Weir Event Rentals

Scheduled my event for June 13th, 2020. At first very responsive and helpful. When all events were cancelled because of a pandemic, I decided to reschedule my event for August 29, 2020 with hopes that things would calm down by then . When events were still prohibited, we inquired about a date for the next year. I was asked to provide all the information about my space and event for the second time and responses coming weeks after they were sent. All of this information was in the very email chain we were conversing on. We ultimately decided it was not safe or logical for us to plan the event for the third time and requested our deposit money back. It’s important to note here that a pandemic is fully out of our control. They refused. We were clear that we intended to re plan our event when we could be sure it wouldn’t be cancelled, still refused. I have since consulted with my lawyer who instructed me that PA law cites that no business can hold your deposit without risk of loss. Since events were cancelled during both of our confirmed dates, it’s literally illegal for them to hold our money. So not only is it horrible to deny people their refund for events they couldn’t hold, it’s illegal. Be careful. I wouldn’t trust this company with my events.

Weir Event Rentals were so accommodating and wonderful with all of my changes for my COVID wedding! They were efficient and on time and the tables and chairs were in excellent condition. We cannot wait to work with them again for our larger wedding next year!

Working with Weir Event Rentals for our wedding at The Conservatory at the Sussex County Fairgrounds was amazing!!! They were our easiest and most responsive vendor to work with leading up to the wedding - which was greatly appreciated considering I changed my mind quite a few times leading up to the event ha! Their rentals completely transformed our wedding and brought my vision to life!!! We rented the Walnut crossback chairs, beautiful mahogany farm tables and string lights for our ceremony and sweetheart table backdrop. Using string lights on the huge garage door backdrop was a first time for our venue and Jamie at Weir Event Rentals worked directly with our venue to ensure it was possible to install! They handled all of the details and made the entire process completely stress free for me. I am SO SO glad I found Weir Event Rentals for our wedding! Thank you so much, you truly made my vision and dream come to life!!!!

Weir event rentals was a fantastic team to work with for our wedding. My wife and I contacted them in order to rent tables and chairs for our event, and were incredibly satisfied with the end result. The mahogany farm tables we ordered were beautiful and everybody at the party loved them. The chairs that we ordered were comfortable and reasonably priced enough to use for both our ceremony and dinner seating. Weir was easy to work with, flexible, and always prompt with responding to our questions and modifications as we got a clearer idea of what we needed for our wedding. Their delivery team was on time and professional and everything went smoothly on the day of the event. If you need a company to supply you event rentals for your wedding or other party, you can’t do much better than Weir.

We rented a dance floor from Weir Event Rentals and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. Communication with Jamie and her team was easy and pleasant. The pick up and drop of the dance floor went smoothly. The quality was great and it was the lowest price we found!

Before I knew anything else about what our wedding would become, I knew I wanted farm tables and chairs. Our wedding was held in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and my heart sunk as I received quotes from various local companies. Finding Rooster Hill was such a blessing. It almost seemed too good to be true. They are super affordable compared to other companies, even including their delivery fee. In total we rented 15 8' tables, 120 chairs, a bar pub table, and Carl included the sweetheart table, which we used to display our cake and guest book. Carl and his crew arrived on time for both delivery and pick up, and were professional and efficient throughout both processes. We highly recommend them!

Thank you so much Jamie for your gorgeous farm tables and hanging up the string lights at our wedding. I know the string lights were a tricky one but they went above and beyond to ensure it all worked out for our special day. Plus, the Elegant Mahogany farm tables were gorgeous setting for our head table and two guests tables. Can't wait to share photos.

Rooster Hill Rentals provided the tables, chairs and benches for my daughter's backyard wedding. Their rentals are unique and are beautifully made. Their service is top notch and they are very easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have a really special event. They will not disappoint.

Loved loved loved the farm tables we rented from these guys, and the prices were downright amazing. As the wedding planning progressed we made several changes to our rental order. They were quick to respond, and accurate wit their updates. Delivery and pickup took place without a problem. Highly recommend!

