We’d like to thank Marsha and her team heartfelt for making our daughters wedding a fairytale. Our daughter lives in MD, we live in HI and the wedding was happening in TX. We needed all the help that we could find. Marsha had the knowledge, the connections with all the vendors and understood my daughter and son-in-law’s vision. We ended up with a better wedding than we could ever have imagined. It was stress free, well planned - well in advance. We had a last trip to meet in TX in February (wedding was April 15th) and all last details were done then. Before the wedding Marsha told us that she’d take care of anything and everything the wedding day and only let us know if it affected us financially. And she did. I still don’t know if there were any details that didn’t go as planned. For us it was a dreamy day just focusing on the happy couple and having so much fun. We were taking care of from the first contact until the day after the wedding. The vendors she works with are phenomenal. We are so thankful and hope that other families gets to experience the wedding planning as fun and stressfree as we did. Thank you Marsha, Peyton and Jacy!

Working with Marsha, Peyton and The Stardust team exceeded our expectations in every way. I could not get over how much time Marsha and Peyton dedicated to getting to know us on a personal level. Their amount of patience with my husband (who made it clear he was not into this stuff 75% of the time) and I was exceptional. They kept us on task all the while making the long process feel fun and light. Having already been married 11 years ago… I wanted this to be special for my husband and truly capture “us”… I knew what I did NOT want… but not so much what I actually wanted. Marsha and Peyton gave us the ideal wedding. Their attention to detail was above and beyond. It was a bazillion times better than my first wedding (which is saying a lot). Stardust connected us with awesome vendors and coordinated and stayed on top of everything with the venue— so we were not even more stressed and overwhelmed than we were. The night was both beautiful and so so much fun. Plus, we just completely trusted their expertise-- and had to worry about nothing-- day of. People have not stopped talking about the wedding and Team Stardust made sure everything flowed perfectly…. Which is saying a lot because there were so many moving parts. Peyton was the absolute perfect lead. Professional. Friendly. Funny. Patient. We loved our experience and would HIGHLY recommend them. I wish I could go back to that night! I was blessed enough to find Shonna Gainey with Weddings by Stardust for my lead wedding planner. I could not have been paired with a more perfect person to lead me through the planning process and execute the vision for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Shonna is amazing in every way. She listens to you, asks the right questions, builds a vendor team (with your input) of the very best of the best and is a calm and graceful leader. She is flexible in her schedule, responds quickly and ensures that everything is exactly as you've asked. Because of Shonna, I had the perfect wedding day. I was calm all morning, knowing that Shonna and her team were able to handle everything and she would know exactly what I would do or want if something came up. Our vision came to life as if someone was in my mind and was able to take a picture of exactly how I envisioned things and put it into reality. The flowers, music, food, decorations etc were perfect. I could gush for hours on Shonna, her expertise, her professionalism and her friendship. I am honored to have worked with her and I would recommend her to everyone that asks. She is worth every single penny (and more)! If you are getting married and looking for a planner, RUN to find her!

We were so happy with our choice of Weddings by StarDust as our wedding planners. They provided great vendor recommendations when asked, kept us on budget and on schedule and were always consummate professionals. We especially loved our planner Jacy Mullings who clearly has a passion for her work and her clients.

We adored working with Peyton and her team on our wedding reception! They were resourceful, super creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Marsha Ballard French is absolutely wonderful to work with! We truly hit the jackpot when she took over our daughter's wedding planning with only 4 months to go (after our original planner left the business). She worked tirelessly to understand our vision and her wealth of experience and connections offered us the opportunity to incorporate things we'd not thought of previously. Marsha knew just what we needed, what we could do without, and we trusted her completely! She even managed to find us a string quartet one week out when we realized we’d made a mistake by not including one. Our wedding venue was quite large, and we had a very complicated set up with a lot of moving pieces, but Marsha and her team took care of everything. The wedding was truly like a fairytale, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She is the best in the business and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I will start by saying Marsha and the entire team at Stardust are INCREDIBLE! Marsha was our lead planner and she created the wedding of our dreams. The wedding planning process was stress free and truly a delight. Do yourself a favor and hire this team for your wedding!

