WBE worked with us on planning and design for our rehearsal/welcome party, as well as our wedding. Alyssa was always meant to be ours from the start!! She made planning so much more efficient and less daunting. She kept the day running flawlessly with her assistant Simone. She advocated for us throughout all of planning at every turn, My wedding party and family were all SO impressed with her professionalism and personality; she was truly the perfect addition to our planning and day!! We worked with Jenn and her team on design and she made our wildest dreams come true!!!! Everything was magical; she executed the perfect design while staying true to what we loved. She executed flawlessly and all our guests were floored with the way they made all our events feel. We love WBE and are soo sad to say bye! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, get off the fence and hire Weddings by Epic! My daughter-in-law's parents do not live in the United States, so I offered to help plan their wedding. I live in Pennsylvania and the wedding was in Georgia. I clearly needed help! I researched several top rated wedding planners in the Atlanta area and reached out to several via email or by completing online forms. I never did hear from one or two of them. Weddings by Epic, however,, responded immediately, and that convinced me that they would be a perfect match for helping us plan a wedding. Jen, Alyssa, Jessica, and the entire team were with us step-by-step during every aspect of planning and the execution the wedding. We ultimately decided to hire them, because we were impressed with their professionalism and we were very pleased with the pricing of all of the packages. We ended up hiring them to create a wedding design, a welcome party design, to provide all the florals and decorations, and to be there from start to finish. They were extremely responsive: no message was ignored, no call went unanswered, they were literally at our beck and call for the entire wedding planning process. I can't express to you how comforting it was knowing they were in Atlanta on site taking care of all the fine details. They helped us create a budget, and they helped us maintain that budget throughout by making suggestions, listening to our needs, and respecting our wishes. They also helped us plan the welcome party and rehearsal. People are still commenting on how stunning the florals and design turned out at both the rooftop welcome party and the country club wedding. I was literally brought to tears of joy when I first saw the final design in person. It was absolutely stunning. The wedding was at the Country club of the South in Johns Creek, Georgia and the welcome party was at Up on the Roof in Alpharetta Georgia. Our wedding planning team worked seamlessly and effortlessly with the amazing staff at both locations. I honestly never worried one time about how things were going. It was nerve-wracking being several states away and planning long distance, but Jen, Alyssa, and the rest of the team are highly organized and really know what they're doing when it comes to putting together a stunning, spectacular wedding. They did not miss one detail. They worked within our budget, they listened to our needs and were respectful to the very end. They created a fairy tale wedding as if it was their own, and if you are looking for spectacular florals, or a magazine worthy wedding design with amazing attention to all the fine details, do not hesitate to hire them! They well exceed a five-star rating!

Weddings by Epic was incredible to work with for both planning and for decor/design. We had spoken with several companies prior to our call with Jennifer - but during our call with her, we knew we had found "the one." On the planning side, Alyssa was always on top of things. She made sure we had everything we needed and things we didn't even know we did! Alyssa and Jen insisted on extra bars/bartenders for our wedding to avoid long lines. After the wedding, we had multiple guests comment on the ease of access to the bars. Such a small detail, that made our wedding memorable for our guests. Alyssa always made sure we had a drink in our hands and quiet time to regroup/put something in our stomachs. On the design side - Jennifer was patient with me through my multiple change requests and (not so small) breakdowns going back and forth. I was extremely anxious and overwhelmed right up until the moment we walked into our first event (welcome party/garba). When I walked in and saw what they were able to accomplish, I was blown away and it was like the weight was completely lifted and I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend. The ceremony decor was absolutely gorgeous, the florals were incredible. Our reception vision was a combination of a rave/elegant nightclub. She and her team made this vision come true beyond our wildest dreams! Every detail was absolutely perfect throughout our entire weekend of events, and we could not be more grateful to have worked with them for our wedding!

