The knowledgeable staff is also happy to offer advice and guidance regarding event design for your big day. Should you wish to avail of full-service planning, Jen can arrange a venue visit and walkthrough, along with providing unlimited communication and RSVP management services. Although predominantly serving the Durham, Chapel Hill, and Charlotte areas, Jen and her team can travel to events located anywhere along the east coast.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jen and the experience she provided as our wedding planner. From start to finish, she was a dream to work with. Jen constantly checked in to make sure every detail was coming together seamlessly, handling everything with such incredible efficiency and skill that I felt entirely at ease throughout the planning process. She truly made our wedding day everything we dreamed it could be and more—something I didn’t even think was possible. Her creativity and expertise transformed our vision into a breathtaking reality, and every detail was planned to perfection. Jen provided a detailed itinerary that made sure everything ran exactly according to plan. She was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs and preparing us for any last-minute changes. My husband and I got married in August 2024 and had the wonderful pleasure of working with Jen and Kalyn with their coordination package. Jen was our lead planner and point of contact during the process and was a calm and reassuring presence throughout, always available to answer a quick question or point us in the right direction to helpful resources. Jen and Kalyn did a fantastic job on the day of the wedding, handling all aspects of the day and helping to set up the many decor elements we DIY’d. Everything looked like we pictured and it was such a joy-filled day. Two specific moments really stood out to us to show how exemplary Jen and her team are. As an out-of-state couple, there’s an added layer of logistics and stress that comes with planning. We planned a trip into town the month before the wedding for our final venue walk through, tasting, and planning meeting with Jen. Due to weather, our flight was canceled. Once we alerted Jen to this, she stepped into action, working with our vendors to reschedule all of our meetings, while we tried to find new flights down to NC. We thankfully were able to attend all our meetings and Jen even helped us source one remaining decor item that we couldn’t find anywhere! On the day of our wedding, we also had some unfortunate weather when it started raining 10 minutes before our set time to walk down the aisle. Jen supported us in our decision to wait out the rain and coordinated with the vendor team to wipe down every single seat before the ceremony started. We were so happy to have our ceremony outside and the rest of the night was great! We’re so grateful to Jen and Kalyn for their professionalism, fun attitudes, and support. My husband and I are both meticulous so we needed to find someone we could trust to pull off our wedding at the same level of excellence as we would. Jen and her team did just that! The only thing we’d change is starting our package sooner so we could’ve handed things over to her very capable team earlier. Thank you again, Jen and Kalyn, for making our big day so special.

I hired Weddings Made to Order for a day of coordinator, which included services starting at the 30 day out mark. They were responsive and eager to help even before their actual start date, after signing the contract. They kept up on emails, and asked me detailed questions that I didn't even know I had to think about! Jenn and her team truly made me feel like a guest at my own wedding.

Jen is personable, kind, professional, attentive, and extremely responsive. She listened to all of our concerns and worked to come up with creative and affordable solutions. She made our wedding beautiful and more than what we expected. We highly recommend her!

Jen was wonderful to work with! She was always accessible and made time for all of our questions and planning needs. She was essential to coordinate our vendors and create the perfect timeline. Jen did an amazing job setting up our decor to create our dream wedding! I could not recommend her more!
