressed, and showed great leadership skills. She did us the favor to take some of our wedding decor the night of our wedding in her truck and we were able to pick them up the day after. I highly recommend Pam for your wedding! She made things so easy for us that we were really able to enjoy our wedding.
Seriously! Pamela saved me and stepped in to make sure we had the best wedding possible. 2 weeks before my wedding date I contacted Pamela for "day of" coordination, luckily she was available! She was extremely efficient, met with me and my husband right away and even gave us homework! She was so easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond for our special day. On the day of the wedding Pamela was there super early, held the rehearsal and allowed me and my husband to relax while we prepared for our ceremony. Peace of mind and confidence in her abilities was such an amazing relief to have especially on our wedding day! The actual wedding ceremony and reception went so well, friends of ours are still complementing us on our smooth transitions and minimal down time throughout the night. Pamela became like family to us, she is so easy going and willing to tackle anything you throw at her! There is no way that our day would have went so well if Pamela wasn't there pulling all the strings. I highly recommend her for your special day, you won’t regret it.
Due to Pamela's passion, organization, promptness, and knowledge we were able to have the perfect wedding. We would not have had the wedding we had without her help. We highly recommend her.
Where do I begin?? Pam was referred to me by a friend and I'm so very glad that she was. She was hired as my "day of coordinator" but she was involved with so much more. She made sure everything ran smoothly and kept me calm. She took the pressure off of me so my husband and I could enjoy our special day. Pam and her team helped with everything, from setting up the table arrangements to folding menu cards in the napkins. More importantly she understood my "vision" for the day and replicated exactly how I wanted it even though we were blessed with not so great weather. She quickly came up with a plan b and everything was fine. I would most definitely recommend her!
