She was always available via text for questions or recommendations even when it was later in the evening or on the weekends. If something went wrong on the wedding day, we don’t even know about it because she handled anything and everything that came up. She also had a wide variety of inventory to rent for the wedding day which was super convenient! Andrea is professional, flexible, and so so kind. My husband and I are so thankful for all of the things she did for us/took care of. We can’t recommend her enough!

My entire event was planned out fully but something in me was pushing me to find a wedding coordinator to help with Day Of execution. Luckily I came across Andrea's information and sent her a message and we were able to agree on her package. AND ANDREA WAS THE GREATEST GIFT FROM GOD!!!!!! I cannot emphasize enough, that I was a bride on a budget. Every cent was precious to us but the service and support that Andrea provided is immeasurable. She is worth her weight in gold. She is AMAZING. We had two consultations and even for me, I thought I had everything figured out, but Andrea provided valuable insight into details that were important to me. Leading up to the event, she contacted all of my vendors and came to tour the venue with me to ensure the two of us were on the same page. Andrea is super responsible and amazing. She sent me reminders on so many little details that completed my event. And her experience is incredible. She's the perfect consult to discuss prices from vendors to make sure you're not being robbed haha. Because of her, I saved thousands of dollars on things that I otherwise would have just gone through my primary vendor but she suggested alternatives and voila, I still maintained a quality of excellence at my event without compromising on the items at hand. Day of. WOW. I was already so pleased with Andrea leading up to the event, because SHE IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. But on the day of, Andrea TOOK CARE OF ME. She's so responsible and thoughtful. She executed all of the day of responsibilities with finesse. Without her, I have NO CLUE how the heck we would have coordinated everything. On the day of your weddings, a thousand things will go wrong and you have to embrace it and not let it ruin your experience. You and your family have invested SO MUCH MONEY on this event and you don't want to spend it agonizing over the details that come up. With Andrea, you're going to be able to make quick and smooth last minute changes. She's creative, she's kind, and she's patient. She listened to literally every one of my requests. She helped me through the entire day. She's simply amazing. One of a kind. Amazing. Again, I'm a South Asian bride which was out of her realm of expertise and I cannot emphasize how brilliantly Andrea helped me and my family execute our event. Don't waste your time wondering IF you should book her. Message her asap and just pray that she'a available for your event. You need her-- trust me. YOU NEED ANDREA.

ecision to use Weddings by Andrea! It’s been a while since I helped plan a wedding and things have changed so much. Andrea offered more services than I realized. From vendor recommendations and coordination, to assisting with floral appointments, wedding décor, venue layout, timelines and so much more. She even has a nice inventory of wedding décor that we rented from her at very good prices. I felt comfortable knowing that Andrea had the knowledge, experience, and confidence to take care of my daughter’s special day. Everything stayed on schedule on the wedding day, and she took care of any hiccup without a fuss. Andrea is professional and calm under pressure. I can’t imagine the day without her. Thanks again for everything you did to help make my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding day so amazing!

From assistance recommending vendors, attending floral appointments, giving me access to her warehouse of linens, decor, etc. she made all decisions a piece of cake. The day of my wedding, I truly did not have to worry about one thing. She set up everything for my ceremony and reception and helped direct all of our vendors keeping everyone on the perfect timeline. Andrea made our dreams come to fruition. Thank you!

ed another appt at the venue because she accidentally forgot. I had given her the benefit of the doubt and thought she would do well the day of the event. However, the day of the event she showed up one hour late to pick up the décor which made it difficult for me to find someone to give her the décor items since she had showed up late. She then failed to place the table numbers correctly on the tables and failed to properly layout the space as I had expected. She left very minimal dancing floor space which I had to re-walk the venue with her the day of the event causing me to arrive late to my own ceremony. After which, we returned to the reception the table numbers were still wrong and my dad and brother had to convince her to change them. In addition, she forgot that a floral arrangement had to stay in the chapel and instead was trying to take them to the church and forgot to lay out the card box. For the rest of the night I received complaints from my parents that she did not listen when it came to passing out desserts with the cake and she unfortunately did not keep time throughout the event. I was even surprised I had guests tell me my coordinator was not doing a good job. As the bride, I was asking her “shouldn’t we be cutting cake, shouldn’t we be doing sparklers.” If I didn’t take initiative to ask her or remind her I am not sure she would have come up and told me. I hired her to run the day and it almost felt like all she really did do the day of was set up and clean up. I would not recommend Andrea for coordination, especially for the price, unless as the bride you want to be in charge of keeping up your timeline. She is very nice and friendly and responsive to texts and calls but the day of I was not impressed. She did help me with the dress which I appreciated. However, Andrea caused delays where it shouldn’t have been her. The day of coordination is such an important vendor that you want to make sure you hire someone you can trust. Looking at all the 5 star reviews I really thought I could count on her and thought I should write my experience to help other brides since my experience fell very short of that.

ght hands. I had a very difficult vendor and Andrea had no problem standing her ground to make sure our vision was executed. My hair and makeup artist contracted COVID the Thursday before the wedding and had no backup up(the rest of her team was already book). I called Andrea and she quickly calmed my nervous and helped me come up with a plan that I was happy with. On the day of the rehearsal she quickly realized things were not set up as I visioned. She quickly took action and fixed it right away. The morning of the wedding day, the same difficult/opinionated vendor changed the layout of our reception and gave Andrea attitude! She responded with kindness and strength and fixed it quickly. Andrea checked in with all my vendor 2 weeks in advance and created a perfect timeline. During our wedding she brought us drinks and made sure that we are following the schedule. I was SO THANKFUL that she was there. I had the best (stress free day) because I knew Andrea was there and taking care of everything... all I had to do was enjoy the day with my new hubby, family, and friends. I will recommend Weddings by Andrea to every bride! Seriously, she is amazing!

On the day of the wedding she was absolutely incredible, and I felt like I didn’t have to lift a finger as she had everything under control. I would recommend her day in and day out to any couple getting married-she is the best!

Andrea was professional, friendly, and organized for all our meetings and came prepared and also had questions for me to make sure things went smoothly. I think day-of coordination is absolutely necessary and it was such a relief to have somebody handle all the things that pop up during a wedding. For instance my dress bustle came undone, Andrea was there with safety pins. I forgot to call the hotel to find out if they were ok with a late check in on my way to the wedding. Andrea called and took care of it. My bridesmaids were able to enjoy more of the wedding and me and my fiance were able to greet all our guests and take plenty of pictures. We enjoyed our wedding and actually got to eat some of the food! After the ceremony was over my stress melted away, because I knew I had Andrea there to help coordinate and that really meant the world to me. I don’t think I could have pulled off getting ready and prepping the venue, hiring a coordinator is so worth it!!

re than a planner/coordinator! SHE IS THE WHOLE PACKAGE. We could not have done it without her. She made vinyl stickers that we used for our mirror seating chart which were lovely, and also provided some of the table decorations and small details throughout the reception (ex: beautiful signs depending on your style, table numbers, etc). She’s assertive and literally thinks of everything that any bride/ groom would forget. I will recommend her time and time again to anyone I know getting married. She had kept consistent contact with me during the whole planning process always offering tips and ideas. She was extremely organized and assertive but always staying polite. She made sure that all the details that popped up were taken care of without notice. My favorite part of all was the thoughtfulness and details that she added to the day. Would recommend her for any party. Her service is one of a kind.