Weddings by Epic was impeccable from the start. We chose a vineyard in the mountains and explained our vision of combining rustic charm with elegance and modernity. Jennifer brought this vision to life. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from sweeping floral arrangements to delicate modern accents. She transformed the vineyard’s raw, natural beauty into something magical and romantic that our guests couldn’t stop admiring. Of course, we must give a special shout out to our girl, Aubree, who was the heart of it all! She was our planner and the calm within the crazy world of wedding planning. She supported us with negotiating contracts and coordinated vendor engagements (including our bridesman’s surprise DJ set!). She even helped us “weather the storm” when a hurricane hit our region two days before our big day. She developed a Plan B while reassuring us that all would be OK – and darn it, was she right! The hurricane skipped our area, and mother nature delivered only a light drizzle in the morning and ultimately a beautiful day. But even if that were not the case, knowing we were in her capable hands made all the difference. Aubree’s efforts went beyond logistics. She made sure my wife’s dress was perfectly pinned when needed, organized a seamless rehearsal, and guided our wedding party with ease and professionalism. Our friends and family constantly complimented her during and after the wedding. Aubree didn’t just plan; she became part of the celebration, energizing our guests and even hitting the dance floor with us, infusing joy into every moment of the day. WBE, including Jennifer, Aubree, and their assistant planners, handled every detail, often quietly in the background so we could stay in the moment. Assistant Planner Marla was amazing at ushering me throughout the day (including making sure I was well-nourished. Lol) and even using my phone to take photos so I could enjoy those special moments while awaiting our professional pictures – truly above and beyond services. Thanks to WBE, our wedding was everything we dreamed of – a day that was beautiful, joyous, and unforgettable.

There is no way I could've planned my wedding with the Weddings by Epic team and especially our planner, Alyssa! They were always quick to respond, very respectful of our preferences and choices, and were so fun to work with. Thanks to the expert planning of Alyssa, as our wedding day arrived I was not stressed at all and was truly able to enjoy the whole day. I recommend Weddings by Epic to all of my friends & family planning weddings! We also used Weddings by Epic for our florals and decor for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner and the made our visions come to life. Weddings by Epic was a preferred vendor for our venue, Swan Lake Overlook, and we are so glad that it was! Weddings by epic made our wedding dreams we didn’t even know we had come true. They planned my two day wedding and made it so easy and beautiful. My husband and I were so happy and our friends and family all had the best time. The decor was breathtaking and the florals were better than my Pinterest board. Weddings by Epic was unbelievably fantastic from the time hired. Aubree Heaps was our planner and I cannot say enough great things about her. We hired Aubree for the month of and she performed so many tasks leading up to the month of. Her professionalism, attention to every detail and on top of all communication made planning a wedding stress free. She took the stress out of planning at every detail. The way she brought every vendor together ( invitations, florist, band, event venue, hair and makeup, photography) and execution of vendors leading up to the wedding was flawless. The wedding was breathtakingly beautiful where every vendor was on point all at the direction of Aubree. Aubree allowed the bride and her family to enjoy the wedding with out worry. I was referred by a bride who used weddings by epic for her wedding. I, without a doubt, could not have done any wedding planning and design by myself. Thank you Aubree and Jennifer for listening to my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. They were available anytime I needed them to talk through things. We used Weddings by Epic for month-of planning, but from the moment we started working with them several months out, their entire team was so helpful and kind. Leading up to the wedding Alyssa checked in frequently to make sure that I had the correct vendors given the number of months out and was there to offer any guidance or recommendations. Then once it came to the month of, Courtney was wonderful to work with. Leading up to the wedding she helped with coordination with all vendors and came to the final walkthrough with me. She helped me think through the details of the weekend from helping me assign roles to the most detailed timeline I could ever image. It was so helpful to have someone with me that knew the questions to ask and think through what I wanted. My entire family agrees that working with Weddings by Epic was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. Throughout the whole weekend Courtney was with us every step of the way making sure that everyone knew what they were doing and what was next in the most graceful and subtle way. She helped maintain the flow and timeline, while also remaining under the radar. It truly allowed everything to go off without a single issue or stressful moment for me and even my family. It truly allowed me and my family to enjoy the day and experience zero stress. We did not have to worry if things were setup or where we needed to go next because Courtney truly handled everything. Wow! I am so grateful to have hired the WBE team for planning and decor! Jennifer, Alyssa and the entire WBE team were a dream to work with! They were always so understanding and patient with me, a very indecisive last minute decision maker! We planned my wedding in roughly six months. We used Weddings by Epic for our florals, design, and month of coordination. Aubree was our coordinator and did such an amazing job from start to finish. Our florals and design were INCREDIBLE! I had a very clear vision for what I wanted, and after meeting with Jennifer, she brought it to life beautifully! Where do I begin?! If you are still on the search for a planning and design team...STOP and look no further! My husband and I are still reminiscing on our EPIC wedding day (October 8th, 2023). From our personal florals, to the floral and decor plan, and to the size and style of our centerpieces, Weddings by Epic exceeded our expectations. Starting from the beginning to the end, the planning and design team has been super amazing and has made our entire wedding planning journey unforgettable. One of the many things that we loved about the entire Epic team was that the entire team was on the same page and no matter who you spoke with everyone was knowledge of our design plan, able to assist in anyway, all hands on and had excellent and speedy written and verbal communication skills! We couldn't thank these following ladies enough for making our special day truly magical: Jennifer(owner), Aubree (account executive), Jamilyn (event designer/lead planner), Jennalynne (wedding coordinator) and everyone else who was behind the scenes. Working with Alyssa over the past year as our wedding planner has been such a lifesaving experience. I like planning, making lists, putting plans on paper... but communicating with vendors, asking for proposals, being on top of the day of timeline are just not my strong suits so I felt at ease having Alyssa handle all of this for us. I saw a benefit in working with Alyssa from day one but it took my husband until about 2 months before the wedding to realize all of her contributions meant that I wasn't having to stress over these random things. We had a 2 day multicultural celebration and Alyssa helped us plan every aspect of both days. We knew going into the events that having her there meant that we didn't have to worry about keeping things on time, managing any vendor mix ups so all we had to do was enjoy being surrounded by family and friends. We also had Emily as our planning assistant for both our events and she is very on top of things and made sure we were where we needed to be and had a drink in hand at all times when we wanted! I can't say enough good things about working with Alyssa for the past year and working with Emily on our weekend. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so special!

