Look no further than TMW for your day of coordinator. Kristy was professional, organized, and could answer any question I had for her. She guided me on things I was unsure of, and helped to create a timeline that would flow perfectly. On the actual day of, her and Nadia provide flawless service and helped make our wedding day go as smooth as possible. I probably would have been running around like a crazy person and not enjoying my wedding if the two of them were not there! Kristy even made sure to greet my husband and I with our signature drinks on the way back from the ceremony, definitely needed after a day of nearly 100% humidity. TMW not only provides a great deal for their services, but they provide professional employees who help to make your wedding visions come true. If you are the same type of bride as me and planning everything on your own, please make the investment in a day of coordinator, and make it with TMW, you will not regret it!
I had a wonderful experience with TMW! I originally worked with Agnes down in Virginia Beach, and then with Kristy in Newport. Kristy was amazing and very helpful with all the long-distance planning and the minutia with hosting a wedding on a military base. Would 100% recommend TMW for anyone planning a wedding in Rhode Island!

We hired TMW for a partial wedding planning package and started having monthly meetings with Kristy about nine months out from our wedding. Since we were planning an out-of-state wedding, we felt this was the right option for us, and we’re so glad we chose it. From the beginning, Kristy recommended all the major vendors for us, and many times would reach out to them for us to get quotes. Every time we had a planning meeting, Kristy was very organized, gave a lot of great advice, and gave us things we either needed to start researching or have done by the next meeting. From finding vendors to really small details of the wedding, Kristy never missed a thing and made sure we were on track as we got closer to the wedding date. She always responded immediately to any emails and random questions I had for her, and she accommodated everyone’s busy schedules when planning the meetings. Once we got close to the wedding (within a month), this is when I was so grateful to have Kristy, because there were so many little things I was trying to keep track of and nerves were starting to set in. Her attention to detail during those last calls made me confident I wasn’t forgetting anything. She was so helpful during our rehearsal as well. Kristy and her assistant set up the whole venue perfectly with all my decor while me and my bridal party got ready, and once people started arriving for the ceremony, they made sure everything was moving along smoothly- it was amazing. Our wedding was very simple, but I can’t think of anything that went wrong, and I know much of that had to do with having TMW coordinate our day. I highly recommend their services!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Kristy is. Any and every question was answered so quickly. Any last minute "emergency" handled like a well oil-machine. She was an absolute godsend! I didn't have to think about much at all during the wedding, hell even the last few weeks leading up to it because of how on top of things and organized she was.
This isn't even mentioning how personable and kind she is. She treated our wedding with care, efficiency, and since we started so early (over 2 years of planning) she feels like a good friend <3

I was only in need of day of coordination as we were doing the majority of the work ourselves. So a very important job, but maybe the smallest of jobs for a full time planning company. I surveyed quite literally 30 different companies and have the chart to prove it. With our needs being on the smaller side, they very understandably ask that you not book until 4 months out. This was nerve wracking but I knew they were our number one choice for DOC.
The stars aligned and they were still available for our day when the time came. While the service they were providing was only DOC, we couldn't have done the day without them. The level of care and knowing of what we had to accomplish was absolutely priceless. I thought I had everything planned down to the smallest detail, and they not only proved me wrong they picked up every missing piece.
Short funny story, my dad and I are hidden out of site ready to make our ceremony entrance. Both a little nervous and excited. When my uncle (dad's brother) comes up to the car. Before I lost my cool and told him it wasn't the time, he had a message for us. My dad has unknowingly ripped his fly off his pants! The team at TMW was discreet enough to know how to handle the situation and had my uncle bring him a giant container of safety pins. I will NEVER forget that!!
There are countless other anecdotes of the day, and as a very anxious bride I was able to completely be a guest at my own wedding. I can not thank them enough.

I'm so glad we had here there to help coordinate vendors, set up and breakdown décor, and handle any bumps that came up. I definitely recommend Kristy and TMW to help your day go smoothly!

