When planning the rehearsal dinner, and wedding, she was an expert on seeing possible dilemmas and providing thoughtful solutions. She was an awesome liaison between vendors. From the florist, to the photographer and venues she was extremely helpful in relaying our wishes, and seeing them through to completion. We had her cell number that allowed for immediate feedback which was especially helpful on the wedding day! She was an excellent communicator, positive, polite, and always quick to respond. There is no price tag on the quality of her service...it was priceless! I would absolutely recommend Emily and Weekend Wedding Warrior to any one planning a big event. I can’t say enough good things about Maggie and her team. She is so professional, so meticulous, and I’m very picky! We couldn’t have enjoyed our daughter’s wedding without her. I was unsure about hiring a wedding planner at first due to the cost, but it was completely worth it! My husband and I both work full time so finding the time for the little things was difficult, but Debbie made it so much easier! I couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong the day of because she handled anything and everything. I really can't thank Weekend Wedding Warriors and Debbie enough for all the help. It made my day/week stress free, and it gave me a chance to enjoy everything around me as much as I could!

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Emily at Weekend Wedding Warrior is!!! We were planning a pretty large (200 person) wedding long-distance during Covid and Emily was an absolute lifesaver. While she is technically a day-of coordinator, she was so helpful any time I had any questions, needed vendor recommendations, wanted to bounce ideas off of someone, or just needed to vent. She is the whole package and made planning and executing our wedding an absolute dream. As soon as my husband met her, he told me she was the best money we have ever spent and I 100000% agree!! Weekend Wedding Warrior was absolutely amazing! I had a traditional Indian wedding and the coordinating team at WWW was confident in their abilities to take on all the challenges that can come with a grand scale Indian wedding. We were supposed to get married in early April 2020 (when no one had any idea of how to deal with a pandemic) and had to postpone to 16 months later in 2021 - WWW was fully supportive and by our side the entire 2+ year period. Debbie was our main warrior and she was beyond fantastic! She knew our venue, the Brown Hotel, inside out, since she had many years of experience having worked for Brown Hotel previously so it was so worth it having her by our side as we navigated a constant change in staff with the hotel and the pandemic. Debbie knew more about the venue than most of the (newly) hired staff at the venue - which was a HUGE relief for us! We knew our wedding day was in good hands thanks to Debbie! Maggie was very helpful for vendor recommendations - she was able to recommend exactly what we were looking for to meet our specific needs. Being a traditional Indian wedding, our wedding day had SO MANY details and different moving parts and I was able to execute all of them thanks to the team at WWW. As a bride, I can’t imagine having my wedding without a coordinator like Debbie by my side!!

Alicia and her team made our wedding day absolutely seamless!! She was such a joy and too much fun to work with and alleviated any worries or stress we may have had. Out of the hundreds of decisions we made going into our wedding, choosing Weekend Wedding Warrior to coordinate our wedding was the best. We were originally a May 2020 wedding and pushed back to June 2021. Maggie and her team at Weekend Wedding Warrior helped us navigate changing our date seamlessly, but honestly working with WWW would have been our best decision with or without the horrors of pandemic wedding planning. Our family and bridal party raved about our warrior, Debbie, from the moment they met her at our rehearsal, and we would not have been able to have the care-free wedding experience we did without her. Admittedly, we weren't sure whether we needed to hire a wedding coordinator at all. I'm a planner by nature and our wedding was being held at the Olmsted (well known for being an incredible venue) without too many moving parts. While hiring a coordinator wasn't technically "necessary," if we did it all over again, we would give up almost any component of the wedding before we would give up hiring WWW. From the moment we first met Debbie for our walk through, we knew we could trust her with every part of our day. She was organized, thought of every detail, and anticipated our needs before we did. I honestly have no idea if anything went wrong on our wedding day because Debbie either executed so well or handled things so well that we didn't hear about it. It is no exaggeration that at our rehearsal when Debbie said, "at this point, all questions go to me - no more questions to the bride and groom" my eyes FILLED WITH TEARS. As the person who others naturally look to for answers to their questions, knowing that our event was in Debbie's hands and that I could completely immerse myself in enjoying our event was an absolute godsend. Exactly 0 people asked me where they needed to go or when they needed to be where on wedding day, and I am entirely certain it's because Debbie was fielding everything. If you're the person wondering if you really *need* a coordinator, do it, and Weekend Wedding Warrior are your people. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Weekend Wedding Warrior was SO AMAZING I knew they were wonderful as a guest to another wedding, but HOLY COW!! We worked with both Maggie & Jessica in April 2021. As the bride, I felt so worry-free, and I knew Maggie had my back with any surprises throughout the entire day. From last-minute sewing on buttons to jackets, to running down the street (literally to a convenience store) for Mango White Claws, to a COMPLETELY last-minute coordination of Ceremony due to weather fluctuation, Maggie and Jessica were absolute angels. With full smiles on their faces! They did so much more (that I don’t even know about!) behind-the-scenes and I am so grateful for them both. Our wedding was an absolute dream and it’s all because of WWW!!!