Over all a solid 4 really , but gave three because despite having experience in so many weddings there were a few things that seemed like they were missed at my wedding, I honestly think they are great at their jobs . BUT my personal experience was not the best towards the end. This may sound petty, but they never once have posted any of my wedding pictures or anything on their social media. Not that it matters, but it does show that maybe they never cared ? But again, to iterate this was my personal experience and everyone else seems happy with their work, so I’ll definitely recommend doing your own research and finding the right fit.

Wow, where do I even begin to share my gratitude towards Weddings By Epic? This team is beyond amazing to work with, but especially our planner, Alyssa. She is without a doubt the best part of our wedding from behinds the scenes. Alyssa was more than a wedding planner, she became a friend. We absolutely adored her. Wow! We cannot say enough good things about Weddings By Epic, oddly enough we fell into their lap and we could not be more thankful for them! Alyssa was the best, she made every decision seamless. We had no worries for the majority of our process, and yes, a natural disaster did destroy our first venue weeks before and Alyssa took that stress completely away from us and it was heartwarming to say the least. Every vendor she found was so welcoming to us, it was like she knew us for years! My first conversation with Jennifer was awesome, the amount of positive energy she brings to the table is exactly what you need and want when planning a wedding! Jennifer took mine and Kelly's opinions and made each item related to our décor and flowers more than we could have imagined, I mean we had a welcome sign that said "Welcome Bitches, The Party Starts Here" and we received absolutely no judgement from Alyssa and Jennifer, and truthfully they seemed more excited than us in that moment, which was perfect! They took little aspects of our personalities and made our day perfect! We never felt like another client with Alyssa and Jennifer, I cannot recommend Weddings By Epic enough!! Kelly and I may plan another wedding just to hang out with them! Besides the wedding of our dreams, I am 1000 percent positive we have found 2 friends for life!! (insert heart emoji and our new favorite drinking glasses) LOL

