Nicole was incredibly helpful the day of our wedding. I did not have to worry about anything that day, and everything turned out perfect. My only regret is not booking them to do more than just day-of coordination. If I could do it over again I’d have them step in earlier to help me with more things!

Nicole from WDE was absolutely amazing to have as a coordinator for our wedding on 10/14! We started working with her about 2 months before the big day and she provided so much insight and good advice. She was easy to communicate with, she handled all our scheduling details, and always kept our vendors up to date with info as the day got closer. The "day of" schedule she made for us was incredible On the day of the wedding she literally handled everything!!! She made sure all our decorations were set up correctly and looked beautiful, she wrangled our crazy bridal party, and was the point of contact for all of our vendors. The entire day ran on time and so smoothly. Not to mention her presence was welcoming, calming, and so so so fun. If anything crazy happened I honestly didn't know about it because she was so amazing. If you're considering hiring her.. do it!!!!

Well-Dressed Events is SIMPLY THE BEST! Kristen was our planner for our wedding and I could cry over how amazing she is! The venue we chose was a blank canvas and we had to bring in everything ourselves, which was super daunting. Kristen was with us every step of the way and shined on the day of the wedding especially. She is just so much fun to work with, super helpful and attentive, and just an all-around pro. She took care of everything for me and accommodated even our craziest requests. I love her to pieces! I can not recommend getting a planner enough, it is sooo worth it, and 100/100 recommend Well-Dressed Events : )

Kristen was FANTASTIC. From our first call upon contracting with her until the very last thing the night of the wedding, Kristen was abundantly positive and on top of everything. She made suggestions pre-wedding and knew what to do without being instructed, prompted or reminded. If anyone knows me and the organized, efficient, control freak that I am, they know how difficult relinquishing that control is for me but Kristen made is so damn easy to pass the baton...I cannot recommend Well-Dressed events enough and words cannot express how thankful we are for her making the day so darn seamless!

Kristen and the Well-Dressed events team was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! They should be at the top of your list when looking at wedding planners! The first time I talked with Kristen I felt like I had just made a new best friend. Kristen was there every step of the way to help and alleviate any stress we had! I highly recommend Kristen! As we know, wedding planning can be stressful. Having Kristen as our go-to resource for everything wedding related, reduced our level of stress enormously. She is a wealth of information, no-nonsense, efficient, and fun! When our hairstylists didn't show up at the last minute on the day of the wedding, Kristen was right there to take care of it. The wedding was beautiful in every way and my daughter and son-in-law could not have been happier!

We had Kristen and two other members of the WDE team on our wedding day, and we cannot express just how impressed we were with them! We brought on WDE for their day-of coordination services and honestly didn't expect Kristen to get into the nitty gritty for more than 24 hours the day of our wedding, but she truly got involved! Kristen was so quick to respond with recommendations for vendors if we were stuck in our research, and it helped to know whether our quotes were market. WDE encouraged us to schedule at least weekly calls two months out, and more if necessary, to hash out the details. We felt so comfortable knowing that Kristen thoroughly understood how the wedding would go, minute-by-minute, even down to the very vibe/mood we wanted to achieve for each portion of the day. Kristen must have run a marathon that day, dashing back and forth between the bride, groom, family, venue, vendors, etc. Kristen now has a fan following among our bridal party and guests. My sister always brings up the WDE team in conversation with compliments about how stellar they were! We highly recommend Kristen and WDE for any and all events. They have such great personalities and will advocate for your vision. They are absolute professionals in the planning/coordinating world, and we are so thankful that they were on our team for the big day!

