I hate to give a bad review because my wedding overall was amazing, but Weinhardt was the source of my only stress in terms of vendors.
My wedding was in late June, and in early February I rented 2 pipe and drape sets and 2 gold table cloths. The week of my wedding, I called to confirm everything was paid in full and ready to go-everything was great. The day before my wedding, my mom went to Weinhardt's South City location to pick up the rentals. As soon as my mom walked into the church to start decorating, Weinhardt called to say they forgot to give us one of the table cloths. This was frustrating because we had a set time frame to decorate the church and there were only 2 total table cloths rented-not a crazy amount. They tried to make it better by offering to deliver the cloth by 6pm...again we had a set time to decorate and had to be out. So, that didn't work, but they did offer to credit the missing table cloth since my mom had to drive 40 minutes again to get it.
While my mom was en route back to the church from getting the second table cloth, we discovered Weinhardt forgot EIGHT drapery panels-the panels they said were standard for rental. So, my mom had to go back to Weinhardt THREE times to get our rentals. It was beyond ridiculous! After much talking to the customer service representative and the manager, they did their part and credited me the pipe and drape rental. However, it was just not worth the stress! Plus, the drapery and table cloths were of sequin material and both heavily damaged. We had to binder clip one drape together to hide a huge hole, and had to put a table cloth on our unity table in an uneven manner to hide a missing chunk of glitter.
I am thankful they made right on the issues, but the day before the wedding is stressful enough for a bride-she doesn't need to worry about a vendor not being able to count a minimal order!
Save Weinhardt for a less stressful event!