Laura is an extraordinary planner who genuinely cares about her clients. She is friendly and passionate. Her experience, knowledge, and relationships with vendors are unmatched! Even when we couldn’t find the words to express our ideas or what we wanted, Laura understood our vision and helped create the most beautiful and perfect wedding! All of her suggestions, recommendations, and/or ideas were brilliant! She perfectly matched our vendors to our style and personalities. Needles to say, we had an outstanding team! Laura spent countless hours in person, through emails, and over the phone making sure no detail was missed. She truly went above and beyond the call of duty! We were also lucky enough to work with Jacy before and on our wedding day. She is fantastic! Laura and Jacy make an untouchable team! I don’t know how I can ever express my appreciation for and gratitude to them. Our wedding was beyond magical!! Put your trust in them; I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Laura Hendricks MacPherson is calm & inspires calm, is efficient, troubleshoots well, & has creative ideas. The ceremony & reception we’re both beautiful & organized. She’s an excellent communicator. As MOB, she worked well with our daughter & me to accomplish compromises. Highly recommend.

Words cannot describe how much we appreciate all of the work and expertise Jacy put in to our wedding. She was so prompt with every response when we had questions. She was so friendly and professional with every encounter. We really never had to worry about one single thing and when it came to the day of the wedding both she and Laura handled everything and kept us on our timeline. We feel like she really went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding we dreamed of for our daughter. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event, and would use her again without any hesitation. Many thanks to Jacy and Laura. We could not be more pleased!

While working with Stardust, I had the pleasure of working with Jacy for my wedding planning. Planning a wedding during COVID is odd in general, since you don t get to meet your vendors let alone your planner except via zoom, but Jacy made it a breeze. She kept me on track, gave her opinion and most importantly encouraged me along the way. She always answered my calls and my texts, usually asking something ridiculous which I am forever grateful for. The package I chose was where Jacy took over 30 days before the wedding, and handled one vendor 100% I picked floral for her to manage. Jacy picked the best florist for me. She guided the meetings along, and help me express my visions. Everything Jacy did the day of helped me have a stress free day and I am so happy we got to work together, highly recommend Stardust, but especially Jacy!

I worked with Jacy throughout my wedding process - which was longer than expected. Our original wedding was supposed to be in March of 2020 which had to be canceled due to the pandemic. We had to cancel 6 days beforehand and Jacy worked to help coordinate with all of my vendors to do so and in turn, we were able to secure back 100% of our money. We then rescheduled the wedding to November of 2020 and it went seamlessly! Jacy helped to ease my stress the month prior to the wedding by tying up all of the loose ends with my vendors and coordinating with them all to make sure we had everything we needed. I was wildly impressed by her and her team's professionalism and attention to detail on the day of the wedding. Both our family and friends were raving about them all day! I truly believe the day would not have been as perfect as it was without their help. My husband and I were allowed to enjoy every second of the day while they worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went well. I will be recommending her and Stardust Celebrations to anyone and everyone I know who is looking for a wedding planner in the future!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marsha, Laura and Jacy with Stardust Celebrations! With less than 4 weeks they turned my house into a gorgeous venue and my wedding was beautiful and elegant. We were so impressed with everything and HIGHLY recommend them.

Marsha and her team helped my groom and I create the most perfect wedding day we have always dreamed of!! (Even amidst the uncertainty of COVID-19)! Every detail was thoughtfully planned and she made sure all of our visions came to life. The wedding day would not have come together and run as smoothly without Stardust.

MAGICAL WEDDING ACHIEVED!! Laura Hendricks is absolutely amazing at what she does, and while Wedding Planner was her "official" role, she was so much more, even played counselor to save not only my sanity but my daughter's as well! In the very first meeting she asked such great questions she knew exactly what would work to combine Lauren and Carlos's visions into their dream wedding. She provided vendor options to compliment their vision and put together an incredible vendor team. The amount of detail that goes into planning a wedding is mind boggling and bumpy. Laura took all the bumps calmly and professionally and already had a solution before we could panic, and since she was planning this during a Pandemic when everyone was panicking it was quite a fete!! The fairy tale wedding she put together for my daughter exceeded every expectation we had and when people ask me what made it so magical my response is...to see my daughter and her new husband's awe at the ballroom reveal, as well as their ability to celebrate with such love and joy without worrying about what was going on around them, is a testament to Laura and the team she put together!!