My wife and I hired Weddings By Epic via a referral from a friend who had Alyssa as their wedding planning. Alyssa took what could have been a stressful situation in planning a wedding and made it completely stress free. She is punctual and is thorough down to the even slightest detail ensuring that day is on time down to the minute. She takes the time to get to know the couple to ensure that everything you want your wedding to be becomes a reality and then some. The day of our wedding could have gotten chaotic with a couple unexpected wedding party wardrobe issues, and without hesitation or us asking she took it upon herself to get these matters quickly taken care of to ensure no stress was felt by either of us. Her and her team handled all the floral and design arrangements at our reception and they made it look better than anything we could imagine. They do things without you asking to make you day extra special, for instance, they had some extra orchids that were not in our original design plan but added them to our sweetheart table arrangements as a special surprise for us. We highly recommend Alyssa and Weddings By Epic as we know that they will ensure that your wedding is planned down to every single detail and will go above and beyond what you could imagine to make your wedding memorable.

I loved Weddings by Epic! I hired them for both Month of Planning and Floral and Decor. I appreciated their flexibility as we created the Floral and Decor layout, and the design was everything I had envisioned. Their planning services were incredibly helpful, for both the months leading up and the day of. I cannot thank Aubree enough, the day went without a blemish.

Aubree and Jennifer were both amazing and absolutely wonderful at what they do. Aubree was my planner and Jennifer led the florals and decor team. Aubree is organized and structured, and the perfect planner. I’m a very indecisive person, and Aubree instinctually took charge and pushed me to make decisions. She was extremely attentive and often reminded me of things I said months prior. She took the time to get to know me well enough to understand my preferences and taste, which allowed me to trust and value her opinion. She also did a great job at staying within our budget and always offered the most “economical” options first, even though I rarely chose them. Jennifer made my vision come to life with the florals and decor. She’s a very creative and go with the flow person. I completely changed my entire color scheme at our only sit down design review meeting and she didn’t skip a beat. They compliment each other very well. I highly recommend Weddings by Epic. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.

Jennifer went above and beyond to make my daughter's visions come to life. They didn't have a champagne wall so built one. The colors, bouquets and decor were outstanding. All wedding attendees were blown away by her work - they can't stop talking about it. I highly recommend Weddings By Epic.

Alyssa is amazing to work with. She came highly recommended by our wedding band (The Atlanta Wedding Band- also amazing!). We had a fairly short engagement and had already booked a few vendors, but hired Alyssa as a month of planner. She went so far above and beyond to help find additional vendors, coordinate every detail, and and make it all seamless. There are so many details that I would have never even thought of had she not been there. We also used Weddings By Epic for our florals. Wow- gorgeous doesn’t do them justice. They were stunning. Every bride needs Allyssa to coordinate their dream wedding day!! There is truly not a single moment I would have changed from our big day. Thank you Alyssa!!

Weddings by Epic made my moody, lush, romantic wedding vision come true. I knew I wanted a unique, one of a kind wedding, and even though it wasn’t traditional, Jennifer really got my vision and made it happen. The decor and florals were even better than I imagined, and I’m so glad I listened to their expert advice. They were incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the planning process, and they made sure the actual day went off without a hitch through their coordination/planning services (Courtney was our specific planner, and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her). They were a pleasure and a privilege to work with, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Our wedding planner Alyssa was beyond exceptional. Her professionalism, organization, and responsiveness made our wedding flawless. We planned our wedding from out of state and she removed all anxiety from the planning process. She kept us on track - and when it came time for the wedding weekend, we had nothing to worry about. Jennalynne was our hero! She and the Weddings by Epic team did everything they did to reduce our stress levels and make sure we could enjoy our wedding without worries. Even when one of our vendors bailed last moment, she helped us find a replacement.