I was lucky enough to have Well-Dressed Events help me plan my wedding as well as help my mom plan my bridal shower. Both were executed perfectly. Nicole was an incredible sounding board for all my thoughts. They were so helpful at keeping me on track and sane during my wedding planning process. Kristen & Nicole are excellent at what they do! I hired Kristen to be our day of coordinator for our May 20th, 2022 wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. Her assistance with the timeline was integral - I had been so stressed out leading up to the wedding but the moment she sat down and put it into an organized document, I felt completely at ease. On the day of the wedding, there was a threat of downpours even though I had my heart set on an outdoor ceremony. Kristen worked seamlessly with my venue, my husband, and my bridesmaids to provide a backup plan without even having to involve me in the day of stressors. As soon as she came into the bridal suite, I felt that same sense of relief as I did with the timeline - I knew Kristen had my best interests in mind and that she would do her absolute best to manage the situation. The wedding went off without a hitch thanks to her guidance and support. I am in the wedding industry and I strongly suggest hiring a day of coordinator for your wedding. It allows you to be fully present in your day without having to worry about logistics. If you are getting married, and even considering a planner, look no further! The Well-Dressed events team is amazing. They helped me plan a beautiful wedding, and saved me from so much stress. Like any overwhelmed bride, with no idea where to even start, I had scheduled multiple calls with multiple planners, to find the right one for us, but it only took one call. Within the first ten minutes of the call, my husband turned to me and told me to cancel the rest of the calls, we had found our planner. We were instantly put at ease, and it felt like a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. They got to know us and what we wanted and what was most important for us. They scheduled and accompanied us to multiple venue visits, and lined up multiple options for every decision and vendor and ideas when we didn’t know what we wanted. I looked forward to all our calls. If I was anxious about anything, after talking to Kristen I’d always be so confident and excited. Day of, everything was handled beautifully, efficiently and professionally. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I recommend them and look forward to any future opportunities to work with them.

Nicole and Kristen were both so wonderful to work with! I hired them for day of wedding planning, and they went above and beyond to make sure the day went as perfectly as possible. We had our wedding in Asbury Lanes, an unconventional venue for a wedding, and they helped creat a celebration that my husband and I will never forget. They were responsive, helped with coordinating with the various vendors, and helped make sure the day went smoothly. Kristen and Nicole are absolutely amazing! I was lucky enough to win them through a giveaway, and they treated me like I paid $1 million dollars. They were so attentive throughout the planning process, asking me for updates, contracts, etc. and giving me great ideas on how to navigate different areas. The week of (and weeks leading up to) the wedding, they were in contact with all my vendors and venue, and they made my life SO much easier and stress free. They came early the day of the wedding and were beyond helpful. They did everything that needed to be done and more. The two of them are literally angels and also so cool. I am SO SO SO thankful to have been able to work with them! They are worth their weight in gold!

WDE is by far the only place you should trust with your wedding and special event. When I spoke to Kristen all I said was I wanted “dark and moody with a little blush” and sent ONE picture. Well let me tell you, her vision was more then I could of ever dreamed up. I let her take the reigns and let her do her thing and let me tell you, it couldn’t have been more perfect. She sent me a vision board and I was blown away. Also, she’s like the funniest person ever so that also eased all those fun wedding planning details when your just freaking out 🙃. Everything was set up to perfection. Apparently the flowers I picked were from Holland, and she made that happen!! I also have gotten 2 balloon arches as well in the past for my baby reveal & shower. They really handle ANYTHING you need or can dream up of. I can’t thank you enough for making day so special & thanks for all your laughs.

Hiring Nicole from WDE was, by far, one of the best decisions I could have made. I had so many friends who have hired Nicole in the past and all of them have raved about her work and how amazing the WDE crew is, so I had to have them. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. Leading up to the wedding, and especially on my wedding day. She made sure all my vendors were in order. She decorated my whole house so beautifully with all the floral outside my house as well as the room that I got ready in and all the amazing food set up for everyone to enjoy it was absolutely amazing. The team was amazing to work with, super attentive, and very professional. Legit had a couple of freak outs before the big day, but Nicole help me through it all our 9pm calls where the best she legit made me feel that I was her only bride. Thank you Nicole and your team for making my day so special and helping me get through all of this. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have been able to get through it! ANY event you have you got to have WDE. I know I will be hiring them for all my events to come!