Marsha, Sherri, Laura, and the whole Weddings by StarDust team are truly one of a kind. If you are looking for planners with years of experience and connections this is who you should go with. I was a COVID bride and ended up having two ceremonies, one in my living room on our original date and another one four months later. The team made sure that though the world might be falling apart that I was their main priority and that my dreams were still coming true. After almost two years of working with this amazing team, I can say that they are friends and family rather than just planners.

After our venue had some hiccups and we were left without a coordinator we turned to Weddings by Stardust to help and honestly it was one of the best decisions we made! They are there every step of the way to help you in your planning and make sure that you are staying on track and have everything done. Jacy is the sweetest person ever and all our family and wedding party complimented how amazing she was as well. After dancing too hard and a wardrobe malfunction Jacy was there with her sewing kit fixing me up to go back out and enjoy the rest of the reception. Our day would not have run as smoothly or been more organized if it wasn’t for Jacy and her team. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner or which planner to use I would highly recommend getting one especially Stardust! No detail goes unnoticed and they are there to help take away the stress especially in the last 30 days!

Jacy was the perfect fit to us and our wedding dreams! She did everything you want a wedding planner to do-be responsive, be prescriptive, listen to your desires and concerns, remedy problems before you know about them, work with your set budget, and make your dreams become reality! She was never judgemental and was always patient-even when we were indecisive or through some tough situations at her! We wanted our wedding day to be a day we could ALL enjoy and because of Jacy and Laura we were able to! Our families, bridal party, and most importantly ourselves didn't have to worry about anything that day! They were so organized and prepared and set up everything to our exact expectations! This planning group was a pure joy to work with and made everything so much easier- even though they were going through a merger with another company! When you as a client feel no change in pace or treatment during a merger, you know these ladies are talented! We can't recommend Jacy enough- she made our day the dream come true that it was!

I cannot begin to describe wonderful my experience with StarDust wedding planners was! As a bride, they truly made my dream wedding come together flawlessly! Our planners were Corinne, Jacy, Laura, and Sheri. They helped us think of every little detail that you wouldn't normally think about. We met with them several times before the wedding day, and it was obvious that they had put in countless hours helping us plan every little detail. They were in contact with all of our vendors/photographers/pastor, etc.. My photographer (who is well known in the DFW area) even reached out to me telling me that she had never seen wedding planners as organized and prepared as mine! The day of the wedding, they came 100% prepared down to the minute with exactly what we needed to be doing and helped make sure that others were prepared as well. They showed up looking beautiful, happy, and professional. They were constantly checking in with me, my parents, the groom, and everyone else there making sure that everyone was happy and had everything they needed. They completely took care of any issue that we were unhappy with. I don't know how we could have done it without them! It was definitely money well spent and a significant part of our wedding being drama free and perfect! We will never be able to thank them enough for their hard work and dedication in making our wedding day be everything we had dreamed of!

We highly recommend Weddings by StarDust and our lead planner, Corinne! We went with a partial planning package. Corinne helped us plan our wedding in Dallas while we were living out of state, and she made the process as stress-free and easy as it could have been. We knew nothing about wedding planning and she helped us navigate our vendor decisions, budget, guest list, and all of the day of details with ease. She was prompt in responding to our questions and kept us on task with gentle reminders about our to do list. she also helped us maintain our budget which was important to us. Our wedding day felt totally flawless and went so smoothly thanks to Corinne.

