Sarah was great! We hired her for day of coordination and with the additional help 3 months before and she was fabulous! She truly went above and beyond to make that day as stress free as possible, especially since we did an early ceremony! She was great in coordinating all of the changes we had due to covid, including changing the date of the wedding. I would definitely recommend her!

Before I started wedding planning, I never thought I would hire a wedding planner. However the more and more I talked to friends who got married, they said you’ve gotta at least get a day of coordinator. We absolutely loved Sarah from our first meeting with her, she drove down from Conroe to meet us at a Starbucks. We felt at ease as she asked us how we met and what vendors we had already hired. For a bride who is planning a wedding without any family around, it was nice to have someone like Sarah around. Sarah helped me find my alterations lady & communicated with us throughout the planning process to see how we were doing. As time got closer, we sent her our seating chart and discussed last minute details. On the day of our wedding in February, she was there bright and early with her husband to help with the setup. Hiring Sarah was the best decision that we made, because she made our day run so much smoother and I was able to enjoy the day rather than running around meeting vendors and telling them where to place things. Highly recommend to anyone getting married in the Lake Conroe area.

Working with Sarah was an absolute dream. We hired her for our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond her duties to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. She is extremely organized, thorough and readily available to assist with any issue. She gave us the best direction and guidance and went above and beyond to assist us with finding the best vendors to fit our budget. With the vendors I had already chosen, she would manage and monitor their progress throughout the whole process to ensure everything was under control. Having Sarah in charge on the wedding day was the best decision I’ve ever made. She handled everything. This allowed our parents, wedding party, and myself to just show up and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t have to do any set-up, and we didn’t have to manage vendors, unexpected issues, or the schedule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Woman. Wow, there is literally so much to say about Sarah. Sarah, is over all an amazing person. She really took the time out with my husband and I to plan our wedding. We hired her as the day of coordinator. But, even as a day of coordinator, she helped use almost a month before our wedding. We couldn't have been more pleased with how smooth everything went. Sarah was always a step ahead of us. She kept things completely calm. Her and her husband work as an amazing team. She is completely understanding and at affordable costs. She even let us use her own easels for our wedding signs and always makes sure she brings or has extra tools in case anything emergency happens on the big day! Hiring Sarah as our Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She did a wonderful job. Not only did she make sure things went smooth on the day of, she also began helping me reach out to vendors and created a timeline leading up to our wedding day. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. She enlisted her husband and daughter to assist her on our wedding day and even ran home to grab linens of her own to use when we realized I did not order enough. Her organization and expertise made our day run perfectly. She has years of priceless knowledge and experience. When we couldn’t locate bustle on my dress, she saved the day by pinning it up beautifully. Sarah will do an amazing job to make sure your wedding is exactly how you envision it.

Sarah was beyond my expectation! I hired Sarah for our day of coordinator and she made everything run smoothly. On the day of the wedding she made sure to not worry me or the groom and I know that if I had not hired Sarah my wedding would not be as smooth as it was. She was super friendly and made sure to always make us feel secure and at peace that she was on top of things. I would recommend her over and over again!

All I can say is WOW!!! We hired Sarah for our day of coordinator but she was wayyyy more than that. She was with us every step of the way and made our day a dream come true. She made the whole planning process stress free and for that we are forever grateful. She puts her heart and soul into each and every wedding as if it were her own daughter getting married. Can I just say WOW! Absolutely amazing planner/coordinator! We hired Sarah for day of planning but was there every step of the way, we meet every couple of months to make sure everything was going well. She gave us suggestions and help when we had no idea where to go. She gets the job done and does exactly what the bride wants! 100/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a planner. Our wedding was a blast as every guest said. We hired Sarah as the "day of coordination" and Sarah and her husband did a great job on our wedding day to let me be a worry-free bride. I left most of my decoration stuff a day earlier at our venue and discussed the way I would like to organize, then I left them all to Sarah, and they indeed surprised me and amazed me by making it much better than I expected! Very creative and very pretty! During the wedding reception, Sarah was busy coordinating with the venue staff to make sure everything is on schedule, and so we didn't need to worry anything at all, except fully enjoyed our party! Highly recommended if you are looking for a wedding planner!

If you're looking for someone who can organize complete circuses, handle chaos and bring your vision to light, Sarah is your go to! From bringing my 15 months of planning to life to handling any issues from the bridal party or vendors, Sarah was an absolute dream. She and her husband Steve took every ounce of stress away. I can't count how many times I had guests come up to me to tell me how awesome of a team they are. Thank you for all your help and hard work, Sarah! Our wedding was a total dream with y'all's help!

