We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our wedding coordinator team! As a DIY bride, I took on the decoration myself, and they went above and beyond by flawlessly putting everything together at the venue. The space looked absolutely beautiful! They were always upbeat and friendly, keeping us on track with the timeline while making sure we enjoyed every moment. Zely was such a tremendous help right from out first call to after the wedding. Zely and her team made the entire process smoother and was such a calming presence when I was anxious about the possibility of rain on our wedding day (it didn’t rain, thankfully!). Natalie and Kendra were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and always on top of things with a huge smile. We were so glad to have them. Our guests kept telling us how great and helpful they were throughout the day. The fact that they were bilingual was such a huge bonus—many of our guests truly appreciated that extra level of communication and comfort. The team coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They even helped us capture the special moments, which we’ll cherish forever. We couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work and dedication. Love this team!

After receiving an email request to leave a review, with careful consideration we have decided to leave our review in hopes that we can help other couples. On wedding day I noticed Zely was stressed and rushing. What I didn't know is that she had a disagreement with guests in the ceremony and where they could sit which left some guests uneasy. Zely had helped us in finding servers to which we agreed on a number of servers. Day of she pulled me aside to tell me that an extra server “accidentally” showed up. Zely wanted us to keep the server to which I let her know we only had enough for the servers we agreed to (since she told me we had to pay cash). I’m unsure how, but the server did stay. While we were getting in line to walk into the ceremony the photographer and videographer were taking pictures of me in the walkway with my parents, She then ran to us and yelled at them saying “ what are you doing here the ceremony started already you have to be over there” I felt super embarrassed on how she spoke to the photographer. It was her job to make everyone aware and ensure everyone was in their place before she decided to start the ceremony. Sadly we have received the photographers pictures and there are no pictures of my Husband and his parents walking into the ceremony.I wouldn't want someone else to miss important moments captured because of the lack of communication from the person that is hired to keep everything in line. Once the ceremony ended and someone finally found Zely she helped us into the bridal suite where there was no celebratory drinks waiting for us( which she had stated she would welcome us with) While getting ready before ceremony she asked for the tips and I let her know I didn’t have them right at that time. Then after the ceremony once we were at the bridal suite right after saying congrats she said “ so I don’t bother you later do you have those tips “ We just got married, didn't receive any celebratory drink, had the incident with the photographer/ videographer and on top it is the second time you’re asking for your tip (she had advise us planners where part of the tipping group). She ended up asking for the tips for the third time when I was looking for the money to pay the servers. Us and most guests noticed that the venue started cleaning early around 7:30pm and this gave the guest the impression that the wedding was over,some even started leaving. I have messaged the venue and they stated “ Your coordinator told us to go ahead and start cleaning up “ This left me shocked not sure why she would do this knowing we had the venue for another 2-3 hours. Lastly I have multiple pictures from the photographer where Zely and her team and even servers are out just staring at the dance floor, constantly taking pictures even in the unplugged ceremony. I had messaged Zely just to thank her and also asked if she had any pictures she could send us. I was left on delivered. I decided to reach out via instagram to ask one last time if she had any pictures. She left my message on seen then a day later re opened the message to like it with no reply. I assume I will never receive a cordial response. I really want to make anyone that's looking for a review before hiring aware of who they are hiring for their day. Thankfully we only paid attention to all of this after the wedding had passed. I would like to say we were very happy with the work Nathalie her assistant provided.

Zely was amazing! Not only did she go above and beyond in the weeks leading up to the wedding day, but on the wedding day she was a miracle worker. The MOH’s dress broke right before the ceremony and Zely was so quick on her toes to fix the dress and keep our timeline on track. Throughout the night she was constantly checking on myself (the bride) and the groom to make sure we had everything we needed and always keeping an eye on how everything was running. She communicated amazing with vendors on the day and the days leading up, and has a great reputation in the wedding vendor community - everyone was so happy to hear Zely was our coordinator. We are so grateful and couldn’t recommend her more!

Drop everything and book HER! I cannot put into words, the remarkable job that Zely and her staff did for our wedding. There's only so much a bride can do especially the day of her wedding. As a bride you need to be present and enjoy every single moment, while someone else brings your vision to life- that is Zely. Zely made sure every single detail was executed to perfection. She made sure that all involved vendors/parties were in sync and ready, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the day/night. Her experience, advice, and point of view were valuable assets in our wedding planning process. From directing our family members during the processional line, suggesting adding details (vow books, directional signage), ensuring decor was placed on time, and guiding us throughout the night, Zely made sure we enjoyed our wedding to the max. Her calm personality brought us peace in the challenging moments and her guidance reassured us in the uncertain moments. PLUS- she speaks Spanish too! I know our abuelas and tias appreciated that very much! Do yourself a favor and book her. Take it from a Type A kind of person who is a fan of timelines and to-do lists and is very picky with how things are executed. Don't waste your time, just book her.

Zely is the best in the game. I had actually hired Zely and her team a year ago for my own wedding, and I cannot recommend her enough. As a former client, Zely made my wedding day an absolute dream, and I had zero worries because of her and her amazing team. We booked Weddings by Zely a couple of months before our wedding and got the 2-months before planning package. Zely and Nathalie swept us off our feet since our first meeting with their kindness, wisdom, and charismatic personalities. From speaking to them, you can tell how much experience they both have in the wedding planning business. They gave us tips and advice when we felt unsure during some wedding planning decisions. From their meticulous attention to detail to their constant support throughout the planning process. These two made the wedding day a time of peace, fun and laughs because they held it down behind the scenes. Having them both by our sides 2 months throughout the wedding planning process, at our final walk-through, and Nathalie the day of made the lead up to the wedding less stressful than it probably would have been.