If you read nothing else in this review, please know that the Well-Dressed Events team is absolutely amazing, incredibly fun, and 100% should be your top choice wedding planners! When I got off the phone after my first call with Kristen (the response to my initial inquiry), I was already gushing to my fiancé and family about how wonderful she’d be to work with through the wedding planning adventure. Even though they thought I was overselling in that moment, they all quickly came to agree that Kristen and Nicole were the absolute best. They are super responsive (including to texts at odd hours when you’re traveling internationally and last-minute wedding details surprise you), very organized and on top of all of the things you don’t even know you have to be on top of, and genuinely so fun to hang out with – I always looked forward to my planning check-ins with the WDE team. Our venue was not an official wedding venue so the coordination needed to pull off the day was definitely on the higher end. That said, on the day of the wedding, my mom continually said that each time she saw Kristen and Nicole walk into the room, she felt relaxed and knew everything was under control, and I completely agree. They took care of absolutely everything, and all I saw all weekend was their smiling faces and positive energy. I am so happy to have had them part of our wedding day and cannot thank them enough for all they did. If you hire WDE, not only will you have an awesome event, but you’ll have a ton of fun planning and hanging out with Kristen and Nicole along the way!

WDE are a dream to work with. I didn’t decide to hire a day of coordinator until things with my venue started to feel shaky after a COVID postponement, but I’m glad I did. They did so much more then the day of running around. With a busy work schedule and the month before the wedding is super hectic with final details, they are there to make sure none of the little (but important) details are missed. We worked with them when we decided days before the wedding we wanted to add something down the aisle. They ordered the linens to their houses, got the greenery, and set it up the day of. Saved a ton of money as opposed to having the florist do it. Their schedule for the day of was literally 8 pages long, we were ahead of schedule, got more photos locations because of it and had like 45 minutes before the ceremony to chill with the bridal party. As a type A person and bride I knew I needed someone else to help micromanage the day to I could relax since that was my biggest fear. I have to say the entire day I felt so relaxed because I knew they would make my vision come to life, and make sure we stayed on track

I truly don't know where to begin. Well-Dressed Events, specifically our planner Kristen, perfectly put together our wedding day that truly embodied our love as a couple. She made sure that what we wanted happened, what we envisioned happened, and ALWAYS went above and beyond. She was on top of everything, responsive, attentive, timely, professional, fun, and always made us feel happy and comfortable. On the occasion that I hinted I was anxious or nervous, because let's be honest it happens with weddings, she put me at ease... not to just reassure me and to make my feelings go away; she truly made sure to attend to what could be the stressor and helped fix it effectively and quickly. On the day before the wedding I was scared that I wouldn't have something in time, before I could even count to 10 she already had a solution and was in action! We felt heard and respected in what we wanted. Kristen is positive, honest, and gets things done. Well-Dressed Events has a Mary Poppins Bag full of wonderful vendors to partner with as well, and makes partnering with with these wonderful vendors simple and enjoyable. Our day would not have exceeded our expectations, would not have been extraordinary, if it weren't for Well-Dressed Events. For the love of all things happiness book them for every event you can think of. We will definitely be booking them again, even if we have to make up an event to have.

If you are even considering booking WDE for your wedding coordination services, just stop thinking and go ahead and BOOK THEM NOW!  You will not regret it.  I can't say enough about Kristen & Nicole and how amazing they were to work with.  We booked them for Day of Coordination but they really felt so much more than that.  I consider myself a very 'Type A' bride, I definitely tried to stay organized and I knew specifically what I wanted help with executing on the day of.  Kristen & Nicole did all of that and then some, and dealt with my sometimes neuroticness as well haha.  Seriously the moment they arrived on my wedding day, I took a huge sigh of relief as I knew I could let go of any stresses and they would make everything perfect and how I expected it.  They definitely delivered on that and more - literally being my right hand ladies and helping with things before I even anticipated them.  My only regret is that I even debated having them as part of our wedding team - if I knew what I knew now, I would have booked them the moment we got engaged!  We are both so grateful for all they did to help make our day so perfect - they were ESSENTIAL to everything running as smoothly and on schedule as it did!