I could not have asked for a better partner in helping me navigate my wedding during 2020. And I say "partner" on purpose, because that's exactly was Maggie was! She and her team were so much more than our coordinators. They helped us with our original plan, and then also helped us on Plans B, C, and D as we had to make many changes during the COVID pandemic. Weekend Warriors is beyond a must for your wedding day!! Maggie was incredible! After downsizing our first wedding due to COVID, she helped us coordinate a plan B for a small brunch ceremony at a boutique hotel. It was going to be perfect, per all her recommendations. Unfortunately, the Tuesday before our wedding, the city announced a state of emergency. And our hotel venue closed down for safety reasons. It was completely out of our hands. So we moved on to plan C. Thankfully we found an beautiful airbnb (the cottage at the estate gardens) to host a last minute 40 person brunch wedding. Maggie reorganized everything for us and made sure our day went as "planned" seamlessly. She kept us calm, cool, and collected every hiccup we had! Throughout the entire day she was right there when she needed to be and guided the whole wedding schedule with such ease. Not only did our guests say our wedding was amazing (which I give full credit to Maggie for) but every guest commented on how great the planner was! Weekend Warriors gave us the best day ever!

Getting married in 2020/2021, is without question, one of the most unpredictable life events one could ever plan. We are beyond grateful we hired Maggie, and her awesome warriors! We had two venue changes, due to Covid, and just three days before the wedding, downtown Louisville closed due to civil unrest. Maggie swung into action, and effortlessly, moved the entire wedding weekend to new and safer venues. Thankfully, Maggie coached us (in advance) on having backup plans. The entire wedding weekend far far far exceeded our expectations, and was even better than plans A or B! Skip the favors, in favor of hiring WWW!!!! Seriously the best coordinator and group of girls ever! From the beginning to the end they answered every question I had (which was a lot!), communicated so well, and made my ideas and inspiration come true! we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Jessica was our coordinator she asked us questions that fit what we were looking for and made it happen. I am a person who has to have a plan and idea of what is going on so I feel somewhat organized and she stayed on top of it the whole time! She was so sweet and supportive for us on the day of. Even throughout she was there whether it was text, phone call, or email. I appreciated all of her help and the owner Maggie. We traveled from Owensboro to Louisville for our wedding and it was worth it. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you girls!