Sarah was an amazing wedding coordinator! I had booked her about a year in advance, and she really helped me stay on track with everything that needed to be done. We had multiple meetings throughout the year, meeting more frequently in the months closer to the Big Day! She is very detail-oriented and professional, which is exactly what I wanted in a wedding coordinator. Her years of experience also allows her to offer suggestions with any issues that arise. She is very easy to get a hold of, and she always reassured me that I could contact her with anything. She really was the biggest help, from the months prior to the day of the wedding! I would strongly recommend her!

My wife and I hired Sarah to coordinate our wedding in December 2018. Sarah took the time to meet with us on two separate occasions before the wedding, to ensure everything was in order. On the day of, Sarah and her husband did an amazing job. They oversaw the entire event and orchestrated everything flawlessly. Initially, I did not want to hire a wedding coordinator. However, My wife insisted on it, and I am very thankful she found Sarah. She was a Godsend. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a wedding coordinator. She is a five star operation.

Sarah was the best day of coordinator, I could have ever asked for! She was amazingly helpful on the day of my wedding. First she met with me before the wedding and helped me structure a timeline and iron out a few details. She also suggested an amazing florist. I don't think I have enough characters to detail just how amazing she was on our wedding day! First and foremost she met us early in the morning at the hotel to pick up our dresses and take them to the venue, as well as make sure I had eaten and see if I needed anything. She then went to the venue to ensure that everything was set up the way I wanted, and help my mom get all of our DIY stuff set up. Silly me bought a cake topper and did not get it to the baker before hand, when it was placed on the cake it fell through the top layer. Sarah fixed the top layer with minimal damage and didn't stress me about it. I didn't have to worry about the time or timeline because Sarah would let me know about 5 minutes before the next event. I wish I could giver her 10 stars, she made our wedding day absolutely flawless. Oh, and she's reasonably priced, and DOES NOT work for a major company/ corporation!

I hired Sarah as the day-of coordinator so that I could attempt to enjoy my wedding day without being taken over with all the stress that day. She completely made that happen for me. She answered my random questions before the wedding and helped me come up with a timeline to follow that day. She arrived to the venue early that morning with her husband and daughter. They took care of EVERYTHING! I was expecting my bridesmaids and myself to assist her, but she insisted that we relax and enjoy the bridal suite. She would pop in every now and then to ask my opinion on something. She got the tables decorated beautifully, ran the rehearsal, directed guests as they arrived, ran the ceremony behind the scenes, kept the reception going smoothly and on time, and delegated clean up. After the first dance, she had my groom and I's sweetheart table set up with our dinner and favorite alcoholic beverages, so I actually got to sit down and enjoy the food/drinks I purchased. Also, a couple issues arose during the reception like almost running out of beer and not having cake plates, but she immediately offered to send her daughter to get it. It was a huge lifesaver and I am so grateful for her. I will actually look back at my wedding in years to come and be thankful that I got to enjoy my day. Sarah is GREAT!!!!

We hired Sarah as our day-of coordinator and we could not have done it without her. She does so much more than just “day-of duties”. She offered 3 different meetings prior to the wedding and even met us at our florist appointment so she would know how the tables and centerpieces were supposed to be set up. She created the timeline and individually communicated with all of my other vendors. She is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, so easy to work with, and very reasonably priced! Sarah is an incredibly hard worker and is willing to jump in and help wherever it’s needed. There is no way I would have been able to relax and enjoy the day without Sarah. If you choose Sarah to be your wedding coordinator, you will NOT be disappointed!

Sarah did an incredible job keeping everything moving smoothly on our wedding day as our day of coordinator! She met with us multiple time before the wedding and made sure to coordinate with all of our vendors before the big day. Sarah was AMAZING! From the moment we hired her, she was always there to assist us in any way. The night before my wedding, the water at the rental house we were in stopped working! So Sarah offered her home for us to shower. I love her! I see her as so much more than the wedding coordinator. If you hire her, you will not regret it!

Thank goodness we found Sarah to be our wedding coordinator/planner! She helped us through every step of the planning process, and allowed us to choose vendors that were not only amazing, but also very affordable. Despite holding a wedding immediately following Hurricane Harvey, Sarah jumped into action, and helped us call all of our vendors to ensure that we were still on track to hold our celebration. My husband, at the end of our wedding, said that he felt that he had done nothing all day with regards to set up and whatnot because Sarah had taken care of EVERYTHING. If you need an amazing wedding planner/coordinator, look no further.