We got married this past June at The Booking House, and I am still thinking about the beautiful chairs we rented from Rooster Hill. While planning my wedding I fell in love with the look of the cross back wooden chair. I searched high and wide for these chairs and finally came across Rooster Hill Rentals. Carl was very laid back and easy to work with and assured me the delivery and pick up of the chairs would be easily taken care of. I was so happy we used the chairs, as they really gave our ceremony and reception space an extra element of rustic elegance I will never forget!

We had a rustic barn wedding two years ago and this year another rustic wedding. We used the weir rentals and their beautiful furnishing and we are using them again! We rented from Weir for our wedding back in August and had a great experience in the planning stage with them. Upon the day of the delivery the men who delivered the tables and chairs had 2 deliveries on the same truck load. Many times throughout their delivery they got our order and another order mixed up but finally got it right eventually after unloading and reloading. On the day before the wedding we realized that our Mahogany folding chairs that we rented had 2 different styles and colors to them. My father called Weir and the sales lady said that we should have gotten all of the same style and the same color that were on the truck. She said that there are 2 different variations of mahogany chairs but that only 1 type was to be delivered in each order. So we got some of the other orders chairs instead of the ones we were supposed to get. Unfortunately there wasn’t any way to fix this in time for our wedding so the employee told us to call back after the fact to speak with the owner since they were out of town that weekend. My dad spoke with the owner after the weekend and she said there was nothing she could do and that we couldn’t receive a discount of any kind. I understand that and we weren’t looking for any money back really, just an apology or explanation. My dad said that they should let people know up front about the variance in the colors and the owner said that they will not let customers know because it isn’t necessary to. I disagree with this. I understand that the color can vary a bit due to being stained at different times, but not only was the color different, but the style and trim of the chairs were also different which made the chairs looks overall different. I just wanted to make sure that future Weir customers knew to check that they received the correct chairs and knew that it was a possibility to receive two different chairs under the same category since I was not made aware of this potential issue and that this issue was not resolved with my order. At the end of the day, I still married my best friend and it was the best day of our lives, but I firmly believe in 100% honest feedback because is what helped me choose my vendors.

I had a vision for our wedding that included farm style tables, benches and cross back chairs. Every vendor within 2 hours of our location either didn't have those or wouldn't help. Rooster Hill was 4 hours away and was very willing to help us out in creating our dream wedding. They came the day before to set up and the day after to pick up. They put the tables in place, unloaded all the chairs and even placed the benches for our ceremony. Everything was beautiful and high end quality. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with!

Weir Event Rentals provided us with linens, napkins, a few beautiful wooden tables and a few wooden boxes for our wedding reception. They were all beautiful, delivered on time and in perfect shape for the big day. We worked with Kohlee and Jamie in the lead-up to the event and they were both extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Lora (of Laurel & Elm) and I visited their offices to pick-out linens and the wood color of the tables and they accommodated our tight schedule that day with grace and ease. Jamie at Weir Event Rentals (and her entire team) could not have been kinder or more helpful during our wedding planning. They went above and beyond! Not only was their price reasonable, but their service was impeccable. We rented chairs and tables and they were exactly what we had imagined. When you have a million and two things to plan, having even one part completely covered is a blessing. Weir took care of everything and were both prompt and flexible. We thank them greatly!

Weirs was great to work with and they provide beautiful products for our wedding reception. We utilized their farm tables and cafe chairs for our head table and they looked absolutely stunning in our venue! We also had traditional tables for dinner and cocktail hour, as well as traditional chairs in brown. Having that color option was really great for our venue and pulled the look of the space together perfectly. They were flexible in adjusting the numbers as our guest count changed, able to deliver everything the night before we needed to set-up and got everything there on time. They even gave us a discount for sharing rentals with a wedding at our venue the following day! They did a great job helping us put together the look for our reception!