My husband and I got married at the end of 2023 and utilized TMW event planning for day of coordination. We were both SO grateful and happy with the services provided and the pricing models are extremely reasonable. Right off of the bat this organization was EXTREMELY organized and clear about what was provided and the cost. It was so reassuring to have everything so clear and spelled out with dates for meetings and what is included in your package when you are planning a large event. They instilled confidence right from the beginning. We met with Caitlyn a couple of times for check ins before our wedding and she was WONDERFUL so calm, so effective, so organized, and just so delightful to work with. She provided a very calm atmosphere leading up to the wedding, even when things were getting a little crazy closer to the day of the wedding. She and Rori were also INVALUABLE in the weeks leading up to and at the wedding. They did a beautiful job helping us to decorate our spaces and were so attentive and mindful of our space and needs, not just on the wedding day, but the entire span of time we worked together. I cannot imagine having pulled off our wedding without them. If you are in need of wedding planning services DEFINITELY check them out!! Worth every penny and again reasonably priced!
Working with Ashley at TMW was one of the best wedding decision we made. She was always on top of every little detail and helped coordinate all of the variables so we had a wonderful, stress-free wedding. There was a always a good flow of communication and she was instrumental in helping us find our vendors to make our dream wedding a reality. We were going for an Indian-American fusion wedding and she managed to help us get everything together from two ceremonies to wardrobe changes. Would highly recommend to anyone stressing about planning their special day.
Ashley was absolutely incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her assistance was invaluable by taking so much stress off of us and keeping such a professional and positive attitude for us to depend on. The communication was extraordinary - we had an number of video calls to confirm details for the big day, and always knew we'd get a prompt response via email. Ashley even met up with us at a convenient location to pick up physical items for venue setup. Sabrina came into the process close to our wedding day and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend TMW enough if you're thinking about a planner. 10/10 recommended!
Ashley was the kindest most amazing soul to ever be in the wedding industry. My mom and I were so anxious trying to find ways to transport all our things to the venue before the big day. Ashley and her team were so kind as to house our things in their cars and transport it for us. This really eased all our anxieties and she made it as stress free as possible. We also had two virtual meetings with Ashley and her attention to every detail with what we had for decor and how we wanted it displayed was impeccable.
Riley and Erin at TMW were so wonderful to work with!! They are very friendly, professional, and well organized. We felt reassured knowing they were on top of everything on our wedding day. They thought of all the little things ahead of time that make a big difference in ensuring everything goes smoothly, and put together a detailed plan. We felt confident heading into the ceremony that we had all our bases covered, and things could not have turned out any better. TMW delivered on all their commitments and kept things moving on schedule. And even when there were some unexpected surprises that were bound to come up, Riley was quick to respond and help us through. My wife and I honestly cannot recommend TMW enough to anyone to have coordinate their wedding.
My daughter was married on September 9, 2023. We started planning this wedding two years ago and TMW’s. Ashley Harding was nothing short of amazing her professionalism and constant contact and being on top of everything was fantastic. She always had a smile. Even through the stress. Our venue had so much employee turnover. Mistakes were constantly made by them and Ashley plowed right through and fixed everything she was there from start to finish on the wedding day and made everything beautiful for suggestions on vendors were perfect and made our wedding day complete. She stayed within our budget and her pricing was very reasonable. She also did Hayley’s wedding shower. It was fantastic. I would recommend TMZ in a heartbeat and will use them again when my other daughter gets married.
We worked with Caitlyn, Riley, and Sabrina for our wedding on august 5th, and could not be more pleased with how the day went! Caitlyn was incredibly helpful leading up to our wedding. She was available for questions via video chat or text months in advance, and truly made sure that we were prepared for everything. She talked to and confirmed all our other vendors in advance as well, which was huge help for me. Our wedding was complex, with the ceremony in a different location than the reception, a boat as transportation, and many random DIY elements. This team executed it all flawlessly, and it went off without a hitch. They facilitated both the set up and clean up as well, which took so much pressure off. We had the most stress free and perfect day with their help! We could not have done it without them, and I am so grateful for all they did to help us pull off our dream wedding!