I feel so blessed to have had Sheri and her team (Laura and Corinne) on my wedding day. I truly do not know what I would have done without them! I used Stardust as my day-of-coordinators and they were worth EVERY FREAKING PENNY. The peace of mind they provided was simply priceless. They made the rehearsal run smoothly. They made sure the entire wedding day ran smoothly, even with some crazy tight turn-arounds and timelines. The planners made sure everyone was on the same page and in the correct places, and they kept our wedding on schedule so that we did not miss a thing! I don’t even know how many fires they put out because to me, the day was perfect! As far as I know everything went exactly as planned. They are truly professionals and know what they are doing! HIRE THEM!! Lastly, just because it is hilarious and to show you what I mean when I say they take care of EVERYTHING—my groom got into a dance off with my dad mid-reception and ripped his tux pants LITERALLY IN HALF, and Laura SEWED MY GROOMS PANTS back together so that he could get back out on the dance floor!! He barely missed a thing! These ladies are truly one of a kind and helped make our wedding day the most perfect day! 10/10 recommend!!

Stardust Celebrations planned and executed my sisters wedding flawlessly, so it was an easy choice to have them do my wedding as well. Stardust is a one stop shop - I literally did everything there! Bought my dress, ordered invitations, and did ALL my planning!! Laura Hendricks was our planner, and she went above and beyond and totally exceeded expectations! Her relationship with vendors and her ability to implement my vision was so impressive. I don't know that I would have changed a single thing, everything was on point, executed so smoothly, and absolutely beautiful!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!

We cannot recommend these ladies higher! We planned our wedding in Dallas from Los Angeles and Corinne was our lead planner. She was super organized, super patient with us and a great listener. She made everything so much easier for us and was even our eyes and ears in Dallas in some cases. Whenever we saw an idea or concept that we wanted to know more about, Corinne would promptly send us a list of vendors who could make that happen for us. We hired her as a partial planner, but felt like she had our backs throughout the entire process. She made it easy to schedule our in person meetings, even when the time frame was limited (b/c we had to travel in.) She was also very conscientious of our budget, which was important to us. Thanks to Corinne and her team, I (bride) had the most stress free wedding planning experience and wedding day. After watching so many of my friends go through the process and seeing how stressful the day of can get, a top priority for me was that I wanted to just enjoy it all.. On the day of, I didn't worry about a single thing. I knew we were on the same page and she would handle anything that came up. She is a seasoned wedding planner and so are the rest of the Stardust team!! I can honestly say that I spent my entire wedding day actually enjoying myself with my ladies and my mom and it is 100% thanks to them. I would recommend them to anyone, they are a team you can trust with your special weekend!

We planned our wedding from long distance and worked with Weddings by StarDust. Our wedding planner was Corinne and she was amazing! She listened to what our vision was and gave us suggestions and options to make that happen. She made sure to keep our budget in mind and made our decisions easy and fun. We planned our wedding in about 8 months and felt that we got everything that we needed and wanted. I would have paid twice what we did to have her! We truly enjoyed the process (something everyone told us we would not enjoy), and would recommend her and Weddings by StarDust to anyone starting to plan their big day! I can't say enough good things about Corinne and will really miss working with her now that our wedding has happened!

We loved working with Weddings by Stardust (originally Refined Romance when we booked) for our wedding! We used them for the 45 day out and day-of planning option. Corinne was our lead planner and Katie was our assistant, and they were absolutely amazing! It was the best money that we spent on our wedding. Not only were Corinne and Katie great leading up to the day but we also felt that we were in really good hands on our wedding day. Our venue was a multi-floor venue in a downtown area, and they did an amazing job handling logistics. We had a great experience with this vendor and we would highly recommend Weddings by Stardust!

Corinne and Julie are just the best. I was planning most of my wedding from out of town and I can honestly say I would not have been able to do it without them. Everything went super smoothly, and they were even able to handle the family drama without blinking an eye. Thank you ladies, you both are the best!