I loved working with Jamie for our wedding tables. She was responsive and helpful, and overall just a super sweet and nice person to partner with! The tables are stunning and an incredible value for an NYC wedding, even with the cost of delivery. I was thrilled to find Weir Event Rentals, since having wood farm tables was something I desperately wanted for my wedding and could not afford from any vendors in NYC. The delivery team was great despite some issues with the parking situation, a rude UPS driver, and a torrential downpour. I contacted Jaime of Weir way before anything else was planned, even our wedding date! She was so painfully patient and responsive. I knew I wanted to have their elegant tables at my wedding the moment I saw a photo of them. Weir not only came in and set up tables on time, and according to my floor plan, but I also asked them to hang edison string lights around our venue.They did such a beautiful job, and used some creative liberties in the back of the venue with the lights, since I may have underestimated the length of a beam there. It came out beautiful. I am truly grateful to them, their talent, their service, pricing, everything. Thank you for bringing so much aesthetic beauty to our day!

Amazing rentals! The wine barrel archway made for a beautiful setup for our wedding ceremony. The wine barrel cocktail tables provided a nice social area for guests away from the main tent area and the wine barrel bar looked great! The beefy mahogany tables really tied the whole theme together! Above all this, Jamie was great to work with! I would highly recommend Weir Event Rentals for any rustic rental needs!

I am far overdue for this review (see:my wedding in October 2014..) but I was looking through my wedding photos and realized I needed to give Jamie and Weir Rentals some serious love! Jamie and her husband were such a pleasure to work with- their prices were extremely reasonable, they were accommodating in every way possible and very good at communicating and responding within a reasonable time- they brought the tables and chairs to our home on our schedule even though they lived a good distance away and picked them up at a reasonable time cause they knew we had a late night on Saturday, they were amazing people to work with, and the quality of their furniture was outstanding. I did not think wood tables and chairs would be in my budget, but my wedding planner had heard about Weir and recommended I check them out. Their prices were so good that I questioned the quality and state of the tables/chairs, but everything they provided was in amazing condition and insanely gorgeous. I cannot say enough good about these two and their furniture- Weir made my barn wedding look so upscale and glamorous and I would recommend them to anybody without a second thought.

I am so happy I stumbled upon Weir Event Rentals on Facebook. Their prices are better than buying, and our wedding decor wouldn't have been the same without their wine barrels!!

These tables are the best. They are well made, beautiful, and set the tone for our rustic outdoor farm wedding. Both the tables and benches sat wonderfully on the muddy field. I was such a pain in the butt, always changing my order, and the owner Jamie was more than willing to change things to make my day perfect. Renting these tables was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Wow! Weir Event Rentals far exceeded our expectations. We rented their table sets, extra chairs for ceremony, corn hole, globe lights, and dance floor. Their tables and chairs are beautiful, everyone kept commenting on them! They were definitely the highlight of our reception. They dropped everything off at the venue and helped put everything out - tables/chairs, strung the lights, and put together the dance floor where we wanted - made it so easy for us that day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We are so happy that we found and used Weir Event Rentals for our June 2015 wedding. Not only were the tables beautiful, but they were inexpensive and HAND MADE! We feel very lucky to have found Weir in time for our wedding. Their wooden farmhouse tables and chiavari chairs added an element of classic beauty to our barn wedding. They were the perfect addition. They were delivered and picked up from the venue with ease. The two men that delivered the tables were kind and respectful and set up the tables exactly as displayed in the floor plan. Not every event rental company will deliver AND set up for you!! You can tell that this family-run business is in it for the right reasons and will be around for a long time. We highly, highly recommend you taking a look at their inventory and renting from them at your next event or wedding! We couldn't be happier!

My husband and I rented 6 wine barrel cocktail tables for our wedding reception and are so happy we did. We used 5 of them on the outside patio and one as our cake table. They were absolutely beautiful! We received numerous compliments! Weir Event Rentals were great to work with. Very good communication & reasonably priced for such quality items! We would definitely recommend them for your wedding or event!