Nicole and Kristen’s work is amazing, and that doesn’t even begin to describe them. They brought all my dreams and visions to life, and were on top of every detail. The mood board, the timeline, keeping in contact with all the vendors, I was able to enjoy my day with absolutely zero stress. I really cannot possibly say enough good things about Nicole at Well-Dressed Events. I LOVE this woman and everything she's done for me. I originally hired WDE about 7-8 months into wedding planning, and brought them on because I was starting to feel overwhelmed by all the details. From my first consultation with Nicole, I knew she was the right person who would take some of the stress off of my shoulders. Because I had already booked all of my big vendors and done a lot of the heavy lifting, Nicole created a custom package (day-of coordinator + some help with decor) and I was quoted a very fair price. But then, 6 weeks before my wedding, EVERYTHING in my life started going wrong. I lost my home to a flood, I had to find a new place to live with basically no notice and pack up everything I owned, my dad got COVID, my cat got sick, my fiance failed an important licenes test and it was looking like he was going to lose his job because of it... I had zero bandwidth to even think about the wedding. Nicole comforted me while I was dealing with all of this and assured me that she would take care of anything and everything I couldn't handle. She never complained when I was indecisive or when I had to throw things at her that I didn't have time to handle, and what I ended up with was the (ever-so-lightly themed) wedding of my dreams. I repeatedly have told Nicole that hiring her was the single best decision I made related to this wedding, INCLUDING saying "yes" when my now-husband proposed lol. Now that it's all over, I honestly feel like she under-charged me. The amount of time she spent on me was incredible. I felt like I was her only client. 1000000/10. I cannot stress enough how much you will not regret hiring WDE.

I could not have asked for better day-of-wedding coordinators! Kristen and Nicole were amazing! From day 1, they were always on top of things and keeping me engaged. Without their help and input, I would not have been able to have the wedding that I had! WDE exceeded my expectations. Without them, I could not have pulled off my backyard wedding. The day of was seamless, I did not stress! They made my vision come to life and I literally could not thank them enough. From my first look, to puffing my dress before walking down the aisle, to the little details, Nicole + Kristen did it all. HIRE THEM!!

We found NIcole and Kristen thru our photographer who had hired them to plan her own wedding. Right there we had the endorsement we needed. Our daughters wedding had been postponed due to the pandemic and the reception moved from a venue to the couples large backyard. Having an event where you need to bring everything in requires detailed planning and experienced, creative and hard working support. This is exactly what the ladies bring to your event. Since we had most everything in place we chose day of coordination which starts 2 months before the event. This is when you have a lot of detail questions, need some last minute creativity and of course handling the big day. It is worth every dollar spent to know you will be well taken care of and you can enjoy your event. In our case the day of was non-stop problem solving due to weather. During the church ceremony a severe thunderstorm rolled into NYC and NJ. This didn't stop Nicole from getting our guests safely on their bus, accompanying the bride and groom every step of the way in the downpour to Lincoln Center for outdoor photos and Kristen scrambling to make the outdoor tented reception set up look amazing. Remember your event will have two experienced professionals handling quickly and smoothly anything that might arise and they will always be smiling. Thank you Nicole and Kristen - you're the best!

Nicole and Kristen were instrumental in pulling off a backyard covid wedding that people are still raving about weeks later. There were so many things that I would have never thought of, if it wasn’t for them. They introduced me to numerous vendors (that we used), and the day-of execution was SUPERB. I don’t know how they did it, but my husband and I never had to think about a thing on our wedding day, the ladies took care of it all. I cannot wait to have more events in the future so I can work with them again!