My sister used WWW for her wedding several years ago and had a great experience, so it was a no brainer to use them for our wedding. Maggie was a great first point of contact and gave a thorough explanation of their services. We were placed with Debbie as our coordinator and could not have been happier! Debbie was professional and knowledgeable about every step of the planning process. It was great to have her around for on-site visits and just a text/call/or email away. She asked us questions about the tiniest details that we never would have even considered, but were so important for making the big day a success. On the day of, Debbie was there from the start and handled everything- from making sure our belongings got from the church to the reception venue, coordinating our dinner plates and blocking off time for us to actually eat, calling us an Uber at the end of the night- and everything else in between! She was like a stealthy magician making things happen in the background that truly made the day a success. I am so appreciative of that, but more-so because she put my mom at total ease which in turn allowed her to fully enjoy the day. Debbie was the best money spent my entire wedding! We hired her late in the planning process after unexpectedly having to switch venues for our out of town wedding 2 months before the event. She worked miracles! During the planning phase, she bridged gaps in communication between vendors, families, and the venue by asking detailed questions and giving advise when we needed it in order to create a detailed timeline. On our wedding day, she made sure everything and everyone was where it needed to be. The day turned out more organized than I ever could have expected given the last minute changes and the credit for that all goes to Debbie and WWW.

Maggie is a literal lifesaver! I started to feel so overwhelmed and unexcited about the whole wedding process. We were trying to keep things simple, but as usual it didn’t end up simple. So many people recommended Maggie and they were not wrong! She made me feel so taken care of and I knew that everything would turn out perfectly. My husband and I both tend to think about others, but Maggie made us think about ourselves. I knew that on the day of I wouldn’t even have to worry about everything going well. When the day came I was so calm because I knew she was there taking care of things. She even helped my mom plant flowers on the day of for goodness sakes! I literally can’t say enough good things. If you’re having any doubts about using a coordinator, I’m here to say do it! It’s well worth it to not have to worry about nearly as many things leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Through a stressful string of events, we received communication 2 months prior to our wedding that our initial wedding coordinator was no longer available to take on our wedding day. AHH!! Gracefully our initial coordinator contacted Maggie and she was willing and eager to step in. From our first conversation I felt her professionalism and passion. Hiring WWW for your big day is the single most important decision you can make when planning your wedding. I knew I had done the right thing when EVERY SINGLE vendor I spoke to gushed about how amazing Maggie and her team is when I let them know she'd be coordinating day-of. I am a huge control freak, very organized and can be a micromanager. After a few conversations with Maggie, all of that left me. The resources WWW provides gives you all the tools you need to plan, and their support day-of put you at ease. Maggie has a way of keeping schedules on track but being TOTALLY relaxed about it. Every single person in my bridal party commented on how instrumental she was to making our wedding day perfect. If I had to do it over again, I would hire Maggie and probably pay double.

If you want your wedding day completely stress free these ladies are who you NEED! They are absolutely incredible at what they do but also so nice and comforting throughout the entire wedding process which can be very stressful at times. I can’t say enough good things about the WWW’s!!

My daughter was getting married in Louisville but our family was from out of state. I knew we would need a coordinator to help us get organized beforehand and then for sure on rehearsal night and the day of. I connected with Maggie at WWW and then with Debbie, who would be our “Warrior” :) and I’m so VERY thrilled that we did! WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HER! She was very professional, helpful and thorough from the start with our walk-through at the venue for the ceremony and reception: The Historic Farmington Plantation. We connected well over the next 2 1/2 months to update our timeline. Come the day of, she made the wedding happen (along with an assistant) and took care of SO many details throughout the day and evening. As a result we had a wonderful time with family and friends. I would HIGHLY recommend Debbie and WWW!!

I used Alicia from WWW for my September 2018 wedding at the Gramercy (ceremony at St. John United Church of Christ). I should probably start out by saying that I was not an easy bride. I had a binder of literally every single detail for the wedding. I was extremely specific about decor, timing, lighting- you name it. I realized early in the wedding planning process that I couldn't do this without a coordinator, so I started reading reviews and found WWW. We used Alicia for our wedding, and on our first call with her I knew this was going to end up being the best decision of the entire wedding. And that was definitely the case! Alicia was my hero. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I probably texted her every day- and she was always so sweet and informative. It poured down rain on our wedding day, and I don't know if I ever really noticed. Either she or her assistant were waiting for us whenever we boarded/got off the trolley with umbrellas. She would then promptly take the umbrellas when we got inside. I was extremely anal about lighting- I really wanted dim, romantic lighting- and at one point, right before all the guests entered the ballroom from cocktail hour, the videographer turned on super bright spotlights. I saw them immediately- but not before Alicia did. She was already handling it without even being asked- she just knew what I wanted. At the reception I ended up being quite tipsy (as did everyone else) and I'm not even sure how everything was packed up/dealt with. I just know she handled it all- and I could fully trust her to do so. Also, we had our a close friend as our officiant who had never officiated a wedding before- and Alicia gave her such good instructions, you'd think she was a professional. I could write thousands of words on how amazing Alicia is. You don't really realize how badly you need a coordinator until you have one- and I got lucky in having the absolute best in the business.