Oh my....Where do I begin???!!!! Melanie at Refined Romance made our dreams come true! From start to finish, she was attentive, responsive, professional, on the ball, willing, and always SO sweet!!!! I chose Refined Romance because of their great reviews, professional website, and the biographies of the four planners on the team. I chose Melanie in particular because of her extensive experience coupled with her energetic and sweet personality! I was a bride-to-be with no knowledge of wedding planning (or even weddings period), I had trouble making wedding decisions initially, and I am also quite the Type A perfectionist. Recipe for disaster, right? Well Melanie's extensive knowledge of the industry, patience, and willingness to answer my zillions of emails put my mind at ease on numerous occasions. We had several planning meetings throughout the process, and she attended vendor meetings with me, as well. her coordination with the vendors was the absolute most priceless service of all! She also went above and beyond for me on at least several occasions, including having a spontaneous three-hour meeting with me all the way across town from her office, which was not part of the original plan. That is just one example of many. She gave me so much comfort and peace-of-mind, and no one can put a price on that during wedding season, haha. I am so grateful. I seriously don’t know what we would have done without Melanie and Jacy (one of the other wonderful Refined Romance planners who served as an assistant at my wedding) on the wedding day. They handled everything seamlessly, and I hardly had any idea of all the magic they were making until I walked down the aisle of the chapel and the stairs of the reception ballroom. I was truly amazed! The wedding turned out more beautifully than I ever even envisioned it, and everyone has seriously been raving about it ever since. Some people who have been to MANY weddings said it was the most beautiful and/or fun wedding they have been to!!! I really wanted everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves, and boy, did we ever accomplish that! Most importantly, it is SO critical for your wedding planner to be someone you enjoy, and Melanie is just such a bright light and wonderful person. I give her my highest recommendation!

Possibly the best wedding decision I made! I went with a month of coordinator, and Corinne was wonderful. Communication was easy and open. She was beyond helpful. My wedding went off without a hitch (at least not that I knew of), she handled everything. I was so stressed leading up to that final month, but once she took over a huge weight was lifted and planning became fun again. Definitely look to Refined Romance if you are looking for a coordinator! I love them!

Melanie and Jacy were our day-of planners, but it's hard to even call them that when their work went far beyond the day-of! Because of them, our Indian fusion Dallas Arboretum wedding went perfectly! They made us feel so special from the moment we met them, and they were always willing to listen to us and find ways to make our special requests happen. You can tell that they are pros! They were knowledgeable and detail oriented. They were also extremely patient, upbeat, and kind throughout. My husband and I highly recommend Refined Romance!

I cannot say enough good things about Refined Romance (especially Corinne who was the Lead Planner for my wedding)! She was not only an absolute joy to work with, but took care of everything including ALL of the little details (things I would have never thought of). I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who is getting married. Hands down the best money I spent on the wedding.

Before I met with Julie at Refined Romance I had met with another wedding planner who was very nice but it all felt impersonal, cold and just not right. The moment I walked into the office and met Julie and Jacy I knew it was different. They were so incredibly personable and the more we talked the more I knew they were the right choice. Jacy was my primary planner with Emily assisting and I honestly can't say enough good things about them! Since I already chose all my vendors I decided to go with the package that gave me a month of their service with day-of-coordinator. Since I knew very little about wedding planning I appreciated how comfortable they made me feel and I never felt judged for being clueless! Saying they were helpful is an understatement. I am a very detail oriented person who likes a plan. I was running around and a bit stressed the few weeks leading up to the wedding (as all brides) getting all the details squared away. The day OF the wedding I had no stress, no worries because I knew Jacy and Emily had it all under control. I 100% trusted that they would take the lead, set everything up that I entrusted them with and knew they would do an amazing job. I knew this because of how incredibly responsive Jacy was with every email, every question answered, and constantly brought things up I myself never even thought about. Knowing you can rely on someone is rare and absolutely wonderful. On top of it all it was always done with a positive attitude and a genuine smile. I can't imagine being around Jacy and not be in a good mood. I was sincerely sorry when the wedding was over not just because it was over but because that meant Jacy was no longer in my life haha. She is a wonderful person through and through. While I didn't interact with Emily as much since my contact was more with Jacy as the head planner, I did see her on the day of the wedding and noticed how tirelessly she worked, always keeping an eye out that everything was running smoothly. Hiring them was the best thing I could have done and would absolutely recommend them for any event planning!