Weddings by Epic is a great Wedding Planning and Design company. In general, I absolutely recommend hiring planning services for your wedding, and as a must - day-of coordinators. That said, I would also recommend Weddings by Epic (WBE) for your wedding as they deliver epic designs and execution as advertised. I'm rating only four stars though as the beginning and complete ending of our relationship with WBE was a bit rocky. I reached out around ten months before my wedding and was put with a planner nearly immediately. Unfortunately our first couple of planning calls were missed and other responses to questions were delayed due to emergency situations with our initial planner, so a new planner was put on the case a month later. Our new planner, Alyssa, was incredible though. She had great recommendations for vendors and often was able to get us additional discounts. She helped plan the wedding and bits of our Rehearsal Dinner, which I don't know if is standard! I loved the WBE online software which helped coordinate efforts of payments and track how much money has spent, but what I didn't realize is that that data would disappear after the wedding. I wish we had saved some of it so I could see how much damage was really done to our wallets after the fact... But anyways, after several design consultations Epic really nailed my vision. I had wanted a brunch theme with elements from all the places we lived together. There was no set seating, but rather soft seating elements and a couple tables for people to graze at before dancing. I really picked Epic though because I had seen such beautiful bouquets for the brides and bridesmaids - and boy did they deliver with those too. My bouquet was so epic (read "heavy") that I had to ask they trim it down before walking down the aisle! They did of course without issue. And of course, the wedding day went without a hitch! Timelines went so fast and everything I had wanted to happen, happened. The one thing I did not plan well though was the complete ending like who picks up the cards and gifts at the wedding when you're taking off before all the guests and when/ how do you tip all the people that helped. I gave cash to my planner to distribute, but have no idea how she distributed it. And I had over-payed WBE roughly $500, which took 6 weeks to sort out. All that said, I highly recommend WBE for your wedding as they know the wedding scene in Atlanta, are very creative in execution and great with floral work and overall very flexible and amenable to YOUR plans. I really appreciate all the hard work they put into their weddings and would consider them again for future events!

This company went so far above and beyond, I will never be able to put it all into words! Every single detail was thought of and taken care of. As the mother of the bride, I often felt like I should be doing more, but it was already being done! I could not recommend this company more!

AMAZING!!! We hired weddings by epic for wedding decor and month of coordination and they did NOT disappoint. For decor - we worked with Jennifer and Jamilyn. We had a vision for our wedding that we couldnt quite articulate - but the team was able to take our vision right out of my head and bring it to life. They worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted, while staying within budget. For coordination - Courtney and Kelly were FANTASTIC! Courtney kept us organized leading up to the day making sure we paid the vendors on time and thought through all of the details that we were forgetting. Both Courtney and kelly felt like our personal assistants on the night of making sure both my husband and I had everything that we needed before we even needed it. We were both able to 100% relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in good hands with their team :).

I was sooooo happy that I hired Weddings By Epic for my daughter's wedding. We not only used them for planning, but for the design elements as well. Alyssa was fantastic. She was organized, persistent, polite, understanding, knowledgeable and patient... even when my questions might have seemed silly or obvious. I was stunned that I didn't have to worry about anything during the wedding and could just enjoy it, as the team had it all covered. The florals and decor were beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Google only lets you give 5 stars, but Weddings By Epic deserves 10/10!! When I tell you that using Weddings By Epic for full service wedding planning, flowers and decor was the best decision of our entire wedding process, I cannot stress that enough! Alyssa was our wedding planner and she is THE BEST! I can honestly say that Alyssa helped our wedding planning process and wedding day be as stress free as possible. She was available to answer all the questions I had and keep us on track (and on budget) with everything, her organization is incredible! And she even helped drive our flower girl down the aisle in a remote control car :) Jennifer helped with our flowers and decor and knocked it out of the park!! I was not super helpful with a vision for what I wanted on our wedding day (went on Pinterest the day of our decor meeting to find pictures of what I liked), but she took what I showed her and blew it out of the water. Our entire wedding process, from the planning, to day of getting ready, ceremony, and reception could not have gone smoother and we owe that to Weddings By Epic. They are THE BEST!!!