As a creative-minded designer and also a type-A personality, I thought I’d never find someone to execute my crazy detailed vision as flawlessly as I would do it myself... think again! Alicia was an absolute dream to work with! She not only indulged all of my questions and worries throughout the entire process, but she was a ball of energy and excitement, yet calm and collected when I needed it most. She executed my creative vision absolutely perfectly! I kept saying “does that seem like too much?... are you sure you’ll have time?... does that make sense?” And the answer was always, “I’ve got you! Don’t worry!” And she was right. It was all perfect! I can’t thank WWW and Alicia enough for being my right hand through the last few months and ESPECIALLY on the day-of. If you have a creative vision, are up for the task of planning it all yourself, aren’t looking for a wedding planner, but someone to make it all happen and coordinate final details, timelines, vendor schedules, decor setup, etc - WWW is for you. As the youngest of 3 girls, my mom and sisters were sure we wouldn't need a planner for the 3rd and final wedding. We're young, we had a big wedding party made up of 18 rambunctious friends, and our party-planning moms are tough critics, but she wrangled everyone in and everything, literally EVERYTHING, went off without a hitch! She manned our playlist, made sure our DIY decorations were perfectly placed, she even soothed a crying ring bearer seconds before he walked down the aisle. We are SO grateful, our entire wedding party was impressed--especially our moms! I threw A LOT at Weekend Wedding Warrior (specifically Alicia) for our wedding. We were planning the wedding out of state, I only met with Alicia in person one time before the wedding day and had little knowledge of wedding vendors within the Louisville area (where we got married). On top of the distance issues, we had 24 crazy people in our bridal party, surprise groomsmen performances that were planned last minute and seating chart changes up until midnight the night before our wedding. Alicia handled it all with confidence that helped me stay sane the week leading up to our wedding. I'm a very controlling person and Alicia let me have my control, but also knew when to take on the tasks I had no clue about. The coordination of all our vendors, the enormous bridal party (especially getting 12 groomsmen to the church on time) and really just her constant support made our wedding day so much more enjoyable. Without the Warrior crew our wedding would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did. We are so grateful for all of their help! I wish I could work with you guys again...do you do anything other than weddings :) ? I am so happy we connected with Weekend Wedding Warrior and highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding either in state or out of state. These guys know all the major players in the industry and have the experience to put you at ease so that you can sit back and enjoy your special day.

Maggie and her team of Alexis and Jessica were amazing! I'm a wedding photographer and have seen it all and am very "type A" when it comes to planning and logistics for my clients. When it was time for me to get married, my fiance wanted to make sure I was relaxed and could enjoy the day (especially since the wedding was at our home). We hired WWW and Maggie took care of everything! We had walk through and went through EVERYTHING! Things I hadn't even thought about they asked about. Their mission was to make sure I wasn't bothered at all and they accomplished that. I was relaxed and knew if something came up, the two of them had it covered. It was glorious to let it all go and really be present for the day. It was very special for us and we're so grateful they were with us for the day.