Nicole and Kristen are an absolute DREAM to work with. I actually can't say enough about Well-Dressed Events. From their decor to their day-of coordination, Kristen & Nicole are INCREDIBLE. They did my shower decor and decorated my house the day of my wedding and I literally have never seen anything so beautiful. They made my visions come to life. They also were the most amazing help the day-of and the days leading up to my wedding. They kept everything running smoothly and completely perfect and not to mention they are the sweetest people on this earth. Even my photographer had amazing things to say about them because they were such a huge help. The best thing I did in the wedding process was hire them as my day-of coordinators. After dealing with a postponement already- I knew I had to hire skilled wedding planners to help navigate my wedding during such uncertain times. Nicole offered support as well as guidance throughout the whole process. If I had an idea she went with it and made it 10x better and come to life . I literally didn’t have to stress or worry about anything. They both went above and beyond through the whole process and it showed all during my beautiful wedding. Every little detail was accounted for and they were always an eye turn away throughout my whole day. Especially during such uncertain certain times, this is one vendor you do not want to overlook. It was such a relief for them to take over all contact with my many other vendors and venue to make for a seamless wedding day, with all the time in the world to soak in and enjoy . These girls are the epitome of a DREAM TEAM. My husband and I hired Kristen and Nicole for our small backyard wedding in OCT 2020 after our original venue cancelled due to COVID. My main concern with having a backyard style wedding was making sure everything was taken care of and running smoothly. I however, did not want to have to worry, because as the bride I wanted to enjoy my day! That is where Well Dressed Events came in to make our small wedding dreams come true. I reached out to Kristen and Nicole with a budget and a shorter timeline than I had anticipated. Not only were they able to make it happen, but they were super transparent with me and assisted me with finding vendors to fit our budget/preferences. It was the most seamless process working with these girls. From weekly budget updates and phone calls to a FULL itinerary of the day- all details were covered and tackled without me having to worry or lift a finger. The day of our wedding- Kristen, Nicole and their assitant made it their #1 priority to ensure that I, my bridal party and family were pampered and taken care of as well as my husband and his groomsmen. They went above and beyond what I ever could have expected to make sure things were perfect. I truly owe our intimate wedding success to these girls entirely. They made our wedding during a pandemic more special that I could have ever imagined it to be. They are more than just wedding planners- they are truly superwomen.

Nicole & Kristen of Well-Dressed Events were such incredible lifesavers. We used them for our indoor-outdoor late September Greenwich wedding for both full planning and day of services. Shortly after we got engaged, my husband and I were able to pick our perfect venue… but then we were lost with everything else. I was so panicked with the idea of the wedding, until WDE. Nicole & Kristen are a power planning duo with such amazing energy. Every planning session was hyper organized but filled with laughs and excitement. They were available to work with us through our busy schedules and we (rightfully) put so much trust in them to take care of so many things. Everything from the design elements being nothing but stunning, to handling precise scheduling… WDE delivered. Our day was absolutely perfect and as close to stress free as you could get. It was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank Nicole & Kristen enough. If not for them, I don’t think the experience would have been anywhere near as seamless. I felt so strongly about the service they provided, that I’ve recommended them to anyone I know getting married! They worked on my sister’s wedding several months later and it was so fantastic as well. They are two incredibly beautiful souls who are a must have to any wedding!

We hired Well-Dressed Events for our wedding in October at The Park Savoy and could not have been happier with our choice. At first Josh and I questioned if we even needed planners, but looking back we don't know why this was even a question! Hiring Kristen and Nicole was one of the best decisions we made to help us have our perfect wedding. They are extremely professional, sweet, and personable- all making it so easy to work together. They have impeccable taste and always had great suggestions. They assisted in contacting vendors, ordering and assembling welcome bags, transporting things to and from the venue and hotel, supplying breakfast for the bridal party the morning of the wedding and SO much more. Having full-time jobs, we found it so convenient to have their help from beginning to end. The bridal attendants at the venue were great, but having Kristen and Nicole there gave us such ease to be worry free and to enjoy every minute of our special day!

Hiring Well Dressed Events and working so closely with Kristen was the best thing I ever did when planning this corona micro-wedding. Hands down. We couldn't have done any of this without them!