I started working with Ashley Harding over a year ago and I am not kidding when I say her and Weddings by TMW Productions have been the biggest blessing of this entire process. She went above and beyond with every single aspect of wedding planning. I would genuinely of been so lost or missed out on soooo much if not for her. The vendor recommendations, the ideas she came up with, her fast response to anything that arose, her communication and problem solving with the venue (which had so many issues), she was an actual magician. I am so happy with the outcome of every single second of my wedding and it's all because of her. The only thing I am sad about now is not being able to work with her anymore. I am SCREAMING to all future brides, if you don't hire them you are making a mistake. I met with Ashley, Kristy, and Riley three times before my wedding. They were very easy to schedule times with and were punctual. The meetings were very thorough in going over all the details and Ashley sent follow-up emails after the meetings to confirm our next meeting time as well as details I needed to follow up with or they would follow up with. They were also very knowledge in local vendors I selected which was helpful when I had trouble contacting a few. On the day of the wedding Kristy and Riley were my coordinators on site and Ashley was reachable by phone as well. Kristy and Riley were very professional and kind and helped to make sure the day ran smoothly. They set up all of the decor in the reception and ceremony areas and stopped by my bridal suite to tell me everything was ready for the guests and looking good. They were also very sweet throughout the day by giving myself and my husband drinks and food from our cocktail hour while we were taking pictures after the ceremony. They also checked in to make sure left over food and gifts were going into the proper cars at the end of the night. Overall they really helped my wedding to come together and were very helpful on the day of!
I used TMW productions for day of coordination for my wedding. I worked closely with Alyssa and really enjoyed the process. Alyssa was so detail oriented and followed all of my coordination requests perfectly. I have several friends/family getting married and I've been telling everyone to use them because they ensured my day was flawless and they're priced at an excellent point for 2 people to work the wedding for 7 hours.
I hired TMW as day-of coordinators for my wedding on 4/22/23. Londyn and Kristy were competent and professional during the planning process. They had all the details nailed down and exuded confidence that the event would unfold to plan, without any major disruptions. However, the reality was far different from the plan. The coordinators were essentially useless during the wedding. From the start, they were far more comfortable standing around that assisting with aspects of the wedding. We have on video them neglecting to welcome guests as they entered the church and standing around chatting instead. Additionally, we had a sword arch at the conclusion of the ceremony. After the arch ceremony, one of the coordinators collected all of the swords, creating confusion amongst the swordsmen as the groom had instructed them to bring them to the reception venue. The next day, the swords were nowhere to be found. The groom had to call 4 different TMW numbers to get ahold of anyone who could help, and nobody had information regarding the location of the swords.
The next major shortfall came at the reception. I had confirmed during the last planning meeting that someone would be with us during pictures to execute the photo shot list. As soon as we arrived at the venue, neither coordinator was to be found. I tried to find them to begin photos to no avail. We started family pictures without them, until eventually Londyn came to help momentarily. At one point, I had looked into the venue and say Kristy just standing in the window watching us with her arms crossed instead of helping. The other job I had explicitly requested was to verify the table numbers, as there had been some confusion with the setup with the venue and I wanted someone to double check. This verification never happened and the table numbers were, in fact, incorrect. Throughout the event, neither coordinator had the motivation to keep the wedding moving smoothly. For example, there was a backup at the bar during cocktail hour. Neither one considered finding the venue manager to alert her of the long line. Another example, an observant coordinator would recognize that there is a coat check and should advice guests to utilize the service instead of hanging their coats on their chairs. The lack of wherewithal was overwhelmingly disappointing. A third example, my limo was nearly 30 minutes late to the ceremony because the driver was using the wrong address. At no point did the coordinators contact anyone to see where we were or what the issue was.
Overall, Londyn and Kristy were certainly not the A-team and lacked the knowledge and sense to ensure a wedding runs smoothly. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone seeking a coordinator for their wedding.

Ashley Harding is an absolute gem and does AMAZING work. She helped my husband and I step by step through the wedding process starting with budgeting all the way to the final details of the day. The planners from this company are so incredibly professional and reliable. With both my partner and I having hectic lives, Ashley was such an amazing help and we couldn’t have done it without her. We did pay for the more expensive package and honestly if you have a busy work schedule and feel burnt out after the work day, I highly recommend the more expensive and inclusive package. It was worth every penny. Tarah and Zach were present the day of and they were so professional and attentive as well. I have a chronic back injury and was having a great deal of pain the day of. They were so supportive and helped me with any assistance needed due to the pain. What an amazing team you guys have!
Ashley and Caitlyn from TMW were absolutely outstanding in helping us with our wedding. They guided us through the process in the lead-up to our wedding day, making helpful suggestions while not pushing us towards elements that did not interest us. On the day itself, they played an integral role in helping everything go smoothly.
One example that stood out to us was there suggestion to have family members who could not attend the event pre-record a message to play at the reception. Their message ended up being one of the highlights of the evening thanks to their suggestion!