Super nice people, until you aren’t getting married anymore. This is a business, I do understand, but $2,300 is a lot of money for not even having to be the day-of coordinators. This was the cost for the “warrior coordination package.” The following was included in this package: A) walk thru of reception/ceremony space (this was done) B) meeting with couple to create timeline (this was done) C) create the timeline (this was mostly done) D) confirm all vendors and distribute pertinent info to them (NOT DONE as the wedding was called off 27 days prior) E) coordinate rehearsal (NOT DONE) F) 10 hours of on-site coordination “which does not include decor design or arrangement, floral design or arrangement, favor assembly, or related services” (NOT DONE) So just to recap, I basically paid $2300 for a timeline (which I could tell was a template and my info/vendors info was just inserted). Again, I realize per contract signed, that they require 30 days notice to only keep the deposit (half/$1150). Had I known I was marrying a D-bag 3 days sooner (and let Maggie know in writing), I would have ONLY been in $1150 deep, but unfortunately I didn’t figure that out until 27 days prior to my wedding day. Maggie was kind enough to give me an extension to pay the other half, but also made it clear legal action would take place if not paid on time. Still paying off my wedding over a year later and worth every penny!

Hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. Debbie was my coordinator through WWW and after my first phone call with her I immediately started sleeping better. The best advice I received from another bride was to hire a day-of-coordinator and its my number one piece of advice to any other brides out there. And if you live in the area, Weekend Wedding Warrior should be your choice for coordinators. I could rave for another 10 paragraphs about each specific detail that was so meticulously handled, but my hands would be worn out. I'll just say that the day of the wedding was 100% stress free for me thanks to the amazing work of my coordinator and I could never thank her or the company enough. There are not enough kind words to say.

I was a bride planning a destination wedding in Kentucky and I could not have done it with out Maggie Heely. Maggie is seriously the best. She did my wedding coordination and vendor recommendations. Every single vendor recommendation (except one that was not her fault) was spot on and my vendors hit it out of the park. My wedding day was so relaxing and perfect, I knew I did not have to worry about a thing because Maggie and her assistant were on the ball. She truly listened to my vision and made it a reality. You should pick your wedding date based on when she is available. She is worth her weight in gold!

Debbie was amazing and planned almost the whole day/evening for me from overall logistics to personal touches. I had a basic idea of what I wanted the day to be like and she exceeded my expectations. She didn't overlook a single detail and made sure my husband and family had a carefree and fun evening, too. I would highly recommend her to anyone for her creative insight and to alleviate some of the stress that naturally comes with planning a wedding.

Maggie with Weekend Wedding Warrior was a Godsend for my wedding! She made the wedding day stress-free and worry-free for everyone (especially for my mother who wanted the big day to be perfect)! Before the big day, she was always there to answer any wedding questions we had. She helped make sure everything ran smoothly the day of & that we stayed on track of the schedule. She kept in touch with all of my vendors to make sure they arrived on time. She dealt with any of the mishaps that happened during the big day so that my mom and I didn't have to worry about dealing with it and could enjoy the special day (I didn't even know about them until weeks after the wedding). She even brought my husband and I cocktails and appetizers while we were taking pictures! Throughout the reception, she kept checking in with us to make sue we didn't need anything! I loved that my husband and I were able to actually enjoy and take in every moment of the best day of our lives-- all thanks to Maggie!! Definitely one of the best decisions I made for my wedding!!! Maggie at WWW was worth EVERY PENNY. I was debating getting a wedding coordinator in the first place, but after multiple friends told me it was a must, I went with Maggie after she put me completely at easy during our initial phone call. The term "month of coordinator" is used lightly here, as Maggie was 100% crucial during my entire planning process. She provided me with tons of vendor recommendations, answered a million random questions, and was just the most helpful resource to have on my team. During the month leading up to the wedding, Maggie took over all my vendor communication. After months of planning everything and being in control, it took me a few days to get used to the fact that I actually didn't have to worry anymore -- everything went flawlessly! The day of my wedding, Maggie executed the event perfectly, and if any little hiccups happened, she made sure that they were not on my radar. I cannot recommend using WWW more. If anyone is lucky enough to have Debbie, she will make you feel taken care of every step of the way. My fiancee and I were planning our Kentucky wedding all the way in NYC and had more than enough "hurdles" to overcome along the way. We had 300 guests from all over the globe, nearly 50 people in our entourage, and two different venues to work with. Debbie worked with us every step of the way, always professional, always level-headed, always reassuring us there was a solution. Our immediate families even got to know her and had so many positive things to say. The biggest compliment was when a theatre director asked who "ran the show" because it was the entire day was "seamless." Debbie alleviated any fears that I had planning remotely, and she is the main reason why I remained so calm the entire wedding weekend. We truly could not have had the amazing day we had without her. WWW and Debbie is the real deal, folks.