My husband and I were married on 1/27/18 and words cannot express how lucky we were to have Jacy and Melanie as our wedding coordinators/month of planners. It's a definite understatement to say that wedding planning is stressful - but not with these ladies! As soon as Jacy and Melanie stepped in, everything was seamless! They handled everything beautifully from contacting vendors to working with our families to DESIGNING OUR SEATING ARRANGEMENT! As you can tell, the last one was huge for me - I spent months trolling wedding websites and Pinterest to find something that Melanie created that fit my wedding perfectly. You could not be in better hands with the ladies at Refined Romance! and if you'd ask my husband, he'd say that Refined Romance was the best choice we made for our wedding. As most brides would say, I'd relive our wedding any day but without having to re-plan it - with Refined Romance, I'd plan it all over again, too as long I'd have these ladies by my side

Melanie was beyond Excellent!! If anything, I am going to miss wedding planning just because I won't get to have her in my life! She was definitely worth the investment. Her professionalism matched with her kindness made everything come together perfectly. From beginning to end anything I needed she had a solution and a plan. Many wedding planners I interviewed made me feel like I was just another bride (not listening to my request, etc.), but Melanie treated me and my husband with respect and we had 100 % confidence in her that our day would be great! She was nice to our wedding party, family and friends. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could! She was affordable and made us feel like royalty. Thank you Melanie so much for making our day magical and well put together. I would recommend you to any bride looking for a seamless process on their special day. We love you!!

Jacy and Sarah were phenomenal! We went with the full service wedding package plus rehearsal dinner planning and am so glad we had Refined Romance every step of the way. I was a busy bride with a demanding work schedule and my planners were excellent at working around my availability. I highly recommend getting the Refined Romance team to be by your side on the big day!

Everything went very smoothly through our wedding day, I personally was not worried about anything thanks to Refined Romances' Julie and Corinne. Everything was well planned minute by minute and executed perfectly. Julie and Corinne went above and beyond my expectations. They thought of things before I could think of them. Their knowledge of the wedding world is above parr. They took care of every need through out the wedding planning process and the day of. They took the weight off my shoulders which allowed me to fully enjoy our day.

After reading the other reviews on here, they all couldn't be more right. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Stardust is and what a fantastic job they did. I was one of those brides who thought they could plan the entire wedding by myself - after a couple months, I realized that there was no way I would be able to do this by myself. But wanting to make sure that I would be in good hands, I researched dozens of different wedding planners, and interviewed at least 6. Stardust was the first team that I met with and they immediately set the bar extremely high. From then on, every other planner I interviewed didn't even hold a candle to Stardust. Laura was my planner and I honestly can't say enough amazing things about this woman. Of course she's incredibly detailed and organized as any wedding planner should be, but what I truly loved is the fact that she really listens and understands your vision so she can help bring it to life. And because she takes the time to understand and get to know you, she connects you with the perfect vendors so it completely takes the stress off. She's patient and together and makes the planning process FUN. And this might be the most important part of all - because of her and the Stardust team, I was able to actually ENJOY every moment of my wedding. People say there's always at least one thing that goes wrong on your wedding day. If something did go "wrong" on my wedding day, I certainly didn't know about it. Everything was beyond my expectations and went so smoothly. Every single person who came said it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to and my friends who have gotten married said they've never seen a planner that on top of everything. So while the day went by way too fast, because of Laura (and Stardust), I was completely relaxed, able to have fun and soak in every moment. Best day of my life.

Corrine and Julie were fantastic to work with on 12/14/17. As a wedding photographer, I appreciated the easy going atmosphere and great coordinating from both ladies. I hope to work with them again in the future!