We worked with Ashley for our September wedding in Newport. We are from Ohio and were very nervous about setting up a destination wedding so far away. Having only visited Newport a few times, we really were starting from scratch. From the start, Ashley heard our vision and concerns and addressed both professionally and efficiently. We had a very complicated idea in mind and after vendors continued to push back, she never gave up on our dream. If not for Ashley’s tenacity and work ethic, we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off. She found a design vendor and a new caterer all within a month before our day. Her day-of services were exceptional. She kept me calm during the rainy day and confidently lead our vendors to the decision of keeping everything outside. She was an absolute dream to work with and we will use her for any event possible in the future. She truly became a friend that we missed talking to by the end of it all.
Alyssa was fantastic! She was very organized and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She was also very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed multiple times throughout the night. It was so nice to have someone there to coordinate with vendors and set-up/take-down so that we could focus on being present with our guests and each other.
I started the planning process with a TMW coordinator that left the company right before one of our meetings, Londyn made the transition seamless. She double checked all the notes and prompted us with the "right' questions to figure out exactly what we wanted. We did the majority of the setup as the wedding was at a family property, but Londyn and her assistant were right there making sure everything was I envisioned and that all the part of the day flowed well together. I would absolutely recommend Londyn and TMW to a future bride.

I found Agnes through a Facebook group- no recommendations or anything so I knew I was taking a chance. She was the BEST priced out of the hundreds I had gotten prices from, but I knew what I was paying for , just a day of coordinator. HOWEVER she was so much more than that. She checked in So many times months and months before the wedding , has many ideas suggestions and ideas that helped me SO much, even came all the way out to the Venue (2 hour drive) just to check it out so she can make my tent layout for me because I had no clue where to begin. The day of my wedding I had zero stress, there were zero flaws everything went as smooth as butter (or it was just hidden from me very well I guess I’ll never know) she’s good at what she does and she doesn’t take you to the bank. She’s humble. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Thank you so much Agnes!!

We hired TMW as a day-of coordinator for our wedding in Massachusetts. They worked with us months prior to the wedding, attending walk throughs of the venue and meeting with other vendors. They were always very responsive, understanding and knowledgeable which put me at ease. The team that was coordinating my wedding day was efficient and attentive. It was comforting for us to know that it was more than just one person there to handle our details and timeline, and ensure everything went well. Brittany went above and beyond to make sure that were comfortable and taken care of on our wedding day.
Agnes was my wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough great things about Agnes. She was quick to help me accomplish all of my goals and put me at ease. Agnes was quick to respond back to all my questions and gave me great confidence that when she took responsibility for an issue….. it would be resolved effectively!! Boy was it ever!
She worked us through several stressful issues.
1) Four months prior to our wedding Agnes inform us our venue place would no longer be providing catering services moving forward. She was quick to react coming up with three catering companies to price out and try Agnes even accompanied us to our taste testing.
2). Less than three weeks prior to our wedding, the hotel that we had our room block at burned to the ground. Agnes called me first thing that morning and worked endlessly to find hotel accommodations for our guests Agnes spent time informing all the correct people so that each person‘s deposit was returned
3) Agnes is able to catch important details and coordinate with our base security on last minute shuttle driver substitutions.
Agnes is an amazing person inside and out. Our wedding night ran very seamlessly due to Agnes. she made sure to do what it took to get things accomplished!! She was always willing to help.Due to this my wedding was flawless.
Agnes is Worth her weight in gold. I was truly great full to have her.