There are not enough great things to say about Weekend Wedding Warrior! We were extremely fortunate to have Maggie on our wedding day and she made everything so easy and smooth. She did so much more than just "day of" coordinating - she met with us two or three times, did a full walkthrough of our venue, made a detailed timeline of our wedding day and even booked our honeymoon for us through Sandals. Maggie takes multitasking to a new level - I'm seriously not sure how she does it. She checked on all our vendors, confirmed all our bridal party and family pictures were taken, coordinated our grand entrance, made sure the DJ was making our announcements through the night, allotted us time to talk to our guests, got us cake to go, collected anything that needed to be taken home, and so much more. Most importantly, she relieved any stress that would otherwise be put upon our shoulders or our families. We cannot recommend her enough!

We planned our wedding remotely and she was so easy to work with, laser focused on the details and very personable. Maggie. Was. Awesome. We used WWW for day coordination of our reception (our reception and wedding were held on two separate days) and it was a DREAM. I will never forget my mom stressing about room setup and I said, "Mom. Maggie's got this." And boy did she ever (several months pregnant, none the less!). I had provided a diagram of how I wanted the room setup and it was legitimately PERFECT. I mean, down to the candle patterns. Weekend Wedding Warrior was hands-down, bar-none the best money we spent throughout planning. Their commitment to detail and making everything go "just so" is worth every penny. I will never forget walking into the Rathskeller and seeing our vision materialized into a reality. If there were hiccups that evening, I never knew. Where to even get started. My wife and I live in Indianapolis and during our venue search it wound up leading us to Louisville. As we were building out where we wanted to spend, we weren't sure if we wanted assistance the day of or a full blown planner. My wife started getting into the details and thought it would be good to at least get some assistance the day of. Through her search it led her to Weekend Wedding Warrior which seemed to have great reviews and was pretty reasonable price wise. She had a few discussions with Maggie and decided it was the right fit. As the big day approached in November 2016, Maggie began to reach out and wanted to start planning things out. She attended our coordinating discussion with the venue and was very knowledgeable and asked questions we wouldn't have even thought of which was a huge benefit. When the big day arrived everything went off without a hitch and it was in large part due to Maggie. She had everyone where they were supposed to be and had everything lined up perfectly. It was remarkable all she did while being very close to her due date. We even received feedback from our immediate family and friends on how awesome Maggie was and they couldn't believe all she did. If you have the room in the budget or are close I would think of ways to make it work with Weekend Wedding Warrior as they really do relieve most if not all the stress related to the big day. WWW was one of the best decisions I made toward planning our wedding. From my initial conversation with Maggie to our send off, I knew I was in good hands. Having a professional planner on my team really helped me balance my vision with what was reasonably achievable. Maggie & team know will guide you toward your special day without micro-managing; they know & respect all the details that go into making your wedding day as close to perfect as it can be, but attend to the bigger picture logistics that can easily be overlooked when you are in the weeds. My husband and I opted for a morning wedding, which meant a very early start for our bridal party & planning team. Naturally ,there were delays that altered the course of the timeline; Maggie's flexibility, calm demeanor, and on-the-spot timeline management (and revision) enabled us to enjoy all the moments we wanted. My husband and I felt at ease with Maggie taking the reins. Our only regret is that we didn't have MORE TIME. No matter what you will feel like your wedding day happened in the blink of an eye - but I encourage you to spend the extra $ and extend your time with the planner, allowing yourself to be fully present and celebrate with those who have traveled to be there with you. We missed out on (having enough time) visiting with our guests due to the delays in the morning. give yourself a big enough buffer in the timeline to account for setbacks -- while it might mean spending a little extra, that time is WORTH IT. I highly recommend WWW; I can't imagine how our wedding would have come together without their guidance and expertise. I have no doubt that Maggie has assembled a champion team of planners, as the chief warrior that she is.