My husband and I are so thankful to sarah for all that she poured into our wedding! She was exactly what we needed and her price point was a literal God-send to us. She was great to communicate with and so helpful! She helped us save in areas we wouldn't have ever expected. The vendors she reccomended and got us in contact with are absolutely amazing. We first hired Sarah as our day of coordinator, but we soon realized we needed more help than that. Even though we only needed some more planning to do, she took care of everything immediately, gave us recommendations for the vendors we were needing (ask her about the flowers!). She was always nice and mom-like with us, totally understanding what we were going through. The day of the wedding, she went to pick up the flowers so we didn't have to pay transportation of them to the church. She did an amazing job setting up the ceremony as we wanted it, and also cover all the holes where she was needed. She even bustle my dress when she realized it was not working (she had pins to do that.. always prepared for everything!) and served as a bartender when our catering needed a hand. I must say I only realized how important was to have a good wedding coordinator until we participated helping in a family member wedding, in which the wedding coordinator did nothing of her job, was 10 times more expensive, and gave the bride more troubles and headaches than relief. I felt like I won the lotery with such a nice, complete and proactive lady (Proactive in your wedding is all you need!!!). We are very grateful for having Sarah at our wedding and I will absolutely contact her for any other event I have in the future.

When I first met Sarah she was easy to get a long with and so I booked her immediately without talking to any other wedding planner. She had been so responsive and had samples of her work, which I thought was awesome. Although she did answer my questions and gave me a few recommendation, we never met up again before the wedding day. Honestly, we barely even talked about the wedding details until a couple of nights before the wedding. She was very sweet and listened to what I wanted, but I don't feel like she completely knew what was going on or how I wanted things to run because we never got to meet or talk about all of the details in advance. Her and her husband were helpful on the day of but I don't know if I had the same experience as all the other brides who had a fabulous experience with her.

Sarah was beyond amazing as a coordinator. She was readily available, so easy to contact, had great ideas and seriously made our wedding run seamlessly. She was so helpful and willing to bring her own items to contiribute to decorations. Her budget friendly ideas were great! She is a lovely person! My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! She made our day perfect! I would recommend her a hundred times over to anyone looking for a coordinator or planner as she will not disappoint you.

Sarah made our day perfect! Her attention to detail and commitment to making our wedding day run smoothly made for a very stress free day for us. Sarah ensured the day went just as I had planned, she was there early in the morning with us decorating, working along side my family and closest friends and not leaving until long after we had made our exit late into the evening. She constantly checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything while making sure we were on time with the events of the day. She made decisions so I wouldn't have to and could relax. Sarah felt like she had been a part of our family for years and everyone loved her. Sarah's an unbelievable person, I know this is what makes her such a fabulous coordinator. After our wedding ceremony, we went outside to meet our wedding party and family for pictures, as we walked out they all starting clapping and crying for us, Sarah was right there with them wiping her tears away. I was very blessed to have found Sarah to help plan my wedding, she was absolutely amazing! From day one she was responsive, professional, and wanted to know how she could make my day the best day of my life. Not only did she have wonderful suggestions for vendors that helped save me a lot of money leading up to the wedding (we were on a budget), but the entire day of she was on top of everything, incredibly helpful, attentive, and organized. She was very patient with me and was great about touching base to make sure everything was on track with planning up to our day. I didn't think I could afford a planner and she was a God send, she fit our budget and helped us find other ways to save money. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck with Sarah! Sarah is amazing. I think I called her my angel or my hero all the time. She was so detail oriented and went above and beyond our expectations. My happiness was her number 1 priority. She was easy to get along with and was patient with me when I didn't know what I wanted. My wedding was perfect and it's all because of her. She nailed my dream!!! I know my backyard wedding wasn't an easy task and she did it. She pulled it off. AMAZING! I love her! I am seriously sad that the planning is over because I will miss her dearly!

Sarah was unbelievable! I was impressed with her from the very start. She came all the way to my house to meet with me, before we even signed a contract (I live at least an hour away!). Sarah also met us several times to help us plan. She attended an open house and the planning session at our venue with us. She constantly checked on me to make sure I was getting vendors booked and recommended some awesome vendors that she had worked with in the past! All of this was even before the big day! The day of the wedding, Sarah facilitated everything perfectly! Since our officiant was unable to attend the rehearsal, Sarah and her husband ran the rehearsal for us. She even let me borrow decorations that she already had so I wouldn't have to rent them! She went above and beyond all of my expectations. Even the venue owners commented about how great she was! I can't say enough good things about her, not to mention her prices don't break the bank like so many other coordinators I had contacted. Thank you Sarah for making our special day run so smoothly! It was such a pleasure getting to work with you!

Seriously, I do not know what we would have done without Sarah! She goes above and beyond to help/make sure everything goes smoothly. We used her for a day of coordinator but she helped out so much leading up to the wedding. Saved my parents money by referring us to a fantastic florist as well. I highly, highly recommend Sarah. If you want to reduce stress during all the planning and the day of your wedding, hire Sarah. She was a life saver and everyone was so appreciative of all her hard work!!!

I needed a coordinator for the day of our wedding and I did lots of calling around to find extremely high prices every where. That was until I came across Sarah and her very reasonable prices. She helped smooth over all of my worries many weeks before the wedding. Sarah goes above and beyond to make your day just everything you wanted it to be! I couldn't have gotten everything we had planned without Sarah's help! She is hands down the best there is out there!