In the words of my husband, "Jennifer + Alyssa have the patience of saints." Jennifer, Alyssa, Aubree, and her team truly went above and beyond to give my husband and I the wedding celebration of our dreams! I had A LOT of questions, concerns, and ideas leading up to the wedding, and Jennifer + Alyssa truly made me feel heard through the process. I so appreciated that Jennifer told me the truth about vendors, logistics, details, and everything in between. She was honest with me and when I stressed about specifics, she made sure to give me an answer AND the rationale behind the answer, which again made me feel heard/understood versus shut down. As we got closer to the wedding, my husband and I decided we wanted to do on-site testing for Covid and Jennifer made that happen. She had two of her teammates, Jessica + Aubree, help with the on-site testing at our Welcome Event and they were incredibly helpful in helping us get the actual event ready + perform on-site testing. Like Jessica and Aubree legit helped us place Jenga on our front lawn, move tables, set up linens, changed the bar table to the front (because obvi they knew better) and didn't hesitate to do anything they could to truly make the Welcome Event perfect. They weren't just standing there, waiting for guests to arrive for testing, they were hands-on 100%. On the day of the wedding, we ran a bit late (not WBE's fault, our family just ran 15 minutes late to the ceremony and we didn't want to start without them), and Alyssa + Jennifer were able to re-work the timeline so things could get back on track. Alyssa was with me most of the day and she was the sweetest, kindest, hardworking gal ever!! Marla was also with Jennifer + Alyssa at the wedding and helped arrange all of the DIY items we gave WBE. I had a sort-of untraditional wedding celebration (post-elopement celebration), and it included a mini jam session before dinner, outdoor cocktail hour with games, a few group photos, an outfit change, various desserts, etc., and JENNIFER KILLED IT! She was able to manage all the moving pieces alongside Alyssa + Marla. I can't speak for all of the coordinators at WBE, but I had direct contact with 5 of them and they were INCREDIBLE which only makes me think that the entire WBE team would be as well. I would write a book on Jennifer + Alyssa if I could. They spoke with me for hours when I had questions or hesitations about timeline details, helped corral all of my visions and ideas into reality, and served as an advocate for us when we had slight vendor issues. They were so incredibly detail-oriented and made me feel like my voice and vision were being heard every step of the way. We couldn't have imagined having a more pleasant, attentive, supportive, detail oriented, and creative wedding planner than the team at Weddings By Epic. Especially our planner, Jackie Littleton! As the father of the bride, my primary job was to be sure that we stayed on budget and that all of our vendors delivered as promised and were paid on time. Jackie and the team made this easy providing a clear listing of vendor payments coming due and ensuring the integrity of each. If there was ever a question or issue, Jackie had already caught it and was actively resolving things to our benefit. Our daughter's wedding was very special and without stress because of the keen attention to detail, diligent planning and coordination, and of course the beautiful decor and ambience that the Weddings By Epic team provided. And it was both convenient and comforting to have both Jackie and her assistant onsite during the entire event making sure everything was executed to plan.

Exceeded expectations. Especially on the wedding day. We could not have asked for a better team than Alyssa, Jennifer and her crew.

Wow! They nailed it! I had the pleasure of seeing the reception all before the wedding and everything was perfect, just the way I had envisioned it, if not better. It was simple, elegant, and beautiful. From our very first conversation with Maddie, we knew we were going in the right direction. Unlike other vendors we've talked to, Maddie understood our vision right away! And she collaborated with us, suggested ideas, and considered our budget. The initial proposal she drafted was spot on. Maddie made herself available for any questions we had or any changes we wanted to run by her. So glad we found Weddings by Epic for our wedding!

Meyuna and weddings by epic were amazing throughout the wedding planning process and for the day of. They made me feel so comfortable and relieved so much stress from the very beginning to the end of the process. They were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to literally everyone getting married in or around the atlanta area! I couldn’t have done it without them!

I really can't say enough amazing things about Weddings by Epic. Before we even signed a contract, Jennifer took the time to walk me and my (now) husband through how we could make our dream wedding work with our budget and WBE 100% delivered! Alyssa was amazing at keeping us organized along the way (and keeping me calm through the COVID craziness) and Jacquelyn crushed the execution. I can't tell you how many guests came up and told us how impressed they were by the organization and how COVID-friendly the layout was. If there was an issue, Jacquelyn made sure I didn't know about it until it was taken care of. They also took care of the florals (which couldn't have been more beautiful) and the food serving and set-up. We couldn't be more thankful we booked Weddings by Epic!