Absolutely AMAZING company! I don’t think we would have survived without Refined Romance. We had the amazing pleasure of working with Jacy and Sarah as our planners, and they were fantastic! Julie saved our wedding in only three days. Our experience with Julie and her team was rushed because we hired them last minute (week of the weeding), but it was the best decision my husband and I could have made. During our first meeting, she asked more questions and thought about every little detail, unlike any planner we had met with before. My husband and I had all the pieces we needed ready for our bid day, but it wasn't until we met with Julie that we KNEW our wedding would go exactly as planned - despite such short notice. Devan was a lifesaver and definitely became a good friend through it all! She listened to every little detail we wanted and made it look stunning! She was so patient with my mom and me and was always there to answer any questions we had! Even late into the night! She was always very understanding and took care of everything! I worked with Jacy and Melanie for my wedding in July. I would not change having them as the coordinators at my wedding for anything. I am so thankful for them. I had the opportunity to work with Julie for almost 2 years and she designed and coordinated my dream wedding! As a fairly indecisive bride, Julie was instrumental in taking my big picture ideas and concepts and making them come to life. She thought of everything and was constantly surprising me with brilliant ideas that I didn't even realize were options. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful – the flowers were incredible and the reception couldn’t have been more fun. Julie took my husband and I's love for dessert and made it a focal point - designing a special dessert wall that was more than I could have imagined. Perhaps most importantly, there was no stress on the big day as Julie and Amy had everything under control. I don't think I will ever find the words to describe how AMAZING it was to have the StarDust team as my wedding planners! They were everything I needed to have the wedding day of my dreams. I did the full service planning and it was the best decision I made about my wedding! I worked with Melanie and Amy over my 1.5 year engagement. I chose the partial planning package because I definitely needed help with choosing some vendors but I also wanted to plan and DIY part of my wedding. Melanie guided me every step of the way, answering questions as needed and meeting with me to decide on certain details. She suggested an awesome florist, Platinum Petals, and helped get the décor perfect. Something to keep in mind when working with any planner is that Wednesday and Thursday are really the only days for emailing because they are busy with brides Friday-Sunday and take Monday and Tuesday off, this was not a big deal but something I had to keep in mind when starting my work week on Monday. I am sooo glad I hired Melanie for my day of coordinating because I did not lift a finger. Her and Amy directed all the vendors and made sure everything was set up just the way we had discussed. She was very welcoming to all my guests and received a ton of compliments, I think three people asked for her card for their upcoming weddings. Overall I am so glad I had Melanie plan my wedding, she saved me so much time and money by knowing the right vendors and listening to my requests! I loved my wedding!

We were lucky to have Sarah as our Day-of Wedding planner, which truth be told the title serves no justice. Sarah went above and beyond months before and on the actual day. Out of all the vendors we worked with, she by far, had the best communication. She ensured we stayed within our budget and even helped us be more rational with some things we thought we wanted because they sounded amazing but really weren't practical. She really looked out for our best interest when our judgement was a bit cloudy. She is the reason our special day was so smooth. I can not say enough great things about Melanie! I got married in Texas but live in California- as you can imagine- there are a lot of challenges involved in the planning process! When I found Melanie I was so thrilled. She is beyond organized and attentive to detail. We had a long phone call to go over everything I was imagining and what I was expecting and needing in my weekend coordinator- at a GREAT PRICE! Throughout the year long engagement and planning process she always followed up with me and answered the million questions I asked. The best part- was the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding. Since I live out of state she was flexible with my travel schedule and made sure she could be at the appointments. I am telling you- she is AMAZING. She managed contacting my vendors and reminding me when my final numbers were due! On the wedding day, both my husband and I said that was the best money spent and that it was the perfect day and I know it wouldn't have been that smooth if she wasn't there!

