entially planning two weddings flawlessly! I want to start with Alyssa, because she was our rock during the entire wedding planning process. We found WBE through our venue, the Callanwolde, and got assigned Alyssa as our wedding planner over a year in advance. Throughout this year, Alyssa was great to work with, providing us with a short list of vetted Vendors she recommended which made it super easy on us to pick our army of Vendors to support us. One thing I did not realize beforehand was how much time you spend with your planner on the day(s) of your wedding and I'm so glad we had Alyssa for this. Alyssa brought such a positive and fun vibe to our weekend, while also managing all kinds of situations that popped up. She is calm and cool under pressure and also makes you feel your best on the big day. Another thing that helped me a lot during the planning process is that Alyssa would step in when she noticed me struggling with making a decision. Helping me focus on the key things that were the most important vs. getting bogged down in the small details. We also had very similar taste so that was a bonus! Also shoutout to her assistant Krupa who helped put out fires and really listened to what us as the bride and groom wanted throughout the entire weekend. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw all the decor and florals. I am still in absolutely awe of our floral arch, our beautiful mandap, our staircase florals and many other things. WBE and the entire design team did incredible. I truly could not have envisioned it beforehand just how spectacular is was. I think planning a wedding you can definitely get bogged down with the costs and I will admit I was shocked at how expensive decor and flowers were, but once I saw the finished product I was like wow that was worth every penny. WBE truly thought through every little detail that I'm sure I could not have thought of on our own. Another thing for us was that we had 2 weddings and the same venue both days, but the WBE team created 2 very district vibes, with the first day being soft pinks and more romantic and the second day using more vibrant colors like deep reds. Their decor transformed the space into 2 magical events. I wish I could do it again because that is how magical our wedding was and if you are on the fence about hiring a planner, just do it, you will not regret it! Hiring WBE was the best decision we made and I cannot thank them enough!!!

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful each event looked, and we still catch ourselves looking back at photos in awe. We are beyond grateful to Alyssa, Jennifer, and the entire Weddings By Epic team for making our wedding journey seamless, joyful, and truly unforgettable. She was also wonderful during the planning process, careful to help us stay in budget. She repurposed flowers from the rehearsal dinner for the wedding and guests said they were the most gorgeous rehearsal dinner flowers that they had ever seen. The ceremony looked like a movie set and the reception jaw dropping. She even surprised the bride with the gorgeous wooden chairs that she wanted for the reception but had skipped due to cost. Opening the doors into the reception and seeing her fabulous work was a favorite moment of the night. I selected them based on reviews as we aren't from the area and it was the best decision ever! If you are on the fence, don't wait as they book up fast. They are the best!!

th Jennifer when designing everything and she really helped put together our vision for both days. The florals and decor were absolutely stunning. Jennifer even upgraded our chairs last minute! The planning services were vital - I had gone into things thinking that I had thought of everything, but Jennifer’s team sorted and organized everything and even brought up plenty of things that I hadn’t even thought of. Our coordinators, Marla and Simone, were such a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were relaxed and having the best time during both days of events, regardless of anything going on behind the scenes. After the venue lost our wedding garlands after the second night, WBE has gone above and beyond to make it right even well after the date(s) of our wedding have passed - Jennifer ordered and had flowers shipped overnight to ensure that the replacements (for pressing) are absolutely perfect. Overall, with WBE you will get a personalized experience where the entire team is all hands on deck for whatever you need and all of your concerns.

I researched several top rated wedding planners in the Atlanta area and reached out to several via email or by completing online forms. I never did hear from one or two of them. Weddings by Epic, however,, responded immediately, and that convinced me that they would be a perfect match for helping us plan a wedding. Jen, Alyssa, Jessica, and the entire team were with us step-by-step during every aspect of planning and the execution the wedding. We ultimately decided to hire them, because we were impressed with their professionalism and we were very pleased with the pricing of all of the packages. We ended up hiring them to create a wedding design, a welcome party design, to provide all the florals and decorations, and to be there from start to finish. They were extremely responsive: no message was ignored, no call went unanswered, they were literally at our beck and call for the entire wedding planning process. I can't express to you how comforting it was knowing they were in Atlanta on site taking care of all the fine details. They helped us create a budget, and they helped us maintain that budget throughout by making suggestions, listening to our needs, and respecting our wishes. They also helped us plan the welcome party and rehearsal. People are still commenting on how stunning the florals and design turned out at both the rooftop welcome party and the country club wedding. I was literally brought to tears of joy when I first saw the final design in person. It was absolutely stunning. The wedding was at the Country club of the South in Johns Creek, Georgia and the welcome party was at Up on the Roof in Alpharetta Georgia. Our wedding planning team worked seamlessly and effortlessly with the amazing staff at both locations. I honestly never worried one time about how things were going. It was nerve-wracking being several states away and planning long distance, but Jen, Alyssa, and the rest of the team are highly organized and really know what they're doing when it comes to putting together a stunning, spectacular wedding. They did not miss one detail. They worked within our budget, they listened to our needs and were respectful to the very end. They created a fairy tale wedding as if it was their own, and if you are looking for spectacular florals, or a magazine worthy wedding design with amazing attention to all the fine details, do not hesitate to hire them! They well exceed a five-star rating!

her, we knew we had found "the one." On the planning side, Alyssa was always on top of things. She made sure we had everything we needed and things we didn't even know we did! Alyssa and Jen insisted on extra bars/bartenders for our wedding to avoid long lines. After the wedding, we had multiple guests comment on the ease of access to the bars. Such a small detail, that made our wedding memorable for our guests. Alyssa always made sure we had a drink in our hands and quiet time to regroup/put something in our stomachs. On the design side - Jennifer was patient with me through my multiple change requests and (not so small) breakdowns going back and forth. I was extremely anxious and overwhelmed right up until the moment we walked into our first event (welcome party/garba). When I walked in and saw what they were able to accomplish, I was blown away and it was like the weight was completely lifted and I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend. The ceremony decor was absolutely gorgeous, the florals were incredible. Our reception vision was a combination of a rave/elegant nightclub. She and her team made this vision come true beyond our wildest dreams! Every detail was absolutely perfect throughout our entire weekend of events, and we could not be more grateful to have worked with them for our wedding!