Choosing WBE for our wedding planners was the best decision we made!! We had an initial phone call with the owner, Jennifer, and immediately knew we couldn't get married without the help of her team. She is honest, knowledgeable, so sweet, and will bend over backwards to make sure your day is nothing short of perfect. We chose the month of coordination service but honestly they provided SO much more. We were in constant contact with Amanda for months leading up to our day, and she gave us small checklists to work through that really helped us not get overwhelmed or stressed. We were so sad when she went on maternity leave the month before our wedding, but we were introduced to Cassie who we also just adored! She jumped in and took everything by the reins like she had been there all along. She checked in with us frequently to see how we were feeling and she made sure all the final details leading up to our big day were executed. We were running behind on the morning of the wedding, but she made sure everything we specifically asked for got done. I was also clueless to any "issues" that arose on the day of because she handled them gracefully and quietly. My parents (who did know of such "issues") are still complimenting how well she handled them. From making sure our drinks were always full, to being our personal body guard during dinner because she knew I needed to eat, to putting on my garter, Cassie was there for us every step of the way and helped make our wedding day more than we could've dreamed of. She is a very hard worker, very professional, and she's truly a 5 star wedding planner. We will be recommending Weddings By Epic to everyone we know getting engaged because we couldn't have imagined our day without them. The whole team is just amazing.

Alyssa was exceptional and better than I would have ever expected a wedding planner to be. She made our lives so much less stressful and as a result my daughter and I were able to enjoy the preparations and the event. We recieved many comments from guests such as "it was the best wedding I've ever attended besides my own kids' weddings", "everything was magical". She kept everything on track and was always willing to help in any way we asked her to help. She was excited right along with us.

Where do I even begin??? From the moment that I spoke to Jennifer (owner) on the phone I knew that we were picking the absolute best wedding planning company! She is so knowledgeable, professional, funny, and down-to-earth. Our wedding planner, Alyssa, was nothing short of phenomenal!! She is extremely organized, punctual, easy to talk to, and so so sweet. She is a wonderful communicator and was so quick to respond to any text or email I sent her! She helped us every step of the way through the planning process, quickly fixed any issues, and had great suggestions and advice for us when we were unsure of something. The day of the wedding she brought us our drinks right after we said “I do” and the ceremony ended.. and they were filled for the remainder of the night!! She also brought us a plate of appetizers while we were outside taking photos. Maddie and her whole floral and decor team completely killed it!!! My bridal bouquet was out of this world, my husbands boutonnière was to die for, and the bridesmaids bouquets as well as the groomsmens boutonnières were perfect. Our sweetheart table, centerpieces, and overall decor was everything we hoped for. Perfection perfection perfection!!!!!!!!! You’d be missing out if you didn’t hire Weddings By Epic to plan your wedding!

Aubree was the best. She’s very efficient and timely. We felt like the whole day was taken care of and we had nothing to worry about. I don’t know how we would have done it without her. Also they have a lot of experience and think about things we wouldn’t have and like I said before, they took care of it all. We just had to show up dressed and ready, she did the rest.

I used Weddings by Epic's services for both design/floral and planning, and it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I was pretty clueless going into the wedding planning process, and the Weddings by Epic team really helped me prioritize and focus my efforts leading up to the wedding, helping me find vendors and giving feedback as I was making key decisions. Some of my floral and design preferences were a little nontraditional, but the team was extremely accommodating. I had a beautiful and stress-free wedding day thanks for Weddings by Epic- I definitely recommend!

Aubree is my GIRL! Seriously we could not have done this entire process without her by our side. From wrangling all of our vendors to putting out fires day of to calling me to get me excited for the big day… she’s outstanding. We are so grateful to have this team by our side. Y’all, listen. WEDDINGS BY EPIC IS LITERALLY THE BEST. No lie, they were there for me every step of the way from the time I got engaged through my wedding. Their entire staff is so knowledgeable, fun, and attentive, but I MUST give a special shout out to Alyssa and Jacquelyn! Alyssa started out my journey with me and helped with securing a lot of my vendors, negotiating on my behalf and setting up appointments. My girl Jacquelyn came in on the 2nd half and cured all of my pre wedding jitters. There were several times I texted her like “I’m freaking out” and she came to the rescue and ensures all My concerns were handled! Jacquelyn was there on my wedding day making sure that not only I was taken care of, but my family, wedding party and guests were all happy and comfortable. Guests from my wedding are STILL telling me how great and helpful my planner was. BUT IM NOT DONE!!! WBE also did all of my decor for the wedding and MADDIE EYE SHOWED OUT!!! I’m still dreaming about my decor. Let me tell you, I am not one who has an eye for what goes together or what works decor wise, so I had to put my trust is Maddie and she delivered 1000000%. All of the details were so thought out and specific to my fiancé and I and our vision for our day. I could not ask for a better team. My advice to brides looking for a planner.. LOOK NO FURTHER! From navigating Covid-19, to choosing vendors, to helping make the vision in our heads a reality, Jen, Natalie, Alyssa, and the rest of the Weddings by Epic team made our perfect wedding possible. They stuck with us over the 11 months we delayed our wedding and even with all the challenges that presented we couldn’t have imagined our wedding would be as amazing as it was. The florals and decor were like something out of a magazine. Alyssa was our rock, our hero, and our reassuring presence.