We hired TMW Productions for Day of Coordination about 4 months before our wedding and it honestly was one of the best choices we made during wedding planning! From the beginning on our initial phone calls Agnes and Brittany were so helpful in going through every small detail of the day that I wouldn't have thought of when planning our wedding ourselves. Brittany's encouragement and assurance that I didn't need to worry and she would take care of everything was a lifesaver during the stress of wedding planning. The day of our wedding Brittany, Bella and the entire team truly made our wedding perfect down to the last detail. They were so kind and stayed calm handling any situation so we truly were able to enjoy our day and be present in each moment. Ashely and her team made our wedding day so much less stressful. They came into our planning toward the end and right when I was feeling the most stressed and overwhelmed. They helped us with planning the schedule for the day, coordinating with vendors, and setting up and taking down our decorations. I hired Ashley for my July wedding at the Guilford Yacht Club and I was absolutely blown away by how amazing Ashley and her team were!! We hired TMW Productions to serve as our day of coordinators for our wedding earlier this month. We planned the wedding ourselves but knew we wanted help on the day of so we could fully enjoy ourselves. From the start, Agnes was professional, thorough and very responsive. The day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything because Agnes, Christian and Brittany took care of it all, including set up and clean up. We made our own centerpieces and they got the entire reception space completely ready before we arrived. The quality of their work is an incredible deal for the price. Rachel was beyond professional, accommodating, organized and so fun to work with. She and her team perfectly executed on the day of and were a big part of the overall success of the day.
TMW Production was a last minute addition to our vendor line up, but probably the best decision we made all wedding planning. After 1 year of planning, and 1 year of re-planning(COVID), we realized our vendor contracts and vision had changed hands too many times for comfort. We reached out to TMW about a month before our wedding, and within 24 hours we had our first consultation booked with Agnes. We always saw Agnes and her team and wedding insurance, making sure the day went according to plan. Agnes and her team executed that task flawlessly, as in I have no idea what she actually did for most of the day except cue the ceremony. She made coordinating our wedding seem smooth and effortless, which calmed our nerves significantly. TMW Productions was worth every penny.
We got married on 10.10.21 and cannot thank TMW Productions enough for helping us to realize our dream wedding. As very organized detail oriented people, we were nervous about our special day going smoothly and choosing the right “day of” coordinators. When we met with Rachel F. from TMW Productions, all of our worries subsided. Rachel was highly organized, meticulous, asked lots of questions, responded to e-mails quickly, and a pleasure to work with. Rachel took all of our (many) notes and followed through on every item.
Leading up to the wedding, Rachel wrote all of our vendors, checking in with us, and even attended to rehearsal to be sure that everything was in order. On the day of our wedding, we had a band, but out DJ was unable to make it. Rachel addressed the challenge head on and only informed us once there was a backup plan. Our guests had no idea! Rachel also worked on our wedding with Ashley, Ericka, and Michelle, who were all lovely and provided a seamless experience.
It’s also important to note that my wife and I are a queer, interracial couple and we felt nothing but respect throughout the entire process. TMW Productions are true professionals we would work with for any event. Please support them!
My ceremony and reception were at two different locations and I realized about 2 months before my wedding that I needed some help with day of logistics and rehearsal involving two venues, vendors, Covid and many other things! I saw TMW recommended in one of my wedding planning Facebook groups and after reading some reviews I reached out. I worked with Agnes and Ashley and they were both super nice and professional. We had several meetings to discuss needs and expectations around my day, which made me feel completely confident in them. Come the day of they did not disappoint! They took so much pressure off of me and I really had nothing to worry about. My ceremony was flawless and all my decor made it safely to my second venue. I would highly recommend TMW to anyone (especially those looking for maximum relaxation on their wedding day!)
TMW Productions eased all of my concerns in regards to logistics for my offsite wedding ceremony. We had great communication the entire time, to include on our wedding day. They totally eased all of my concerns about guests getting to and from the ceremony as there was no parking at the ceremony location so they had to take a trolley. The timeline we set was exactly spot on and they set up my ceremony decor beautifully! I would highly recommend TMW Productions for any wedding coordination needs!
100% worth the investment. We had a tent wedding with no one from the venue running the show. We met with Rachel 3 times to discuss the details which helped me think about aspects I hadn't thought of. They set up decorations, moved chairs from the ceremony to the tables, got our food for us, got anything we needed throughout the wedding and cleaned up and moved everything into storage at the end of the night. They took the pressure off of us the day of so that we could enjoy our day.
Agnes from TMW Productions was a life saver for my July 2021 wedding. Shortly before my wedding, I was told that there would be no coordinator at the church to run the rehearsal and the ceremony the day of the wedding. Agnes quickly took charge and helped me organize the ceremony to perfection. She was kind and calm, and truly made me feel at ease the day of the wedding. I can't recommend her and TMW Productions enough!

TMW Productions was fantastic! The coordinators could not have been more attentive throughout the process and made me feel confident the day would be a success both before the big day and day of. We were thoroughly impressed with how they made adjustments to fit the guidelines of having a wedding during Covid-19 but making it feel like what we had originally envisioned pre Covid. Professional and polite we would highly recommend to anyone!
My husband and I had our wedding this past summer during Covid 19. We were already stressed and TMW could not have been more on point about everything. We did not worry about anything. They are very detail oriented, and professional from start to finish. They made our day perfect and we can't thank them enough.
The best part was their clean up and somewhat set up. They were nice but not worth the money

I had the pleasure of coordinating, in October of 2018, with TMW Production’s employee Victoria for my bridal shower. She went above and beyond which made me smile from ear to ear the entire party. She sent out the invitations, provided decorations (including the cutest celebratory banner), an agenda for the day, and sent me and my guests home with sweet personalized gifts. She planned for everything, even the weather! It was not only a great time, but perfectly managed as well. I recommend her to anyone who wants a stress-free event...especially for fellow brides!
The team at TMW Productions is very professional and a complete joy to work with. They made me feel at ease through the entire planning process.