Melanie was great. I tell everyone the best money we spent was on the coordinator! We had a two day affair, and Melanie and her staff handled everything (and everyone) beautifully. She also had 3 other planners - Devon, Laura and Lauren who helped her along the way and on the wedding day to make sure we didn't miss a beat keeping us on schedule so we would not incur any other costs. She and all her planners are professionally trained and licensed so you are getting the best event planners in the state. Her company offers several different packages that will meet any budget needs, but if you can manage her premium package, Fly Me to the Moon, in your budget it is worth every penny. They will oversee the majority of the planning and the wedding day so you can enjoy the whole process of planning a wedding. She and all her staff were so accommodating and met every need of my daughter and myself providing a life event we will never forget. We were all so pleased with their planning services even before the big day arrived that my daughter's new mother-in-law used Laura to plan and manage the rehearsal dinner. Marsha made every part of the planning and the actual wedding day stress free. It was so nice not having to worry whether everyone would be where they needed to be on that hot July day, they kept everything moving as planned beginning at 7A up until 2A when the after party was over. She stared all this planning by asking our daughter and her fiance to take a survey that would help identify their main objective for the wedding (music, party, ceremony, etc.). Once she had this information which happened to be music with party coming in second, Marsha was off and running providing recommendations for bands, DJ and venues that would provide the magical wedding they wanted. Marsha would provide 2-3 vendors for each critical piece of this very large puzzle which saved us many hours of research and interviewing, we ended up with the best vendors in the area due to her recommendations. If you want the best wedding in town and you want it to come off without the typical wedding hiccups, you need to use Weddings by StarDust. Melanie with Refined Romance was absolutely AMAZING! Words cannot even begin to describe how thankful we were to have her coordinate and plan our wedding. She is so, so talented at her job and takes away all the stress on your big day. We hired Melanie for month-of coordination services and she went above and beyond! She was always so quick to respond to all of my emails and questions and she was always so personable and attentive. On the day of our wedding, Melanie handled ALL of the small and large details- I honestly couldn't even go through the whole list! To name a few, she managed time, kept our families and wedding party on track, decorated the reception venue, boxed up everything at the end of the night, and organized all of the major events for the reception. Although she managed all of this flawlessly, we were most appreciative in her efforts to make our wedding special to us. She made sure we had enough time to talk to every single guest. She pinned up my dress when the clasp broke. She sent us home with food, cake, and our hotel key in the limo at the end of the night. She scheduled time for us to just be together and take a break. And she even went back and got our rings for the ceremony after we left them behind! Needless to say, Melanie is incredible. Our day wouldn't have been as special without her :)

Melanie & her team were amazing! I hired Melanie as my Day of Coordinator. I knew I needed her - my family does not live close, I have a full time job so it was pretty much just me & my Boo planning the wedding. But I still couldn't help being curious if it was going to be worth it. It was SO worth it. For this package, you begin meeting with Melanie 6 weeks out from your wedding. She handles the wedding timeline, the vendor timeline, becomes all the vendors POC, puts your decor out, keeps the wedding party in line and on time, etc. etc. and so much else - anything that was important to me, she handled with care. She makes everything run smoothly and is dedicated to making sure your vision is playing out. I loved planning my wedding! We had a year & a half engagement so we were not super stressed. Until 2 months out - because that's when it becomes the busiest and all the little things come up. You can be the most organized person in the world, but those last 2 months before you get married, you need a professional. Not a family member or a friend. Someone you can be direct with and has all the answers to your questions. Melanie was what I needed and my wedding was the best day ever. I only wished she could have been with us for the rehearsal – she had a wedding that day so completely understandable, her coworker that filled in was super kind. We were living in Austin and planning a wedding for Dallas, so it was a little difficult for us in the beginning. Once we hired Julie, things got infinitely better for us. Julie and her team were amazing during our wedding process. She provided recommendations, guidance, and a timeline for us to help stay on task. From the start I could tell Julie was great to work with. I am personally a bit OCD and she was well organized. She took charge and kept us on track the whole time. It helped my wife really enjoy her time much more vs stressing out about many of the things that needed to be handled. All of my wife's friends live out of state so it was beyond needed having Julie and her team. She also helped us in negotiating a few contracts as well and find some much needed vendors. I have to admit I originally didn't want a wedding planner but post wedding Julie was worth every penny!

We hired FEW for month/day of and we could not have been any more pleased. Tess and her sister Nancy took extremely good care of not only the wedding party but also the wedding guests. They were friendly, professional and a joy a work with. We had some complications with our Chef but the wedding party never knew it due to Tess's diligence. The wedding party was able to enjoy the wedding and not worry about a thing!!! Tess and Nancy are now part of our extended family!! I can comfortably recommend Tess and Nancy to all future brides and their families!