After having worked with the WBE team for close to THREE years in planning our wedding (alas, we were one of those Covid-delayed situations), I can honestly say that the single greatest choice we made during the entire process was right at the very beginning — when we chose to work with the awesome team at Weddings by Epic. They made our big day an absolute dream and connected us with the most amazing group of vendors (everyone from catering to photography), and knowing that they were overseeing all the details gave my now-husband and me immense peace and calm on what is otherwise a very hectic and crazy day. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I also am personally obsessed with my wedding planning extraordinaire Alyssa, who is honestly one of the most capable people I have ever met in any context and who became my own wedding therapist of sorts at many stressful junctures — especially when we chose to delay the wedding. Maddie and the rest of her floral/decor team brought our vision to life, and our guests cannot stop raving about how beautiful the wedding was.

WBE was so great to work with throughout the planning portion and on the day of! We didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was perfectly set up and ran so smoothly. Our wedding was out of town for us, so they were able to point us to excellent vendors in the area to work with and were so accomodating when it came to scheduling tastings and trials. We also had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic, and the WBE Team didn't miss a beat. They made sure all vendors were on board and guided us through the entire process. We highly recommend working with them for your wedding planning and day-of coordination!

Maybe our experience was an exception, but I did not have an amazing experience with WBE. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t a great either. There were many things that needed to be fine tuned on the day of the wedding, and there were a few aspects of our decor that were not how we asked—including my bouquet. Overall, our guests thought the wedding was beautiful, but there we know weren’t properly executed. We even went as far as paying for an extra hour at our venue to ensure WBE would have enough time for setup (3 hours total). WBE wasn’t the best fit for us, but may be great for someone else. If I could do it again, I probably would choose a different vendor for decor and planning.

Literally fantastic. I have NO IDEA WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT ALYSSA!!!!!! She is literally the best. From the way she answered my questions , to the way she calmed to down, to the way she made me feel not crazy she could not have been more perfect! She helped me plan a wedding for 14 months and on the day of executed everything perfectly. Every time I needed her, there she was :)

We definitely recommend Weddings By Epic for wedding planning! At first I was on the fence about whether we really needed a planner, but Alyssa and Aubree were super helpful and very responsive! Honestly, I wish we had hired them earlier because we had already found many of our vendors and signed contracts and I think WBE could have been really helpful with that aspect of planning, but it was still worth it because they are experienced, think about all of the little things you don't even know to think about, and put together a super helpful and very detailed timeline of your entire wedding weekend. Alyssa also helped us quickly find transportation when we decided we needed it a couple weeks before the wedding! Having a planner, especially the day of the wedding, just took so much stress off of our shoulders because we didn't need to worry about coordinating vendors or making sure things were going according to plan. We are very glad we hired them!

Don’t think I can put into words how amazing Amanda and the team was for our big day! I had most of the wedding thought out and planned but so many little aspects weren’t thought of and she brought them to life. She was there to remind me that it was our big day and to just enjoy it! They are worth every penny and more!!

They made my wedding looked majestic! I had a romantic garden theme and they nailed it! We really appreciate Jennifer for bringing our wedding vision to life. Initially, I thought that I wanted a bohemian theme, but the only issue with that is I’m not a big fan of pampas grass 😂. Jennifer was very helpful in identifying the type of floral designs and themes that suited my personality. She made my Big Day special and magical. I highly recommend them.