At first, I was admittedly hesitant at getting a wedding coordinator, but my venue required it. After using WWW for coordination of my wedding, I don't know how we could have done it without them. My warrior was Alicia, and she was absolutely amazing. She took care of the few problems that came up, and it was just a godsend having her there to answer questions and find things as needed. Having a coordinator was so helpful, and I'm so glad that I went with WWW. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. I felt so comfortable and confident with them in charge!

Weekend Wedding Warriors absolutely MADE our wedding. The entire team was wonderfully supportive throughout the process. While I loved getting to plan the wedding, I cannot have imagined executing it without their help. Our coordinator Alexis caught a number of things we'd overlooked (tools to cut the cake for example - and I love the cake cutting moment), and rolled with last minute hiccups day of (a key guest being stuck in traffic for our ceremony!). She kept our entire group calm and happy - making my MOB especially thrilled and in awe of her organization and professionalism. Her assistant Jessica was a wonderful help as well - among other things, making sure Ben & I were stocked with mac n cheese balls and bourbon slushies in between pictures after our ceremony :) It should also be noted that throughout the process of planning, whenever I let a vendor know that I was working with Weekend Wedding Warrior they expressed excitement and praise that they loved working with the team.

Alexis did an amazing job! She was well organized and had great communication skills. Without her there's no way I could have successfully planned my wedding from afar! I had never set foot in Louisville until it was time for my wedding. Thanks to her keen advice she knew all the best and affordable vendors in the area. My husband and I as well as our guests couldn't have been happier!

Nikki was amazing. As a bride you like to think you have everything under control, that you have thought of every possible thing needed for a perfect wedding but with WWW you know for certain you haven't missed a single thing. Nikki helped my mom and I check off everything on our to do list. She sat down with us and helped created a timeline of the rehearsal and wedding day, listing every single detail. She contacted all the vendors giving them a copy of the timeline and confirming their booking/arrival. This took so much stress off my mom so that she could enjoy the day as much as I did. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for WWW. I truly think they were one of the most important aspects of our day going perfectly (with the obvious exception of marrying the love of my life). Nikki was so sweet and respectful to our guest in guiding them every step of the way. I would 100% recommend using WWW to anyone.

In one sentence: If you want the best day of your life to be worry-free and also give the (in our case "false") appearance that you have your act together, go ahead make an investment worth its weight in gold and hire WWW. There are many things you can live without for your wedding, but sound coordination and feedback is not one of them. A year in advance of our wedding in Shelbyville, KY, we booked Nikki Deese with WWW who is now expanding their services to Nashville. Thanks to Nikki and WWW, all logistical details went off without missing a beat the day of. Convinience for our 250 guests was key for us, which meant there were a lot of "trains" that needed to run on time. From the timing of the shuttle bus service to the timing of breakfast delivery for the bridesmaids, to the ceremony itself-- of which was in a location different from the actual reception-- everything went smoothly. Our guests even noticed/were commenting about the high level of efficiency and convinience of our wedding---thanks to WWW. To us, that meant success. We cannot begin to put a real pricetag on Nikki and her services at WWW. Not just the month leading up to the wedding, but the entire year before we were able to get in touch with Nikki about the smallest and most junior varsity wedding questions and details--- and she was more than happy to help and in a timely manner. She doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, but provides helpful input from someone who has coordinated and seen countless weddings. And it's not just Nikki who is great--- we know of several weddings that used WWW that were just as much of a success.

It’s so important to stay nourished during a marathon day like that, and she understands that! She not only attended to us, she made sure that my mother, who was very ill, was also taken care of.
