Chelsi was wonderful, attentive and has a great artistic vision. She tailored her services to our needs and helped us as reception day-of coordinator. She did a world of work with set up/break down according to our aesthetic, we are very pleased. Attentive, prompt, reliable, trustworthy and a dear, lovely and kind person. Very grateful for her help, communication, organizational skills and professionalism. She saved us a world of stress and offered viable logistical and problem solving ideas (before any problems could even crop up). Excellent. Made our reception go smoothly and she was so helpful. Amazing wedding planner. We went with the full service planning since we began planning out of town and had no idea how to bring our vision to life. Chelsi walked with us every step of the way, starting from the first phone consultation. She researched venues, procured vendors, and even came up with customized centerpiece designs specific to our interests.
Every week for our wedding planning, we had so many questions, but Chelsi answered each one thoroughly. I even wanted to last minute schedule a tea ceremony. There was no sign of panic, just a can-do attitude, and she gave us resources on how to run one.
I'm sure there were plenty of problems that occurred during our wedding day, but we were not aware at all because we and our guests thought the wedding ran so smoothly.
I wholeheartedly recommend Chelsi for all your wedding needs!

Chelsi was AMAZING to work with, from start to finish. She was a great help to me in the planning phase, asking the right questions to make sure I had everything planned and organized. She was prompt, professional, and fun to chat with.
My wedding day ran smoothly in large part thanks to her. I was able to enjoy my day so thoroughly and joyfully and I can’t thank her enough. Besides making sure everything was running well behind the scenes, she made sure my husband and I ate and drank and checked in on us throughout the day. That made us feel so cared for and added to our enjoyment of the day.
I had the pleasure of working alongside these ladies, and I must say it was my absolute pleasure to work with people that can make a wedding so special and memorable while having such an amazing attitude! If you’re looking to hire professionals you’ve come to the right page! If I could give a grade to their performance I would give them an A+! Good job ladies!

I definitely recommend you to hire one. No matter how small your wedding is a coordinator is a NECESSARY!
I also questioned myself if we needed a coordinator because we really want to save money and keep our wedding within our budget. We do have friends that offered to help on the day of our wedding but in my mind thinking they already spend their precious time to attend our wedding why I have to make them work for my wedding? I am so glad that we decided to have a day of coordinator and we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Chelsi and her team. I cannot imagine what my wedding day would have been like if me, my now husband, family, and wedding party were also responsible for all the moving parts and some of the set up …we was able to enjoy the day without thinking and having to make a last minutes decision. Can you imagine while doing first look or taking photos after the ceremony and someone come up to you and ask where to go? What’s next on the wedding timeline?
Wedding is a big event of a lifetime. You and your husband should be sit back, relax and enjoy every moment of it. My husband and I enjoyed our wedding so much to the point that we don’t want it to end!

Chelsi and her partner Frank were absolutely the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. We had our wedding in my parents backyard with about 80 people and Chelsi was able to coordinate about a dozen vendors to keep our perfect day going without a hitch.
I provided Chelsi with a list of all my vendors a month prior and she was able to coordinate arrival times and other necessary information for the day of the wedding. She probably spent over 6 hours with me over the phone just planning the day of timeline. Her knowledgeable expertise of weddings created a seamless timeline, however, once our caterer was running late, she was able to adjust and move our timeline on the spot, which ended up working out just fine and in my opinion worked out better than the normal schedule
She took away all of the stress that I had the day of the wedding, but most importantly she took the stress off my parents, as they were worried because it was taking place at their house. She refused to let them take care of any issues, whether it was handing out wristbands for the bar or splitting our floral arch apart to and our "The Clarks" sign. She also made sure that our table setting were all set up exactly as I had planned.
I cannot imagine what the day would have been like without her. I think that my favorite thing about her was that she really listened to everything I needed for our wedding. Whether it was fluffing my dress right before walking down the aisle, or just lending an ear to a stressed out soon to be bride, she truly cares about her clients and is passionate to make the newlyweds have truly the best day of their lives.
Our hearts are so incredibly full after our wedding this weekend. Chelsi and Frank are THE best and words cannot even begin to describe how thankful my husband and I are for all of their hard work and help for our wedding. Starting with communication, Chelsi is super friendly and very responsive. She is patient and took time to listen to our wishes and even had some late night calls with us and worked with our busy schedule. She made us the perfect wedding timeline, making sure we incorporated everything we wanted and needed. On the actual wedding day, (we had a diy venue) Chelsi and Frank set everything up even more beautifully than we had pictured. I still cannot believe how gorgeous everything looked! Chelsi made sure our wedding day went so smoothly, communicating well with every single vendor. She’s extremely attentive and checked in with us constantly, making sure we had everything we needed. I am still in awe of how great she did and I cannot recommend her enough. If you hire Chelsi you will NOT regret it. She went above and beyond and we did not have a single worry or stress on our special day. She is worth every penny and even more than what she asks for. Our wedding would not have been perfect if it wasn’t for the two of them. Thank you so much Chelsi and Frank!
I was a fool to think that I didn’t need a wedding coordinator at first! Chelsi and Frank made my wedding prep seamless on the hottest weekend of the year. From the get go, Chelsi was so attentive and thorough with all of my questions. I couldn’t have pulled everything off without her. She created the perfect timeline/spreadsheet with all the details I didn’t realize I needed, and the execution on the day of was perfect. It was seriously so hot and sweaty on my wedding day and Chelsi and Frank didn’t bat an eye. I was able to hide out before the wedding and relax while she consulted me and executed every detail I wanted. Her price is almost too good to be true, and I seriously can’t recommend her enough. She was such a valuable part of my wedding.
Chelsi and her team did an amazing job helping out with our wedding. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the day without her. She gave us peace of mind to really enjoy our special day! Superheroes do live outside the MCU!
My wife and I were so glad that we went with Chelsi and her team for our wedding. We booked Chelsi for full wedding planning and her package included coordination up to a certain time. We ended up adding more time to keep them until the end, which was really great being able to decide that kind of last minute. My wife and I were talking about it a couple of weeks after the fact and we realized just how much trouble they saved us just by being there. It was agreed amongst us, our families and our guests that Chelsi was very friendly, humorous and extremely professional. We are forever grateful and happy to have had such a beautiful wedding because of them.

We didn’t set out with the intention of hiring a day-of coordinator, but someone told us it would be the greatest wedding gift we ever gave ourselves, and that definitely could not be any truer for our experience. We booked Chelsi not knowing exactly what to expect out of a day-of coordinator, but she and Frank delivered on every promise and more for us. They expertly managed all matters behind the scenes and made sure that we were able to focus on our big day. Chelsi and Frank truly went above and beyond in every aspect, from planning and prepping to wrapping up our event. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Weddings by Chelsi helping us out and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, diligent, and hardworking day-of coordinator.
Chelsi was the greatest help in planning our wedding. She maintained constant communication and answered any and all questions we had and for any questions she couldn't answer, she would come back with an answer as soon as she was able.
